I got a quote online and in the store they lowered the price. The install was done in a timely manner and the tires are awesome. I switched to Continental Extreme Contact Plus 6 tires on my Mustang GT. Had Pirelli P Zero tires and the Continentals are so much better for handling and traction plus they are all season.

I work in the downtown area. Big O Tires is convenient, fast, friendly, fair pricing and excellent customer service. We've used them 6 or 7 times for tire changes, oil changes and to replace our power window motor. Our go-to for their expertise!

I went to Big O Tire without an appointment as I had a flat tire. The employee said they were very booked, and didn't think they would be able to fix my flat tire, but said he would see what they could do. They, somehow fit me in, and did fix my flat tire. It was fixed within an hour of them opening shop... I had gotten to the shop half an hour before opening. Such great service! I have been going to the same Big O Tire shop for 30 plus years.

As visitors to Victoria from BC interior, travelling over bad winter pot-holed mountain roads, with a steering problem progressing from slight shimmy to pronounced wobble, Tony calmly & readily made time for our emergency drop-in on a fully booked low-staff day for: test drive, quick accurate diagnosis of separated tire - a seriously dangerous situation - finding and installing a good used replacement winter tire so we could SAFELY make the long drive home. Thank you Tony & staff: Professional, proficient, directly focussed work (no over sell), very friendly, and really saved our lives! Ted and Elisabeth
