I never get any description for custom made on this product, but they refused my return request base because they told me it has custom PRINT and CUT for my order.
I won't trust this item custom made for me.
By the way, customer service bad. Not response on email for more than 2 weeks, just back and fore for online CS with no result.
Recommendation: Don't buy from them if it is no need on custom made

I recently had a frustrating experience with Best Of Signs (bestofsigns.com). I needed a custom banner runner by March 9th, 2023, and placed my order on February 28th, 2023. The artwork was approved, and the order was supposed to be shipped on March 4th, 2023. However, I never received any tracking information, even though I paid for expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery.
I tried to contact customer service via email, but I never received a response. So, I decided to call them, and the representative told me that my order wouldn't arrive on time. However, they still didn't provide me with a tracking number. I asked about canceling my order since it wouldn't serve any purpose to receive it after the deadline, but I was put on hold for an indefinite amount of time.
The hold message kept repeating that most orders are approved within 24 hours, which was not my experience at all. I waited for two more minutes and then decided to resolve the matter with my bank. It was frustrating and unprofessional, and I was relieved to find a DIY solution to create a custom logo table runner using a Cricut and vinyl cutter.
Overall, I would not recommend Best Of Signs based on my experience. The lack of communication and failure to meet the promised delivery date was unacceptable. I hope they can improve their customer service and shipping processes in the future.
Same thing happened to me too! Three weeks is revised estimated delivery date-with upgraded shipping. They said it was already printed when I called about the email in delayed shipping. He said it will be two more weeks before I get it. I am waiting for a tracking number as well.

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about Best Of Signs. Their customer service is just terrible. When I got the proof to approve, it was written in some pretty rough English that made it seem like my order was gonna be smaller than I wanted. So I reached out to their customer service, but it took like a whole day for someone to finally get back to me. And get this, their chat says they'll respond in one minute! What a joke.
Anyway, the person I talked to clearly had no idea what I was talking about and just told me everything was fine. So I just went ahead and approved it, even though I needed it by a certain date. But now that it's been shipped, I can already tell it's not gonna get here on time. And if it arrives after my deadline, it's basically useless.
So now I'm trying to contact customer service again through their chat, which still says the wait time is one minute. But let's be real, that's a total lie. My message has been sitting there for 30 minutes and counting, so I know I'm not gonna get the help I need. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

So, I decided to reach out to the company on March 17th to see if they could help me out. They asked me to send over some photos of the packaging and the table cloth on a table. I explained that I couldn't provide a photo of the table cloth on a table because we were renting the table for the show. But, I did send over some images of the packaging and a photo showing the color and holes. You can clearly see that the color is purple and there are two holes in the fabric. Despite the evidence, they asked for more photos and still haven't replaced the table cloth. It's now March 27th, and I'm still waiting.
Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with their poor customer service. I mean, regardless of the color, the fact that there are two holes in the fabric should warrant a replacement. But, it seems like they just don't care. So, I decided to go with another company to make sure that we have our table cloth in time for our show. It's a shame, really. I was willing to give them a chance, but I guess that $121 was worth losing a new customer and potentially more business in the future.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Best Of Signs. If you're looking for a reliable company that actually cares about their customers, you're better off looking elsewhere.

However, when the 9th rolled around and I still hadn't received my order, I called customer service and was told that it wouldn't arrive until the 13th - after the trade show had already passed.
I was extremely frustrated and explained the importance of receiving the items before the show, but the customer service representative I spoke with was outsourced and had difficulty understanding me. After being put on hold for what felt like an eternity, I was told that they could only refund the shipping portion of my order and that I would have to wait to receive the products and then ship them back at my own expense to receive a refund on the items themselves.

Update 3/10: One of the supposed members of the management team reached out to me through Sitejabber and suggested that I put in a ticket for the management team. However, as of now, they still haven't refunded any of my money. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Their apologies are worthless and only serve to confirm that they are terrible at their job. As I mentioned before, I should have done my research before making a purchase. Whenever possible, I will always choose to buy American. I have included a photo of the product I received, which was a huge disappointment.

Despite submitting a file at a size of 12 inches and 600 DPI resolution, they insisted that it was only an inch big. They also advised me to contact someone named Aldean, which was spelled three times before they could even get it right. Once I finally received an email, it was not even related to sending the file but rather a confirmation of their messed up version of my design. As a result, my order was delayed and when it did finally arrive, the quality was extremely poor. The so-called flags that I had ordered were so thin that you could see through them, and the colors did not match my design despite my submission of CMYK format. Overall, my experience with Best Of Signs was terrible and I will never do business with them again.
Interestingly, when I left a review of my experience on their website, it was not published. Moreover, they sent me a private email accusing me of lying! They even demanded that I provide them with every phone number and email address used to contact them and insisted that their site would not compress my file.
