Very disappointed to see no one policing disabled parking. Majority of cars no blue badge. The rest of the village no complaints whatsoever. It’s difficult enough with a blue badge but to know Bicester do not check on parking is very disappointing. Bicester Village Hugo boss

I have been to the shop on 16th July and bought a belt for myself. When I was paying in the counter, the staff asked me do I want an extra hole on it, I said yes, then he went on for a bit time, it looks he did not know how to do it, and asked for help from another staff. Then he completed it and tried pack it up for me, I said let me have a look first, I already paid for it at the moment, and then I saw the new hole was not very good compared with the original one, so I said I did not want it, change it for me, I did not like the hole it’s quite rough, then the staff took it back and did one more time, I asked could change it another one as I regretted ask him to do it for me. He refused it and raised his voice, there is an extra hole on it you cannot change it. Is this fair? the extra hole is done by the staff not by me and I am not happy with his work.

I did not want more argue about it as I fell it will be time consuming to change a different belt, so I left the shop with the belt, and then I tried to make a complain, it looks like the receipt does not allow me to do it as it printed out poorly. In the end, I will redo the hole myself, I just want to point out I am not very happy with the service provided the staff and hope this can improve.

Bicester Village loccitane

Me and my husband went to L'OCCITANE. We asked one of the worker where do you keep your soaps.”, she was showing us the soaps and told us to smell them and we were smelling them. I had two bare of soaps in my hands and I placed them back into the shelf.

Then once I placed them, she’s like there’s one missing. The lavender one. I said to her I put all of them back are you sure that wasn’t brought by someone else. She then replied saying she’s keeps an eye on it, where’s it gone. We had no clue where this soap went. She was Accusing us of taking it kept saying where’s it gone I checked my pockets for her to show her I don’t have it. She Kept asking us and we said we dont know. Another worker approached and asked what’s wrong and she explained it and then they started talking about us. me and my husband felt so uncomfortable and left the shop. It’s soo crazy how this lady thought we took the soap. When we told her serval of times we don’t have it. For prove they can check the CCTV Instead of blaming us. Ridiculous.

Bicester Village Customer service

I am a personal shopper and visited Stuart WEITZMAN on the 1st Dec 2022 to purchase some shoes. I was asking the cashier to find my shoes to pay and suddenly one staff called Karen interrupted us. Karen completely ignored my existence and ask her colleague to do her customer first and saying I have to wait because I am a trader in front of everyone.

I felt really upset and felt discriminated because of I am a personal shopper?! I wish she could have talked to me first explaining why she wanted to do her customer’ transaction first , but she even did not look at me.

I have been a personal shopper for over 15 years and it was the worst experiences . I felt that if I was a black person and someone said you have to wait because you are black in front of everyone.

I talked to the assistant manager about my experience and she apologized , but I require Karen to apologize to me personally.

Bicester Village Car Park staff

The guy from car Park Was very rude with me because i wanted to Park at the front.He did not let me but he Was letting other people.I don't know his name but was around 6 am on 30 of September .I would like to know why the rules are not for everyone because there were lots of cars in the parking lot and is not fair to leave only who he wants.
This was a very bad behaviour and if I would be a customer I will never come back to Bicester village

Bicester Village Customer service at hugo boss

My son purchased a watch at Hugo Boss 21/7/21 as a gift, the recipient was going out of the country the next day and noticed then that the watch wasn't working. Rather than tamper with it we decided to wait until back in the country and return to store. So week beginning 16/8/21 I returned to store and was directed to a female manager who, when I explained the situation, asked if I wanted a new one. She went to back of store and returned to say 'unfortunately we don't have any that's working'.
I said ok perhaps its a battery issue although I'd expect a watch to be working when bought and was told her colleague should have checked but obviously didn't!
The manager then flicked through the little booklet with the watch and said there's a number in here somewhere (which she couldn't find) to ring or I could e mail she said.
I felt that as a customer the store should be sorting my watch regardless of them selling watches supplied by Swisco (I think), this has been confirmed by Hugo Boss Head Office.
I offered to leave the watch while the store sorted it and was rudely spoken to by the manager, she spoke to me like I was either an imbecile or 5 years old. We don't have batteries! We only sell the watches! You need to contact the number! Spoke over me then to serve next customer!
I don't know what merits this girl got the job as manager with but I'm afraid she's in the wrong role, sales performance is one thing but people skills are key and perhaps she is too young to have a responsible position as manager.
I do not make a habit of complaining however my experience was less than satisfactory, she was rude and abrupt and it was embarrassing in a busy store.
I will expect a reply to this outlining what will be done to resolve this.

I did ask the 'manager' if there was anyone senior to her I could speak with and was told NO and they'll say the same as me!

Bicester Village opening hours

Good evening .
I am so sorry that I have to write this email but to be honest I am absolutely livid and disappointed.
I needed to get a birthday present for my mother who is to be 70 and my niece. I had decided that I would get the large grey handbag and dusty pink purse for my mum and hopefully a nice cross over bag for my niece. The traffic in Oxford is horrendous as I am sure you hear on the radio very often. So i decided that i would look on the website and see when the outlet store was open..it told me that the store was open till 9pm so I decided that after dinner and going to my sons parents evening which is in abingdon I would drive the 20 miles to bicester to buy them.
I arrived at roughly 740 and the shop was shut ! .
Why advertise the opening times and then not stick to them I have driven over 40 miles this evening for no reason apart from to.waste time petrol and let alone the damage on the environment .
A very very disappointed customer !

Bicester Village my new 501 jeans tailoring cutting off

I bought a new Levis 501 jeans at LFO Bicester Village in England on the 3rd june 2018. First time I used it on the 20th august 2018 and see the stitching on the right thigh is already cut off about 3cm and its opening more and more as I sit on my chair.

Can I Exchange With a new pair of jeans at the retailer in my town?

I would like to get a new pair of jeans, same as the one I bought.
