I was extremely happy with the technician that came out to service me today Sean was very professional and very thorough. I highly recommend ProBest Pest Management, they are the best company to work with!

The technician Will, showed up right on time. He performed a thorough inspection inside the house and outside, including the crawl space under the house. Will was very courteous and personable. Probest does a great job!

We have been with Pro best for over 10 years and everyone that works and represents the company do it professionally and genuinely. Robert has been our bug guy for many of those years and really knows a lot about his job and cares for his customers!

Will did a great job treating the perimeter of our home and garage interior for termites. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing and answered all of our questions throughout the process. He represents your company well.

They are very knowledgeable about the control of scorpions and other pests. I am impressed with their system for scorpion control. My home has had termites in the past, but if and when they ever show up, Pro Best is out to treat within a day or two. I am very pleased with Pro Best Pest control

After working with Corey, I plan to have ProBest do my pest control and weed control in addition to the termite control.

Have had wonderful experiences with Pro Best Management. Heard of them through a referral and used their service at my old house in subdivision. Did not have any issues and When we moved to property and built our home we had deceived to go with Pro Best again. Would refer this company to my friends and family, FANTASTIC service!

John is a very personable technician. I would like him to do my service in the fall. I am no longer able to bend and keep removing weeds. And I am glad that I can rely on what you apply to my yard and how it is applied. And I think your prices are reasonable. I gave John a typed and signed check when he came to my front door. We have been working with ProBest for over a year now. Our home is at the edge of wilderness equating to extra challenges for any pest management team to tackle. This company is outstanding. Thorough. Careful. Honest. Reliable. And professional. The owner is highly involved, too. They came highly recommended and now we can highly recommend them our own selves.

Nice technicians, but didn't really clean up very well after the service. For example, had small fridge on back patio. They unplugged it, unbeknownst to me, and left it unplugged. Also, uncovered all writing down the west side of my house and didn't fill it back in after treatment. Idk, maybe that isn't party of the service. Just seemed inconsistent with other areas of the house that were treated. Nice people though.

The Pro Best technicians are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And their prices are great! They give you a good idea of pricing over the phone and do not upsell when they get to your house. They helped me with a bedbug problem last year and today I called them freaking out because of a large scorpion in my sink. They got to my house within 4 hours and took care of the scorpion, sprayed the outside of my house, and explained to me what to do to prevent more getting in.

An outstanding pest service. Ready to serve customers at a phone call. I had a swarm of bees show up in my backyard and they immediately sent a tech over to check out the situation. The bees were resting in a tree. The owner, Keith, also showed up. They knew that the bees were traveling and need a rest. They said the bees would be gone in two days and they were. I have used this company for 20 years for every kind of situation. They are always available. Their knowledge of pests is amazing. I highly recommend them.

I have been using ProBest for about a year now at my business. I have been looking for pest control for my home and set up an appointment with them. This past year has been the best experience I?ve had with any pest control business. Lucas explains in detail everything he does and what to expect. Everyone I have talked to is not only professional, but friendly. I haven?t seen any bugs at the office since they started to treat...but Lucas did! He is efficient and fast as lightening! I?m excited to start using ProBest at my home because I know for a fact we won?t have any issues now.

We've been using ProBest Pest Mgmt for several years for our monthly pest control service and are very happy with the service! The same tech (Lucas) comes to the house every month which is great as he gets to know our house and us. Our home in Mesa is a vacation home and so we aren't at the house on a daily basis, and we appreciate the tech looking over the house every month and notifying us if anything is out of the ordinary, beyond just taking care of the pest control applications. A recent example is that our pigeon spikes on the back deck were in need of repair and so we had ProBest handle that job too. We highly recommend the professional services of ProBest Pest Mgmt!

We had pigeons nesting in the front fascia on our roof. No roofing company would touch the job because pest control poisons would give them more problems than falling of a roof and pest control companies were not interested in the job because they definitely would fall off the roof. Early one morning I saw a ProBest pest truck sitting in our neighbor's driveway. It advertised that among other things it dealt with pigeons. Waiting until our neighbor got up I discovered that the truck belonged to their son. I called ProBest. When Keith (the owner) heard that I was next door to one of his technician's mother, he immediately came out to make a bid. I told him my ideas. He told me his. Once we knew we had a plan to deal with the problem, he wrote up a bid which I signed. ProBest's owner came out with another of his technicians, got up on the roof, and sealed off the pigeon's now former home from use by the pigeons. Neither one of ProBest's workers fell off the roof. And this was not a job that called for poisons to be used. It simply kept the pigeons out of their former residencies. ProBest really bids their jobs only for those ways that will safely provide answers for their customers. And they truly know the ins and outs of the pest control business. I know that ProBest was successful because as my wife and I left the house two hours later we saw two very frantic pigeons walking back and forth in front of their former homes. They tried various things to remove the barriers but were unsuccessful. Finally they gave up. Keith said the birds would try again later to get in but they would be unsuccessful then as well. "Besides," he said, "you have my card and if necessary we will come back. Your quoted price is it." We are pleased because no longer are the pigeons bothering our neighbors, guests and sleep. There is one unanticipated irritation. The pigeons have stopped paying us rent.
