I am very annoyed with the service in your Ontario, Canada stores. These past few days have been a disaster for me within Saks Off 5th in Canada.
I am a very frequent buyer of your items and was recently in your store in Pickering, Ontario Canada and found a pair of boots Dolce Vita "Linza
{UPC# [protected]). The store did not have them in the size I needed which was upsetting. I took them to the front desk and asked if there was any way they could get this boot for me in a size 10. I was told no. I was also told to call the stores in Ontario and check myself.
I didn't appreciate the way I was treated and felt the customer service was not what it should be. The next morning, I looked up all the store locations in Ontario Canada which certainly was not many. As I began calling each store going down each list and phone number, every one of them left me on hold for long periods of time leaving me with no other options but to keep calling back for three consecutive days. Many of the stores answering machines kept going off. After several hours of trying various store numbers looking to try and get the boots I wanted so much, I was totally ignored and not one store location helped me.
I was so frustrated that I called your customer service number [protected] today and the representative I spoke to advised he could not help me and said to call the stores in Canada. I explained the situation to him, and he still proceeded to tell me he could do nothing for me in the U.S.
Saks Off Fifth, as a high-end store, I would have expected more from your customer service support, and I would have at least thought somebody would have fulfilled my wishes in getting the boots listed above. I am not happy with the way I was treated, and I have lost all respect and value for your company as a valued customer.
I would appreciate a managers reply at their earliest convenience.
Desired outcome: I am hoping head office can get me the Dolce Vita Linza - UPC#[protected] Size 10
