Possible STAY AWAY

You will never stop getting calls and emails. Calls are outsourced and they won’t stop no matter how you threaten them. They are rude and hang up on you... I’ve been close to tears because they call about ten times a day seriously. If anyone reading this is an attorney, please help me... I have to get my number changed even though I need it for business reasons.
When you ask to speak to a supervisor, every single person says, “I am the boss”. I can’t understand what they are saying (they outsourced to India), so several times I’ve asked to speak to an onshore rep (which we always have a right to, legally). Today when they called for, seriously, the fifth time, I demanded to speak to someone in America. He said he was in America... I asked which city and state... he mumbled something. I said, “name a city in Ohio.” Silence for about 35 seconds, he then said, “Ohio is my favorite state, because I love rock n roll music.” He clearly Googled, “Ohio”. It was embarrassing.
I didn’t even continue with the loan process, months ago, because it seemed like a scam from the start. Please beware. They harass and have no shame. You will have to change your number... I don’t see any other way.
Please help me.

Possible Avoid using this app!

I obtained a small payday installment loan through Possible Finance on a Friday afternoon 8/19/22. The loan was approved and I was sent a notification the money would be deposited directly into my checking accounting Monday 8/22/22. That Monday came and went, no money was deposited. I contacted Possible through the help center in the app (there’s no phone number or chat line, you just have the option to submit your issue and they email you back). The response I received was less than ideal, “wait another day.” That’s when I realized that I had made a big mistake. Tuesday came and went and still, there was no deposit. By this time I had contacted Possible finance through their app and email 3 or 4 times to make them aware there was still no deposit. The response was….wait for it… “give it another day.” By now I knew I had been scammed so I filed a report with consumer finance regarding the scam since contacting Possible directly was the equivalent to pissing in the wind. DO NOT USE THIS APP NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. You’re better off asking a friend or family member or even just going without. Scammers and more trouble than it’s worth. Hopefully they will lose their lenders license in this state.

Possible It’s good until you pay it off

A friend of mine told me about this app and how quick and easy it was to get a loan. I’ve had my share of payday loans and really didn’t want that hassle or headache again. A time came when I really needed the cash so I took a chance and applied. The application process was really quick and I got an approval response lightning fast. The option to get the money instantly to your debit card (free option for now) is also another easy convenience of this loan. I tend to do better with payments when they auto draft from my account so it keeps my payments on time. All was good my score was going up every time I made a payment. When it got to the 3rd payment, my score updated tremendously. I was stoked...it wasn’t until the last payment status hit my credit that I noticed a major drop in my score over 100 points on Credit Karma. Possible will report the account “closed” after your last payment and “closed” accounts will always negatively affect your score. So the increase I thought I had was actually none existent. If you’re in a hard spot and need quick cash go for it. As far as building positive credit history don't bank on much. Only benefit is you can increase your loan amount after you’ve paid successfully.

Possible Best loan service I’ve tried

This app has been a blessing and the best that I have tried. The loan process is fast and simple, also repayment is easy. I schedule the payment days I need and can change them on the app if something comes up. They are really great about sending you reminders or notifications throughout the whole process. Additionally I am on social security benefits, that is not an issue for them and will still work with me. A lot of other loan companies don’t consider social security as an income, even though it’s pretty much guaranteed to be paid to you every month. The fees they charge on the loan aren’t crazy high like most of the others, especially for the services they offer. You can get up to $500.00, every time I take out a loan and it’s paid I can raise the amount. It’s how it should be, they also report to your credit often. It has helped me a lot in that sense too, I am slowly building my credit score back up through them. I would recommend this app to anyone, I know they added more eligible loan states which is great. I don’t have issues with this app like all of the others, my bank isn’t constantly disconnected. It doesn’t crash all of the time, fail to load or give me any issues when I uploaded my bank and had to verify my identity.

Possible Don’t even think about it

I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review of a company but I am now. Last year my credit took a hit because I was out of work. I read about Possible and thought it sounded like a good, and easy, way of getting a boost to my credit score. I applied for, and accepted, a small loan that I paid back in full with ease — no late payments or issues. They did report to all three credit bureaus as promised that helped raise my score a few points. For that reason I took out a second loan hoping to increase my credit score by a few more points. A few days ago I got alerts from the credit bureaus that there was a negative strike on my reports and my credit score dropped by 30 points. Turns out Possible Finance reports your account as CLOSED upon full loan repayment. They don’t do anything about it either—I contacted support and received a canned response apology stating they don’t have control over how the credit bureaus interpret the reporting. I’m now completely screwed because, after repayment of my new loan, expect my credit score to drop another 30 points. I’m physically sick over this as I’m out of work due to COVID and now my credit is destroyed. I reported them to the ComplaintsBoard.com in the hopes something can be done to erase these marks and make this entire experience go away.

Possible Don’t do it! It will ruin your credit!

I never write reviews... EVER! But I wanted to make sure to write this one to at least put the warning out there so that someone else’s credit isn’t ruined as well.

I tried this app out because I was in between jobs (two weeks off) and thought it might be an easy solution to get my by, and definitely seemed easier and cheaper than doing a payday loan, it has been the complete opposite.

First off, my email changed because of work and I was unable to update it on their site, so I contacted support... four days later, a general response instructing me how to change it. I followed those instructions, still can’t log in. Contact support for help logging in... countless back and forth emails about “screenshots while it’s happening” and all this, which I sent eagerly... still nothing. Asked for a phone call, numerous times, like the site says... no phone call. It’s been two months of trying every day to get into my account... still can’t log in, still can’t talk to a live person, and now I’m two months late on my payments. Tried to pay over the phone so I can just get rid of it, nope, they don’t do that. You call the “customer support” number and they say that they’re not answering the phone “so they can serve customers to the best of their ability”. The entire thing is a joke! Save yourself...

Possible Great program for building your credit score!

For anyone that’s still skeptical, I say don’t be scared and just give it a try. You really got nothing to lose. My credit score was at 557 before I heard of Possible Finance. For the first time in like 9 years I finally got a full time, permanent job. I’m finally financially stable enough to get a new car and an apartment of my own. But having challenged credit makes it hard for anyone to want to help you. I heard about Possible Finance and thought I give it a try. The program was designed to help you build your credit score. They give you a small loan amount ($50 for me) unless your credit score is already average/good then you may be approved for more. I love that they break your payments into very easy and affordable installments ($14.70 with my loan amount). When the payment date is near, and you can’t make the payment, the program allows you to extend the date without any penalties or fees. It took a couple of days for me to get approved and get the loan but now when I think back, it was totally worth the wait.
After making my first 2 payments on time, I noticed changes to my credit score instantly. I’m so happy to say that as of current my credit score has gone up 73 pts. My last payment is tomorrow and I’m only 10 pts away from having fair/average credit within only months of being in this program. Give a try and see for yourself.

Possible The app idea great but is constantly broken

This app was amazing the first time I used it. I needed an emergency loan and I literally had all the money I needed in my account within 15 minutes. The payments were easy, I could reschedule with no problems, and it boosted my credit! But now, I needed to pull another loan for a backup for a trip thinking it wouldn’t be a problem, however I kept getting errors in the state selection screen saying “ oops! We are having problems”...that was almost two weeks ago...Since then, nothing has been fixed and I even emailed asking what the problem was. They messaged me back saying they are updating in the California section of the app and cannot Lend to CA residents till it’s fixed(and also said she did not know when it will be fixed in a seemingly passive aggressive way) it was totally understandable at first. Every app has problems and sometimes needs updating. But two weeks? And on top of that, now It’s giving me log in errors too! What if I had a payment due today and couldn’t even log in to pay it off? I love this app, the idea of it is amazing and it helps a lot of people in emergency situations and (IMO the best part), it builds credit! But the functionality is horrible and very disappointing. I would rate this app 10 stars if I could, but I have to give it a 2 due to all the problems :/ Come on guys, you would blow all the other money lending apps on here out of the water if you could just figure out your app problems!

Possible Still have Issues

I rated five stars because this app a great service to people who need it. It’s hard to get a loan now a days without getting charged an insane rate. The four payments are reasonable because if you can’t pay it back what’s the point of getting the loan in the first place? All the negative comments are about issues that has nothing to do with the service and are personal issues! But I’m here to ask why I can’t approved again for a loan I PREVIOUSLY was approved for? $750 I even took screenshots to show the support team and only got a $150 loan as compensation, still took it because I’m just building credit easily and can make my payments. Yet paid off $250 before that. Im willing to invest a lot of money into this app for my credit. I’m a self contracted ex military veteran and now get paid in cash mostly. I know it goes off income from the bank but why can’t I get approved for the same $750 loan when I’ve had no previous issues paying off loans? I prefer cash in hand and even started to deposit about 1.5k a week to show bank activity but take it out to have in my safe at home. This is now my third loan and using only to build my credit and the convenience of having my spending money whenever I want. Amazing app for quick cash but the developers should take into account people here with good intentions to build credit and not in hardship. Maybe something like a loyalty program for the people who pay on time and had several loans. Just a thought.

Possible Watch out! Can be a threat for your credit

I had a my loan and everything was fine with that!
Due coronavirus I was out of work like Haley of the population, and I had to simply postpone m two of my payments, which the app gives you the option but with an alert saying that this may create difficulties for a future new loan approval! Which was also ok because I wasn’t planning to get another loan so soon! But not! The Oportun reported everything dinging my credit score, which was 672, and now is 523 only because of them! All the postponed payments were paid on time. When I send an email to them, I was told that this is automatically reported by the credit institution and it has nothing that they could do, but they asked me to fill a dispute against and now I’m waiting for the response! I honestly understand that, but I really believe that they should’ve set an alert explain that, beyond the fact of having a loan denied in the future, if you postpone a payments you gonna have a negative impact straight to your credit! Much more because I got covid on the 6th of June and by the 24th my test was still positive for the virus! All the finance institutions are having ways to help their clients during this moment, they should do it the same. When you see the option of changing your due date, you innocently believes that this is the way that you can do this without any impact on your credit score, so, all the experience, besides the money, was drastically negative for me! I did thinking of building my credit up, and it got completely messed up.

Possible Real review

Woke up this morning and went through about 6-7 different apps in the App Store.

I bank with a credit union

And my Credit Union was not accepted to use with about 3 apps and the other apps i used had this constant rerouting me to different websites process.

This one actually was quick. And did not reroute me. Everything was done in the app. (Of course verification by text message and email was needed)

When I had an issue they followed up with me in about 5 min or less. And it was resolved.

Even tho the finance fee is heavy. Idk if it depends on your credit or something but for a $500 loan it was going to cost me $625 in the end (of course spread out across every 2 weeks starting the week after the loan is processed and money sent you your bank)
The payments are automatically taken out of your bank account with some grace period of course. I believe this depends on your state. But you will be able to see grace period as you are going through the process

At the time it’s a choice of
FREE 2-3 day direct deposit
Or
Instant payment to your debit card (up to 60 min or longer depending on your bank) which was free at the time I processed.

Instant payment took about 7-10 min for my bank to receive the $500 and ready for me to use.

All in all, i am happy (of course I don’t like the finance fee, but hey it’s how they make their money and their service has been good)

I hope you all have success and are able to get back on your feet if you are having any money issues. I know it’s the worst feeling in the world.

Possible Has BEEN AWESOME and STILL AWESOME

Update: I have been contacted actually and working on fixing the errors, so they definitely do contact you back. Had it not been me having spinal surgery and recovering I’m confident the issues would be fixed already. So clearly they have fixed whatever issue’s I see on comments from a couple years ago. They are awesome and professional as well as helpful in fixing error’s and addressing issues immediately. Of course when I say immediately I mean within a couple day’s and it didn’t interfere with my loan just getting information straight on my credit with them and credit companies.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POSSIBLE FINANCE IF YOU ARE IN a BIND OR DOING IT TO BUILD CREDIT. STAY SAFE AND MANY BLESSINGS FOR US ALL DURING THIS INFLATION WE COULD NOT HAVE SEEN HAPPENING.

I stumbled on this app that has been easy to borrow and pay back. They are easy to apply and paying back is easy since it’s withdrawn out of your account per agreement. I would caution this month for some odd reason it didn’t take out the money I owed however I had checked on my account noticed this and did the payment myself. I’m waiting to get an explanation on an email stating I have been late when I have never once been late or asked for more time. I believe it is a glitch in the computer some how and confident it will be fixed. If not I will be sure to update review but honestly they send an email to remind you of payment being withdrawn and also ask if you need more time. I’ve never needed more so I can’t give any sort of review on that situation but I’m pretty positive that it would go great.

Possible AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I’m so tired of these financial institution saying they will give loans to everyone even people with poor credit yet when you apply for a loan you get nope sorry you don’t have enough credit OK well, then you should say you only loan to people with great credit because you’re obviously not interested in helping the people who really need to get their credit up again. I mean how can someone build credit if no one will give them a chance? I would give this app zero stars because it made me waste my time filling everything out only to be denied. Try honesty for once. I’m deleting my account HOPEFULLY but am not holding out much hope they’ll actually do it I imagine their a company that says oh we can’t delete your info. Yea cause they’re gonna sell it so technically, with how many people they get info from, to I'm sure sell they should have more than enough to hand out more loans. Thanks for nothing IMpossible.

Update: I’m dying of laughter at the saying the company has first in bold letters on the download page it goes “financial fairness is possible” you mean UNfairness! The response from the support team or whoever made absolutely no sense. All people are not the same! Some people are smart enough NOT to apply for a loan if they can’t afford it! Don’t treat everyone the same. I’ll repeat what I said. Don’t waste people’s time by advertising that you give loans even to people with poor credit cause that’s a legit LIE! Thanks for wasting my time and now I would get a loan from ANY OTHER company than you. Even if the interest was insane! I’m most likely gonna report this to the ComplaintsBoard.com!

Possible Great option for people with poor/no credit history

To be very honest, I have some credit issues and have had trouble getting approved for loans in the past. My only options are payday loans (which I REFUSE to get) or small personal loans from those companies that stretch payments out over 6-8 months and ultimately charge you 2.5x the amount you borrowed.

Last month I ended up missing some work and needed about $350 to cover the remainder of my rent and bills, so when I saw an ad for Possible Finance on Instagram, I took a chance. I actually applied just after midnight on a Friday and wasn’t expecting an answer until that following Monday. They asked general questions about my job, when/how much I get paid, and required my bank account information for verification. Surprisingly, I got a notification within half an hour of applying that I had been approved for $385. If you have a VISA debit card attached to you bank account, you can use this option for fast delivery of your funds. I did so and received my money within an hour. Otherwise, it takes 1-2 business days for it to be transferred to your account.

Possible Finance doesn’t charge any outrageous finance fees (my fee was only $92 and change)and they spread your payments out over 8 weeks with each payment due date being the day you receive your paycheck. They also have an option to reschedule your payment dates, though I’m hoping I won’t have to use this feature and can’t say how long they ultimately give you to pay off your loan.

Otherwise, I definitely recommend this app if you’re in a tight spot and have few options for borrowing money. Applying won’t impact your credit so you really have nothing to lose, and they apparently report on time payments to the major credit bureaus and allow you to keep an open account.

Possible Ridiculous

How can you compare my finances to someone else’s? Their money isn’t mine and I’m just trying to build credit. All my history is fine. Medical copays from 5 years ago should not have anything to do with now. I make my car payment on time as well as just paid of over $3000 to the last delinquent account I had on my record, 3 or more months ago. But they say that “compared to other members finances your income is not enough.” All your commercial says is any credit is okay. So what’s this crap about my finances not meeting requirements? Sounds like false advertisement to me. Would like someone to contact me back about this. Because nothing about this made sense. I’m just wanting to get some extra cash for Christmas presents and work on my credit score. But it’s turning into a nightmare. This whole thing is just shady.

EDIT: Developer response sounds like they completely avoided everything I said. Will definitely have my attorney take another look. I still have the email where you specifically tell me how you do this whole scam. Anyone that’s actually read the denial email from your company could see the holes. I also read it to a family friend/lawyer who said it all sounds like false advertisement as well and that the algorithms you’re using are a bunch of “hogwash.” They also let me know that because your commercial says all credit is accepted because you don’t do credit checks. But you’re denying off algorithms and “risk factors” doesn’t make a lick of sense of because you might as well check credit scores at that point. Your denials have no ground and wouldn’t hold up in a court case. Because the only actual way to know someone’s risk factor is to actually look at their credit score and their delinquent accounts. Otherwise you’re just playing a guessing game about everyone’s finances. And I can definitely tell you, you’re all wrong.

Possible Breaking up isn’t always easy

First , I will point out that I’m referencing my second loan with possible . After my first experience, gave 5 stars. My situation is probably rare and this is why the staff is absolutely dumbfounded every time I reach out . Possible is flexible compared to most places and I pushed my limit on my 3/4 payment . Well, I went on to just pay it off completely Bc I’m not making as much as I was and wanted it out of the way. I logged in and it asked me if I wanted to apply for another ( you have to have current one paid off ) so I was confused by this . Turns out I used to log in via google but that was gone and I changed my email bc I thought I forgot . Got that fixed ASAP. But the loan on my site was no where to be found. My bank acct still there, all my info no loan. The weekend hits so I’ll have to wait for biZ hrs to resume Monday. I hit my 30 days - which stinks but that’s what I get for waiting till the last min so lesson brutally learned . I follow up to see how we can fix this ( through chat - no phone help that I’m aware of ) explained the situation and that I want to pay- I just don’t have a way to bc the loan according to the app doesn’t exist- delete app / restart . Okay, done! No loan... new help via chat . Explain everything - can’t figure it out . I followed up twice after these stressing that were nearing 60 days can we at least pause or whatever so that i don’t take that penalty bc I want to pay and have . As I write this , I’m watching all my notifications advise me that an account reported a derogatory status and has dropped -60points. I know it doesn’t hurt them so one customers concern isn’t going to take top priority but I tried and still am trying but there’s no option to pay, no calendar , no history. I set out to improve my credit and was succeeding. I guess I’ll wait a few more years . Wish I’d had know possible , was unlikely ...

Possible Long time customer & EXTREMELY pleased—until now

I first signed up with Possible Finance (PF) in February –so, almost 3 years ago. Over the past 3 years, I’ve borrowed from them about 4-5 times and have always had an excellent experience. The things I love the most are the flexibility (you can adjust your payment due dates if needed and it’s very easy to do right in the app!), then repayment terms (your first payment isn’t due until 30 days after you receive the money, and the last three payments are due every OTHER week), the fact that they report to the three credit bureaus (improving my credit some), and MOST of all, the ease with which it is to apply and receive money any time I’m in a bind (it literally only takes about 10 minutes—from the time I apply for a new loan in the app to the time that money hits my bank account). That’s definitely my FAVORITE thing about PF! (Note: the very FIRST time you apply, it takes 3 days to receive the funds—that’s 3 days after you apply AND accept/sign the documents in the app—, so if you’re contemplating it but want to “wait and see if you’ll need the money,” I suggest that you factor in that you won’t •have• the money for 3 days •after• you apply and accept the loan for the first time.) They’ll even reward repeat customers who have an excellent repayment history by approving you for more money (never more than $500) the next time. Even if they don’t approve what you ASK for, they’ll still reply and say “your loan was approved! You’ve been approved to borrow X amount,” rather than the Y amount you applied for. So, every experience has been wonderful honestly!

That is, UNTIL NOW.

My most recent experience: applied on a Friday and they were taking forever to reply, so I emailed to what was going on. A man named Owen responded about 10 minutes later telling me that they just have an abundance of applications to review but that I’ll definitely hear back within 24hrs. Finally, THE NEXT MORNING (!), I heard back.

I’d been waiting and very anxious because I really needed the help and finally heard back…only for them to WRONGFULLY deny me! The reason given (that FL law prohibits having more than one cash advance out at once) was WRONG! I’ve NEVER EVER EVER had a cash advance with ANY company other than PF! And, until now, I’ve always been extremely PLEASED with them, so I haven’t had a REASON to go elsewhere anyway…but bottom line is that I’ve NEVER even had another cash advance company! (Mind you, throughout all this, I had several emails back and forth with Owen as I tried to understand why I was denied and explain to him that that was WRONG, but I didn’t get anywhere with that.) The denial email provides you with a toll free number to call for more details on this “other advance,” but of course that company wasn’t there on weekends! So now, not only was I wrongfully denied…but now can’t even look into what’s blocking me until MONDAY?!

Oh, and their denial email also stated that I may reapply for a loan on Tuesday (!). Never should’ve been denied for the loan I applied for on FRIDAY, but now you’re saying I can’t even reapply until TUESDAY?!?! And for what? For them to wrongfully deny me AGAIN? No. CLEARLY, they needed to get this straightened out, and I wasn’t hopeful that I’d be approved when I reapplied Tuesday, given that they wrongfully denied me the first time! ‍♀️

Monday rolls around and I’m finally able to get a human on the phone at the toll free number. After providing my SSN, confirming my address, and explaining that I’d been denied by PF and telling her the reason they gave me, she tells me, “I’m not showing any outstanding advances here in the system. I’m showing that you’re fully eligible to apply and receive another loan.”

So, I emailed PF AGAIN and informed them of this. I also told them they could call them for themselves if they didn’t believe me. At this point, I felt sooo frustrated, STRESSED, and angry. It’s as if they weren’t hearing me, yet that’s nothing I could even DO about it other than continue to email them. In my last email, I asked Owen to please pass it to a higher up bc I NEED help.

Well, Monday evening, I opened the app and discovered that I was able to reapply (even tho it previously kept saying Tuesday). I reapplied…and within 5 or 10 minutes, I was approved and had my money. So in the end, I got my money…but it didn’t come without TONS of stress and hassle and feeling absolutely helpless.

I still gave them a decent rating here, since most of the time my experiences have been AWESOME. However, this last experience really put a bad taste in my mouth for PF and I hope they’re able to rectify their approval processes some and LISTEN to ppl, or better yet, LOOK INTO things a bit better when a long time repeat customer who is ALWAYS approved…suddenly gets denied and is TELLING YOU that it’s a wrongful denial!

Possible Not Possible at all

I tried this out because I could use some help right now. People keep saying it’s fairly simple to be approved but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I tried first with a bank account that I’ve had for over 6 years. My paychecks are deposited there, plenty of history, etc. Immediately denied because the “average account balance is too low”, when I’ve usually got at least 1800 overall per month and the balance isn’t always low. I feel mislead by this company’s promises; I can pay back anything borrowed but I’m not even getting a chance, and I thought the entire point was for them to help when you’re having trouble. If I kept hundreds and hundreds in my accounts at ALL times, I wouldn’t need a loan. Feels like that defeats Possible’s purpose. I applied a second time with a different account that always has more money in it than my normal account (little bit of savings) and was immediately denied again. Thanks for nothing. I wish you all better luck than I had.

Possible Horrible customer service and they ignore you if you bring up an issue

I had two previous loans with this company. I paid both on time until my third one. I was having issues with my bank I had on file and opened up a new bank account. When I went to switch out my bank and credit card info, it wouldn’t allow me. Because of that system error it caused me to get a late payment on my credit report which then dropped 45 points! Isn’t it odd that an app meant to help build your credit can turn around a destroy it just like that? I contacted Possible shortly after with the issue and instead of resolving it, the representative just kept sending copy pasted articles from the FAQ, which had NOTHING to do with my issue. After I realized the conversation wasn’t going anywhere, I asked to get in contact with a supervisor. The representative said I should hear from someone shortly. Well, it’s been a week and still nothing. All I’m saying is don’t waste your time on this app. Their response times are horrible and customer service lacks empathy.

Possible This company is horrible

I was invited to be part of a beta testing for their credit card. After trying to apply I get denied because of income so I double check everything and here my main bank account was not linked. So I write to customer service to fix it and go through 3 days of them having me try every way possible to link my bank account but am then told it may a problem with communication to my bank. Worst part is one of their app preview screens in the App Store literally shows my bank in the list of banks accepted. In the app there’s a list of banks not accepted mine is not 1 of them. So a rep tells me it won’t stay connected but they’re working on it that I should try to reapply later in the week. Well that would be great accept I then gets text that the beta testing slots are now full. So I write customer service and tell them it’s not fair. I’m told the slots are full I’ll have to wait till next opening.

What a let down! I’m so disappointed! What a horrible way to do business.

Possible Fraudulent App and Company

I pushed my due date back by the maximum allotted time in the app (which is before 30 days past due) since it is an option and I needed more time to make the payment. This is the first time I’ve had to push out the due date, but I figured it was fine and there would be no issues. Well, I was wrong. I logged into the app today just to check since I’m super paranoid about these new apps, their functionalities and owing companies money. When I logged into the app, sure enough there was an alert in the app that said, “your loan has been charged off.” How? My first payment isn’t 1. 30 days past due and 2. the new due date has not even passed. I still have about a full week to repay it. I quickly emailed the company asking why my account status reflect a charge off. It makes zero sense. This should be illegal.

If you’re looking to get money, try your best not to use this app. They seem way too new and are very misleading. I’m sure they will be put out of business sooner than later.

Possible STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

So I’m not going to sit here and lie to you folks at first this was good loan app at first until it started giving me problems. The first problem was that when I tried to pay the loan on it aumento date it would take weeks to come out of my account and on top of that if I had the payment amount in my account like let say my repayment was for 200 and I had 210 in my account at the time this company won’t take your money. And yes you think it a good thing at first but it not. At this moment I been going back and fourth with company about my loan I only had 2 more payments my 2nd to last payment was basically last week and they didn’t Decide to take money til today and during this time I had a car repair so I had to take money out and now they have pushed my account into default which has now messed up my credit score. I just can’t wait to pay it off by this week and get rid of this app. POSSIBLE FINACE IS NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. Save yourself from this app and don’t become a victim like me

Possible Horrible app and customer service

Finally got the last payment finalized after waiting 5 days on them to say it’s cleared. Even though I had my payment set up to come off of my debit card so it would only take 24 hours for them to get their money. I sent several messages in to customer service and never had one response back from them. Then I had to get another loan and chose to have the funds sent to my debit card and I get a message saying the deposit is delayed and have no date or time when I will get the money from them! And yet again sent several messages in with no response from customer service. Way to many issues with this app especially when y’all are messing around with people’s financial well-being in their lives! I have been desperately needing this money now being a single mother with 2 kids and no help! You could atleast get better and faster customer service and update your app to fix your customers complaints so there are not so many issues! After this loan is done I won’t be using this app again I’m afraid.

Possible The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is I’ve had 3 flawless experiences prior to this loan experience

The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is I’ve had 3 flawless experiences prior to this loan experience. I Received $, and paid off $ with no problems at all.
This time I’m stuck in an endless loop of linking with my bank account. I think I’m at a total of 12 different 1 cent withdrawals over the course of the last week. I’ve reached out every way possible, multiple times, including the “contact us” feature to no avail. It’s been a week since I’ve applied, and I’m still pending approval on the loan.
I DID receive 1 reply from customer service to update my phone number, so I KNOW you are receiving the messages; however, anything I’ve messaged that really matters like “how many days are you all going to continue to endlessly draft my bank account?!” never gets a reply! Or “how long is this process going to take?!?” either deny me or approve it, but we are going on starting week 2 now of pending approval! Sure are a LOT of mixed reviews, really good and really bad, and now I’m one of them

Possible App doesn’t work and they do nothing to fix it

I have had and paid 3 loans through this company. Everything was great. They’ll approve you the amount they see fit which may be less than you asked for. It’s actually a good service but their app is trash and even when you reach out to them multiple times to fix it they don’t do anything other than tell you to “force close” the app, which does nothing, and try again. I applied for a loan and expected to be approved and then the app was trying to say my bank account was not connected and it is and has been and the screen still shows to add my bank info and won’t move off that screen and then They said my application expired and I contacted them multiple times and they did nothing and still have done nothing to fix their app errors and they even said my bank is connected but I unfortunately don’t want to use this company anymore because this seems like a minor issue that should be easy to fix yet they don’t seem to care about having a repeat customer,
Nor do I care to keep waiting to see if they’ll fix their app.

Possible Shady

I needed to reschedule a payment. I did so well before the deadline of what they gave me for rescheduling a payment. Then I received a text stating that the payment was being processed anyways. I tried to go to the app to see what the issue was I was logged out. Logged back in and I can’t view my loan history or payment due dates. It started the process all over again to get me to loan more money. I used this in an emergency because I’m poor and I really don’t like owing money. This also appealed to me because it said it would help my credit. Now I’m going to be over drawn and charged a fee because our whole financial system is broken. That’s besides the point. After emailing support I got a reply back saying ‘sorry not much we can do please try and reschedule payments two days in advance’ which I did. No transparency even though this is my financial credibility on the line, my credit on the line. We all know these things run and can dictate our lives in this society and mines in jeopardy because of a mistake they made.

Possible App doesn’t work

For some reason the app doesn’t work on my phone correctly. Half of the buttons don’t work. Plus, the support team never respite any requests. Bums

Update:
I’ve contacted your dev team at least 4 times about several problems with the app and have yet to any response. My first thoughts are that you’re not receiving any of my support forms but idk. During the process of applying using your app buttons had no actions and weren’t triggering anything. Some of the issues were fixed in updates but after I was accepted finally more buttons to complete the application did not work at all. Then another update happened and it asked me for more information I had already given - at this point I could not complete the application because the app told me that my phone number was already associated with an account. Duh: mine. Why would someone need to give their phone number after being accepted if you already have that information? Overall bad experience: no response to anything and none of the buttons work properly if at all sometimes.

Possible Worst app. Waste of time

I have to say I do not usually write feedback but in this case I will go out of my way. I downloaded this app thinking maybe I could get a short term loan to get me through the next month after incurring a one time hefty expense I was not expecting. I filled out all the required data they asked for mind you it’s really personal sensitive information. Waited 4 days not 24 hours like they lead you to believe and was denied due to “unable to verify my place of residence” even though I sent a screenshot of my pay stub from ADP which I can only log onto my works VPN to receive. You would have to be completely dense to not be able to verify the same info from my paystub against what I had typed in. This was a complete waste of time and while I was waiting to be denied for a ridiculous nonsensical reason I could have focused my efforts elsewhere. Do not download this app or give them your personal information. If they denied me for a reason like that even when providing absolute proof then who knows what they may do with what I submitted.

Possible My legitimate bank account is PREPAID?!?!

Unlinked my bank for no reason. Tried to relink it and was told my legitimate bank account that I’ve used with them for literally YEARS is “prepaid” (?!). It is absolutely NOT a “prepaid card” or a non-traditional banking source. It’s an actual bank that literally shows up in the search when you try to use their link feature. Reached out about this 20 hours ago and not one person has replied. Rage-deleted the app— we’re done here, this is sloppy service at best. Why are all these once-great apps becoming complete garbage now? First Dave, now THIS.

UPDATE: finally got the bank account issue fixed, but they’re still getting a one-star. I finally got a response back, and since the problem was resolved, as I asked them to close the ticket. Their response to that: “We understand your hesitation to send sensitive information over the internet, but please provide us with *list of personal info.*” WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH WHAT I JUST SAID?!?!?! When did their customer service get THIS bad that they completely ignore you and send back something completely irrelevant?

Possible They will mark you delinquent / not in CA!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO REACH OUT TO THEM. If you are trying to say anything in regards to possible finance not being available in California they will not respond to you! Period. They do have enough to respond to the credit bureau saying they have reported things correctly when due to a communication error I recieved a delinquent mark! I was told to dispute but you guys! What is wrong with you?!? Then you go around and say it’s correct..: they submitted a credit inquiry yet ITS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE I LIVE IN!

I’ve been using possible finance since November and although there has been some issue with communication and having to dispute a delinquent mark on my credit because of this communication issue... however after paying my most recent loan I am unable to apply again because there are supposed technical difficulties in California... when I reached out to them via email that have yet to respond and it appears as though they will not respond to California residents on the reviews.

They have only responded to those having log in issues over the past weekend ... completely ignoring everyone else...

Possible Real Humans

I am not happy at all with the company. 1st I applied for the loan, it was approved quickly, but somehow instead of putting it in my account it went into my husband’s account, which is why it didn’t benefit ME! I took the loan for a specific reason, NOW that the put the funds in the wrong account the want the right information to get the funds from. I reached out several times to get it fixed no response. So fine, now it’s the 26th payment is due the 27th yet I rescheduled it for January and all of a sudden the app goes out? Then instead of allowing me to VERIFY the account information they have, the app will only allow me to Update the information. Had they corrected the error they wouldn’t have this issue. Now my attempt to push the funds back according to to the app, along with Verifying what account information they have is blocked. I took out the loan and I’m the lead on my account. The funds went into my Husbands account now it’s my fault that you can’t get your money on top of their is not 1 Human Person that can call me. I’m glad that everyone has a great review and experience unfortunately mines has not been

Possible Worst customer service

What business doesn’t take phone calls from their customers? What business tries to: debit payment funds prior to the payment due date, then sends an automated text message at 12:06 AM screaming that you’re delinquent, while also threatening you with all kinds of “or else” jargon on the app, while still not taking phone calls, then “out of the blue” a payment does go through on the payment due date but the app still says your payment was unsuccessful (it cleared the account over 10 hours prior) but shows “pending”. Not only that, but what business reports you as “defaulted on loan” in less than a days time? I have NEVER been late. Ever. This is absolutely the WORST kind of customer service. No phone calls, no answers to emails. Like, seriously? You’re going to report an on time $46 payment as late but then don’t accept the payment (on the due date) and still claim a default? No thanks. Your device just isn’t worth the hassle. Plus, the way you report to the credit bureaus does nothing to help your credit, as you do claim. Because it really doesn’t help when you delete the record from the report when the loan is finalized.

Possible The worst company ever

I open my 2nd Loan in January this year. Has made payments 4 payments which was all that was need for a 200 loan. They offer a 29 days grace period and they will allow you to move your dates around to meet your pay period. Which I have done not only on the last loan but the first loan as well.

I am in the process of purchasing a home. When I pulled my credit I noticed that they reported a late payment for the month of March. I reached out to this company and as expected they were absolutely no help. I paid this account in full and asked them to show the account as paid in full.

I sent out a request on May 8 about the issue of the account still showing open on my credit report. Again customer service was no help.

I checked my credit on May 18 and by surprised they report a late payment on my credit for April! At this time I was livid. Not only are they reporting on my credit twice as late for March and April no one at this company informed me at anything that there was a problem.

Now my approval for a mortgage loan is on hold because of a $200 loan that was paid in full on April 2.

The absolutely worst experience ever!

Possible Charged $30 by my bank because of Possible incompetence

I had obtained a loan through possible about couple months ago. Prior to my today’s payment from the designated account I tried to add another account to change my payment method as advertised to be one of the features of the Possible app. When the account got verified through the Stripe API and reflected as an added account it kept on giving me the error message of “verify the account” by re entering both the ACH and account number which apparently didn’t work. So I reached out to Possible to do this manually and indicated I wanted the newly added account to be my default payment including the one today. After a couple of back and forth with the representative I received an email that the newly added account was now my default payment and that such payment would be withdrawn from that account today. So far so good. Come today the first thing I see is that the payment was ACH’ed from the previous account and immediately overdrew the account for what I’ll be charged $30. Beware of this app as it will clearly damage your banking relationship and get you into unwanted fees. I’m only giving one star because it doesn’t let you keep it at Zero.

Possible Credit nightmare

This was supposed to help build my credit. I was
Victim of fraud on the bank account used to set this up. I tried for months to pay these people by changing my bank account through the app and received errors saying “contact us” to change your bank info. I had to review them four times before the developers answered instructing me to send them a inquiry through the contact us button on the app with the subject “app review”. Which I’ve done SEVERAL TIMES. After weeks of countless emails to this company with no response, I will be sending in my money order and never working with them again. Customer service is non existent. Terrible company. Now my credit has been hit twice!
This app doesn’t deserve a star.

Update: 4/20

No one ever contacted me back from Possible Finance. The customer service is non-existent despite battling this since January.

All of my previous reviews have been deleted from the apple App Store by Possible Finance.

I am so disappointed because now I will have to dispute this derogatory mark on my credit.

Thank God the loan is now paid off by money order through the mail. I will never do business with this company again.
