I admit naivety here - I actually believed when I first contacted The BBB with this consumer complaint, they were going to help.
August 13th 2006: My disabled, senior citizen wife simply asked the Seaside, Oregon, Motel 6 desk clerk at check out time if we couldn't receive a discount for having been assigned a substandard room.
November, 2006: When I went to make a reservation to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary at the coast, I was told at that time the manager, Lee Judson, had put us on his nefarious Do Not Rent list because of this innocent question asked 3 months earlier;
I've rented at that motel for over 10 years and other motels and hotels over half the planet for a half a century and never even heard of a Do Not Rent list, let alone being put on one. So I Googled it and found out it is a tool used by some hospitality managers to keep drug dealers, prostitutes and their ilk out, and rightfully so.
11/06/06 I complained to the West Coast BBB; Judson flat lied to the Washington BBB – he gave them a list of tortuous, felonious activities he said he puts guests on his list for saying we met the criterion. He later told the truth under oath to a BOLI Inspector.
So I set out on a crusade to set the record straight. For the past 12 months I complained to everyone and anyone who would listen about this egregious action without success, so as a final resort I was finally driven to try and deal with this libelous, defamation of character issue in Small Claims Court. Through his attorney, Stan Gish of Beaverton, Judson played the bully and filed a frivolous countersuit for $100,000 moving the case to Circuit Court forcing me to hire an attorney I can't afford.
What did the BBB do? They just flat lied as well and said I indicated that I considered my complaint to be resolved...! They're a joke. I complained to them and they got mad at me, told me to stop contacting them! Wow. I'd heard all the horror stories about that organization but didn't believe them - I'm a believer now, for sure!
I'll be reporting them to the Attorney Generals in Oregon & Washington when I wrap up here.

Hi so I recently joined and played on an online casino site and won over $250.00 and was sent a paper check minus the $75.00 fee for the check which my bank returned as no good or fraudulent and the customer service/help is nowhere to be found when trying to contact on the matter so I was basically robbed.
It is a scam and built from other people money and hardwork. The owner is a sex worker who gets her money illegally for loans.
I checked on of their programs 4 years ago. In order to do so i had to fill my information. Ever since i get at least dozen calls a a week. I tried blocking them spam them and even tell turm to loose my number because i was no longer interested. All my efforts are vain. I still receive a dozen calls a week. It's really annoying.
I sent my money to this place I’ve been dealing with for wax vape cartridges and pen they have always took care of me until this . my 35 dollar I sent they told me they didn’t have black and sent white and they are not the same they just took my money this shouldn’t be allowed

I hired Crackman to fix the cracks in my driveway . I paid $2728.00 for the 4 cracks 1 yr ago. There are holes in the cracks now and one long crack is completely OPEN! I have called numerour times and spoke to a women who insuroffed me they would be there , so far nothing. My driveway looks worst off now.
Optima Tax Relief collected about $5000.00 from me to work towards reducing the tax I owe IRS. Over one-and-half years later, today, they call me to tell me that they cannot help me, and that I should continue paying IRS the monthly payment I had agreed with IRS on my own. off. I ordered 2 more on July 5th and they still haven't arrived. i have insurance through fortega. I called them and they were rude and belligerent. They never call me back with any updates. I can't enjoy the chairs because they don't recline. This is unacceptable!

I am reportng the Company ofSedwick in Lexington KY I have had an open workmans compensation claim since September22 2021 I have left messages with the claim person Allison Pirkins for over two years and have never received a return call. Tim S the attendant at ZX gas station is aggressive,verbally abusive and tried to intimidate me.
Tim S should not be allowed to speak to anyone including customers in that manner.

Once blocking tracking access from google on my smartphone anytime I try accessing websites like eBay accounts or the search engine they keep sending endless verification test without any access upon confirmation/verification that I’m not a bot.

Received a bill for a doctors appointment on 8/18/21. Doctors office called to let me know that the bill was over 90 days late. Called Health shield to get the bill processed & spoke with member services for over 2 hours. Was never able to receive any assistance getting bill processed.
Tried to buy keto pills for $40, they charged $259 and some change. They absolutely refuse to refund all of my money. This was a site off of facebook.

I went to the store to purchase a beverage which costs $4.00. They told me I have to spend at least $10 to use a debit or credit card. Is this legal ?this store adds taxes on food and other items that shouldn’t be taxed.
I had bought a jacket 3 weeks ago on October 9th 2022 at this company and paid cash. They will refund any other form of payment but will not refund cash. They will only give a gift card. I believe they are practicing illegal business practice by refunding every other form of payment but cash.

It took 12 minutes they made me pay up front and wouldn’t give me a receipt after calling 4 weeks in a row this practice is not doing the right thing I’m very curious why it takes normally 45 mins to an hour and I was out in 12 mins start to finish Went for a cleaning

Don't use Freeman and Fuson for your divorce they draw it out and charge you for work they don't do ! You pay them but they let the spouse dictate what happens and they over charge!
There's no way to cancel your plan unless you email them. It's not obvious and consumer must be proactive.

Charges me $152.31 a month for pet insurance and finds a way almost each and every time not to reimburse me for my vet bills . They come up with a crazy explanation for the reason my premium is so high . I have no choice to keep this insurance my pet is 10 years old .
