Ordered end of October Moon Boots in size 9-91/2 Received Boots in 7 71/2

Off Saks sent again in wrong size.
Have been charged twice for these boots.
Comenity credit card issuer is harassing me regarding payment and I have the email from your representatives where they sent FED EX to pick them up because of all the trouble I had endured trying to receive and return these boots. Credit card company sending bills, texts and I have no merchandise from this company.
This is in regards to the return of Order #[protected].

Desired outcome: Stop being harassed by credit company and I do not have any merchandise
