They are always on time and call ahead so I can close my doggie doors and keep them inside.They do a nice job cleaning the cob webs (the few that are there) and I have not had any bug problems for the past several years.

Naturzone is amazing! Ive been a customer for many years. They let me know the day before they are coming and they actually show up! Sounds silly, but Ive dealt with other pest control companies that dont keep their word.

They are very professional, prompt, reliable, thorough, and respectful. We had serious scorpion problems when we started (indoors and out!). That problem is gone. We should have hired them long ago! I love their monthly service!

They were so easy to get ahold of for scheduling. I was able to set up a time & date just a few days away, which was so nice with this Coronavirus epidemic. So quick & convenient! Arthur was so nice & did an awesome job! Very happy with everything!

The service techs who come out to our home is always friendly, on time and quick. They always ask if we had any issues to ensure that we're happy with the service and no bugs in the house. If anyone ever ask for a exterminator, I always recommend you guys.

Naturezone service is very good. Their representatives are very professional. They notify you when it's time for your appointment by email and phone call the day before the appointment. They do a great job in controlling the pests. I will continue with their service.

Always shows up when expected and I love that the same person has been coming for at least 2 years. Makes me feel more comfortable and safer when we're not home. Only had one issue over the years, and they were very quick to resolve it while staying friendly and helpful.

We searched for a Termite treatment that would be a long term solution to our termite problem and I really think we found that with NaturZone. We really liked their professional technician. He came out and treated our house by himself and got it done in just a few hours! Very satisfied customers!

Naturzone Pest Control was the best! So impressed with the quality work and amazing service. I was moving into a new home and needed my first pest control service the same day. I called at 2:30pm and had someone out to me by 4:30pm. I will be using them for my maintenance and highly recommend!

We've been customers for many years because the service is always excellent and reliable, and we don't have any issues with pests. We also appreciate that Naturezone uses natural products that aren't highly toxic to us and the environment, unlike most other pest control services.

Today was our very first service. Jeffery was on time, professional and courteous. He asked all the right questions about my home's pest history desired target pests and what products he was going to use. No pressure to “up-sell" you into unnecessary services or long term contracts. Service cost was competitive and reasonable. I like the paperless invoicing feature. Am looking forward to a great service relationship with NaturZone.

I have happily been with Naturzone Pest Control for over 9 or 10 years now. The owner of this family company truly pursues excellence with service and customer relationships. They are honest, fair, and really know their stuff! I have never felt like I was just a number or like I was being marketed. They have even suggested ways to help me save on my monthly bill! Our regular service technician is so fabulous and kind! I always feel like a valued customer and friend. Professional, kind, and thorough.

When we purchased our first house and discovered it came with bed bugs, we felt overwhelmed. The team at NaturZone Pest Control answered our message right away, and arrived within hours to treat the house and, perhaps equally importantly, offer calm reassurance and guidance. When it was time to arrange preventative exterior treatments for all the outside bugs, NaturZone Pest Control was our first choice. Their technician comes out regularly and does a great job. They're efficient, and there's never any sales pressure, and I really appreciate that.

I was really impressed with the service that I received from Naturzone. I contacted them late Monday morning. They had Bill call me right away to go over my issues and concerns regarding chemical use to control the massive number of ants invading my home. Bill was able to come by later in the day and set out a bait that was safe to use around my dogs. Tuesday morning I only found about a dozen ants wandering around In my house and six outside. By that evening there was no sign of the ants! Bill called me on Wednesday to follow up on the results before billing me. I will absolutely contact them again if in need of an exterminator, and provide a reference to anyone that I find in need of their services.

This is an update to my original review about Naturzone Pest Control. Let me start by saying that I do property maintenance and have had experience with this company in the past. Several of the owners that I work for have also used this company, and I have recommended them to a few people.

My last experience with them for my own place was not what I was expecting and was nothing like the service I have seen before from this company, hence the negative review I gave. Within 20 minutes of posting the review, I was contacted by the owner Bill, whom I have had contact with previously. I was thinking that maybe the company had been sold, but it has not, and Bill still retains ownership. He takes a lot of pride in his business and the service he provides.

We discussed the issues, and he apologized and assured me that I would not receive that kind of service again. After a nice conversation with him, we decided to continue our service with him and he reassured me that it is not the normal type of service he gives.

My personal experience with Bill has been very professional. He is a man of his word and truly cares about the service he is providing for his customers. He holds his employees to the same high standard, and talking with several of his other employees in the past, they too speak very highly of him. He didn't make a lot of excuses, he just said that he would make sure that they don't happen again and reassured me several times that everything would be fine.

My past experiences with Bill and his company have been very good ones. So our next service will be in two or three months, and we will update then if it is anything different than exceptional. But I still have no problem referring this company to somebody. They are a very good company and they are reputable, especially with Bill contacting us back so quickly. It shows that he cares to me, and we are willing to continue their service. Thank you. Don *** .
