Disappointing Quality: Rings from Biellav Vintage Faded Despite Care Instructions
I bought 3 rings from Biellav Vintage. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 of them because the color faded. They told me not to put them in water, but I did and the same thing happened again.
Honestly, it's not worth it.

And get ready to wait forever for your package to arrive. I mean, we're talking indefinite waiting time here, folks. Turns out, they drop ship your order all the way from China. So much for supporting local businesses, right?
But wait, it gets even better! When you try to reach out to them for help or to inquire about your order, don't hold your breath for a response. They're masters at ignoring emails, I tell ya. It's like they don't care about anything other than taking your hard-earned money and leaving you with nothing to show for it.
Seriously, save your precious dollars and look elsewhere for your vintage fashion fix. Biellav Vintage is not worth the hassle or the disappointment. Trust me, I learned the hard way.
Misleading Website and Terrible Customer Service: A Scam Company Selling Low-Quality Items
Terrible customer service and the whole website and item descriptions are misleading. They use words like "vintage" in the title and description to trick you. They hide the true information about where the item is made and shipped from. It's all a sneaky way for them to take your money and then refuse to let you return, exchange, or cancel your order. Everything is final sale, which means once they have your order, they send it to a warehouse in China that handles everything for them.
When I asked to cancel my order or return it, they said I couldn't. I argued with them and told them their website was misleading. In response, I got a really long, rude, and condescending email from Janelle. She made it clear how wrong I was and said she would allow a return for a customer "like me" (whatever that means), but I would have to pay for all the return costs. Basically, this company is a scam. They sell you items that cost them next to nothing and are of poor quality.
Biella Vintage Review: Shady Delivery Claims & Poor Customer Service, Stay Away!
Biella Vintage, man, it's one of them websites that's registered in the US, but they ship all their stuff from China, you know what I'm saying? So, I decided to give it a shot and ordered me some jewellery worth over 100 CDN$. And hey, I even got myself some delivery insurance, just to be on the safe side, you know?
Now, here's where things get a bit wonky. On June 23, I got this notification from the website saying that my package had been delivered on June 15. Wait, what? How can that be? So, I went ahead and checked Canada Post's website, and guess what? It said the same thing! Apparently, my order had been delivered on June 15. But hold up, that's some weird timing, ain't it? I mean, who gets a delivery update so dang late?
Naturally, I went and asked my building concierge about it, 'cause they keep track of all the deliveries, you know? And guess what? They had no record of any delivery on that date and time. And let me tell you, my building is tight on security, man. They got cameras and a whole log system for packages. So, I know for a fact that the package never made it to my doorstep.
So, I reached out to the customer service at Biella Vintage, and I explained the whole situation to them. But you know what they said? They straight up told me to check with my concierge. Like, seriously? Did they even bother reading my email? It's like they didn't even care, man.
So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and filed a claim with the insurance I bought. But guess what? They told me that the insurance is only valid for 30 days. Can you believe that? Ain't no package arriving from China in less than 30 days, especially with all them Covid-19 delays going on. It's just plain ridiculous, man.
So, you know what I did? I ain't gonna let 'em get away with this. I escalated the claim to Paypal, 'cause I ain't gonna let 'em take my hard-earned money like that. They gotta be held accountable, you know what I'm saying?
Overall, my experience with Biella Vintage has been a real disappointment, man. Their customer service is a joke, and their delivery claims are just straight up bogus. I wouldn't recommend dealing with 'em unless you wanna risk losing your money. Stay away, folks. Stay away.
