I been usin' this company for years
I been usin' this company for years. Started when I could call in my order. Now it seems the only way to buy checks from these folks is online and to me it's real complicated. Every page you go to adds another cost, too many questions and there ain't nobody you can call and talk to. I'd rather just buy my checks from the bank.

I had no problem finding the design that I love. I entered all the important info, but I wasn't sure about one thing. I called and got the info I needed. Completed my order, paid for it, and signed out. Super easy. I always order my checks from you. I had to get a new order (Ordered like 6 to 8 months ago 'cause I had to get a new account). Thanks for making it so easy.
Don't order from this company
Don't order from this company. I ordered and paid for my checks, but they never sent them to me. It's a fraudulent company and should be shut down. They told me my checks were 'lost' in the mail! That makes me feel really unsafe about my money. Terrible business. They never sent a confirmation email, so when you check the status of your checks online, you have no order number. They should be removed from the internet and shut down.

So I emailed them right away with my bank statement, routing & aba numbers. Waited 8 days and got another email saying they still couldn't verify my bank info. They sell masks now and advertised 5 for about $30. I only got 2 in the mail. I emailed them and I got an email saying that they would reply in 24 hours and they havent. I emailed them again and will call as well. I checked their website and they corrected the price to almost $70. They had an error and should honor their price. I took a picture of the old price for proof and will put a complaint into the ComplaintsBoard.com if they dont make things right. As I read in the other reviews, I do agree that the customer service is very poor.

I've been trying to figure out where my check order is, but no matter how many times I call or search online, I can't get a straight answer. They haven't even cashed my check yet, but nobody can tell me if my order was shipped or not. All they keep saying is "your order needs special handling. Bye." So, I decided to complain on their website, and they promised a response within 24 hours. Well, it's been nothing but crickets. Now, I can't even reach them to cancel the order, so I guess I'll just have to go to my bank and get some checks from them instead. It's making me a bit nervous because these people have my bank account number too.

I was like, nah, I don't want replacement checks, I want the ones I actually ordered. It's a big security risk for my checking account, you know? By the way, they don't even use a tracking number, so who knows what happened to my checks. They said sorry for the "inconvenience". Inconvenience? Are you kidding me? I had to change my checking account number with my bank because of this major security risk caused by these checks in the mail! I'm never ordering from them again, man! I'll just pay a bit more and get checks from my bank. It's not worth the risk of dealing with this totally incompetent company.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could rate them with zero stars, I would! I've been waiting for almost a month and still don't have my order! They take your money right away, but you never receive your checks. And when you try to get a refund, they say they can't refund your money electronically. Nope, they have to mail you a check, and you can't even confirm if they're actually sending it. I don't have any checks and need to order more, but now it'll take 2-3 weeks at best to get my money back from this awful company. Plus, I have over 100 checks out there that anyone could try to use, so now I have to contact my bank to see if I can block all those checks. And let's not forget, they're not in *** or at least I haven't talked to anyone who I can understand or who doesn't sound like they're in another country.

I reached out to them in both May and June to check on the status of my order, but got no response. Frustrated, I decided to ask for a refund in August. However, I still didn't receive any reply from them.
Finally, on August 18th, I decided to give them a call and speak to their customer service. They told me that I had to pay an additional $8.15, but I had no idea why. I requested a ***, but unfortunately, they couldn't process it due to their inaccurate accounting records. They provided me with an email address to send the necessary documentation, so I did that and now I'm just hoping for the best.

Checks In The Mail, Inc. ain't doin' a good job with printin' checks in proper alignment. I ordered 'em back in 2018, and the first half of the order was fine. But now, the checks on the 3 check sheet ain't printin' right. I called up Checks In The Mail and tried explainin' the problem. They told me I had 30 days to report any issues, but there ain't no issues with my name, address, or numbers. The problem is that the top of the check sheets ain't square, so the checks ain't lined up for printin' right. All they offered me was a discount on a new check order. I asked to speak to someone higher up to help fix this mess. I did get a call back from some unknown number. When I asked where they were callin' from, they said ***. I told 'em that ain't possible 'cause I got caller ID showin' ***. There was silence, and then I asked why they were hidin' their phone number. That rep just hung up on me. I got a confirmation email after submitting my order with payment saying I would get my checks on May 25, 2022. I then got an email from them on May 5, 2022 saying they had shipped my order. I ordered 25 single checks so these would easily fit in a large flat envelope (like previous checks have come from other companies) which *** is very quick about delivering envelopes. (I know I mail large envelopes all of the time by ***) so I started an online chat with a CSR at Checks In the Mail and asked her why they are telling me it will be May 25, 2022 before I get my checks if they shipped them on May 5th. She said they need time to process my order and then mail time. I told her again that I already got the "we shipped your order" email so there is no further processing they could do if it shipped out. She didn't have an answer so I got off chat and decided to just wait. I did not pay them for tracking because they way overcharge to get that mailing service but it is now May 27, 2022 and the checks that supposedly shipped on May 5, 2022 are still not here. I have since read reviews of customers who never got their checks and it seems to me that when Checks in the Mail gets an order that does not pay for tracking they just say they shipped the order (because 1 day to print the custom checks seems way too quick and 3 weeks to mail them seems way, way too slow) and so I suspect they don't bother to print or mail them. Because the customer has no way to follow up and the company can then keep the money paid. I can't prove this but I have now seen enough reviews of people in the same boat as me and I want to get reimbursed for my order since waiting for more than 3 weeks for a small order of single checks is not acceptable and there is a good chance I will never get them.

Order # -[protected] We got the order on Mar. 30, 2022 and opened the package right away. We found out that the WRONG SIZE checks were printed. Our original checks are 6 inches by *** inches plus a stub. The replacement checks are 8 inches by 3 inches plus the stub. The replacement checks don't fit our equipment. We tried three (3) times to fix this problem. At 15:30 ET, we talked to "Lnyn" who was hard to understand and had problems with us trying to tell her the problem. When we asked for a supervisor, she first told us, "...she's on a break..." When we asked when she'll be back, we were told "...she's in a meeting." "Lnyn" couldn't have cared less. We called again at about 15:38 ET and talked to "Allie." *** told us that the mistake was OUR FAULT after we went step-by-step through the online reordering process. We told her, several times, that we followed every step and included a photo sample of the checks to be reordered. *** solution: *** would process a new order IF WE PAID AN ADDITIONAL HALF-PRICE ($17.10.) This wasn't acceptable. We asked for a supervisor and waited...waited...waited. Our last attempt was via a chat-online with *** at about 16:*** ET. *** offered to send us a new check order for an additional $12 as she claimed that the checks were "laser checks." The checks she would send would have unwanted lines for "payee" and "amount"--which we didn't want. *** also refused to accept any returns for credit. In the past, they were a reliable, reputable company. Sadly, this isn't the case anymore. They no longer take responsibility for errors. We just want our $34.23 credited back to our charge account. We ordered checks from another, reliable source. Letters were sent to ***, CEO and Citibank (credit issuer as a dispute).
