Love my stickers!
The process was easy and straightforward. They verified the mock up before they went to print and made an adjustment to make sure none of my words were cut off my sticker. I will definitely purchase again. I'm thinking of going one size up 4 x 4, but the 3x3 is working for me for now.
Beat my expectations
Wow, I don't know where to start.
It was very easy to order.
I uploaded the picture straight from my phone sent it to them and they made magic very quickly 1 day I might add.
The pictures came out so beautiful thank you guys my wife will come to tears when she sees it
To give details it a giant profile picture of my wife.
Attention to Detail
I ordered bookmarks from PrintRunner. I noticed that they were off-centered. I notified PrintRunner and they replied, asked me if I wanted my money back, a store credit, or the job redone. I chose to have them redo the job. They arrived shortly after my request and they were perfect. They stand by their product and services and were so easy to deal with to correct this issue.

Healthcare Heroes: The Medical Careers Guide
We purchased these bookmarks to help market our new book on healthcare careers. We used the cover of the book and made a bookmark. Printrunner had one of the best prices for this item and the quality is excellent. We initially purchased 2,000 but then went and bought another 2,000. They are great giveaways, convey the message, and at a price that can't be beat! And with free shipping! Overall awesome deal! Thank you!
Fast shipping and handling, love quality
Last week I had project to print 1,000 5x7 invitation cards. But when I started to read reviews for different printing companies I was very confused. Some of them averaged 1-2 stars. I was wondering what's going on. Why would someone say 'stay away from this company" etc. Was it because their printing quality was bad? Was it because they didn't crop design correctly? A lot of companies had similar price plus minutes $20 for thousand cards, however when I went to check out, some charged $112 for shipping, yet PrintRunner had free shipping. So I took a gamble and absolutely LOVE final product. Company asked for 4 business days to print, but I got tracking number on 3rd day. And because I'm in Cali, package arrived within 2 days. So glad it worked out.
Poor Quality Flyers & Refund Refusal from PrintRunner - A Disappointing Experience
I recently used PrintRunner to order flyers for my small business and unfortunately the quality was not up to par. From the edges to the colors and letters, everything seemed off and the picture within the flyer was distorted. It was not what I expected at all. So, I reached out to them requesting a refund and to my disappointment, it was declined.
I spoke to one of their representatives and to say she was rude would be an understatement. She went on to tell me that I approved the work and that was that. But I only approved the measurements and not the blurry, distorted flyer that I received. When I mentioned that another company was able to print quality flyers using the same template, she dismissed it by saying they don't compare their work. Well, of course they won't because the quality is just not there!
I paid a lot of money for these flyers and they turned out to be nothing more than trash. It's frustrating to say the least and to make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund. This kind of service should not be tolerated and I plan on posting about this experience on social media to warn others about using this company.
So, if you want to avoid mediocre work and the possibility of being ripped off, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. It's just not worth it.
PrintRunner's Lack of Accountability: My Disappointing Experience
So, lemme tell you my experience with PrintRunner. I placed an order for a step and repeat banner as a special promotion for my fundraising event with my attendees. I ordered a banner which was 6 foot tall and 8 foot wide to go on a pole stand. The artwork looked fine and the dimensions were also perfect in the proof. But when I received it today, it blew my mind. It was 8 foot tall and 6 foot wide. Yeah, you read that right! I was shocked and surprised by this mistake. I mean, who does that? Someone in the print room must have printed it wrong. But to my disbelief, they refused to reprint the banner and put all the blame on me. They were not at all friendly and supportive. I was taken aback. In the modern age of digital printing, how can it be my fault when I did not even handle the printing process. I guess their team is still stuck in the stone age.
So, what did I do? I immediately called my Visa Company and raised a dispute. There is no way I was going to let them rob me for my hard-earned money. This photo shoot was specifically for ladies, not 7 foot basketball players.
All in all, my experience with PrintRunner has been pathetic. They don't stand behind their mistakes and just focus on taking your money. It's not worth ordering anything from them, considering the poor customer service and lack of accountability.
PrintRunner Review: Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service
So I recently ordered a couple table cloths from PrintRunner and let me tell ya, it was not a smooth process. I shelled out over $600 for these table cloths and when they finally arrived, I was disappointed to say the least. My logo was all pixelated! I was like, "What the heck PrintRunner? I sent you my logo and you said it wasn't high enough quality. So I sent you a second file, and you didn't say anything about the quality. And then y'all sent me a proof that looked fine on my laptop screen, but turns out it was obviously not great quality."
I contacted their customer service team to try to get it sorted out, but they told me that I should have read the fine print (like who has time for that?) and that they could only give me $40 in store credit. Like really? I spent all that money and I'm supposed to be happy with $40?
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in PrintRunner. They say they do a "300-point inspection" but honestly, I don't buy it. It's just a phrase to make you feel better about spending all that money. Moral of the story, don't trust PrintRunner's promises and make sure you read the fine print (apparently).
Excellent Quality and Affordable Prices for Vinyl Stickers at Printrunner.com
We just got some Vinyl stickers printed with our company logo from printrunner.com and they turned out amazing! We're thrilled with how quickly they arrived and the prices were unbeatable. We scoured around checking different companies for the same print job and found that this place was the most affordable. Also, we must say that the print quality is outstanding!
Before confirming our order, we asked for a digital proof beforehand. Even though we submitted a camera-ready image of our art, they still had to do a bit of tweaking to make it match perfectly. We didn't mind at all because the changes made a huge difference and made the stickers look even better. Coming from a family with a background in the printing industry, we're very familiar with what goes into making a high-quality print job, and we're thoroughly impressed with how well it turned out.
We're definitely planning to come back to printrunner.com for our future promotional needs. However, we did have one concern. After approving the proof, we never heard back from them. We didn't receive any shipping information, though we were able to find it on the order details page. We didn't hear anything until a week later when we found the stickers in our mailbox, and then they requested a review.
It wasn't a big issue, but we only had that one small problem. Overall, the experience was great, and we can't wait to order more promotional products from printrunner.com. The quality of their printing work is excellent, and their prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended!
Beware of PrintRunner.com: A Costly Mistake You Don't Want to Make
Yo, listen up peeps. So, I recently had a pretty crappy experience with PrintRunner.com and I just gotta share it with y'all before you go spendin' your hard-earned cash there.
Long story short, my crew and I spent a cool $500 on some stickers that turned out to be useless. Like, seriously, they were so messed up that we couldn't even use 'em. We raised hell with the print company and they gave us store credit. I mean, that's somethin', but let's be real, we wanted that cash back in our pockets.
So, I hit up their Customer Service Manager and asked for a refund straight to my credit card. But, apparently, that goes against their precious policies. Like, what kind of bull is that? I wasn't havin' it, so I kept pushing. I even asked to speak to the brain behind their policies or the mastermind behind their system, thinking I could work somethin' out.
But nah, the Customer Service Manager told me that the CEO is the big shot who makes the rules and they don't waste their precious time talking to customers. How's that for customer service, amirite?!
So, that's where we stand. I'm gonna take this up with my credit card company and see if they can do somethin' about it.
Bottom line: beware of PrintRunner.com. Don't let 'em take your cash if you don't have to. Thanks for comin' to my TED talk.
Disappointing Experience with Printrunner: Inadequate Quality Control and Customer Service
I recently had a bad experience with Printrunner and I must say, I'm not impressed with their services anymore. Mind you, I've been using them for my printing needs for over ten years now, and I must admit, I never had any problems with their printing or their treatment of me as a customer. Until recently.
On September 27th, 2021, I ordered and paid for a whopping 22,500 6" x 9" postcards from Printrunner, which was quite a lot and quite an investment on my part. Initially, I was relieved that they sent me a preview of the art, which looked fine. And all seemed to be going well until I started receiving reports from my customers that something was amiss with the postcards they received from me.
On closer inspection, I realized that Printrunner had not printed a discount offer on both the front and back of the postcards as we had initially agreed on and what was clearly visible on the art preview I had approved.
I contacted Printrunner immediately, detailing my complaint and requesting a refund for both their printing and mailing costs. Unfortunately, their response was less than satisfactory. I received an email from their representative, which didn't even include an apology for their mistake. All I got was an offer for a refund for the printing, but nothing for the extra cost I had to incur to rectify their mistake.
I lost confidence in Printrunner by then, and since I couldn't trust them anymore, I had my mailing house reprint the postcards correctly, which cost me an extra $7300. Can you imagine that? And yet, Printrunner refused to reimburse me despite their mistake. It was extremely frustrating.
I was so disappointed in Printrunner because they clearly had no quality control measures in place to catch such glaring errors, and their customer service was wanting. It's painful to see a company that you've trusted for so long let you down so badly. They could have at least apologized for their mistake, but they didn't.
In conclusion, my experience with Printrunner left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm not likely to use their services again. And if you're thinking of doing business with them, I'd recommend that you proceed with caution, especially if you're ordering large volumes.
Terrible Service and Misprints: My PrintRunner Review
The service I received from PrintRunner was truly terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. My logo, which is a basic pink design on a white background with a silver grey border, was completely botched in the first run. The colors were totally off and the registration was completely wrong. It's hard to believe that such a mistake could happen in the factory. The second run was a little better with slightly better registration, but the colors were still wrong and did not match the reference examples that I provided them with.
To make matters worse, instead of following my instructions to print a pantone silver or grey border, they charged me extra for silver foil that ended up being completely different from what I had requested. The final product was a metallic sticker with a brown border that looked gaudy and completely unprofessional. It's clear that the instructions were not followed and that they didn't take the time to ensure that the final product was what I had requested.
I even included specific instructions in my order where I asked for "full color white ink" and to "follow the file settings", but they completely ignored it. My order was for Roll Stickers with a Rectangle shape and Rounded Corners, measuring 1" x 1.25", and printed on Silver Metallic BOPP material. The color was supposed to be Full Color White Ink, and the order specified that the customers should follow the file settings. Unfortunately, PrintRunner didn't bother following these simple instructions, and as a result, I received a product that was far from what I wanted.
To make things worse, I had to spend over an hour waiting for someone in customer service to pick up the phone, but no one ever answered. I had no other choice but to contact my credit card company and deny the charge. All in all, I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from PrintRunner, and I will never use their services again.
Negative Review of PrintRunner: Unhappy with Unevenly Cut and Off-Color Stickers, Poor Customer Service
So, I had a bit of a problem with some stickers I bought from PrintRunner. Now, let me start off by saying that I've bought from them before, and it was all good. But this time around, I was not happy at all.
The issue was that the stickers were unevenly cut and the colors were way off. And to make matters worse, I had ordered 1000 of them. So, I decided to send them an email and see if they could help me out. I was cutting it close with my deadline, but they did ship the order out a few days early.
I got the stickers on November 14th, and sent them an email the following day. They responded on November 16th, asking me to fill out a form about the issues. Then, on November 21st, I got an email and voicemail from someone claiming to be an "Issue Resolution Specialist". They said there was indeed a problem, and gave me a credit of $33.73 to reorder the affected stickers.
Now, here's where things start to get frustrating. I responded to their email, asking for the original file so I could fix the colors myself. I also asked if I would have to pay for shipping, which was supposed to be around $25. This was on November 21st. And then, I waited.
I sent another email on November 23rd, forwarding the email from the "specialist" to the main customer care email. I was hoping someone would get back to me before Thanksgiving. But it was past my deadline at this point. And their response? They would call me back when normal business hours resumed. Which was not stated anywhere obvious on their website.
Fast forward to December 4th. I still haven't gotten a response. It's been 15 days since I last heard from them. And I still don't have properly made stickers, even though it's been almost 2 weeks past my original deadline. I didn't need them by the original deadline, but I do need them now.
So, no. I can't recommend PrintRunner to anyone. And I'm definitely letting everyone know what happened here. Even if they do eventually fix the problem, I'm not changing my review. They messed up my stickers, and all I wanted was for them to fix it in a reasonable amount of time, without charging me extra.
Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. And I hope that others won't have to go through the same thing.
Poor Service and Twisted Designs: My Experience with PrintRunner
I had tried PrintRunner before and was extremely disappointed with their service. I spent a lot of money with them under different business names, but their incompetence led me to go elsewhere. However, I thought of giving them another chance and made a small label order on December 2nd. The initial delivery date was December 12th, but that didn't happen.
I faced trouble during the file review process as their team changed the image I submitted and left a massive empty border around it. To cancel my order and get a refund, I contacted their chat rep who assured me that the border would not appear in the final print. I uploaded the same file, but it took them more than 16 hours to review it this time, and when I accepted the delivery date, it changed to December 20th. This is a total of 18 days from the order date to the delivery date for just 1000 cheap labels.
After all of this, I would not recommend PrintRunner. They twisted my original designs, and their customer service team was unhelpful. They even refused to take responsibility for their actions. I later sent the same file to a different print shop, and they accepted it without any problems. I will be sure to inform other businesses to stay away from this company. It is best to research other companies before making a purchase, and please don't fall for PrintRunner's marketing tactics.
Confusing product page and poor customer service from PrintRunner for window clings
I gotta say, I had a less than stellar experience with PrintRunner. I ordered some window clings with a white background, but turns out they were meant for outside windows, which I had no idea about. Honestly, the product page was confusing and didn't make it clear at all. All the images showed the clings inside, so I didn't think there was another option. When I reached out to customer support, they only offered to cover 50% of a reprint. But get this, the support agent later admitted that they knew about this problem but hadn't done anything to fix it! So much for quality customer service, right?
The support chat transcript is a jumble of sentences, but basically, they offered to process a reorder at 50% off. But I had to pay shipping on each individual cling, which was a bit annoying. And I won't be using them again after this incident.
I mean, the least they could do is make the product page clearer. Who reads a novel to find out about product materials? It really is a joke. They should have a dropdown menu with clear options for white or clear clings that explain where they can be used. Hopefully, they take my feedback seriously and make some changes.
PrintRunner Complaints 12
Support is almost worse than the stickers were
All I can say is I am extremely disappointed. Here's my story.
I'd bought from PrintRunner in the past. I had bought a total of 5 batches of stickers from them, and only really had a problem with one.
When I got the stickers, they were cut very unevenly, and the color was pretty far off. Keep in mind this was 1000 stickers. They were all messed up in the same way. I decided, well, I haven't had any issues in the past, so I'll shoot them an email. My deadline was coming up, but they shipped the stickers out about 5 days early.
On November 14th, I got the stickers.
On November 15th, I sent them an email.
On November 16th, they responded back giving me a form to fill out about the issues.
On November 21st, 2 days before my deadline, I got an email and voicemail from an
"Issue Resolution Specialist". They agreed there was a problem, and gave me a $33.73 credit to reorder the number of stickers that were affected.
On November 21st, around 30 minutes later, I responded asking for their original file so I could fix the colors and asked if I would be charged shipping (the website said I would, it was ~$25, pretty much the same amount as those stickers)
On late November 23rd, I sent another email, by forwarding the email from the 'specialist' to the main customer care email, hoping someone could get it sorted quickly before the thanksgiving holiday. Keep in mind it was past my deadline at this point.
On November 24th, they responded saying that they will call me back when normal business hours resume. (did not tell me when they resumed, it is not listed anywhere obvious on website.)
Today, December 4th, I sent another email asking why I had not yet got a response, 15 days later.
Now I am sitting here almost 2 weeks after the deadline, without any response or properly made stickers. I didn't need them by the original deadline, but I needed them now
So no, I don't recommend PrintRunner to anyone, and I will be letting those that I did recommend it to, and the person who recommended them to me what happened here.
Even if they fix the problem at this point, I don't intend on changing the review. They messed up my stickers, all I want is for it to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, at no charge to me.
Beware
They deleted this review from their site twice...
I ordered clings with a white background. I didn't read the huge amount of reading on this product page or click on the tab that says "Specs". Turns out white backing is an outside window cling but you can't find that information unless you read the entire product page and click on a tab. In fact all product images show the clings inside... I had no reason to believe there was even another option. I reached out to support and they will only cover 50% of a reorder... but soon after that offer was made to me, the support agent admitted this is a problem they know they have and they don't fix it.
Here is the transcript.
Your chat will be directed to the next available agent.
Kristel - Print Runner - Customer Support has joined the conversation
KS
Good day, this is Kristel. Welcome to Print Runner and thank you for visiting our website. How can I assist you today?
Hello, I just received the 27"x13" window clings I ordered from this page: https :// www.printrunner. Com/window-cling. Html? Aind=prod_pr_products&aqid=23df6f7fdd7f7f13e73a561b***f&aoid=e7e8475e47fc2a1efadb9e3224b52c32c30e8baaa49d3f99b5660e1957a19d9b&apos=1&aut=anonymous-c0131c3d-fc28-4e31-bae1-a***ec&asrc=lookahead&akywd=window%20clin&stype=algolia
But they arrived as an outside cling. There is nothing on the product selections or images that indicated it would be outside... in fact, all of the pictures clearly show it inside
I am hoping to get them reprinted correctly. And I think you need to inform someone of this product page. Its incredibly misleading.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced, and we assure you that we want you to be a happy and satisfied customer. No worries, let me find out what I can do to make it up to you Emily.
KS
May I request you to share the job order number we are working on?
KS
You are welcome, Emily. May I know what item are we working on, please?
27"x13" window clings
There are 6 of them
I see. Thanks for that information, Emily.
KS
It shows that the material of the order is white static cling and the white static cling will be installed outside. The material we have that can be installed inside is the clear static cling. Were you able to check the materials we offer before placing the order?
But if you look at the product there is nothing there that explains that
This is not on me. This is poor product page design.
I totally understand, Emily. I'm with you here. From the link provided, once you scroll down, the difference and use of the material can be seen. The order was processed based on the specification and our production print it as is.
KS
To help you out, we can process reorder and I can offer 20% one time courtesy discount on the printing cost.
Where does it say?
And shouldn't it be obvious?
Kindly go to the link provided, scroll down and click "specs".
KS
The difference and use of the 2 materials are available.
Who reads a novel on a product page? I would expect this information to be CLEAR. Not have to hunt for it. I will not ever use print runner again if these are not reprinted for free.
That was a jumble of sentences. But I shouldn't have to look so hard for this information. It's a joke.
It is not a novel page, Emily. It is an important information to check to make sure the order will be correct before placing an order.
KS
I'm sorry that this hasn't worked out as you expected. I'm going to work on getting this right for you.
Thanks
KS
You are welcome, Emily. Since the order is processed based on the material when it was placed, the production print it as is. To help you out, I can process the reorder and I can offer 50% one time courtesy discount. Would that work for you?
So re-order at 50% off?
KS
Yes, that is correct. This is for the 6 items of your window clings.
Will I be paying shipping on each individual cling?
KS
We can apply the free shipping on the reorder. I got you on this.
Perhaps this information on the different materials could be on the dropdown that has you pick white or clear
I will accept that offer, but i will not use Print runner again after this.
We've heard that request quite a bit so maybe we will make that available in the future. I'll pitch that in to our sales team, surely.
KS
We always value customers who are keen to give us their feedback. I will be sure to pass on what you have told me to our managerial team to make sure this will not happen to you again, Emily.
Soooo if this seems to be an ongoing and KNOWN problem, why am I responsible?
KS
I can see why you'd want that! Your concerns are completely justified and there is no way we can ignore this pressing matter at hand. Rest assured that we will update it as soon as our sales team makes it available. Let me go ahead and process the reorder for you. Please give me a minute or two.
Disappointed with PrintRunner's Matte Finish Stickers - False Promises and Runaround
I recently put in an order for 2,000 stickers from PrintRunner. I wanted a matte finish, but when they arrived, they were all shiny - which is not what I wanted at all!
PrintRunner promised to send me some samples of other products that might work better for me. Unfortunately, I never received those samples.
Later on, they told me that I could send them about 30 stickers to take a look at and assess the finish. However, even if they did agree with me that the finish was not what I asked for, they would only give me a fraction of a rebate.
It's really annoying because every time I try to call or email them, they seem to give me the runaround. It's just been a big headache overall, and I feel like they're not really keeping their promises.
All in all, I've been pretty disappointed with the way PrintRunner has handled my order. I guess I'll just have to deal with the shiny stickers for now - which is certainly not ideal!

Nightmare Experience with PrintRunner: Shoddy Stickers and Frustrating Customer Service
So here's the deal, I wanted to write about PrintRunner and our experience with their services during these tough times. We're a family-owned small business and we made an order for over a thousand dollars worth of stickers. We were hoping they could turn things around for us during the pandemic, but boy oh boy were we wrong.
First of all, the stickers that arrived were not up to par. They were missing some elements of the images we submitted and it was just unacceptable. When we reached out to PrintRunner for a refund or reprint, we were met with a frustrating experience. All they did was send email after email requesting the same photos over and over again. It felt like we were being worn down, crushed by the weight of endless emails with no resolution in sight.
It didn't help that there was supposed to be a discount promised from the beginning that we never received. We spent a lot of money with PrintRunner, but didn't receive the quality stickers or customer service we were promised. It was a complete letdown.
At the end of the day, dealing with PrintRunner was a nightmare. We had to spend so much time and energy just trying to get a refund or reprint for the shoddy stickers they sent us. If you're looking for a company that cares about the customer and will deliver quality products, look elsewhere. PrintRunner's services are not worth the time or the worry.
Unreliable and Shady: My Disappointing Experience with PrintRunner
So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with PrintRunner, specifically with an order I made for some stickers. When the package arrived, I was super disappointed to find that what I got was NOT what I had ordered. Like, the quality was bad and they were just plain wrong. I mean, come on, even I could see that!
So, I went ahead and made a complaint about it, complete with pictures to show the difference between what I thought I was getting and what actually showed up. And wouldn't you know it, they tried to pull a fast one on me! They were all like, "Oh, we sent you an email and never heard back from you, so we assume everything was okay." Uh, no you didn't! They were totally lying just to try and cover their tracks.
And the end result? They just kept the money and didn't even do anything to fix the problem. Talk about shady, am I right? And to make matters worse, it turns out that PrintRunner isn't really all that reliable anyway. I mean, if they're gonna mess up an order like mine, who knows what else they've done!
So yeah, long story short, I definitely wouldn't recommend using PrintRunner for your printing needs. Stick with someone else if you want to avoid getting ripped off!
PrintRunner: Terrible Customer Service and Shoddy Work - Avoid at All Costs
I gotta tell you, I don't recommend PrintRunner at all. I had a real issue with them when I ordered some labels for my business - they messed it up three times! When I reached out to them about getting a refund, they tried to pass off the work back onto me. Can you believe that? They wanted me to pack up the messed up labels and send them back!
To make matters worse, the refund process was a total hassle. It took two whole weeks for the money to finally make its way back into my account. And you know what? The customer service people were just plain rude. I'm really hoping that other people read this review before they order from PrintRunner. Trust me, you don't want to deal with their shoddy work and terrible customer service.
PrintRunner's Photo Magnets: A Disappointing Purchase
I recently bought 100 photo magnets from PrintRunner and I gotta say, they were not what I was hoping for. When I got them, I could see that they weren't really professional looking. There were white lines around the edges which made them look pretty cheap. I decided to give them a call and figure out what was going on.
Thankfully, their customer service was actually pretty decent. One of the representatives asked me to send some pictures of the subpar magnets so they could take a look at them. I was skeptical that anything would actually come of this, but to my surprise, they actually said they'd print another batch for me.
Of course, I was pretty hopeful this time around. I mean, who wouldn't be, right? Unfortunately, the second batch of magnets wasn't that much better than the first. I mean, they were a bit less noticeable, I guess. But there were still these white lines around the edges. Honestly, they just looked pretty low-quality still.
Overall, I don't think I can really recommend PrintRunner's photo magnets. Sure, their customer service was great and they obviously cared about trying to make things right. But the end results just weren't that great. Personally, I wouldn't order from them again.
Disappointed with PrintRunner's Second Set of Labels: Size Too Small and a Waste of Money
I recently placed an order at PrintRunner using order number *** for two sets of labels. While I was satisfied with the first set of labels I ordered, I was disappointed with the second set. I confirmed the job, but when I received the labels, I noticed that the print was smaller than expected. This was not what I wanted. I have previously ordered the same label and had a good experience, so I reordered it for this new job.
However, I was not at all satisfied with the new labels I received. The shipping was excellent and timely, but I feel like I wasted my money on the labels because I won't be able to use them on my products. The size is simply too small. This is a big letdown because the original set of labels I ordered came out great - they were for Sha-Manic Healing LLC.
I feel like a customer who is not satisfied at all with this most recent order. I spent money on something that turned out to be a disappointment. That said, I think PrintRunner still has the potential to do better; I just hope that they take customer feedback to heart and improve their services. Overall, I am not happy with my second set of labels and hope PrintRunner can work to improve their quality control process going forward.
Disappointing Experience with PrintRunner's Stickers, Check Out StickerRobot for Quality Stickers That Last
I been using PrintRunner for my sticker needs for quite a while now, but the one I got recently ain't coming up trumps - it's total crap! All I wanted were some high gloss vinyl stickers, right? But compared to what I received in the past, the most recent batch looks like it's got a finish that's so dull, it's almost like it's the matt version! What is this? I specifically needed these stickers for outdoor use, but even the lightest scratch on them can remove the ink applied. To be honest, I'm so disappointed that it's making me consider looking elsewhere for my future sticker needs. No point sticking with a vendor that doesn't deliver, right?
You know, if you're on the hunt for amazing stickers with crazy quality, you oughtta check out StickerRobot.com. Sure, you gotta be willing to pay a bit more, but what you get in exchange is definitely worth it. StickerRobot's sticky products are clearly built to last - they'll stick by your side for forever!
Print Runner Review: Terrible Experience with Late Delivery, Overcharging, and Ridiculous Policies
Print runner, oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with these folks. So, I placed my order of labels and postcards with them, thinking that they would provide quality service, but it turned out to be the complete opposite.
First of all, it took them not one, but two whole weeks to approve my print request. I mean, come on, that's just too much time wasted. And as a result, the labeling ended up arriving late. But guess what? Instead of fixing their mistake and apologizing, they charged me a whopping $170 just to overnight the postcards to me. That's insane!
But then, when I finally received the postcards, I found out that there were 90 cards missing! I immediately called them up to get them fixed, but they asked me for a photo of the shipping box to prove that those cards were indeed missing. But, unfortunately, I did not have the box with me since I had sent it to a fulfillment center. The lack of flexibility here is just astounding.
What's even worse is that these 90 postcards are probably worth only around a penny, and yet they won't print more without the box's photo. Are you kidding me? I have been a loyal customer with them for about 5 years now, but after this experience, I don't think I will be using their service ever again.
In conclusion, if you're thinking of using Print runner, I highly advise you to reconsider and find a more reliable print service.
Disappointing Experience with Printrunner: Slow Delivery and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently ordered some stickers from a few different companies, including Printrunner. Out of all three companies, I have to say that Printrunner took the longest. On top of that, when I needed help from their customer service department, they were absolutely no help at all. I asked them if they could change the shipping address for me before my product was even shipped, and they told me that they couldn't do it. I couldn't believe it! To make matters worse, they told me that my product had already been shipped, even though I could see that the shipping label hadn't even been created yet.
When I told them that I needed them to fix this issue, they told me that I would have to pay a fee to have my order re-shipped. I was so angry that I decided to reroute my package before they could charge me anything else. I have to say, I was incredibly frustrated with my experience with Printrunner. In fact, I'm not sure I would recommend them to anyone.
If you're looking for a better option, I would suggest checking out Sticker Mule instead. Although they charge slightly more than Printrunner, they're much faster and their product is of a much higher quality. Plus, their customer service is excellent! All in all, I have to say that Printrunner was a total disgrace and I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Disappointed with Printrunner - Vistaprint is the way to go
I've been using Printrunner for a good while now, about 3 years to be exact, and I've got to say that I'm a bit disappointed with them. I ordered some magnets from them and after a few weeks, they began to show some warping. Unfortunately, I didn't file a claim within the 30-day window that they give you and so they told me that I was out of luck. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to inspect every single one of a thousand pcs within such a tight timeframe?
I decided to file a claim anyway, just on the off chance that they would be cool about it, right? And you know what, I got a response from an agent who told me that they would actually replace the magnets for me! I was stoked and decided to wait it out. Unfortunately, when I followed up on the status of my replacement magnets, I was told that I was out of luck again. What a bummer.
Meanwhile, I've been using Vistaprint for some other stuff and I've got to say, they're pretty great. They really stand by their products and I never had any issues with them. One time, we got some chipped mugs from them and they credited us without any hassle at all. It was such a relief after having to deal with Printrunner.
Speaking of hassle, I gotta say that Printrunner really gave me the runaround when I asked them about my magnets. They kept asking me over and over again why I waited past the 30-day window and it started to feel like I was stuck in a never-ending loop. At that point, I just gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere.
So yeah, while Printrunner may have some decent prices and all, I think I'll be sticking with Vistaprint from now on. They just seem to care more about their customers and their products.
