So, we got this call about some bill from way back in 2018. We already showed them proof that we paid it, but their so-called "specialist" keeps on bugging us for the last four months. And when I finally had enough and called to complain, guess what? I got some attitude from some other person who claimed to be a "supervisor." It seems like they won't give up pestering you unless you cough up some more cash, even if you already paid up in the first place. Can you believe that?

After being verbally abused by an associate regarding business matters that I have no involvement in, I was threatened with legal action and other consequences. Despite being hung up on for standing my ground, I eventually had the opportunity to speak with Bob ***, the owner of the company. However, he used the same ineffective tactics as his associate, resorting to badgering, verbal assault, threats, and other nonsensical behavior. It seems that this kind of behavior is unfortunately common for these individuals.

They keep bugging us about some "lift gate" fee that they say we owe for one of our deliveries. We specifically asked for a quote without a lift gate, but when we got the invoice, they had tacked on an extra $200. We never asked for a lift gate truck, and our customer didn't mention anything about it either. We paid what we were originally quoted, so there's still $200 left that they're after. It's not fair that the freight company passed this on to Biehl & Biehl Inc.

My company got an invoice from this company saying we owed a debt from a 2017 UPS Freight charge of $190.00. The lady I talked to (Pat) said we owed the debt because of a "re-delivery" charge. I told her if I got the email back in December, I would've taken care of it. She told me what my email was and said I did get it. I told her I didn't and asked her to send me copies of the original invoices. She argued with me, saying they already sent them and I got them. Well, guess what? No, I didn't and no, we're not paying this fake debt. UPS Freight Terms & Conditions of Service clearly say they DON'T CHARGE FOR RE-DELIVERY! Look it up, people, page 16 section 26. Delivery Attempts; If UPS can't deliver a shipment, they leave a notice at the receiver's address saying they tried. Then, they can make a second and, if needed, a third attempt to deliver without extra charge. By the way, if the vendor uses UPS Worldwide Express Freight, they do charge an extra fee for subsequent deliveries. Our vendor doesn't use Express Freight. So, this company won't get any money from us. I'm having a hard time giving this company any rating.

I got a call on my phone about a bill for one of my customers. The person on the phone said I was responsible for the charges because I signed as the shipper. That's not true, though. If he had read properly, I only agreed that the product was packaged, marked, and classified correctly. He claimed to have sent multiple bills, but we never got one. The address he has is not a valid mailing address. I asked him how he got my phone number, and he said he looked it up because I signed the Bill of Lading. I immediately gave him the correct contact info, but he kept insisting I was responsible. I asked him to remove my number, and we went back and forth. Finally, he said he already did. If he had just said that the first time I asked, we wouldn't have wasted so much time. What bothers me the most is that he ran some report to get my phone number, but if he had just Googled my name or the address on the paperwork, he would have found a better number to reach me at, not my personal phone. As soon as I heard the message, I knew what it was because we've had this problem with them before. If I didn't recognize the name, I wouldn't have called back. To be fair, in the end, I did tell him he was an a*** because he was. He did everything to make me angry instead of solving the problem.

They bug me even though I don't owe any money, have no people I owe money to, and definitely don't have anything in collections. I just want them to quit calling me, you know? I'm thinking about taking them to court and making them pay big time.

We sold our biz in November
We sold our biz in November . The new owners got some debt they didn't like in January . Biehl & Biehl told us 'bout the debt and said they'd sue if we didn't pay. They asked for the papers from when we sold the biz, so we sent 'em by certified mail. We got a confirmation that they got 'em. But they keep on threatenin' to sue us, callin' and sendin' notices, even though they know the debt ain't ours.
