He was very quick and through. Have had service from Axiom for more than a year. Always on time. Had a problem with mice when Axiom said they had taken care of that. I called Axiom and they were here the next day and took care of the problem.I recommend them to everyone.

I've used Axiom before at a prior home. First time usage at our new home. Service was excellent as usually. Service Rep Katelyn A. was just outstanding! Her understanding of the business was too notch and her customer service and professionalism was the best that I have ever had. Can't provide enough accolades re her or the company!

They came by my house once and offered their services. They said i could try their service once and if I liked it then continue. The gentleman was very clear in saying that and so was I. They are trying to screw me out of $300 for services I did NOT receive! I am beyond mad and would Not recommend this company to anybody. Their employees are badly misinformed and giving false information

Matt arrived on time and called first so I could lock up the dogs. He had a mask, performed all his duties well. Also he remembered our indoor mouse traps,too. I am very comfortable with him, pleasant and polite. The reminder emails are very helpful and when called, friendly and professional service is given. I am happy with Axiom, especially like that the chems used are not harmful to pets or kids.

I've been with Axiom Eco-Pest Control for several years now and I LOVE them! I have even recommended them to my neighbors. Their team just did a wonderful job for me. I have gotten excellent service and the one time I didn't, they came right back out quickly and took care of it. I wish I had known about them years ago! But, I'm sure glad I have them now! Axiom Eco-Pest Control has pretty much mitigated much of our wasp problem! He treated our problem areas thoroughly and it seems to have made a huge difference. He removed wasp nests and performed a complete treatment on our nation upper and lower decks; treating under and between our deck railings, plus the beams under the deck. This is the most we have been wasp free all summer. A great, professional job! Thanks!

The service did not get rid of the spiders or ants which is what Axiom was hired to get rid of. They missed appointments and would not work with me to get them rescheduled, but billed me anyway. The place a mole trap in my back yard that killed the grass, but didn't capture any moles. The customer service team likes to put you on an infinite hold to avoid having to deal with service issues. I do NOT recommend using this service.

Sales jerk came by today - not wearing a mask, and intruded into my wife's personal space - and then would not take 'no' for an answer. Kept my wife on the porch, unable to do her job from home, for more than 10 minutes all while she told him 'No, thank you'. If this company needs to be so rudely high-pressure, then there's no way in hell I'll do business with them. They better reign in these jerks, especially in these uncertain economic times, or they'll go out of business.

Received an invoice today for my first quarterly service while I was away and was very surprised once I got home. These were the notes left by technician:

"On the exterior of your home I swept the area, around the entryways and windows, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I granulated the perimeter to help control insect activity on the lawn and treated the foundation. I enjoyed servicing your home today and cannot thank you enough for trusting Axiom Eco-Pest Control to solve your pest needs."

Upon walking to my door it was obvious nothing was done. There is a large spider web just above the porch light by the front door that is visible from the street. On the sides of the house, there are spiderwebs between the house and bushes and no sign of anyone being there or BIFEN crystals. I also have a dog in my backyard, so he most definitely did not service half of my home. Very disappointed in Axiom and I do not trust them with ANY needs of mine. Photos are available.
