Money disappearing from my account with no explanation
Beyond Finance has claimed they are paying my creditors. However, I keep receiving letters from my creditors stating that they are not being paid. My Dedicated Account shows payments sent and dates sent. But no matter how I run the figures, there is money missing. HUGE amounts of it. Where is the money from my Dedicated Account going? And why do they say specific payments have been made to specific creditors, but these specific creditors send me letters saying "...due to us not receiving the settlement payment as agreed..." When I call Beyond Finance, they say, basically, that this is the way things work and I need to be patient. Patient with $$ disappearing from my account? Patient with lies about where they are sending the payments? Supposedly 2/3 of settlement payments on one account have been sent, but the creditor is claiming they never received it.
Recommendation: NO NO NO! Don't do it!
I am still being sued
I was so excited to join Beyond Finance because I really wanted to avoid bankruptcy. I was assured that my debts would be settled and that I would not be sued. That is not true. Only two debts were successfully settled but I am still being sued by Discover and I will have a garnishment against my wages. I will be forced to file bankrupt anyway. I would have done that to begin with if I would have known this.
I am so sad that this worked out this way. I really wanted to be able to pay off my debts and I have paid my payments on time to Beyond Finance. It has not helped, instead I am now in a worse situation that I was when I began because now I am being sued by my creditors and I will be unable to pay off the debts that were settled along with the wage garnishment. This is very disappointing. I would have filed bankrupt had I known this information a year ago when I started.
I to am being sued by Discover card but I have till the 27 of December 2023 to file an appeal. I was thinking of filing for bankruptcy since only 1 creditor got paid off and some are being paid but I can not sit by wondering if my wages will be garnished or my bank account frozen. Which can happen.
They told me unless the judge hits the gavel down saying so that it won't happen . I know that isn't true, since I already had my hearing and I now have a judgement on me. I called Discover but they can not negotiate a payment plan because I'm with Beyond Finance. So I can either have them remove Discover from the account and negotiate on my own or leave it as be. This really sucks!
Don’t do it!
I signed up for Beyond finance in hopes of them helping me settle my astronomical debt. Instead they seemed to cash in on my hard times and charged almost half of what the settlement was. When I asked questions about the settlement I was told it would come out of the over 6,000 I had been putting into two accounts for two separate settlements. When it came to settle the second account turns out the money was used to pay them. Very disappointing. They do everything to guide you to benefit them.
Recommendation: Use someone else
Zero communication/judgments
I have been with Beyond for around 2yrs now. I have 4 total accounts enrolled. 2 of my accounts have been sent to court and one a judgment was filed against me. When I got my court papers, I contacted Beyond right away and sent the documents to their legal docs email, like I was supposed to. On both occasions, Beyond did not reach out or anything about either court summons. I had to continue to call and ask about progress. Nooone could tell anything. The 1st one ended up having to have a lawyer because they waited until the very moment do anything when I called them again. The 2nd one, I sent the docs in where I was going to have a judgment against me and they needed to be contacted by a certain date which did not happen. I ended up getting a judgment filed because there was no communication and I did not appear in court, which they had to get another lawyer for this case. Mind you, neither one of these 2 had any deduction from the balance. The other day, I was looking at my Dedicated account because I'm trying to get my last debt going, to which I started paying 100 more a month. I noticed they had withdrawn from my account a total of $711.75 for the account that got the judgment filed against. I have contacted them, I've called, messaged and asked for management to call me and I have not heard a word. No one ever knows anything when you call and I'm done with this company. I also just looked up online and they have a lawsuit out against them. I wonder why? Don't waste your time of money. I have barely anything left in my dedicated account
Recommendation: Don't do it.
Not impressed one bit
The make you feel all warm and fuzzy in the beginning, then start asking you for more money because you don't have enough funds in your account. They also tell you to quit making your payments and they'll take care of the rest, without making you aware there is a possibility you can be sued. They basically said give us $300 more a month or your on your own with the lawsuit. Once this lawsuit goes through I'll be forced to file bankruptcy.. Thanks for taking advantage of people who are running out of alternatives..
Recommendation: Just do your best without turning to these people
Settling the small cases are good, however when
Settling the small cases are good, however when. Creditor chooses to be more aggressive and summons you to court for none payment, they leave to like a fish in shark infested waters to fend for yourself. I have a court appearance scheduled for today, I called beyond finance the next day after being served on August 24th, I expressed to them that I want to settle with my Creditor and I cannot afford to go to court as I will have to miss a day of work plus pay someone to pick up my son from school. I was told a new settlement offer would be done. Fast forward to the 17th of September, an agreement was reached and I signed the Docusign document that was sent to me, I told them that I received a Stipulation in the mail and what should I do, was never advised to sign it and send it back. I am new to this process as I always mention to whoever I speak with and do not know the process. I am paying this company thousands of dollars to settle my debt and all they did was wait until the 27th, to send out the first payment 2 days before I have to go to court. When I called yesterday I am told that the Stipulation has clear instructions to sign and send the documents back, to which I replied I was advised by their representatives to never make direct contact with my Creditors as this would have been. Had I been told back on the 17th that I needed to sign this document and send it back I would have and would not have had to go to court today, which is creating a harder financial situation for me. I am truly disappointed that they did not offer me any help or solutions to not have to go through this. I can't wait to be done with this program and be done with this company.

Working fast already have one settlement in less then a month in the program thank you changing my life
They answered all my questions. put my mind at ease.Everyone that talked with was very helpful and had the answers i was looking for. I would highly recommend getting on the program it is such a big help. It takes alot of pressure and stress away.
was very clear, helpful, friendly and patient, Im actually insightful and knowledgeable now thanks to her?
I was extremely hesitant enrolling in a debt program for fear of being taken advantage. After a lot of research i found beyond financial & signed up. Everyone i spoke to was knowledgeable & incredibly helpful. Its taken me 2 years but I am paying my last payment this month & thousands of dollars of debt has been cleared out. I am incredibly grateful for this service, my credit has already bounced back & im on track to being able to save for my future.
I've been a customer since June 2022 and am unimpressed with their service.
I've been a customer since June 2022 and am unimpressed. I provided all necessary account details for assistance. They set a monthly payment for establishing dedicated funds towards settlements. The initial 3 months were tough, with no payments to creditors, leading to incessant calls and emails about late payments, and a plummeting credit score. Six months in, only one account is settled, another is starting, three are nearing charge-off, and five are subject to legal action due to advised non-payments. Support never mentioned these risks. Now they demand more money to negotiate settlements, despite initially confirming the monthly amount. I'm already paying bi-weekly, yet it's insufficient. In hindsight, I regret joining this program; direct payments to creditors would have been better. My credit is ruined, with charge-offs, late payment history, and legal issues. Recovery will take years. I strongly advise against this company.

Beyond Finance was a little slow out the gate, once it got started, it went really fast. I have had *** with 4 more to go. I have been with them since May 2022.
It's only been two months, but one settlement as come in already.
Beyond Finance truly exceeded my expectations! Im very grateful for their customer service representative who walked me through the process and made me feel supported all the way. Their customer-centered approach eased any concerns in one of the most difficult moments of my life. They were responsive and sensitive to the situation Im confronting. They answered my questions and allowed me to express myself without any reservations. Im thankful that I can still pay back my loans but without all the additional fees that made this unmanageable and burdensome following unexpected family crisis. Highly recommended service!
doing a great *** should try them they take care it
I started the settlement journey with Beyond Finance in late 2019
I started the settlement journey with Beyond Finance in late 2019. Everything seemed to go as it was supposed to. By 3, all of my accounts were settled and paid in full per Beyond Finance. In 11, I received a collection notice concerning payments for a loan that had supposedly been settled by Beyond Finance on my behalf. After sending in all of the documentation from Beyond Finance and copies of the payments made and the letter indicating the account was settled in-full, the collection agency states they have not received enough information to accept the account is settled. The one piece of documentation that I never received was the agreement between Beyond Finance and the loan company. I contacted Beyond Finance to help settle this claim. It has been one month since I sent them the information from the credit collector as well as my request for the documentation between them and the loan company and I have not received any documentation. I have received several emails stating their negotiators are working on this situation on my behalf. It seems that if the original negotiation occurred there would be some sort of document between Beyond Finance and the loan company in my file that could easily be sent to the collection agency to clear this matter. Yet, it continues to sit on my credit report and drop my score. The amount that Beyond Finance charged for this one settlement negotiation is $4851.14 which I have requested to be refunded (and was not acknowledged by them in my latest email) to me since they cannot produce the negotiation document and I am being held responsible for the account. If you are currently in the program be sure you are receiving documentation of the agreement between Beyond and any creditor as well as the agreement between yourself and Beyond. You may need this in the future.
was very helpful and very informative on the options i have! Amazing agent, really friendly and smart. Somebody get this girl a raise, she was amazing in every aspect. The moment a customer calls a company and gets in touch with an agent, at that point in the time, the agent is the face of the company, specially as a first impression. *** set the standard for this company on the first interaction, and i give her a 10/10! She did an Amazing job, and the experience i had with Alexandria will result in me recommending this company to friends and family. She was a pleasure to speak with, and i want to make sure that it doesn't go unnoticed!
Thank you Beyond. I have resolved my debt in timely fashion. Although I have credit cards now I am able to manage them and I have reduced the number of cards. Thank you for your professionalism and empathy.
This has removed a lot of stress, I do wish that the debt could be paid down over a longer period of time to further alleviate stress.
They were there to answer questions and always felt like I was still in control of what happened to my debt to make it better but with thier help! Would highly recommend! Debt scores can be built back and they just help get there faster and relieve anxiety of bills esp when youve been laid off from work and bills were not something you ever wanted to incur to begin with but that just happened.
I enrolled with this company I was told for *** every two weeks no problem
I enrolled with this company I was told for *** every two weeks no problem. *** told me not to worry everything was all inclusive in that one price. They would collect the funds from my account put it in my dedicated account and I would have no worries. Well Im more worried now than I was before enrolling. I have paid around *** to them out of each *** they take *** right out it goes to them. I inquired I was told banking fees. I again stated Brick said its all inclusive no response. I was shocked when a withdrawal came out for 178. Going to them. Hmm. Wheres my money going ? I called lady said oh thats our money for settlement fees. What? Thats all inclusive. She said well yes and no. They did pay one company 25 dollars. Out of 5 almost 600 they paid 25 dollars to one company one. Looking at my dashboard they provide you the second payment to that company. Is already late because they didnt pay it. Now I have decided to cancel they said cancel anytime and we will return your balance. Today I was told if there is any money left we have to make sure no other fees are assessed. Im telling you DO NOT go with this company. I was lied to. I cant get my money back. I was told to wait for a phone call. Well they never call. Im sick to my stomach and *** stressed that companies can do this. I fell behind due to medical issues. Call your creditors on your own. Dont go through this company please please do not. I am not seeking advice from my uncle who is a federal judge. There has to be a voice out there that will stand up and tell companies to actually work with the people snd one to say that these companies cant just steal the peoples money. Yes I was desperate yes I trusted them I think I made it easier for beyond finance to steal from me. So sad. I will be finding my legal rights on this matter. Ill keep you posted. You wont get your welcome pack and you cant get back into the pages you sign. Just fyi

Great to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again!
I was very happy with them and easy to understand
Very professional on the phone and reassuring. Im just getting started, so Im not sure if the program will work but I am hopeful based off the information I received.
Just started this program and I am already impressed. I got a a full explanation of what I was going to sign up for. That same day I received a text welcoming me to this program. I had additional questions and I was able to ask them through the text I received. Super impressed with how quick I got a response. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing help. I am on my way to financial freedom
I entered the program with three accounts that needed to be settled
I entered the program with three accounts that needed to be settled. Beyond sold me on a program that they said would allow them to negotiate down my balance is by 60% leaving me with a 40% balance to pay. They said that the large creditors that my accounts were with they had good relationships with. I started the program and within about six months they negotiated a payment for the smallest account that I had. Shortly after that I started receiving notices from the two larger accounts both of whom were worth the same bank. I forwarded these notices to be on finance. I even called me on finance because the notices said that if we did not settle with them that they would bring legal action. Beyond financial assured me that they would not ***. Two months later I received two notices from a processor that I have been served in two different lawsuits. When I called Beyond financial again they said that it was a tactic to get me to pay faster and that they would take care of it. Two weeks later I get a call from Beyond financial stating that the lawyer demanded full payment of both accounts no discount at all. But a bigger disappointment is that you have to pay Beyond financial a fee for their work. So, I would have to pay more than the balance. I could have done this all on my own cheaper. The mistake they made was settling my small account first which prompted the bank with the two larger accounts to see that negotiations were in process. They hired a lawyer in order to get the maximum amount for their accounts. Since then I have received calls about every month from Beyond financial With different stories, and amounts to be paid. One guy told me that they would never raise my monthly fee. Today I just received a call that said that in order to settle these accounts they would have to raise my fee $500 a month for the next 20 months. I do not trust this company and every time I talk to them I get a different story. Dont use them!

Was apprehensive at first, never even paid a day late on any cards or loans, let alone completely stop paying so it was very uncomfortable for a long while. The constant calls and emails make it worse. Then you just ignore them and its better. A lot of debt, first settlement came faster than expected, and it was the biggest debt enrolled, so that was great. Much more to go but got approved for the graduation loan so hoping it covers all of the settlements and fees and I can finally breathe a bit. A week after I signed up my 14 year old was diagnosed with cancer, a shocking and sudden diagnosis, but all focus has gone to his treatment and recovery. That happening would have suddenly put us in the position of not being able to pay these debts so its nice having somebody deal with the creditors for you. Had I not been in the program I would have had the added stress of knowing aggressive collection efforts and lawsuits were inevitable. I have barely even checked in with beyond because I am putting my faith in them that all is getting handled. I email letters when I get them. Thats about it. Do I feel like I missed the 25% fee, yes, was it me in a haze of debt and not fully understanding, possibly, was it slightly glossed over during the sign up, maybe. But, I dont have to deal with the creditors, settlements will be made, these companies will be paid, and seriously, its a business, not a non profit. I can start to rebuild my credit, I will consciously make much better financial choices in the future, as to not have to go through this again, I will be able to keep focusing on my sons healing and recovery, and we can keep moving forward. And a shout out to *** who I spoke with today. Extremely knowledgeable about the negotiations side, the debt collecting side and the whole process. I didnt have a question she couldnt answer quickly and confidently. Its reps like her that make people like me confident with my choice of choosing beyond.

Ok, some context: I began this experience in December after receiving a promotional correspondence from BF in the mail
Ok, some context: I began this experience in December after receiving a promotional correspondence from BF in the mail. I did a little research and I didn't feel like BF was the *bestoption, however I knew that I was in a position where my options were limited. My credit score had already dropped from the mid-700's to the low-500's over the course of a year, during fall 2020 to winter 2021, as I was no longer full-time employed and getting my coaching business off the ground. Credit wise, I can definitely go lower, but not by much. I also had pitched to select family and friends a creative consolidation solution for me, high ROI investment opportunity for them, basically to no avail. Cue in BF's letter arriving early December .Reading through these reviews, my feeling that this is a 'leap of faith' are confirmed. I don't feel 100% awesome about this company, and I don't feel 100% against the company (hence my review of 3 out of 5 stars). My 6th deposit into my 'dedicated account' is about to be added in a few days and last week I received notice of and approved my first settlement notice (I have 3 debit accounts/anticipated settlements total) and it happened to be for my largest debt. I offer that detail because reading over the reviews from other customers over this past month (so since Jan. 2022), my experience seems to be different compared to some fellow reviewers. So by no means am I 'sold' on this experience, and all the while, it's helpful to 'see progress' with the first of three settlements in my account underway.Last detail: I remember feeling 'unethical' about not paying down all my debt and then it hit me - the credit card companies have been making a mint off of me for years. It's not a justification, but more a feeling of balance or sorts. I look forward to feeling light in financial freedom sooner rather than later and I wish the best for you, learning all that your opportunity is here to teach you as well. God's speed.
Beyond advised you to let credit go bad, then does not address the fee accrued while doing so
Beyond advised you to let credit go bad, then does not address the fee accrued while doing so. They then talk debit down 40%, then add their 25% charge, and acct fees monthly. Then keep attempting to send you to another company with more fees apply, but after they collect their full fees, fees that was supposed to be payed throughout program, over five years, they take their fees upfront. But what they do to actually scam, is what happened to me. My monthly payment are 470 a month for over a year, I deposited *** total. But as I look at their activities they been sending 1$ month to four different credit cards. Means 4$ month goes to your credit, they keep rest, at end of year I see one credit card settlement 550, and 4$ for 12 months, thats $48 plus 550= 598. They fee just for this nearly ***, thats ***, Ive paid ***, *** is missing, I check acct for answers, it has bunch of radon withdraws for 440. So company, has been withdrawaling from my acct without my approval, and-never applied to my debts. Meaning each month I pay 469, then they take there their $10 fee, and 449 withdrawals taken out and I dont know for what, that means out 469 payment, theyve been keeping 459, by making what apears illegal withdrawals. So far total deposit ***. Total debt settled $600, acct balance 80. That means out of ***$ they only applied 680 to my debts, thats a apr of 90% commission for them. When I legally only agreed to 25-30%Company will not address my direct questions, they will not tell me where the money went, I know their fees ***,.00 Theyve exctracted another *** And will not explain where it is, but make attempts to sell my debt to another after the collect their fees, I dont either. They call 2x day 7 day a week for over 1 consecutive months, try to send me to another financial company and pay more apr. besides unethical charge for there fees, manipulation, and also theft of more than 60% of the made deposits, beside their fees, its a scam

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Biggest financial mistake of my life.I had a steady fico score of 715 and never once missed a credit card payment. Covid - March happened, my place of employment closed down and I felt I couldnt pay off my credit debt, a total of $7,764 with discover and *** I contacted Beyond and the gentleman who called me back was very thorough and convincing. I was told to stop all payments and I did. After a couple of missed payments, Discover offered me a payment plan that I declined as I trust beyond finance. Beyond settled with Amex pretty fast, but waited a year before contacting/settling with discover. By then, the debt had accumulated fees and discover didnt want to budge much (they reduced the debt by about $1300 and reported my account as charged off for every missed payment for over a year). My credit went down to about 500. I was denied housing and a new job because of this. They also charge and added $10.75 a month for their own account service fee, and $14.95/m for some law firm that I fought hard for months to cancel. Fast forward October 2022, I finally paid everything off. The amount I paid to beyond finance with fees was $7829, you hear right, $65 more than my original debt. They destroyed my credit to line their pockets. But thats not all.In October 2022, my account congratulated me on graduating from the program. I also talked to them via chat several times to confirm this. Fast forward December, they withdraw two deposits from my bank account, amounting to $290, and as a result my bank charged two overdraft fees of $32. They also of course charged their $10.75 monthly fee in Nov and Dec. When I noticed the first payment, the agent assured me Id be refunded. After the second payment, *** told the reason it happened was that I still owed 56 cents to Amex. 56 cents! When I asked for the 2 deposits to be immediately refunded as well as the 2 monthly fees, he said it couldnt be done until graduation confirmation.

PROS: Comprehensive benefits, ideal for those behind on payments, cost-effective, supportive guidance
PROS: Comprehensive benefits, ideal for someone already behind on payments, offering cost-effective options and supportive guidance every step of the way. CONS: Issues with account management. This isn't suitable for those with good credit seeking a cheaper repayment method. Progress requires an initial credit score hit by allowing accounts to become delinquent for creditor settlements. The recovery is slow and uncertain. Settlements may take months, and customer service can be dismissive and condescending. However, some representatives are informative, kind, and understanding, guiding you throughout the process. Ultimately, if you're uncomfortable with the initial credit impact and the process's uncertainties, cancellation is your right, and professional assistance is available to direct you.

I would give this company a zero rating
I would give this company a zero rating. I've been working with this company since May, taking $515 out of my account bi-weekly. First, they don't tell you the 25% of commission based offed your original debt resolved at the point of inception. I called and spoke to *** and the response was - WE ARE NOT A NON PROFIT ORGINAZION. First 2 settlements went fine. I was happy at that point until I got to my Target Settlement. Target sent me a letter on a $2,700 negotiation and told me there was no law firm involved. Beyond told me it was with a Law firm and the settlement was $3,800. Long story short, after many calls with customer service (which some are quite rude) one of the agents actually sent me the creditor documentation which was in question. They sent to a different "different department" to expedite the document issue. 8 days later still nothing. Again, call and ask and I am told to wait as they are still looking into it. None the less they didn't stop an ACH from my CFT account for their fee. HOW CAN YOU COLLECT A FEE WHEN THE ACCOUNT IS IN REVIEW also the fee that I was told (from their Agent) was included in that discretion of what Target settled between $2,700 and $3,800 which was paid. I honestly could go on and on with these things. I cancelled my account yesterday and asked why my Target Card still has a $1,700 balance on it. I was told to contact Target (I did), Target told me to contact the Lawfirm ( I did ) and the Lawfirm told me to contact Beyond. After contacting Beyond they told me I cancelled my account and the Target settlement isn't complete because I didn't pay their fee. I have a Lawyer and am going through with a lawsuit. Anyone, PLEASE DO NOT trust this company. We are all in the same boat here as to trying to take care of our debt and this company only takes more money from you. Just remember that when they say, we will reduce your debt by whatever percent, it includes their fee. It is settled for less. Ask for documents!

I want to give a huge thank you to 3 awesome people who helped me with out this
I want to give a huge thank you to 3 awesome people who helped me with out this. First will be *** who was the first person to call me and tell me about Beyond Finance and what they can do to help relieve me from my struggles and debt. I had a lot of questions and of course suspicion on how this could work but ultimately he explained everything to me quite well and was very patient on helping me. I was pretty much on a debt to death cycle only paying interest and helped me understand that it is imperative that I do this in order to rebuild even though it'll hurt my credit score for a bit. But if I wasn't in the position to pay the principle, I would be going nowhere and ultimately pay 4 times over my debt over the 25 years... The second person will be Brisha' ***. She helped me with onboarding and I still had a lot of questions to ask and laying out all my options and seeing a bigger picture of what will be happening with my credit and the next 5 years. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and I can tell she loves what she is doing, helping people who are struggling with debt to make the right choice and move on with life and start rebuilding fresh again. She was very patient with me and spent over an hour on the phone with me reassuring that I am making the right decision going with Beyond Finance. I can begin to see a light at the end of the tunnel and reaching to financial freedom. Doing this will put more cash into my pocket and less into the creditors while rebuilding and having funds to build my business. You see, if you're in a position and can only keep paying the minimum it is likely hurting you more financially that to worry about your credit score. Take the hit, bite the bullet. Stop the interest rates from accruing and settle with Beyond Finance for a fixed monthly payment and actually pay down your debt.Third person is *** who called me the day after ***. Was patient with me and gave an extra day to think it over. No rush.

Warning. This company is very good at presenting itself as a professional, slick, debt consolidation firm but it is not. What they do is have you stop paying your bills while paying them a monthly amount of which one third is an administrative fee. In the meantime, most all your accounts go into collections and your credit is ruined for years. They occasionally make a deal with one or two creditors, to which they report with great fanfare. Each settlement is paid for from the accruing monthly payments and could last years, keeping you on the hook for paying their exorbitant fees. This is all the while creditors have you in collections with monthly negative reports on your credit for YEARS. Yes, two years in and I still have four accounts not handled. One is a lawsuit that has been bungled for months. I agreed to a settlement with the creditor through six weeks ago and still there is the back and forth between various Beyond departments (apparently the Settlements department does not handle negotiations? Another department does that...) and always being put in queue with different people with promises never kept. All of this could have been handled better myself and for a lot less money and credit damage. When I joined was not in arrears with any creditors. I was sold on a way to reduce my overall monthly payment - don't fall for it! They are not an adept team of credit experts proactively negotiating with your creditors. They do nothing and wait until the collection agencies are desperate, all the while collecting your monthly payment with the large fee. I feel bad for their employees, as they are poorly trained and are for the most part unaware of being part of a large corporate predator. This is what I would expect in a for-profit masquerading as a nonprofit, with much of the "training" being smiling faced propaganda to stem any individual insight into the overall scam. I hope they change and evolve, for the sake of their customers. In the meantime, I am stuck in this mess.
My association with Beyond Finance ended up as very disturbing and a disappointing experience
My association with Beyond Finance ended up as very disturbing and a disappointing experience. I was promised a debt savings of between 40% to 60%. Yes they saved 60% however the only real winner was Beyond Finance with their huge fees of $5,629.99. My portion was just under $6,000.00, however, this Company never disclosed to me that I would be liable for income tax on the total savings including their $5,629.99 fees. Apparently I cannot even reduce their fees from the overall savings they achieved. Following the settlement on September 4, I received two 1099-c IRS forms from the Wells Fargo Bank in the amounts of $8,119.05 and $5,335.21 - Totaling $13,454.26 which I will have to pay taxes on, in the event I cannot prove insolvency at the time the Bank discharged 60% of the total debts. If this Company would of been totally transparent and appraised me of these taxation consequences I would of never employed them to settle my two debts. By the way, I had to deposit $18,200.00 plus other monthly fees before they even approached the Wells Fargo Bank to request a settlement. In the final analysis my savings will not be much more than $2,700.00 after I pay the taxes. It would of been much more advantageous for me to settle directly with the Bank as I only owed them $24,200. One must take into consideration that I lost my good reputation with the Wells Fargo Bank of which I was a client from 1993 through 2020 - 27 years. In addition they reported me to the 3 Credit Bureaus and as a consequence my credit rating has decreased significantly as well. I now have to rebuild my credit for savings peanuts through this Company. To make matters worse I sent a certified letter to Shane Ross their Chief Operating Officer on Feb.6, 2021 and he received the letter on February 10, and I have proof from the Post Office it was delivered to his office in Houston, Texas. As of today he did not have the decency to respond. My only advice is be very careful in contracting with this Company. They are not worth even half a star. Complaintsboard.com should refrain from promoting this Company. ian M.
Hello to anyone reading this review
Hello to anyone reading this review. I'm *** and over the years everything was fine until I just couldn't work. I have income but not as much as when I was actively engaged at work. I was at my wits end and I almost fell into more trouble had I listened to the not so smart idea of filing bankruptcy or doing anything else that would really hurt my future later. I believe Beyond Finance has a secret that should get more advertising because what Tom K. and his company Beyond Finance did for me saved me and my family from total financial ruin. I say Beyond Finance gave me an opportunity to settle my debts over time, avoid any type of bankruptcy that would have destroyed my financial future for the foreseeable future and still not solve my concerns about the harassing phone calls, the late fees piling up and the panic, worry and fear we all know comes when you miss one or two payments on all the credit cards and the loans. Beyond Finance fixed it all for me in a matter of days and here I am a month later feeling no fear that's usually associated with over $25,000 in debt with NO WAY OUT. Beyond Finance had a road map for me that saved me in a matter of days. Beyond Finance gave me an opportunity to live on 2/3rd of my fixed income. Beyond Finance has an easy way to keep creditors from ever calling my phone again. Beyond Finance's program is the alternative to defaulting on all credit cards and loans and not get into more financial and legal trouble too. Beyond Fiance saved me over $6,000 over the repayment period and I could start rebuilding my life from financial ruin from the day I signed with Tom K. at Beyond Finance. Mr. Tom K. provided me with a phone number for my creditors to contact the Beyond Finance Team from the day I signed. I paid into the monthly management payment to Beyond Finance and in days; I have SILENCE & PEACE in my life again with cash flow to live without shame and embarrassment. Beyond Finance has created a safe system for me and other honest people who want to pay off their debts in time discretely with no interruption in their daily lifestyles. Beyond Finance has perfected how to get out of financial trouble if you're serious about resolving debt issues, stopping the embarrassing, harassing phone calls that would have driven me insane. And that's it! I'm not trying to figure out how Beyond Fiance do it! I'm only concerned with results from an HONEST COMPANY that specializes in bridging the gap between me and my creditors. I was a working person who isn't trying to run off and not pay their bills thinking it's going to go away. The only way bills are going to go away is WHEN THEY'RE PAID and I can trust Beyond Finance to do that for me over time. I know what I'm talking about because I'm a former Director of a *** in the Northeast USA. I wrote this Better Business Review because I am very impressed with Beyond Finance's program that was an Angel of Salvation for me and my family. We are very happy and at peace now for doing business with Beyond Finance. But most importantly my wife's peace of mind is the overflow benefit that's made me more grateful to Beyond Finance. Getting into financial trouble is never a SOLO project but more likely than not you'll be held completely responsible if you don't fix it and Beyond Finance did it for me. At first it seemed too easy but it is easy, it's real and, it's very effective. Beyond Finance is a good company doing good for honest people. ***. New York

Beyond Finance Debt Consolidation.
I am beyond upset about the lack of action Beyond Finance took on my behalf with my enrolled accounts. They settled 2 very small debts, but the focus was/and should have been on my 2 larger accounts.
It was confirmed after receiving court summons for these 2 accounts that Beyond Finance never reached out to these companies after multiple calls were made by me to them. Beyond Finance acted in bad faith and in turn, caused extreme financial turmoil for me. I thought starting this program was a smart decision, but it’s the worst financial decision I have ever made.
I ended up having to settle my own debts with creditors, something I could have done without ruining my credit. I wish Beyond Finance lived up to their contract and did what they said they were going to do.

Company will rob you!
Absolutely terrible company to help you! Representatives are extremely pleasant. However, the procedures and fees are a complete scam. One of the debt amount I enrolled was just sent to a collection agency when Beyond Finance settled with them. I was not notified that the settlement was made with a collection agency so I agreed believing that the debt was settled at 50% off with the actual creditor. Once I learned of this, I withdrew from the program and decided that I will settle with my creditors on my own. After paying Beyond Finance over $700.00, Beyond Finance paid that collection agency $270.00 towards that settlement and they kept the rest of my money deposit towards their "Settlement Fee". Over 200% Settlement Fee? Really? Do not consider this company to help you because they will rob you!
Desired outcome: I would like the refund I was told I would receive AFTER the company's 25% settlement fee.
Debt consolidation
I signed on and was told that the amount I would have to pay was 9600 and a 48 month term. Now it’s 50 months and they are saying I still have to pay. I will barely have saved any money because of the scam this company conducts. I have paid the agreed amount and I have made MORE thank the original number of payments. I call to ask why and I’m told some garbage about an escrow account then I’m told I have to pay settlement fees. This is not the agreement the agreement was a 48 month term. This is a fraudulent and predatory lender and as a veteran I am appalled and I will be sure to put the word out on this dirty company that took advantage of a bad situation
Desired outcome: I have made my 48 payments and should not need to pay more

Getting the runaround
I started this program a year ago. As of today 7/11/2023 they have withdrawn. a total od $4525.63 from my checking account and have resolved $2247.86 of my debt. My account shows a balance of $353.18, so what happened to the other $1924.59. I called to ask, after getting put on hold numerous times without any answers I finally asked to clos the account and remove my bank information. I did this first with a customer service rep and then they transferred me to someone else and I tried requesting this again, I was told my account was closed and my bank information removed. I can still log in my bank information remains on my account. I was also given a phone number to call and request a full accounting of debits and credits The guy on the phone named Victor asked me why I wanted it? They did actually sent it. So where did the rest of my deposits go? Apparently, they charge settlement fees which in my case is a whopping 1922.59 which almost equals a month that was settled. Now I am being told they will refund me whole $211.00 after the take off more fees.
Desired outcome: I really want my money back and I don't want them ripping anyone else off who may be going through a hard time.
Unauthorized withdrawal, getting my money returned, canceling program
They took out a withdrawl of $1279.00 on 4/19/2023, then took out another $1279.00 on 4/21/2023. Icalled the company, they said they dont know what happened and they would refund it within 24-72 hours, The monies bounced though I called my bank and they said it would take up to 10 days to resolve. In the meantime its now 4/26/2023 and I still am getting told by the 4th person its going to take another 24-72. This would bring me into May which then they would charge an additional fee for the month and tell me I dont have the $1279.00 nor $1233. 00 which they say is now down to due to monthly fee's. the peron I spoke with today, 4/26/2023 states I would get my money back by 5/2/2023. This will be almost 2 weeks I will have to wait for my money. The second withdrawl put my account in a negative balance which the little money I did have is unavailable. The companny does not care, you can't speak to anyone except the person answering the phone. I doubt I will ever get my money back until I go to small claims court
Beyond Finance took a total of 4 large withdrawls from my bank account, saying it was to pay for fees associated with the debt that was enrolled
Beyond Finance took a total of 4 large withdrawls from my bank account, saying it was to pay for fees associated with the debt that was enrolled in their program. According to the contract, they charge 25% for service fees. My enrolled debt was $6630.00 and 25% of this is $1657.50.On 11/17 I initiated large deposits on a weekly basis. Within the few months and prior to service performed in full, Beyond Finance took out multiple withdrawls for fees. The four largest and totaling the 25% were:01/08/22 - $519.68 01/25/22 - $156.14 02/09/22 - $804.22 03/09/22 - $176.86 Total = $1656.90, nearly the 25% total paid by early March 2022, it is now September 2022.I even deposited 2k just 3 weeks ago and have been making payments to this service since nearly a year and to date no debts have been resolved. I believe this company is front loading fees and not performing the serivce as agreed. I am requesting a refund in full as the fees were charged up front with no services performed and little to no customer assistance during the length of the program. When I pay for a service, I would assume it would be done in some fair time, a year is too long for nothing to happen.

Accredited - beyond finance - and another company name I forget are all in bed together to Rob innocent people -- its owned by mostly Asian descendants and they will go to any lengths to drain all your money if you have any l. They rely on asian pig butchering crypto scams but will send fake social media accounts with women from Hong Kong behind the accounts to swindle your money. I am lucky to only have list 5 000$ it could have been 40 k but I had my wire transfer returned at the last minute by new york Mellon bank before it went overseas
I need some explanation as to why after 18 months only one account paid off?
There a scam company they look for Americans with over 10k debt but still have money in the bank they will stop at no lengths to get your savings by tying it up in fake crypto scams .. they should be investigated by the FBI and US govt
I began working with Beyond credit to reduce and manage debt. I have paid them for the initial payment of $454 monthly, in increments, and unfortunately they have not even begun to negotiate although they have my money. Anytime I call I get really nasty customer service. I followed up with them today because I got a request for a settlement from Netcredit before theyve even begun working with Credit One. This is what the associate *** said to me when I sought clear guidance and resolve this is in the agreement you signed. What i would like to see happen is that my funds and a settlement be made with credit one and going forward there is more transparency and action on my account. If this does not happen Im looking for a new company and demanding a refund my my money.
Beyond Finance paid the contract to barclays 11/17 when contract was to be paid on 11/16 and barclays voided the contract making the barclays account not settled.
I have been with Beyond Finance for over one year
I have been with Beyond Finance for over one year. I had one account that I needed them to handle for me. I have added thousands of extra dollars to complete the program early. I have talked to different manager that told me different graduation dates. I paid off the creditor, now I owe a huge amount for Beyond's fees. I get emails saying how much I owe and the amount never changes. I never get an update as to how much I owe. I called their office today and spoke to a rep and she told me my graduation date was in August 2022. I was told by a manager that it was going to be July 2022. I received an email from the rep I talked to today and she shows that my program doesn't end until 6/30/2023 and that $469.00 will be taken out every month until then. I fill sick to my stomach. When will this end? I feel like I am trapped and that they are going to try to take money from me for another year. This is my third Complaintsboard.com complaint and I need this to end. I want Beyond to waive the next two months fees and close my account. I have never worked with such incompetent people in my life. Like I said, I paid my credit card account early and added thousands of dollars to do this. I need compensation for the grief this company has caused me.

These asian scammers should get the death penalty yet there still allowed to operate in the US . They have no consideration for Americans and there well being ⁰⁰they need to be investigated
Beyond will not refund my remaining funds! I have been lied to multiple times in 2 weeks. They are violating their own signed agreement. They are blaming their sister company for the whole blunder, which I find unacceptable since I have heard from them that Beyond is lying to me.
I signed up to have Beyond correct my credit. The Discover debt is still being settled and I am being sued in small claims court because Beyond failed to come to an agreement with Discover. The person I spoke with named *** said any issues with the courts is my problem. I just want Beyond to settle with Discover.
Name: *** Signed up for debt relief program and completed program. Beyond finance has reported my debt to all three credit bureaus as charge-offs instead of having the items completely from my credit reports.
I enrolled with them for a debt settlement program
I enrolled with them for a debt settlement program. However, I have had four of the accounts either go or almost go to collections. I was told that my creditors would me made aware of my enrollment and no actions would be taken against me. One of these accounts being my IMCU credit card. On Friday, February 18th attempted to get a money order and was informed that I either needed to make a payment to my IMCU credit card or the collections process would begin. *** stated that there had not been any notification made that I was in this program. There were three payments of $312.89 made to Beyond Finance (screenshot included). I unenrolled in the program on Thursday, February 17th after learning $625.78 of the $938.67 would not be applied to my debt. Unenrolling from this program makes me responsible for all of my debts as well as the fees that have been accumulated. I was told that I would only be receiving $312.89. I was misled in regards to the fees and the fact that several of my creditors had no idea I was participating in this program. On 02/28/2022 I was informed i in fact would not be getting the refund and may owe more money. The supervisor put in a request that the refunds be upheld and on 03/02/2022 I was informed that the request had been denied.

This company charged me a fee I was not made aware of. I spoke to an employee two weeks ago who said I would have my approximately $2600 deposited account within 10 business days. They now say there was a fee I owed that I was not told about and gave me $0. They have also blocked my account so that I have no access to any of my documents
I entered into a debt settlement program through Beyond Finance. I was in the program for four months and put in $924.01 of my own money into a so called dedicated account that was to be used to settle my debts for less than half of what I owed. The people at beyond finance had not kept their word to settle any of my debts. They kept making excuses every time I talked to someone about my debts. Now I am trying to recoup the money from the so called dedicated account and am getting the run around from their people once again. They are a bunch of liars and cheats.
I asked Beyond Finance to help me with my delinquent debt and soon after our first contact, I signed an agreement with them on March 13, 2022. They told me that they could settle my debt for a payment of a little over 700 dollars a month, but they also enticed me with the prospect of getting a loan within 3 or 4 months of enrolling in the program and paying regularly. I ended up paying almost $1000 in semi-monthly payments, and also sent an extra payment of an undisclosed amount. I was told that I had prospects of a loan in May, but after I sent the additional payment of an undisclosed amount, they suddenly informed me that a loan was no longer an option. They gave me a dedicated account and claimed they had reached an agreement with one of my creditors. When they reached the agreement, I lost everything I had put into my dedicated account, but I still had close to an undisclosed amount. Suddenly they started taking out large payments of $1800 dollars or more every 2 weeks. I was not seeing that this money was going to my creditor. I took out most of what remained in my dedicated account but allowed them to take one more payment. Because they still were not willing to disclose to me what they were doing to pay my creditors, I withdrew from the program. I called them 3 times and wasn't given a call back to resolve my issues. Finally, in my third call, they told me and my husband that they are keeping the money that they took--an amount over an undisclosed sum. And they said they have only paid my creditor $300. To me this seems like a pyramid scheme. I want to give them a chance to respond, but also want to warn others away from this company.
I signed up for a debt solution service. They saved me $219.80 and are charging me $350. They also have taken out a few withdrawals from my account that I did not authorize and will not tell me exactly where the money is. Overall, I paid them well over the amount my debt initially was and they are saying I still owe several hundred. I am very concerned about what to do, as they are asking for more money from me.

It's simple, Beyond Finance tricked me into ruining my credit with the false hope of paying less owed to credit card companies by letting Beyond Finance take the lead in settlement agreements. They are not honest about how much they plan to charge as a company, which can end up being almost equal to the original debt owed. Let me say this in another way, the monies they settle for with your finance company they turn around then charge you over half as their fees (Ex. You owe $9,000 with your finance company, Beyond Finance settle with your finance company for $3,600 then Beyond Finance tells you that they saved you $5,400 of the $9,000 you owed but in fact they charge you $4,200 in fees, so your savings is really $1,200). I'm pretty sharp in researching a company before I get into bed with them but this time I was desperate and didn't do my due diligence. So as a warning to people like me that is really in need of a healthy first fresh start, don't be fooled by Beyond Finance. I see they have an A rating on Complaintsboard.com which for the life of me I don't understand why. I did ask to speak with the manager for a refund then the manager got on the phone and said "NO" I signed the terms and agreement. I asked to speak with someone else over them the manager told me "NO" that the buck stops with here (Hello again Ms.

I enrolled in a debt settlement program with them and was told the car (which died about a month after purchasing) financing I had enrolled was eligible and would be the first one settled. Now after 3 months in the program, not paying that loan as instructed they told me it was never eligible and needs to be removed. My credit score has tanked and I have had zero results with the settlement and are doing nothing to resolve their problem they created for me. I am in a much worse financial situation now that when I enrolled. Despite talking to multiple reps the car being ineligible was never discussed with me
holding on to personal property after account has been told to close. Not allowing for my property to be accessible. Not helping with accessing dedicated account passwords, by refusing the customer to speak to qualified account managers. There was a verbal promise over phone to close account in 3-5 bussiness days. This promise was not honored. I have zero information about any review process in order to close an account with Beyond Finance. This information is not attainable on the website. My contract is not located on my the website for review. I am being refused access to speak to a qualified contract closer.

I signed up with Beyond Finance for a quite large amount of credit card debt
I signed up with Beyond Finance for a quite large amount of credit card debt. The person I spoke to, really sold me on the plan and said that they had the ability to negotiate my debt down with multiple credit card companies, so I would be able to pay my debt off quicker than if I continued to try to pay it down myself. I have been very diligent about paying into my dedicated account twice a month, and on time and was assured by my Beyond representative that would help them to negotiate my settlements quickly. I have now been with the program, and not paid any of my creditors, for 8 months. They have kept saying trust the process and stick with it. Now I feel it is too late to get out. My debts have all gone into collections and now at least one of my creditors is threatening to charge off my debt as bad debt, which could absolutely destroy my credit. The representative I spoke to initially stated, that my credit score *** take a hit initially, but in the long run, paying off my debt would bring it back up. If I get charge-offs on my debt, I will be taking a years-long hit. I have been on time on all my payments until I signed with Beyond, with a credit score of 800+, and now I fear my credit is destroyed for the rest of my life (it is currently down in the 600s). This company should NOT have an A+ with Complaintsboard.com. I'm really upset and angry, and feel like a fool for believing *** at Beyond.

On 2-18-22 I was contacted by Beyond to consolidate my debt
On 2-18-22 I was contacted by Beyond to consolidate my debt. The gentleman was nice and explained everything. He did state I could cancel at anytime. I thought about it over the weekend, and decided it was not right for me. On Monday morning 2-21-22, I reviewed my paperwork and found the cancellation letter. I completely filled it out and e-mailed it to client success e-mail as it stated to on the letter by midnight 2-22-22. I emailed my representative as well and stated I am cancelling. On 2-22-22 I receive a text they are taking the $461.00 from my account on Friday the 25th! What? I cancelled! Low and behold they give you this song and dance you can not cancel without talking to a manager, that is listed NOWHERE in the paperwork. So I called and asked to speak to a manager, a lady named *** stated none would be available for 72 hours! What? By that time, they would have taken my first payment and I had already cancelled by the deadline. This company should be sued for FRAUD! You can not cancel, they are scam artists, and I am glad that I chose not to go with them. Now I have to get an attorney to *** them as they are going to take payments out of my account, that I cancelled. They run a fraud business, they do not tell you on the cancellation letter you must speak to a manager, well managers are not available for three days!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Beyond Finance,P.O. ***, tricked me into ruining my credit with the false hope of paying less owed to credit card companies by letting Beyond Finance take the lead in settlement agreements. These 2 companies are involved also. Finxera *** and Cross Roads Finanical Technoligies. I reached out to Beyond Finance for debt consolidation in May
I reached out to Beyond Finance for debt consolidation in May. They explained to me that I should stop making payments to my creditors in order for them to begin the negotiating process. Additionally, they tell you that your credit score will only decrease temporarily until the creditor is settled and whatever the score drops to its better than having your cards maxed out. They began to take $244 from my account every two weeks to begin to build up my reserves. Five months go by and I received ZERO settlements offers. In fact, I reached out to 3 creditors myself during this time and achieved a pay off, following that I removed those creditors from my program. I only had one account left and Beyond basically told me to leave the account with them because they "were so close" to achieving a settlement. Finally after six months I received ONE settlement offer for an Upstart loan. I called Beyond and they explained that "only they were able to obtain an settlement that low" and that they would only be paying them $100/mo to pay down my debt, even though there was over $3k in my reserve account because they would be taking $2k for their fee, so I said, please don't distribute any funds from my account until I speak to the creditor. I then called the Upstart collection company and they gave me the EXACT SAME OFFER. So I called Beyond back and they had already taken the $2k from me and settled with them. All of these calls were recorded, so there is proof that I requested them to not distribute the funds. I instead asked for a full reimbursement of my reserve account so I could pay the Upstart Collector directly. They basically told me too bad and took over $2k from me for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Beyond Finance alleged that I would pay them $453 per month for 3 months and my credit debt of roughly $23000 turn into a personal loan with Above Lending. I asked if I would have to close my accounts, they replied no. I asked if they would be settling the debt or paying the debt in full to my current creditors. The employee assured me my debt would be paid in full. I even reiterated that I spent the money they deserved every ***. He again assured me they would get their money. I asked it my credit report would end up with late payments from my creditors. He assured me that they would be contacting my creditors immediately and that I should not have any. If I did get one that I would need to call Beyond Finance to rectify it. He said I needed to stop my auto payments with companies on those payment plans. Now that I have signed up and they have pulled $453 from my account, I am finding out he lied. They have not contacted all my creditors. They are trying to settle the debt and I am to be charged 25% of the debt in order to do this. The employ I called today kept saying it would take six months and that they were going to attempt to settle all my debt which will cause my accounts to close. Again, I double check that this would not happen. They outright lied to me in order to get me signed up and I now have to go check and see how many late fees I may have with my current creditors so that the credit I worked so hard to obtain is not destroyed. I had CoVid in January as did my household and no-one was able to work for a month. Otherwise, I would not have been as vulnerable to this deception. I believe that they should pay any late fees this deception may have incurred. I would like their fraudulence to be investigated. They say they record phone calls.

On Feb. 11, 2022 I received a call back from Kelby also known as Faraway an employee from Beyond finance. She me advised she spoke with the legal time I would received a refund of *** because of the confusion. Unfortunately she did not notate my account about this conversation. Today [protected] I called Beyond Finance and how ironic that I spoke to the same person I did on Feb. 11, 2022 Faraway(Kelby) to her surprise I reminded her of our conversation on Feb. 11, 2022 and how she LIED to me. She could not give an explanation as to why she LIED. It seems that Beyond Finance does not want to give a refund to a client who has FAITHFUFULLY sent their payments on time instead they charged me TWICE for one of the settlements account ending in *** that was satisfied on Dec. 2, 2021 . I've spoken to several employees regarding this issue and they were ALL in agreement that I would received a REFUND. Also requested to speak with a supervisor on Feb. 15, 2022 and the agent Esenia said I would receive a call back and that has not happen. If I was asked to rate them I would give them a F for failure for not being the trust partner in debt resolution. In hindsight if I was able to do this all over again I would have NEVER trusted them because their leadership team lacks CREDIBILITY and INTEGRITY. Beyond Finance needs to honor their commitment as a TRUSTED partner ABOVE and BEYOND and deposit *** into my account. and review all the calls I've made to them from Nov. 8, 2021 -Feb. 28, 2022 and they will hear the *** From 10-21-2019 to [protected] I paid over 20 thousands dollars to complete this program pay what you owe *** and retrain your employees so they'll be on one accord as a unified company giving out accurate information.

I enrolled on with Beyond Finance to negotiate with 3 of my creditors for debt settlement
I enrolled on with Beyond Finance to negotiate with 3 of my creditors for debt settlement. Beyond Finance took the following payments out of my account (with my permission) 3/25/22 - $215.14, 4/8/22 - $214.14, 4/22/22 - $214.14 for a total of $642.42. This is the total that was in my account with Beyond Finance. On 4/22/22, I decided I wanted to cancel and close my account with Beyond Finance. I called and spoke to a rep on a recorded line and cancelled my account. The Rep that I spoke with confirmed that no payments would be taken out of my account and that I would receive a refund from Beyond Finance after my fees were calculated a deducted from my account. Then, on 4/25/22, I noticed in my Beyond Finance App on my phone that they withdrew a payment from my account in the amount of $251.58 to pay one of my creditors (One Main). I sent an email to Beyond Finance *** on 4/23/22 @ 10:00am EST as soon as I saw this payment coming out of my account. I explained (can provide the email) that i canceled/closed my account on 4/22/22 and that I would like that payment canceled and the funds returned. I received an returned email stating that they could not stop the payment. I responded to that email asking for my issue to be escalated. I received a return email stating that a mgr would reach out to me. On 4/28/22 I called Beyond Finance to check on my refund. The Rep that I spoke to said that I would be receiving approx $25.70 I asked her why it was so low, because of all the funds that I had in my acct. She said because Beyond Finance took their fee out that was $318.74 I asked her why the fee was so high and she said because they negotiated a settlement for me and once I make the first payment, this entitles them to take a fee. I explained to her that I canceled/closed my acct on 4/22/22 and therefore should not be charged the fee and the payment of $251.58 + $25.70 should be refunded to me.

On October 13, I enrolled, an agreement was made with Beyond Finance to consolidate my debt every two weeks; payment is to be drafted from my checking account. After obtaining one or two settlements, I received texts and e-mails indicating they could not get future income from my account because the request would fail. The funds were in my account; we went over my banking information several times with representatives and found my Banking information was correct. At last, it was discovered they had my Social Security number wrong. For this reason, they cannot get successfully draft the payments from my account. Some representatives will not take my calls. I have been told they have newly hired employees who are not well trained. I spoke with a supervisor she demanded that I send a copy of my Social Security card. She does not tell me where or to whom I should send this information. I've been a victim of fraud in the past, and I am apprehensive about proceeding with her request. Furthermore, she was not very helpful or concerned about my situation as no one cared. LVNV Funding is taking legal action against me for lack of settlement. A while back, Beyond Finance advised that their attorneys would take care of this issue with LVNV Funding LLC, but they have not done anything about it, and I am just about to be served with papers. The service I have received from this company has been reckless, disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent. I have been willing to go to an office to present my Social Security card to one responsible individual, but their lack of cooperation makes the situation difficult. I do not appreciate all the inconvenience they have put me through. The A+ rating with the Complaintsboard.com that this company has is misleading to prospective customers, I decided to do business with them based on the Complaintsboard.com rating. I am preparing to give Beyond Finance a review; the public deserves to know their lack of concern for the customer.

I have been with beyond finance ever since January 2022
I have been with beyond finance ever since January 2022. I agreed that every month on the 24th of each month, I would pay them $197.44 and now the total in $592.32 as of April 5, 2022 that I have paid them. They promised that they would negotiate with the three creditors that I had asked them too...total debt exceeding a little over $10,000 The first creditor was Babcocks home furnishing, back when I started Beyond Finance the debt was a little above $300.00. It has now blossomed to over $600.00 with all the late fees and missed payments which Beyond finance advised me not to pay. Beyond Finance indicated my debt would be paid of in May. I did the Math and I, myself can have the debt paid off by April IN FULL! with money left over to start attacking my other debt . They have not even attempted to negotiate with that creditor I am now in further debt with Discover and Capitol one. They told me the process would take about 4 years for everything. I signed up thinking and believing they would negotiate with all my creditors and would communicate with me once a settlement was reached as the salesperson told me. He even gave me what he said was his number within the company if I had any questions. I called that number today, not only did he lie to me but it has been hard pressed to communicate with anyone there. I called once before about a month ago to get my money back, which they claim even on their website that you can get back at any time...and they directed the call to a manager who then lied to me about why I should stay in the program. I called back today 4-5-22 to speak to someone, they were all busy and the operator said I would get a callback within 24 - 72 hours!. I told her the nature of my complaint and that I was really unhappy, she didn't care...it was still going to be *** hours before a call back. I feel that they are just taking my money and running with it. I am worse off now then when I started program

I enrolled in a debt relief program with the company in March
I enrolled in a debt relief program with the company in March . I was told by *** that their service fee was approximately $***/month; it was actually $10.75. This was to cover their services for the duration of my program. I was given a client dashboard to log onto to track my progress. I agreed to have $349.95 taken from my checking account each month and put into an account set up by them. I was told that if I made the regular payments and accrued enough funds, they would reach a settlement agreement with a credit card company. This did happen in July. After the third month I finally received a statement with more service fees associated with the process. On top of the $10.75 fee, there was a $49.95 fee. I noticed when I logged on to my dashboard that the month of April through *** was no longer listed as payments made. Only July August and September were listed and only a little over $200.00 was being payed to the credit card company. I called beyond to inquire and went through all of my payment history and math of everything they had done. It did not add up and I asked why there was over *** missing in the math. Only then did they say they took the money I accrued as a payment to them and the additional fees were to cover their service. This was never disclosed to me up front and I never signed anything agreeing to that. The only thing I agreed to was the *** a month service fee. I said I wanted to discontinue the program and wanted a full refund. I was told by the person I was speaking with that they would submit my request to a specialist and they would call me within 72 hrs. After two weeks with no callback, I called them. They had record of my conversation. The person I spoke with this time told me I would receive a call within 72 hrs form one of their debt specialists. I received a call shortly after I hung up and I answered. No one was there. I received an email saying I was canceled. I was told, no refund.

Towards the end of 2021 I decided to research companies such as beyond finance
Towards the end of 2021 I decided to research companies such as beyond finance. I saw some things that I really liked about the company and what it said. So I proceeded to contact them and start to repair my credit in October . After speaking to the gentleman on the phone and looking at their website, it says, and he stated that until you have saved up enough money in your dedicated account, approximately 55%, then they will start paying on whatever settlement theyre currently working on at that time. Apparently I had gotten my first settlement on one of my accounts that I owed money to. So little did I know they were paying it right away. Again, it is on their website it states they do not pay anything until you have enough money saved. I was only depositing a little over $100 twice a month so I didnt have a large amount saved in my dedicated account yet. Definitely not 55%. So fast forward hard times happened I had stopped paying and I contacted them a couple times letting them know that. They were completely fine and they never said anything to me about losing the settlement. So I contact them a couple times about getting back on track. No one called me back , I finally called them and they told me that Ive lost the settlement now. Which theyve never said that would happen, nor it does not state that on their website either. As a matter fact, it states nothing like that if anything, it says that youll just keep paying on it. They have deceptive, misleading information to future customers. So Im going to be seeking an attorney for this because this is not right deceptive marketing and misleading information. Then to also find out the account they were supposed to be paying on, that account was calling me to pay them, and it was being reported on my credit report. If they were paying on it, why would that account be calling me. They told me that once they start working with an account they dont call me anymore. They oh me the money that was in my dedicat
