Brody pest control are very professional and extremely competent. All of their workforce are very knowledgeable and go to extra length to explain every treatment and inspection and answer all questions. Customer service is exceptional. Ive been using their services for years but just began the mosquito treatments. I highly recommend them for all services.

Am on a yearly contract where they come whenever needed to get rid of our mouse problem. They've been here 3 times & have trapped or poisoned 7 field mice to date. They have also sealed up numerous points of entry. They are also treating for ants. This is a thorough company with well trained technicians. I've seen their trucks around town so people are catching on! An excellent pest control company!

Two wasp nests were removed after some minor encouragement to do the highest nest (~22 feet). The technician was efficient and quite polite. The 3rd nest was a different ground hornets nest that appears to have a remaining few large aggressive hornets now 5 days after the 'treatments'. I called back. I was informed by a secretary that it takes up to 5 days for the hornets to die, although the remaining hornets still seem pretty frisky. Anyway, there is a 30 days return visit as part of the deal. I will use hornet spray until then. The cost seemed to be on the higher end of online comparisons with 2 other companies.

Bb are the most dependable,organized company you could deal with . The people who answer the phones have always responded to panic in my voice,as if it were their own, they try very hard to always be available to help. The regular service we don't even have to think about it, they are there. The most unique thing they always do is when there is a particular problem, they search for and find the actual cause of the problem, they follow trails to get to the actual problem and eliminate it, rather then just spray the problem area. They all no me, and know not to show me anything they remove, and again they are respectful of that. I can't forget to say how happy it makes me when they stand at the front door and put fresh shoe covers on, before entering. They are the best, hi
