FAST AND GREAT WORK.WE CALLED SATURDAY AFTERNOON. ON MONDAY WE GOT THE HELP WE NEEDED. WE HAS PROBLEMS WITH CARPENTER BEES. AFTER THE TREATMENT, THE BEES WERE GONE WITHIN 2 DAYS OR SO. VERY SATISFIED, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Sam was great. He did a complete inspection, reviewed his findings with me and clearly explained my options for addressing the problem. He was polite and had a nice demeanor. It was a very good first impression of Miller Pest.

They were very thorough and handled all my million questions. So nice and even came same day when we needed them back. (I know that won't always be possible, but was super grateful!) feel like I can be in my house now comfortably!

Miller Pest and Termite came to the rescue for us, and has helped us with our pest and termite issue. Not only were they able to remove every single nest (which I tell you was MANY, and some in very inconvenient high places) they also are treating the areas to prevent. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable & friendly. I absolutely recommend Miller the Killer!

Miller Pest & Termite Arrived on time for initial meeting. Explained process. Took a careful, meticulous inspection of house and exterior. Polite, competent, professional. Technician John arrived on time. Was at house for over an hour working interior and exterior. Laid traps, sprayed interior and exterior including garage. Before departing took time to explain what he did and where problem areas may persist but should improve over several weeks.

They were so professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and local (which I loved). Tried to deal with terminix, and the customer service line at Terminix hung up on me 7 times before I reached someone. Miller reached out to me after I requested a price quote. Came and did the inspection, quoted me a price, and performed the initial service the next day (my father loved them). I signed up for a year long contract. Again, them being local made them so much better to deal with (someone actually picks up the phone when you call).

I have moved 3 times and Miller Pest Control has moved with me. Once in 13 years I called them back. They returned with no issues. They always ask if I have any concerns, let me know they'll be coming on a specific day within a certain time range. I highly recommend them. If you have a concern, let them know and they will make it right. I tried another service 6 years ago and they were double the price and only allowed a 24 month contract. Miller Pest Control started small, just him, gradually grew to what this company is today. The customer service has always remained the same.
