Ordered 3 items. I never received a shipping confirmation or delivery notification. After I received 1 of the items, I waited a few days to see if the other 2 show up. They did not. I called customer service on Monday (October 30th) asking if I can cancel the order as I’m going out of town and won’t be home after Friday for them. She confirmed the order hadn’t shipped and she would send a note to the warehouse asking to get it out right away and she would follow up with me. Never heard a peep. I call back on Thursday. (November 2nd now) asking to cancel. The lady on the other end tells me it was delivered and I’m like where? I still don’t have a shipping confirmation with tracking or a delivery notification. She says she will put in a request for refund. Two days later on Saturday (November 4th) I get an email that it was denied. Now I’m furious as this is almost $400. I don’t have shipping or delivery confirmations and I don’t have my product or my money. I call customer service back and she tells me my only solution is to file a police report as it was delivered October 25th. I’m like how is that possible when I called you on October 30th and you had told me the merchandise still hadn’t shipped? Wtf?! Police aren’t going to do anything for $385. That doesn’t give me my money or my product ordered. I am outraged and will be calling them again to speak to higher ups. I will be writing the news. I will be speaking to influencer friends. This is not okay. They are thief’s and I understand why department stores are going out of business now. When I worked for Saks 15 years ago this never would have happened. I would have been fired if I did not have a solution for my customer. They have completely gone down the drain.
Desired outcome: Would either like my money back for 2 of the 3 items or for them to actually be delivered to me.
