And let me tell ya, their work is top-notch. If there's ever a problem, they'll fix it up for ya, no questions asked. And when it comes to packaging and shipping, they're on top of it. They make sure everything is secure and they get it to ya fast.

Now, I ain't no tech whiz, but I gotta say, their site is pretty easy to use. And the best part is, they save all my projects and photos, so I don't gotta start from scratch every time. And if you're lookin' to save a few bucks, make sure to check out some of them coupon codes on the various coupon sites. Trust me, it's worth it.

to print my photos. It's a shame because they used to be my go-to for high-quality prints. But now, I can't trust them to get it right. The customer service is also lacking. I've had to wait on hold for over an hour just to speak to someone about my order issues. And when I finally do get through, they don't seem to care about my concerns. It's frustrating and disappointing. I hope they can turn things around and get back to the level of quality they used to have. But until then, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I just got my photo book from Printique and it's pretty awesome. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to turn the pages, but I called them up and talked to a couple of really nice ladies who helped me out. They were able to see what I was doing wrong and gave me some tips over the phone. It was really helpful and I appreciated their patience with me.

The photo book itself is really nice. I was able to see how it would look before I ordered it, which was really cool. I could click on each page and see them turn, which was a neat feature. The book turned out beautiful and I'm really happy with it.

Printique's metal prints are pretty good, but they got some issues. I got my metal images from them and they came out *superdark. Like, way darker than the original. I took some black-and-white and night sky photos, and the result was just unusable. I tried to talk to their customer support, but they were not very helpful. They said that the resolution was low for the size I ordered, and that was the reason for the dark prints. But I don't think that's right, because the exposure shouldn't be affected by the size of the print. I even sent them a copy of my two most recent prints from Dec 2022, and you can see the difference between the files I sent them and the prints they sent. It's not good, man.

But, to be fair, the quality of the metal prints themselves is pretty good. They're sturdy and have a nice finish. And the ordering process was pretty easy, too. I just uploaded my images and picked the size I wanted. They even have a preview feature that lets you see what your image will look like on the metal before you order.

Overall, I'd say that Printique is okay if you're willing to take a chance on the exposure being off. But if you're looking for something that's guaranteed to come out the way you want it, you might want to look elsewhere.

Anyway, I learned my lesson. From now on, I'm sticking with adoramapix.com for all my printing needs. They may have been closed for a week, but they still managed to get my albums to me faster than the other guys. And their quality is always top-notch. So if you're looking for a reliable printing company that won't let you down, I highly recommend giving adoramapix.com a try. You won't be disappointed!

I recently ordered two photo books from Printique and boy, was I excited to receive them! I spent hours creating these books and even shelled out a pretty penny to make sure they were perfect. However, when they arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that both books had warped pages. Each page was curved in and out, making it impossible to enjoy the photos as they were intended.

I immediately contacted customer service at Adorama, hoping they could help me out. Unfortunately, they told me that the only solution was to return the books. I explained that I had ordered them as a gift for a specific occasion and couldn't afford to wait for a replacement. I asked for at least a partial refund since both books were damaged, but they refused.

Their reasoning was that if I had gifted the books, they were obviously "usable." I couldn't believe it! How could they think that a damaged product was acceptable? I tried to explain this to them, but they wouldn't budge. I was left feeling upset and disappointed, especially since I had expected more from a reputable company like Printique.

Don't get me wrong, their products are great when they're not damaged. But if something goes wrong, be prepared to forget about all the time and money you spent. It's a shame, really.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Printique. I heard some other folks complaining about it, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. Big mistake. This is definitely the worst online service I've ever used, and I've used a lot of them.

So here's what happened. I placed an order and paid extra to have it processed and shipped by the following Monday. But when Monday came around, the status was still "Processing." I was already starting to get worried, because I needed these photos by the upcoming Sunday. So I sent them an email to let them know that the order was already late and that I absolutely had to have it by Sunday.

Their response was pretty reassuring. They said that the order was almost done and that it would be shipping that day. They even promised that I would receive it prior to Sunday's date. Here's the exact quote from their email: "This is currently being finalized today and should ship, you will receive it prior to Sunday's date."

Well, Sunday came and went, and still no photos. And the status was still "Processing." I was pretty upset, because I was leaving for a three-month trip that day, and I needed those photos for my travels. And to make matters worse, I had spent $500 on this order.

It's bad enough that they were over a week late on delivery, but what really got me was that their support team flat-out lied to me about the order. I can't trust these people with my photos or my money. I definitely wouldn't recommend Printique to anyone.

I gotta say, I've been using Printique (formerly AdoramaPix) for a while now, and I've made some pretty epic photo books with them. I'm talking like, 18 different books, each with around 600 pictures and text narratives of all the trips I've taken. And let me tell you, the quality of these books is top-notch. BUT, and this is a big but, they recently changed the software they use on their site, and it's been a real pain in the you-know-what.

I mean, I haven't been able to make a book since the one I started before the change that was transferred over to the new software. Every time I try to continue editing it so I can print it, I just get so dang frustrated after a short time and give up. The new system seems to save every move you make as you make it, so when I type a text box the display is about 8 to 10 characters behind my fingers which almost makes it impossible to think/type. And don't even get me started on trying to adjust the position of a picture or text box. I grab it and move my curser and about 4 to 6 seconds later the picture/text box jumps to a new position, which is likely 1/10 inch or so from where I want it. Click grab it and move slightly and wait 4 to 6 seconds for the box to shift, but a little too far... repeat. It's like, come on, man, I don't have all day to wait for things to catch up.

Now, I've tried other sites, but none of them are as easy and powerful (from a design perspective) as the old AdoramaPix. And I can tell by the pictures that the books won't be as nice (too thin pages) on other sites. But after resting a few months to relax from the frustration and then making another try, I'm just done with them. I'll settle for a book of lesser quality over spending many hundreds of hours waiting for things to jump to where I want them. It's a real shame, because I really did love the quality of their books, but the new software is just too much of a headache for me.

I started off with Picaboo and while the quality was alright, their production and shipping times left a lot to be desired. I quickly realized that I preferred the seamless lay flat option for all my books, it just gives them a more professional feel. So I tried out Adoramapix and let me tell you, I was blown away.

The first book I received was a duplicate of one I had printed with Picaboo as a gift. The quality was just so much better. The construction of the book was sturdier and the cover had a more polished feel to it. The print quality was the same, but the finish on the photo paper really set it apart. And the best part? I didn't have to call and ask why my order was days past the production time, causing shipping deadline issues.

Price wise, Adoramapix is $40 less for a lay flat book than Picaboo. And while I've never paid full price for a Picaboo book, it's just easier to not have to hunt down a half price coupon. Plus, Adoramapix has their own coupons to make things even cheaper.

Overall, I think Adoramapix provides the best photo books out of all the options available. I have colleagues who use other companies, but I just haven't been as impressed as I have been with Adorama.

So, I was really excited to order a $200 email gift card from Printique. I mean, who wouldn't be? But, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The gift card was supposed to be delivered today, but it never arrived. I tried emailing them, but I haven't gotten a response yet. And get this, when I tried calling, their phone line said they were closed! What kind of company is closed during business hours?

I'm so frustrated because email gift cards are supposed to go right away. I don't know what's going on with Printique, but it's not good. I mean, I was trying to do something nice for someone and now I have to file a dispute with American Express to get my money back. Ugh, it's just such a hassle.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Printique to anyone. Their communication is terrible and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
