Please be careful before entering into any agreement with this company
Please be careful before entering into any agreement with this company. They will lock you into annual commitments and then auto renew those commitments without notice. As a marketer I have dealt with many online review management companies and I have never worked with one that has been so unprincipled in their approach to business. I would definitely recommend working with any one of their many competitors before trusting them with your review management.
Birdeye posted a fake negative review about my business on Google, while trying to solicit my business for their "business reputation" product. I received unsolicited emails over the course of several days from Birdeye, then received an email one morning that Allen W. had posted a negative review and Birdeye could fix it. The review posted by Allen W. Is false and no "Allen" ever contacted our company. Birdeye posted the review in an effort to acquire my business. Fraudulent business practices like this should not be tolerated.
This company is dishonorable and should be avoided at all cost!
We are a *** office and started with Birdeye back in 2019. We were not getting the result after 1 year and so we have tried to stop the subscription back in 2020 and they said it could not be done due to our contract, that it had to stopped exactly on a yearly (12 months cycle) basis. So I have requested to stop cancel my subscription then back in 2020 to have it closed in 2021 and they have been charging my account still and it's the year 2022 NOW! It is like having a time share account that they won't let you close on them.
If they say that they cannot close this account after 2 years, we will take a legal action against this company. So be aware of Birdeye before you sign any agreeement with them.
For weeks I received emails from them trying to get me to join their service. I ignored all of them. Today I received an email from them showing a negative review of the business. Someone I've never heard of or ever done business with. All my work takes place overseas and nothing domestically in the US. About six hours later I received another email from them saying how they can help the business. Not positive they left a fake review but sure feels like it. I'd stay far away from this company and hope your business doesn't make it on their radar.
We attempted to cancel our service with Birdeye prior to annual renewal. This was done by phone. Birdeye not only refused to cancel but over charged our credit card by $5000.00. We have disputed this with the credit card company but Birdeye apparently sent false documents signed by E-sign which was never done by us. After many irate phone calls they have said they will lower our price if we agree to another year. A total fraudulent company that should be investigated. We will be filing papers with California's Consumer Complaint Division. I would leave a zero star rating if I could
I have been their customer since May
I have been their customer since May . My business was able to hear more from our customers and and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Their support team helped us to got going quickly and was able to assist us whenever we needed help. Personally it has been one of the smartest decision I made running my dental practice. They have been comprehensive and transparent in their business operation and I have personally recommended Birdeye to my close friends.

Birdeye has been great for our business. We are very happy with their service. Very easy for patients to leave reviews, and we are getting lots of them. Thank you Birdeye!
Birdeye has not followed what they say and send review requests to our clients who should not be getting messages to review our company. We explained this multiple times to them. In return, these "clients" leave bad reviews. We have tried to cancel, but they will not cancel our services. HORRIBLE company. If you want good reviews from quality clients, simply ask them. You are better off doing this manually. Birdeye WILL hurt your reputation. I've asked for a supervisor to call me numerous times and no response.

I love being able to see the feedback of our patients!
I love BirdEye! My reviews have more than doubled since getting on board with them and more importantly my patients enjoy how easy it is to leave reviews.
Birdeye is a great platform to be able to see our patient feedback and make improvements when need be!
Birdeye has really helped with the management of our reviews and obtaining more reviews than we would under normal circumstances. We will definitely will continue using their service and recommend them to any business owner.

Our organization has used Birdeye for more than 5 years now and it has been a game changer for managing our online patient reviews. A full suite of reporting and analysis functionality is there if you want it but for us, after initial setup, it operates without any intervention and your patients/customers with positive reviews are nudged to provide their reviews on the social media platform they are most comfortable with and those who experienced service concerns you can intervene early to hear and respond to their concerns. I've recommended Birdeye to several professional colleagues and they have all been as pleased as we have been.

BirdEye has proven invaluable to my company (an employee purchase program) in helping to raise our overall customer ratings and satisfaction. As a user, I've found their interface for looking at, staying on top of, and responding to recent customer reviews, as well as reviewing overall analytics and month-by-month performance data extremely helpful and easy to access. I am able to launch customer review campaigns very quickly and I can rely on their customer support team to help me with any issues that might come up. BirdEye is always available when I need them, providing an actual representative to talk with should I have any questions. They are a first-rate service provider!

I signed up for Birdeye two months ago and have been trying to cancel about 3 weeks after I signed up. I've called numerous times and they keep on saying that some one will call me back to cancel. I ask to speak to the manager and they keep on saying he's out the office and he will call you back within 24 to 48 hours, well it's 2 months later and they are still trying to bill my account. I called the other day and the same thing someone will call you back. Now they posted a review on Facebook that doesn't have anything to do with my business. They can say it's not them but it's there M.O to post a fake review to your google or Facebook account when your trying to quit their services.

As a dental office we were using an "all in one" service that handles appointment confirmations, reminders for overdue cleaning appointments and reviews. Overall we were very happy with their service except we just weren't getting the results we wanted with the reviews. We switched to BirdEye for our reviews and saw a major increase in our patient response rate! Even though we are technically still paying for reviews through another company as part of a bundled price we find it to be worth it to also be paying BirdEye because our review result numbers have been so great! Plus they are always adding new ways to help their customers but introducing new products. Whether the products apply to our business or not, I like a company that is forward thinking and always looking to improve! I definitely recommend BirdEye!

We were their customers for two years and a half, but we closed our main location because of COVID and tried to stop our subscription ($275 per month) and it is crazy! I sent them 5 tickets with inquires to cancel or call me. I called their support 3 times and then I just deleted my account. So what happens next? They charged us for the next month again! After our contract is due and we deleted our account. I called them and I was so angry that they connected me to the billing department and even they wasn't able to figure out why their system charged us after we delete our account. They promised to call me back during the day, and they didn't. After 7 days of waiting, I decided to leave that review. We thought that we can continue using it after we will reopen in our new location next year, but after that experience, I don't believe it.

I normally do not write any bad reviews. This company started few years ago in the U.S. Their customer support and contracts were fantastic. Please do not sign up with them anymore. They had us pay a fee to sign for contracts. We were with them for three years, then they changed the contract without informing us and now in order to ask anyone to review your business, they want more money. They sell tactics are very deceptive, their customer support has been moved to oversease, good luck getting in touch with anyone about your issues because it is horrible. Please try to review them online, they will not allow you to post any reviews for their company. I find this very interesting because they are blocking all reviews. The entire birdeye system is a scam to get money from folks in US. Try your local marketing agencies and help another small business in U.S.A.

I am an owner of the Electronic Service
Company! I have signed up to escalate the review amount and engage with clients! They promised the every customer will leave the store will get an reviews. After i signed up they say they can not do that! We have to send twice a week so they can send the reviews! sometimes they did sometimes they did not! They supposed to send bulk emails to clients every week. Same-way with skipping the weeks. Last time they have done big mistake on email. So many clients have laugh at us! People started ro make fun with us because of their lack of business. They find some tech from India ( Nate) you have to work with him and he supposted to contact with you every week one no calls nothing.
Maggie is an account executive doesn't respond to my emails neither to my voicemails! Do not suggest to work with this company! I did and huge regret!
Dont waste your money! I am so sad and hurt very bad! you should see how people's respond to their mistake. Very sad. All evidence i have as screenshot.
I signed a one year agreement to try birdeye reviews in 2019
I signed a one year agreement to try birdeye reviews in 2019. I sent out reviews to my people but it didn't work to well and preferred that they do their own reviews. I am a sole practitioner. I have a bookkeeper that keeps my books and a front staff and an assistant. I a very busy seeing patients. So overall I did not use birdeye in 2019. At least I tried it. In 2020 Birdeye charged me again for a renewal without reaching out. They didn't do due diligence and see that one of my locations had closed. So they still charged me 1800 per location without my permission. In Feb 2020Covid came to the US and life got hectic. On top of a pandemic we had other issues at Chears with our landlords, mice, sewer smells and I had to move. We also just had riots here in Minneapolis. I have applied and received some federal help now. I also have reviewed my bills that my bookkeeper left and saw there was a charge for 3600 from Birdeye. I have now called and asked for at least 1800 back for the one location that is closed that they billed me for. If they were short of money I would be willing to have 5 year continue with birdeye even if I may not use it or a full refund. I believe it is high way robbery to take money from a small business without asking first and claiming it was in a contract. And that we closed a business.

On June 19th I received an email review from Birdeye
On June 19th I received an email review from Birdeye. The review was from a *** who I was the Guardian ad Litem in her matter back in 2010. She lost custody of her children and blamed me. I have called Birdeye. They can't even give me the address of their home office. They said they work remotely. I have left numerous messages on all extensions, no one has called back. I finally reached someone in sales and he told me to take a picture of the review and emailed it to them, still nothing. I want this slanderous, lying review removed. Birdeye.com is a review platform that appears first on various websites when a prospective customer may search for my services. They aggregate reviews and do not allow a response by my unless I pay an extortion fee. I was court ordered by a judge to be in this case. As the owner of my law practice I want Birdeye.com to remove and release *** from their database and any reviews immediately as they are not representative of my practice

I called Birdeye Customer Support listed on their website to cancel my subscription. I was asked information about the account, cc info and was told I would recieve confirmation that I canceled. They kept trying to sell me and enroll me in other services that I didn't request. I have emailed our account rep with no response, I asked in their chat online and was only given a link to billing but there is no way to cancel.
Our company *** has never used or subscribed to Birdeye, the other day we got an email stating that we received a bad review from a customer we have NEVER moved. Now we are getting an email everyday stating "you received a negative review" The review is just a first name and 1 star. No last name, explanation, nothing. We went to the website to see how we could contact them, you have to watch their tutorial videos to learn how to subscribe to them before we can even move forward. This is unacceptable for any company to do. This company needs shut down. They post false information trying to bully companies into subscribing to them. I want the fake reviews taken off and this company shut down
Per the terms of my contract, I gave written notice multiple times to cancel my account. They auto-renewed my account on 10/3/22 for a year, for $3,000. This was not authorized. I have paid $21,000 to BirdEye between [protected]. I am requesting a refund of the charge of $266.50 made on 10/3/22 and cancellation of the contract.
Birds eye have allowed several inaccurate reviews about the company to be posted by individuals who have never been clients. In fact, these two individuals are using bird eye to post negative reviews due to a personal issue related to my son's custody battle, not because of any treatment received from our Services. These fake reviews are by someone who has never been a client or has contacted our firm, according to our records. I would like our account to be deleted immediately.
We were on a year contract with Birdeye, Inc until March 31st, 2022
We were on a year contract with Birdeye, Inc until March 31st, 2022. I requested to cancel and not renew another year in February and March 2022. I requested this by calling the number on the bill, the number of customer service, email a cancellation request through their website and also emailing a request through email. I talked to several people and was told it would be processed and someone would reach out to me. I never got a call back. I requested several times to not renew. We just looked at our card statement and see they have been charging us. When I called the complany they said we are on a year contract. I explained how I had requested to cancel and again, they said, we will cancel this for you. Someone will give you a call back. That has been a week ago now and still no one has called, nor has our account been cancelled. This is fraudulent and all the charges we have incurred since March 2022 were not authorized. They send us on a wild goose chase, with no response every time I try to reach out.

Our business closed down and when we informed BirdEye they told us it didn't matter, we had to pay out our full contract amount as it could not be canceled. We informed them that it isn't possible with a closed business, showed documentation, got on phone calls and still the "manager" wouldn't get back to us. They continued to charge us for 6 week and still now after notification of the company closure. Now they are sending harrasing emails and still not responding.
A false negative review was posted about my business with no free response option.
A false negative review was posted about my business by an individual, but there's no way to respond without subscribing to a paid membership. A former patient with a personality disorder made false claims after a dispute with her insurance and bank, unrelated to our services. Despite our efforts to assist her, she left a negative review. We lack the means to intervene with her insurance or bank. All requested receipts were provided. To dispute the claims on the review platform, a costly monthly subscription is required, which is unaffordable for our small practice. The platform should consider the nature of businesses, especially mental health practices, where patients may react emotionally.

I called to cancel my subscription with them prior to my renewal. They keept telling me someone would call me back. They never did. I called 3 times. Then my renewal came and my credit card was charged over *** I called them and they said I missed the deadline to cancel but I called them before the renewal and they wouldn't call me back. I've called 8 more time to tell them to unsubscribe me. They assured me when would. Today I got another email. This is harassment and I want no further dealings with this horrible company!
Several attempts were made by the previous owner (via phone and email) to contact someone at Birdeye about the patently false and defamatory reviews hosted on their site. Unfortunately, those attempts at legitimate communication were ignored. The new owners of the company are adamant that this issue has persisted for too long and want the situation remedied promptly.
I have unsubscribed from their emails at least 10 times in the last few weeks. I never signed up to receive emails from them. I called customer service last week on Wednesday June 27, 2022 and asked them to remove me from their email list however I am still receiving emails to my work email which is ***I have included a picture below of all of the emails I received over the weekend.

Each of these reviews made statements of things that actually never occurred at all. They are libelous and slanderous in nature. Birdeye is publishing false information and false duplicate reviews on their site about our business. All 7 of the reviews on Birdeye are not clients that we ever served and contain slanderous and libelous statements of things that never occurred with our office. As such, these statements are not opinion, but false statements. We have never consented to this profile provided by Birdeye. The 7 negative false comments have infringed on us moving forward with work and each and every one has stated things that have not actually ever occurred. the situation that I'm having is that we reached out to birdeye before our contract was about to be due we mention to them that we wanted to finish and not renew the contract. The representative gave us three months for free and mention that we will talk base and discuss the renewal after the three months are close to ending. Then I notice that my contract renewed by it self I reached out to them to see why this happen if we had came up on an agreement to see how the three months went. Every time I call and sent the termination later I get informed that its renewed and cant do anything that I will still keep getting charged for this.
We have tried since last year to cancel this subscription and have been unsuccessful and now they renewed us again!
We have tried since last year to cancel this subscription and have been unsuccessful and now they renewed us again! I have emails and phone references that we have tried canceling. My credit card notified me that they were trying to take out the new subscription amount and i have yet received any email from birdeye or any responses that we have been trying to cancel. This happened in 2019 and i gave up and figured give them one more shot. They did not help with any of my reviews or business. This is not a match for me. This has "unlinked" from my quickbooks customer/billing system of my business through the years and i am not happy with this company. Please cancel my subscription finally and refund this $*** charges! I already got scammed of this amount last year i have emails asking to please cancel! I never signed a contract and never received a contract. We have made many attempts to cancel. Now they gained access to a new card i never gave them permission to use and i am giving all my emails and phone references proof to my credit card and disputing these charges. This is very unethical and unprofessional they are scamming their customers into "recurring" contracts that we are trying to cancel, should've read more reviews about this company before even joining this seems to be a recurring issue to many customers!

Very difficult to cut ties with this company, i used them for 1.5 year and had switched to a voip phone system with reviews so I contacted them to terminate my contract , I didn't think much about it saving my email exchange with them so didn't keep the email exchange about my cancellation so when my cancellation time come I contacted them and since I had no proof the first time and they tricked me into another 6 months contract. At that time on May I asked them to cancel my subscription immediately and to charge my account for the whole 6 months in the amount of $300 to end my contract immediately, they told me rest assure The contract will be terminated on agreed date in September . So this time, I saved the email exchange with a weird feeling that they are a sketchy company and won't honor my cancellation. October came and they CHARGED me AGAIN! This time the same rep name of*** tried to bully me into another 6 months of "contract", even though it was written in the email with him that they agreed to end my agreement after the 6 months period via email back in May. I went on their review and it look like a lot of other people have the same issue with their cancellation, please help me investigate this company on their fraudulent as they are unwilling honor their agreement and now trying to charge me although I sent them the proof of my cancellation exchange. They are ruthless and effect small businesses like mine.

Best Body's complaint is related to the misleading representations made by BirdEye about their services that induced Best Body into signing up
Best Body's complaint is related to the misleading representations made by BirdEye about their services that induced Best Body into signing up. On 18 June Best Body signed a Customer Agreement (CA) with BirdEye. As a part of this agreement BirdEye's sale representative *** made promises and misleading representations that they were a 'Google partner' and as such would be able to have Best Body's Google My Business (GMB) pages live and reactivated within 48 hours of signing. Best Body stressed the importance of having their GMB page reactivated to entering into any agreement and this was a condition precedent to the CA which they signed. Since entering into the agreement BirdEye has not had Best Body's GMB pages reactivated and has now stated they are not a 'Google partner' and have no way of assuring that Best Body's GMB page can be reactivated. Best Body was misled by the BirdEye through false representations and promises made by BirdEye inducing them to enter into the CA. Best Body has paid for a service that it cannot use due to failure of BirdEye to fulfil the agreement BirdEye to date has refused to either provide the services as promised or cancel the agreement. Further considering the state of global economies and the struggle of businesses in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic we further question the unreasonable responses of BirdEye in insisting on charging for services which they are not providing and refusing to come to any reasonable solution with Best Body.

I asked to end my contract, because my account manager was unresponsive, Birdeye had ignored my request for a different account manager, and I had difficulty with working with other employees of the company prior due to poor attitudes. The company was unresponsive, and I had problems with being talked down to and condescension by some of the support staff. It bothered me that I was paying good money to be made to feel bad, and support was not always honest with me, taking credit for reviews and other benefits I knew Birdeye had nothing to do with. I tried to end the contract, but was made to set up an appointment to end it. First, *** missed the appointment. He called after I called support and they messaged him. He lied to me about how he called on time, even though he did not, AND it was supposed to be a ***, but he never showed for that. After that, he told me I could pay *** to buy myself out. In other words, I could pay the *** for another year of services, but just receive no services. He talked over me and was condescending to me. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he told me he is the supervisor, and there is no one higher I could speak to. I am not used to being treated so poorly, although had this problem with someone at Birdeye once before. I suggested there was a gender issue, and he accused me of sexual discrimination. When I said I did not want anyone else in my state bar to go through this, he threatened me with his legal team. Eventually, he hung up on me.

I signed up with Birdeye because we are a small struggling business looking to increase our online presence. The Birdeye representative said that they would get us online reviews and help our SEO. I was hesitant about signing the contract and was told that if I did not see results within 90 days, I could cancel because they wanted us to succeed as well, which is understandable, a happy customer is a staying customer. Within the first week there were issues with getting our company onboarded. A lot of popular websites that we wanted to be able to integrate DO NOT integrate with Birdeye - something I didn't find out until after the signup. And it took over a week to connect our other accounts and when I sent out messages to friends and family no one responded because they found the texts "suspicious". Within the first week ZERO clients responded to any texts or emails. So far through the app I have only received spam and fraudulent credit card scam attempts through the app, which is a huge waste of my time. When I reached out to customer support I was told to just wait and that it would take 90 to 180 days to see results. Which is NOT what I was told when signing up. So on the 8th day of signing up for this account, I realized that it was going to be far too expensive for us to spend $400 a month for something that so far had no results. Since then I have called multiple times to cancel, scheduled meetings with the Customer Support for cancellation, emailed every contact and left messages. They have not responded to me other than my sales rep emailing to say I need to wait it out. I am filing a complaint here and a request to cancel and refund my account.

Hello, as President of Icase Depot LLC, I signed an advertising contract with Birdeye company.
Hello, as President of Icase Depot LLC, I signed an advertising and customer relationship contract with Birdeye company, billed monthly. The goal was to elevate the business. However, they failed to deliver promised services, with delayed responses and incorrect tasks. They were to collect daily client reviews and send weekly email and text campaigns. Their failure to do so, poor communication, and a support team that wasn't helpful led to a decision to cancel the contract. Despite multiple contact attempts, they stopped the service but continued billing. I haven't used their services for a while but was billed for June on May 15th. I've paid up to a certain point and seek to terminate the contract due to misleading business practices and to recover charges for unused services. All evidence is attached. I regret working with Birdeye and wish to end our contract and get a refund for the undue charges. Warmest Regards

In December, our business purchased a subscription with Birdeye well over *** When the time came around for our subscription to be renewed, (the renewal date was Dec 15, 2021) they continued to charge the card on file, which I understood was in the terms. The business, since signing up for birdeye, got a new debit card, and the old one was cut off. Thank GOD, we got a new card, because they would have continued to try to charge us for over $4,000! Even through we wanted to cancel. However, I had chat threads communicating that we would like to get rid of the subscription and we no longer would like to use the platform any longer. I was told that I was 2 days too late for submitting the "cancel subscription" option, and that we would need to pay a discounted price to have the platform to continue. I was quoted 4,400 for 6 more months, and that was the absolute ONLY way we would be able to cancel this subscriptionPay a lump sum to "get rid" of it but still continue to pay? Makes no sense and seems SCAMMY. I just wanted to do away with the platform FOR GOOD. Since submitting a ticket on the website, which mind you, is the "correct way" to reach out to support. Apparently there is no "history" of the chat threads I had submitted in the past. I spoke to the same person on the phone, twice. Both longer than 20 minute conversations of them trying to communicate how useful birdeye has been to our practice, how great it is, how wonderful its features are, etc. All of this information, I was aware of. That's the reason we purchased Birdeye in the first place. After using it for a year, we have other platforms and softwares that do the same things Birdeye does, which is why we were trying to cancel. Since those 2 conversations on the phone, towards the end of December , I have recieved nothing except emails that we no longer have access to the account. This company is a SCAM and deserves justice.

Ref: [redacted] amount: [redacted] on 7/16/2022 I had originally gotten services for online reviews for my practice. Birdeye would have me upload patient emails to them, so they could solicit online reviews on behalf my behalf. In 2019, I got testimonial tree, a similar company, but I would not have to weekly upload patient emails and they would automatically integrate with my software. In 2020 I decided to keep both services, just to make sure everything was working fine. In July , I noticed a charge by Birdeye was placed on my credit card, without notifying me. I called them to cancel. They told me I could not cancel, since I had not given them a 30 day advance notice per my contract. Of course they did not send any invoices; they simply charged my card. I did not appeal their charge, even though they were charging me for the future, since I felt I was bound by their contract even though I had not been using their services. In July 2022 once again Birdeye made a recurring charge for the [protected] year. Again, without sending me an invoice in advance. I again called them to cancel and requested a refund. They did not get back to me, so I called capital 1 to dispute the charges. Once I disputed the charges they called me immediately the next day and said that per my contract I needed to cancel 30 days in advance and they would not take off the charge even though it is for the upcoming year. He denied receiving any calls from me last year (2021), which is totally absurd. I would not just happily continue to pay $2500+ for services that I am getting from elsewhere! I told him at this point I have not used their services in over two years. He told me they had gotten me a large number of positive reviews. I told him the reviews were solicited by my efforts since Birdeye has no access to my patient emails and cannot solicit them. I would like to get my funds back from the charges. Attached are payments to testimonial tree for the same service.

Predatory contract practices
Predatory contract practices. This contract has been autorenewed for 5 years because their "system" automatically does it. I had called and spoke with them last year about setting our account to non-renewal, however, they renewed it again this year. I have had a slew of different account managers and response times have been abysmal, ultimately resulting in their renewal of the contract again because no one conveniently has any history of last year's request when the contract auto-renewed and we did not want it to. They claim that it is marked as non-renewal now, but I don't believe them, especially because it's up to their "system" to cancel it and not in the hands of the agents who I have to notify. I have notified them repeatedly of our desire to not renew this year, and they have renewed our contract again, despite it having been notified verbally last year. Upon seeing another charge, and email was sent on 2/9/2022 of our desire to terminate this contract again. At that point they sent several email exchanges trying to arrange a call with me to tell me about the value they bring, instead of sending what information was needed to terminate, and then became unresponsive when I refused those meetings. It was not until I notified them we were stopping payment moving forward that they finally responded to tell me that the system had auto-renewed us again until Feb 2023 since we "failed to notify them 60 days in advance" of the contract rollover date of 2/4/2022. Since I had notified them last year of our desire not to renew, this never should have happened, and I contacted them following the charges recurring this year, since those occurred at renewal date. Even in our original contract it states 30 days prior, so the individual responding does not seem to know the terms themselves, and instead they have chosen to ignore my emails and phone requests in the months prior. We will not be paying for these services and want the contract terminated for 2022.

Birdeye has posted a "free profile" of my former private practice, which closed last year
Birdeye has posted a "free profile" of my former private practice, which closed last year. I do not want this profile. I closed my private practice (*** EDD) last year and its clear that the business no longer exists online. Several weeks ago, I noticed that Birdeye has a "free profile" of my closed private practice. The address, *** has not been occupied since 2010. I had been at 119 Old ***. until it closed last year. When I clicked on the link (*** EDD), there was another link to claim ownership of the business. As you'll see when you click on the link below this paragraph, the name of the business is now Flow State Project, which is actually an inactive blog. When I closed my private practice, *** EDD, I used my former google business account to change the name from "*** EDD" to "Flow State Project," which is actually a blog that I haven't begun. I did this for several reasons. I have transitioned to a group practice (Georgia Behavioral Health) and I also began working at Augusta University. This would lessen the confusion for those doing a google search. The other reason I put the business under "Flow State Project" was to have my reviews go under this name. I have to emphasize that Flow State Project DOES NOT have a google business account. If you look on google maps it's showing as "permanently closed" at 119 Old Evans Rd. The google map is visible on the Birdeye profile page (as you'll see). Again, Flow State Project is not a business and has never been one. If you google "flowstatepractice.org" you can verify that it is a blog. I have not yet posted to the blog because I didn't realize that it would be permanently linked to my old business. My intention was to do this temporarily. Regardless, when I went into the Birdeye profile for "*** EDD," there was a link to claim ownership of the business. In thinking that I could remove the "free profile" by claiming ownership, I did so. I DID NOT want to list business hours but I was forced to do so in order to complete the claim of ownership form. Unbelievably, I googled my name again the next day and when I clicked onto "*** EDD," the link shows "Flow State Project" with my google business reviews highlighted on the landing page! They weren't previously visible unless you went to my business on google maps. To make matters worse, Birdeye removed my response to the negative review, placed the negative review on top, and directly underneath the review placed the link: FREE EBOOK, HOW TO RESPOND TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS. The FREE EBOOK is the beginning of the process to get you to join Birdeye with a subscription. If you click on the google map for Flow State Project you can find my response to the review, but once I claimed ownership of the business with Birdeye, they removed my response. Essentially, they "baited" me. I was contacted by a sales rep ([protected]@birdeye.com) the next day via email. When I replied with the problem and asked whom to contact to resolve it, he never responded. I've sent 2 emails to [protected]@birdeye.com and have gotten no response. So, the only way to rectify this issue is to buy a subscription for a business that doesn't even exist in an effort to remove a review that wasn't previously visible. This is a direct and intentional effort to lure individuals into paying for their services. It's unethical if not downright fraudulent. I've seen countless reviews and complaints of Birdeye online with businesses that have experienced the exact same issue. My reviews went from being obscured on google maps (under Flow State Project) to being highlighted on the landing page when "clicking-on" "*** EDD." AND THEY REMOVED MY RESPONSE AND ABILITY TO RESPOND. Again, I am no longer in private practice and this business is closed. Flow State Project is not a business and I'm in the process of trying to get Google to remove it as a business so I can begin using it as a blog, as was initially intended.

Birdeye is showing up on my Bing listing. People hit that to see reviews from around the internet it says Then there is a popup asking if the person wants to contact my company, or make an appointment. I tested it, and didn't receive the inquiries. Therefore, they are basically pirating my potential clients! This is horrible and should be illegal
This company continuously will not cancel our account after they promised it would be not renewed. We cannot get through to a representative that cares about our nonrenewal and has sent us an email stating we have been renewed and charged again. I would highly not recommend doing business with this company and will never reconsider any other service they provide.
