Bigpoint review: No customer service, no care

Hello,
I play/used to play Drakensang Online.
Until they somehow got into my email and removed my character..
On (2024.08.02 roughly morning 6:00) I could not log in anymore, so I wrote to support to help me.
I got a reply after 3 days that they won't give me my character back, why don't I take better care of it, and they closed the case...
I begged for 1 month but got no useful reply, only ignorance.
I have streamed the game, spent a lot of time/energy on it... and they just take care of it all, money is all that matters to them no one and nothing else..
Unfortunately they have not heard of compassion.
Maybe you can help me, I would be grateful.
