PrintRunner Love my stickers!

The process was easy and straightforward. They verified the mock up before they went to print and made an adjustment to make sure none of my words were cut off my sticker. I will definitely purchase again. I'm thinking of going one size up 4 x 4, but the 3x3 is working for me for now.

PrintRunner Beat my expectations

Wow, I don't know where to start.
It was very easy to order.
I uploaded the picture straight from my phone sent it to them and they made magic very quickly 1 day I might add.
The pictures came out so beautiful thank you guys my wife will come to tears when she sees it
To give details it a giant profile picture of my wife.

PrintRunner Attention to Detail

I ordered bookmarks from PrintRunner. I noticed that they were off-centered. I notified PrintRunner and they replied, asked me if I wanted my money back, a store credit, or the job redone. I chose to have them redo the job. They arrived shortly after my request and they were perfect. They stand by their product and services and were so easy to deal with to correct this issue.

PrintRunner Healthcare Heroes: The Medical Careers Guide

We purchased these bookmarks to help market our new book on healthcare careers. We used the cover of the book and made a bookmark. Printrunner had one of the best prices for this item and the quality is excellent. We initially purchased 2,000 but then went and bought another 2,000. They are great giveaways, convey the message, and at a price that can't be beat! And with free shipping! Overall awesome deal! Thank you!

PrintRunner Fast shipping and handling, love quality

Last week I had project to print 1,000 5x7 invitation cards. But when I started to read reviews for different printing companies I was very confused. Some of them averaged 1-2 stars. I was wondering what's going on. Why would someone say 'stay away from this company" etc. Was it because their printing quality was bad? Was it because they didn't crop design correctly? A lot of companies had similar price plus minutes $20 for thousand cards, however when I went to check out, some charged $112 for shipping, yet PrintRunner had free shipping. So I took a gamble and absolutely LOVE final product. Company asked for 4 business days to print, but I got tracking number on 3rd day. And because I'm in Cali, package arrived within 2 days. So glad it worked out.

PrintRunner Printing on magnets

The final product is unprofessional and not at all like the proof. The final product moved the entire image contents up so high that wording borders the top of the maget with tons of space at the bottom — it looks ridiculous. They refused my money back or redoing of them saying they fit their "quality expectations". They offered $32 from an order that was $80-$90 toward a new order but if that is their "quality expectation" and they don't want to fix the problem, why would I ever order more? Trying to add photos below and reads "cannot add photos to temp directory"

Claimed loss: $79.95 plus tax and shipping (it was almost $90)

Desired outcome: Money back.I would have been open to square magnet since their printer or printing was so inaccurate.

PrintRunner Support is almost worse than the stickers were

All I can say is I am extremely disappointed. Here's my story.
I'd bought from PrintRunner in the past. I had bought a total of 5 batches of stickers from them, and only really had a problem with one.

When I got the stickers, they were cut very unevenly, and the color was pretty far off. Keep in mind this was 1000 stickers. They were all messed up in the same way. I decided, well, I haven't had any issues in the past, so I'll shoot them an email. My deadline was coming up, but they shipped the stickers out about 5 days early.

On November 14th, I got the stickers.

On November 15th, I sent them an email.

On November 16th, they responded back giving me a form to fill out about the issues.

On November 21st, 2 days before my deadline, I got an email and voicemail from an
"Issue Resolution Specialist". They agreed there was a problem, and gave me a $33.73 credit to reorder the number of stickers that were affected.

On November 21st, around 30 minutes later, I responded asking for their original file so I could fix the colors and asked if I would be charged shipping (the website said I would, it was ~$25, pretty much the same amount as those stickers)

On late November 23rd, I sent another email, by forwarding the email from the 'specialist' to the main customer care email, hoping someone could get it sorted quickly before the thanksgiving holiday. Keep in mind it was past my deadline at this point.

On November 24th, they responded saying that they will call me back when normal business hours resume. (did not tell me when they resumed, it is not listed anywhere obvious on website.)

Today, December 4th, I sent another email asking why I had not yet got a response, 15 days later.

Now I am sitting here almost 2 weeks after the deadline, without any response or properly made stickers. I didn't need them by the original deadline, but I needed them now

So no, I don't recommend PrintRunner to anyone, and I will be letting those that I did recommend it to, and the person who recommended them to me what happened here.

Even if they fix the problem at this point, I don't intend on changing the review. They messed up my stickers, all I want is for it to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, at no charge to me.

PrintRunner Beware

They deleted this review from their site twice...

I ordered clings with a white background. I didn't read the huge amount of reading on this product page or click on the tab that says "Specs". Turns out white backing is an outside window cling but you can't find that information unless you read the entire product page and click on a tab. In fact all product images show the clings inside... I had no reason to believe there was even another option. I reached out to support and they will only cover 50% of a reorder... but soon after that offer was made to me, the support agent admitted this is a problem they know they have and they don't fix it.

PrintRunner Disappointed with PrintRunner's Matte Finish Stickers - False Promises and Runaround

I recently put in an order for 2,000 stickers from PrintRunner. I wanted a matte finish, but when they arrived, they were all shiny - which is not what I wanted at all!

PrintRunner promised to send me some samples of other products that might work better for me. Unfortunately, I never received those samples.

Later on, they told me that I could send them about 30 stickers to take a look at and assess the finish. However, even if they did agree with me that the finish was not what I asked for, they would only give me a fraction of a rebate.

It's really annoying because every time I try to call or email them, they seem to give me the runaround. It's just been a big headache overall, and I feel like they're not really keeping their promises.

All in all, I've been pretty disappointed with the way PrintRunner has handled my order. I guess I'll just have to deal with the shiny stickers for now - which is certainly not ideal!

PrintRunner Nightmare Experience with PrintRunner: Shoddy Stickers and Frustrating Customer Service

So here's the deal, I wanted to write about PrintRunner and our experience with their services during these tough times. We're a family-owned small business and we made an order for over a thousand dollars worth of stickers. We were hoping they could turn things around for us during the pandemic, but boy oh boy were we wrong.

First of all, the stickers that arrived were not up to par. They were missing some elements of the images we submitted and it was just unacceptable. When we reached out to PrintRunner for a refund or reprint, we were met with a frustrating experience. All they did was send email after email requesting the same photos over and over again. It felt like we were being worn down, crushed by the weight of endless emails with no resolution in sight.

It didn't help that there was supposed to be a discount promised from the beginning that we never received. We spent a lot of money with PrintRunner, but didn't receive the quality stickers or customer service we were promised. It was a complete letdown.

At the end of the day, dealing with PrintRunner was a nightmare. We had to spend so much time and energy just trying to get a refund or reprint for the shoddy stickers they sent us. If you're looking for a company that cares about the customer and will deliver quality products, look elsewhere. PrintRunner's services are not worth the time or the worry.

PrintRunner Unreliable and Shady: My Disappointing Experience with PrintRunner

So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with PrintRunner, specifically with an order I made for some stickers. When the package arrived, I was super disappointed to find that what I got was NOT what I had ordered. Like, the quality was bad and they were just plain wrong. I mean, come on, even I could see that!

So, I went ahead and made a complaint about it, complete with pictures to show the difference between what I thought I was getting and what actually showed up. And wouldn't you know it, they tried to pull a fast one on me! They were all like, "Oh, we sent you an email and never heard back from you, so we assume everything was okay." Uh, no you didn't! They were totally lying just to try and cover their tracks.

And the end result? They just kept the money and didn't even do anything to fix the problem. Talk about shady, am I right? And to make matters worse, it turns out that PrintRunner isn't really all that reliable anyway. I mean, if they're gonna mess up an order like mine, who knows what else they've done!

So yeah, long story short, I definitely wouldn't recommend using PrintRunner for your printing needs. Stick with someone else if you want to avoid getting ripped off!

PrintRunner PrintRunner: Terrible Customer Service and Shoddy Work - Avoid at All Costs

I gotta tell you, I don't recommend PrintRunner at all. I had a real issue with them when I ordered some labels for my business - they messed it up three times! When I reached out to them about getting a refund, they tried to pass off the work back onto me. Can you believe that? They wanted me to pack up the messed up labels and send them back!

To make matters worse, the refund process was a total hassle. It took two whole weeks for the money to finally make its way back into my account. And you know what? The customer service people were just plain rude. I'm really hoping that other people read this review before they order from PrintRunner. Trust me, you don't want to deal with their shoddy work and terrible customer service.

PrintRunner PrintRunner's Photo Magnets: A Disappointing Purchase

I recently bought 100 photo magnets from PrintRunner and I gotta say, they were not what I was hoping for. When I got them, I could see that they weren't really professional looking. There were white lines around the edges which made them look pretty cheap. I decided to give them a call and figure out what was going on.

Thankfully, their customer service was actually pretty decent. One of the representatives asked me to send some pictures of the subpar magnets so they could take a look at them. I was skeptical that anything would actually come of this, but to my surprise, they actually said they'd print another batch for me.

Of course, I was pretty hopeful this time around. I mean, who wouldn't be, right? Unfortunately, the second batch of magnets wasn't that much better than the first. I mean, they were a bit less noticeable, I guess. But there were still these white lines around the edges. Honestly, they just looked pretty low-quality still.

Overall, I don't think I can really recommend PrintRunner's photo magnets. Sure, their customer service was great and they obviously cared about trying to make things right. But the end results just weren't that great. Personally, I wouldn't order from them again.

PrintRunner Disappointed with PrintRunner's Second Set of Labels: Size Too Small and a Waste of Money

I recently placed an order at PrintRunner using order number *** for two sets of labels. While I was satisfied with the first set of labels I ordered, I was disappointed with the second set. I confirmed the job, but when I received the labels, I noticed that the print was smaller than expected. This was not what I wanted. I have previously ordered the same label and had a good experience, so I reordered it for this new job.

However, I was not at all satisfied with the new labels I received. The shipping was excellent and timely, but I feel like I wasted my money on the labels because I won't be able to use them on my products. The size is simply too small. This is a big letdown because the original set of labels I ordered came out great - they were for Sha-Manic Healing LLC.

I feel like a customer who is not satisfied at all with this most recent order. I spent money on something that turned out to be a disappointment. That said, I think PrintRunner still has the potential to do better; I just hope that they take customer feedback to heart and improve their services. Overall, I am not happy with my second set of labels and hope PrintRunner can work to improve their quality control process going forward.

PrintRunner Disappointing Experience with PrintRunner's Stickers, Check Out StickerRobot for Quality Stickers That Last

I been using PrintRunner for my sticker needs for quite a while now, but the one I got recently ain't coming up trumps - it's total crap! All I wanted were some high gloss vinyl stickers, right? But compared to what I received in the past, the most recent batch looks like it's got a finish that's so dull, it's almost like it's the matt version! What is this? I specifically needed these stickers for outdoor use, but even the lightest scratch on them can remove the ink applied. To be honest, I'm so disappointed that it's making me consider looking elsewhere for my future sticker needs. No point sticking with a vendor that doesn't deliver, right?

You know, if you're on the hunt for amazing stickers with crazy quality, you oughtta check out StickerRobot.com. Sure, you gotta be willing to pay a bit more, but what you get in exchange is definitely worth it. StickerRobot's sticky products are clearly built to last - they'll stick by your side for forever!

PrintRunner Print Runner Review: Terrible Experience with Late Delivery, Overcharging, and Ridiculous Policies

Print runner, oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with these folks. So, I placed my order of labels and postcards with them, thinking that they would provide quality service, but it turned out to be the complete opposite.

First of all, it took them not one, but two whole weeks to approve my print request. I mean, come on, that's just too much time wasted. And as a result, the labeling ended up arriving late. But guess what? Instead of fixing their mistake and apologizing, they charged me a whopping $170 just to overnight the postcards to me. That's insane!

But then, when I finally received the postcards, I found out that there were 90 cards missing! I immediately called them up to get them fixed, but they asked me for a photo of the shipping box to prove that those cards were indeed missing. But, unfortunately, I did not have the box with me since I had sent it to a fulfillment center. The lack of flexibility here is just astounding.

What's even worse is that these 90 postcards are probably worth only around a penny, and yet they won't print more without the box's photo. Are you kidding me? I have been a loyal customer with them for about 5 years now, but after this experience, I don't think I will be using their service ever again.

In conclusion, if you're thinking of using Print runner, I highly advise you to reconsider and find a more reliable print service.

PrintRunner Disappointing Experience with Printrunner: Slow Delivery and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently ordered some stickers from a few different companies, including Printrunner. Out of all three companies, I have to say that Printrunner took the longest. On top of that, when I needed help from their customer service department, they were absolutely no help at all. I asked them if they could change the shipping address for me before my product was even shipped, and they told me that they couldn't do it. I couldn't believe it! To make matters worse, they told me that my product had already been shipped, even though I could see that the shipping label hadn't even been created yet.

When I told them that I needed them to fix this issue, they told me that I would have to pay a fee to have my order re-shipped. I was so angry that I decided to reroute my package before they could charge me anything else. I have to say, I was incredibly frustrated with my experience with Printrunner. In fact, I'm not sure I would recommend them to anyone.

If you're looking for a better option, I would suggest checking out Sticker Mule instead. Although they charge slightly more than Printrunner, they're much faster and their product is of a much higher quality. Plus, their customer service is excellent! All in all, I have to say that Printrunner was a total disgrace and I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

PrintRunner Disappointed with Printrunner - Vistaprint is the way to go

I've been using Printrunner for a good while now, about 3 years to be exact, and I've got to say that I'm a bit disappointed with them. I ordered some magnets from them and after a few weeks, they began to show some warping. Unfortunately, I didn't file a claim within the 30-day window that they give you and so they told me that I was out of luck. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to inspect every single one of a thousand pcs within such a tight timeframe?

I decided to file a claim anyway, just on the off chance that they would be cool about it, right? And you know what, I got a response from an agent who told me that they would actually replace the magnets for me! I was stoked and decided to wait it out. Unfortunately, when I followed up on the status of my replacement magnets, I was told that I was out of luck again. What a bummer.

Meanwhile, I've been using Vistaprint for some other stuff and I've got to say, they're pretty great. They really stand by their products and I never had any issues with them. One time, we got some chipped mugs from them and they credited us without any hassle at all. It was such a relief after having to deal with Printrunner.

Speaking of hassle, I gotta say that Printrunner really gave me the runaround when I asked them about my magnets. They kept asking me over and over again why I waited past the 30-day window and it started to feel like I was stuck in a never-ending loop. At that point, I just gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere.

So yeah, while Printrunner may have some decent prices and all, I think I'll be sticking with Vistaprint from now on. They just seem to care more about their customers and their products.
