Ive heard them advertise on the radio and when I noticed a termite tube, they were the first company to come to mind. The phone staff was awesome to say the least. The inspection was made and treatment set for the following day. If the treatment appointment goes as well as everything else, Im sure it will be awesome. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and it's great they have technicians that stay with them year to year. It means a lot. They are very considerate of pets. The first time using them was in 2015 for a termite inspection. Fortunately, there were none! Since then we've had them at the house for bug problems a few times, the latest today, and always pleased with the results. Thank you Bills Pest Termite Control.

Using this service for ten years, they are the best.The office is always courteous and quick to respond. We have them on an as needed basis. Today, Zach came out and sprayed. He listened to past concerns, was cordial and courteous. He sprayed thoroughly, and returned to give us tips on prevention and report what he found. Super nice and knowledgeable . Zach also closed the garage doors and locked the back gate before he left. Bills has a top notch staff and always has. We wouldnt use any one else .

Excellent service, from the office to field technician. The office provided us with a clear process and price structure on their services. We decided to go with the bi-monthly service. The technician, Alex, came to our house promptly as scheduled and provided us with more details on how he will treat our house, the chemicals he will us (includes the material safety data sheet) and explained his techniques. Have lived in Arizona nearly 20 years and I have had four pest control services. Bills blows them all away! Finally a company that has taken care of our backyard fire ant and scorpion issues! Affordable, pleasant and completely professional services. Scheduling is so laid back and easy. Our former companies including Blue Sky constantly had different techs showing- some of them pretty shady characters. They had forceful scheduling departments, their billing was psychotic and they never got control of the insect issues! They just sprayed water on everything. Hey Blue Sky! I had Bill's Termite and Pest Control out to my home today. I will say that I was anxious about the viist. However, Andrew was the technician that came out. He had all the specs from when the initial sales person, Jeremy came out. Andrew went through all the details with me, and answered all my questions. I feel like he did a very thorough job. I was very pleasef with everyone I have interacted with at Bill's. From Jeremy in Sales, to Lisa in Scheduling, to Andrew who completed the work. Very nice, professional, informative people. They "get" customer service. From my experience, I believe their follow-up service will be just as great as thei initial service has been. I will recommend Bill's to my friends and colleagues.

I've been using Bill's Pest and Termite for many years (pre-2009, likely much earlier as the previous company I used left the termite business). I had a persistent termite infestation in my master bedroom that they were able to quash, it seems permanently after several attempts. I've kept up my annual inspection, had not had any issues until about 3-4 years ago, the pesky termites hit the opposite side of the house. Their one treatment seemed to take care of it, and the termite activity has appeared to stop. They confirmed it once again this morning as I had my annual inspection. I've been very happy with their service, education, and professionalism, they know how these little devils behave and seem to always get ahead of the curve. Initial pricing is very fair compared to other companies, and Bill's is dependable. I'm now having them inspect and treat my mom's house, as we are getting ready to sell soon. Would highly recommend with confidence.

It was great in the beginning, then when they couldn't control the pests in my yard they just stopped communicating with me. They had a gentleman in the beginning that did a great job. He left the company and his replacement was friendly in the beginning. When I asked for more coverage of my yard because we had been working together for 2 years and I still had scorpions getting to my house. I was met with attitude and my calls were no longer returned. Beginning a customer for so long I expected them to at least acknowledge my concerns. The technician gave me attitude and stated she had do many stops it was going to be a rushed service and couldn't completely cover my yard. I told her not to come and reschedule for a day she had time to dedicate to my service. She said she would consult with her office and let me know. I had already left voice mails for the office to contact me. Not only did my call go unrefined, but the technician never even tried to return for my monthly service. I chose Bills because I felt they cared and had been in business for a long time.Just dropping customers without a conversation after working together for 2 years is absolutely unacceptable! They won't follow through and ensure they complete the work. They are friendly until they are asked to do a more thorough job. Then they just blow you off like you never mattered. Very disappointed in a company that claims to be conservative, treating people just like the liberals do, with no value. Past disappointed and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

In September , I noticed a mud tube in one of my rooms when I was pulling out the carpet. I had termites! I called around and and got some information on termite control companies, and I decided to go with Bill's Pest Control because they had some excellent reviews. They sent someone for the first time who did an inspection. Then they sent another person a few weeks later to do the treatment. When my house was treated I was expecting everything to be okay... because of all the good reviews. I expected that they knew what they were doing. BUT in January : I noticed a mud tube about in coming down in my living room. I called them immediately and they sent someone out for another treatment. September : Another mudtube appeared! I called them and they came and they treat it and I renewed termite contract with them! June : I again noticed another mud tube in the living room. I had not paid attention to it and it had grown almost 6 in Long until one day I looked up and and saw it! Needless to say, I was quite upset because obviously the treatment was not complete enough and it did not kill all the termites... and they came back! So I called them again and they came back and they treated it. September : renewed termite contract again for the following year! They supposedly checked again for any activity! But in my opinion they did not check properly they just looked! June : I painted my kitchen and I noticed mud tube coming down my kitchen cabinet! Of course I called them again immediately and they sent someone to come and check out the tube! the inspector tapped on the wood and it just broke apart! I was Furious! What kind of treatment is that that when you on a contract to get rid of pests and they continue to infest your house! it's one thing when it's mud tubes but it's another thing when it starts to damage your furniture! And all these years of treatment and inspections did not prevent it! September : I renewed my contract... an inspector came to make an inspection... OCTOBER : I noticed another mud tube down to cabinets! called again! Tech came and did a treatment again! More damage to the wood! DECEMBER : I called them back to make a follow up inspection. The tech said that there was no activity! I hope that he is correct! As it stands now I am going to have to put in new cabinets! Granted these cabinets were old, but they were quaint! Now parts of it is all chewed up and cracked! I am very disappointed with this company! I think that they did me a disservice by the incomplete treatment they provided for my home! Perhaps they did not treat my home with the correct treatment... Thus, they are getting a 1 star review from me! I personally did not get good service from them and they DID NOT eliminate my termite problem, before it did noticeably damage to my home! The house may be 70 years old but it has NOT had a history of termites! I bought that house in 2003! It got a clean termite inspection! Never had any issues until 2016! Old wood is usually much better than new wood! After I made a complaint in January, The owner Bill responded very sarcastically that the house was old, and my expectations were too high! Is it too high to expect 3 years of termite service to get rid of the problem, and no expect tha every 6 months, a problem will start again?Do all his customers have recurring issues EVERY 6 months? If NOT, then I think that they DID NOT service my House PROPERLY! SEPT 2020. A new mud tube started again in the 2 area that was treated, which was 6 months after the very 1st treatment! AM I NOT EXPECTED TO BE EXZASPERATED? I would like to talk to his other customers to see if the had this experience. And if not, then I would feel that they just FAILED to service my house PROPERLY! Not only was the owner condescending in his response, They terminated my contract without even informing me! When i discovered the most Recent mudtube, I called and was told that my contract was terminated! No notice nothing! What kind of business practice is that? No refund, nothing! In January, when complained...the owner wrote: I will refund your renewal fee so that you can put them money to what finding A new termite exterminator We wish you well! I've called every day since, and they are not responding! I want My Money BACK!
