Fantastic Canvas Printing Company with Peculiar Sizes and Great Prices
This company is seriously awesome! I'm definitely planning on buying from them again. The price was beyond good for what I got. The quality of the print is fantastic, yet there are a few minor black marks, but they don't remove from the greatness of it. I decided to use this website because of the fantastic prices, but also since they had such peculiar sizes, which no nearby shops had. I went with a 16x24 canvas because it allowed me to keep the whole focal point of my photo without chopping anything off (this is usually the standard aspect ratio most shops will offer). Like many others, I anticipated this site was based in Canada since it's a. Ca domain (another reason I ordered from them), but it turns out they're in Florida. I was anxious about a long wait time in the period of the pandemic, but it was printed and shipped the following day and arrived a little over a week later. Prices are in CDN dollars, and I didn't have to pay any extra duties, taxes or fees even after crossing the border. After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but at the price, I figured it was worth giving it a go; it was a quick, simple, no-fuss transaction, and I'll be using this site for all my canvas printing. If I have a terrible experience or if the canvas fades or cracks before it should, I'll make sure to update my review, but until then, I'll be telling everybody about the amazing picture hanging in my house!

to see. I spent a whopping $600 on prints and frames, and was extremely disappointed with my order from bestcanvas.ca. When the order arrived, I noticed shipping damage immediately. Some of the prints were broken, while others were misprinted. I contacted their customer service team, and they asked me for pictures of the damage.
I sent them multiple emails with the pictures attached, but they claimed they couldn't see them and instead asked me to use a 3rd party transfer site. After I complied, they told me to destroy my entire order to get a refund. I did what they asked and sent in proof, but they refused to issue a refund after all that hassle.
To add insult to injury, BESTCANVAS did not wrap the canvas prints properly, so most of them arrived with shipping damage. The metal print that I ordered had damaged corners, and the print wasn't even placed correctly. It even cut off half of my watermark, and the color was dull and lifeless.
The framed photos were another disappointment. They were framed with foam and had a thin plastic veneer covering, while the "glass" was made of cheap plastic. The inside of the frame was filled with white particles, and the cardboard backing was just as low-quality as everything else. Worst of all, the print underneath had printer head lines all over it, making it look extremely unprofessional.
I can't believe I wasted so much money on such poor-quality products. So, I'm here to speak on my experience with BestCanvas.ca. Honestly, I thought it could work, but in the end, it didn't meet my expectations. When I emailed them, they were easily approachable, professional, and willing to help. They accepted TIFF files which was great because I wanted to make sure my images were perfect. Their prices are a bit on the higher side, but trust me, they are totally worth it.
In conclusion, if you care about your images and want to make sure they are displayed or sold with the utmost quality, I would suggest going for quality over cheap discount places like BestCanvas.ca. They claim to be the best, but in reality, they are not. I gotta say, BestCanvas.ca really disappointed me. It was such a bummer, like why can't you edit or cancel your order after paying? Like seriously, I ordered my Large Canvas on Monday October 19th at 8:57pm and like within the hour I realized I ordered the wrong darn picture! So, I immediately emailed them but then got no reply and when I tried to call them, I was put on hold for like EVER. So, I emailed them again, still no luck, and then I got an email the next morning saying to confirm my order number, which I did immediately. But then, another agent finally wrote back like 5 hours later saying they couldn't do anything to help me because the "whole process is automated". Ugh, like seriously? I emailed them two more times after that and didn't even get a response. I mean, if they can't even edit your order, even if it's just a few hours after paying, then I say skip them and go with another company. I only picked them because of the good reviews, but mine is definitely not one of them.

I gotta tell you guys, I bought a canvas from BestCanvas.ca a couple years ago and it was a real winner! Gorgeous, simply gorgeous. But my most recent purchase was a total flop. I mean it was baaaad. Instead of getting my canvas on a thick frame like I wanted, it was on a regular ole frame. And don't even get me started on how poorly it was stretched! I was super excited to get my new and improved canvas. But when I opened up that box, my heart just sank. Yeah, it was on the right frame and everything, but they didn't put any packing materials in there to keep it from sliding around during shipping. So all my pretty colors were wiped off the edges. Naturally, I asked for my money back. Know what they said? "We'll refund you, but only if you destroy the canvas and send us a pic." Can you believe that? What's worse, the aluminum print had bubbles all over it that were not expected, and the upper right edge of the metallic photo was irreparably bent! You would assume that a costly item like that would be packed with a lot more care and attention. They just put the photo in the box with no padding material other than a membraneous piece of foam. That's just cutting corners and being cheap! Plus, it's no wonder that it got damaged during shipping and handling.
Trying to claim the damage was also a complete waste of my time. The customer service at BestCanvas.ca was almost non-existent - it took me forever to get ahold of them and when I finally did, they were unresponsive. They asked me to provide photographic evidence of the damage, which I did, but it was an uphill task to confirm their receipt of it. It was an unpleasant experience; dealing with them felt like pulling teeth.

Update: Oh my gosh guys, I gotta tell you about this site called Bestcanvas.ca, it's freakin' awesome! I had some trouble with my prints at first, but after contacting their customer service team, they shipped me a whole new set of prints that were perfect. I was blown away!
Now, when I first ordered my prints, I only gave them 3 stars because there were some issues with how they were framed and shipped. But let me tell you, their prices were sooo good, and the quality of the actual printing was fantastic. I ordered 10 prints of different sizes ranging from 30"x20" to 40"x30", all related to my favourite fantasy art. And let me tell you, the colours are so vibrant and beautiful, it's like they came to life!
However, I did notice some issues with the frames. One of the frames had a completely misaligned corner, which made the canvas look stretched and weird. Three of the prints were stapled poorly, causing a wave-like effect. A few others didn't seem to be stretched enough and were a little loose on the frame. Also, all 6 of the larger prints had an outlined edge of the frames that were visible, which was super frustrating.
But when I contacted their customer service, they immediately responded and shipped me a whole new set of prints that were perfect. The second set arrived much quicker and were packaged so well, with cardboard placed between prints so they wouldn't lean on each other in transport. The colours were spot on and the framing was tight, with no alignment issues. I couldn't believe how amazing the new prints were, and the customer service team made the whole experience so much better!
Now, I will say the original prints did have some colour issues that I didn't notice until I received the new ones. The skin tones were a little too pink and not flesh coloured, which was a bit of a bummer. But the new prints were absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier.
So, if you're looking for great prints at amazing prices, Bestcanvas.ca is the way to go. And if you do run into any issues, their customer service team will make it right in a jiffy! I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to all my fellow art lovers out there!

I gotta tell you guys, I was really disappointed with BestCanvas.ca. I ordered a blanket for my niece as a Christmas gift, with the guarantee that it would arrive in time for the big day. But guess what? It was a no-show. I waited and waited, but the darn thing didn't arrive until over a week later. I tried calling the phone numbers listed on their website, but neither of them worked. So, I wanted to buy two items for a gallery and a gift, and I was browsing through the web like you normally would before buying stuff online. I came across BestCanvas.ca and decided to give them a go. Before I proceed further, I must mention that I am not really good with all the technicalities and all the procedures which is obviously a common trait among average joes. So, I ordered two items from them, and the shipping page read it will only take 3-5 days for the items to arrive.
However, the 3-5 day period passed, and I didn't receive any updates on my orders. That's when I realized that I had to follow up myself, like most of us typically need to do. So three weeks later, I contacted them again, and shockingly they hadn't even processed the order! The real kicker is, I had already been charged for the order. Like, whaat? And when I asked them about the order and the delay they didn't seem much concerned, and they didn't even offer any discounts or anything like that even after I complained. So, as you can understand, I was feeling very disappointed with their behaviour and felt a little hopeless.
I had paid for a spot in a gallery expecting that the items I ordered would arrive on time. But alas! Because these guys were late and didn't tell me, I didn't have anything to show in the gallery. They didn't even bother to notify me, which put me in a little bit of a tough spot. I mean, if they had only notified me, I would have made preparations to create another item, but here I was, hopeful that it would arrive in time. If I hadn't followed up, they wouldn't have sent me the order and would still have charged me! That's how bad it was!

That company BestCanvas.ca really let me down. They advertised this blanket as extra-thick premium plush for only $35. So I thought I was getting a great deal, but boy was I wrong. My disappointment knew no bounds when I got this blanket that was paper thin and definitely not plush. To add insult to injury, the total ended up being $63! What kind of shoddy business practices are those?
And when I asked for a refund, they tried to make it my problem. They said I had to cut through the blanket to get it. Which makes no sense to me. They claim it's environmentally friendly because they save on shipping, but how is that environmentally friendly? I mean, it's just going to end up in a landfill anyway because I'm not cutting through something that has a print I love on it.
If BestCanvas.ca really wanted to be environmentally friendly, they should donate to the homeless or something. Sure, it might not be as warm as a proper blanket, but at least they're doing something good for the community. But I guess that's too much to ask from a business that promotes products that don't exist.

I am not pleased with my experience with bestcanvas.ca. Initially, I had high hopes for the company. I ordered a blanket for Father's Day back in May. Bestcanvas.ca Review: Poorly Cut Metal Prints & Neglected Acrylic Piece – Disappointing Quality & Lack of Control
I recently ordered some prints from Bestcanvas.ca for my wildlife photography. I was excited to receive my 3 metal prints and 1 acrylic piece, but alas, my excitement turned to disappointment. When I opened the box, I was shocked and dismayed to find that all 3 metal prints were poorly cut. Not only were there multiple jagged pieces sticking off of them, but several of the corners were compressed and cracking. One of the pieces even had the metal showing through the photograph in one corner due to a tear caused by the poor cutting.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the acrylic piece was also showing signs of neglect. The backing was already beginning to peel off in one corner, and upon closer inspection, I saw that there were small scuffs on the acrylic surface. It's clear that this order shows a lack of quality control. How could a company allow such poor work to slip through?

So, I saw this site online and thought they were a Canadian company because of their ".CA" domain. But turns out they're in the USA (Miami) and I feel a bit mislead. Anyway, I ordered a baby blanket for my friend who lives in the same area where I'm going on vacation. The ordering process was alright, but then a few days in I saw there was no update on the shipment from UPS. When I reached out, they told me they lost it! What a huge inconvenience for me because I wanted to see the blanket and make sure it was up to my standards before giving it to my friend. They apologized, but words don't fix a problem like that.
So they sent me a second order--this time to my friend's address--but I still didn't get to check it for quality beforehand. The first order fiasco did at least result in them crediting me the shipping charge (which I'm still waiting for on my credit card). But today I called them again because I haven't seen any updates on the tracking number. I was fed up, so I decided to cancel my order, but they said they couldn't refund me until the product was delivered or if there was still no movement by tomorrow afternoon. I'm just disappointed because I wish I had checked out the Better Business Bureau reviews before deciding to do business with them. Seems like they have a lot of ongoing problems. All I want is my money back and to never deal with this company again.

I got three orders from BestCanvas.ca within a month and let me tell ya it was a journey! First of all, their printing ain't the brightest you know? I mean, I got this color-calibrated IPS-C monitor and I know how my pics should look like, but BestCanvas.ca just keeps printing them with dark shades. The peeps who are cool with this probs have low expectations, it's just not acceptable yo. My color pics lacked the oomph of contrast and saturation that they had when I sent them over and only one of the reprints they gave me had fixed the issue a bit. Like what the heck are they even doing? They sent me the wrong reprints, not once but twice! I only had one pic to be done but they sent me all three and no fixes were done. Plus my reprint orders were often crooked on the frickin' frames, ugh frustrating. I had to email their support countless times and since my orders were all done almost at the same time, they couldn't keep up and they got confused. Geez Louise! I even asked for a refund, but support hasn't replied since then.
Listen, they're not even a Canadian company, it's just a. Ca site to look Canadian cool. Their prints come from Germany and the support team sends reply messages all the way from Florida. If you're not really into quality prints or you're printing crappy pics, they're good enough and they come cheap and fast too. But if you're investing your time and money on your art, and you want quality results, just avoid BestCanvas.ca. Seriously, don't even bother.
