EcoShield Pest Control North Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Do not use, they harass communities and have their criminal "salesman" try to force their way into your home. This company is nothing but a front for criminals to break into your home.

The EcoShield Pest Solutions - North DC team is not assisting customers who are unable to complete their contracts initiated in July . Due to being owed rent from a tenant exceeding 3,000 dollars and the inability to work because of COVID-19, these customers are facing financial difficulties.

EcoShield Pest Solutions - North DC arranged my quarterly service, and when I called to discuss my situation, I sought to either put my account on hold or postpone the service until the end of August, hoping for an improved financial position by then.

I was informed that their COVID-19 policy only allows them to lower the cost of the service, which unfortunately does not alleviate my current financial strain.

The customer service representative I communicated with repeated the same information multiple times, giving me the impression that he was not fully comprehending my concerns. Additionally, he emphasized that we initiated the service during the pandemic, a detail that seems irrelevant to my current financial challenges. As I struggle to prioritize essential expenses such as mortgage, utilities, and communication bills, it's clear to me that pest control is not a top priority.

If the product and technicians were effective, I might not be as frustrated. Regrettably, only the initial treatment had a noticeable impact on our spider issue.

Now, I am inclined to simply terminate the entire account.

EcoShield Pest Control North Unable to cancel services because of poor service

Invoice #[protected] when we moved into this house we signed up for pest control service serviceman was here twice and did not take care of our pest problem we had paid for an annual membership but had to cancel and we tried another pest control service that was much better and now we are getting a bill from eco shield for what I don'tknow I do not owe this and it looks like expiration to me.

EcoShield Pest Control North Solicitation

As I am trying to get my sleep as I work 3rd shift and you guys have people coming to knock on doors well first off it's without a permit to solicit in Phoenixville, PA and you didn't get one, you also might want to stop knocking on doors with a "No Solicitation" sign that is 12 inches long and in bold bright letters on my front door which again is not just annoying but also illegal. I would never use a company that can not even respect the sign on my door and you want me to trust you to do work? No way y'all need to get him off our street before the cops come

Desired outcome: I expect more than an apology and I want to insure it never happens again I will be filing changes for the trespassing

EcoShield Pest Control North “bi-monthly pest control service”

Days after moving into my home in July 2022, a man showed up at my front door, and you know the rest. He never provided the terms of the contract, just a vague overview that painted it in a positive light, along with a place for my signature on his micro-iPad. My initial concern was termites, as an inspector had stressed the urgency of confirming their presence. The person from the company assured me that they would send someone right away to inspect, using whatever it took to get me to sign, I guess. However, since that day, no one has ever inspected for termites, and I have paid the company $838.95 for their supposed "bi-monthly" service.

Additionally, there have been two instances where they didn't show up for the scheduled service out of a possible five, and another service was rescheduled for two weeks later (15 minutes after someone was supposed to be there), as stated in a text message I received.

Every time I received service, it was followed by an increase in the number and variety of insects inside my home (I have pictures and videos to prove it). This was to such an extent that the company had to send representatives back out each time, resulting in more time windows to keep open, stress for my dogs, and so on. However, every follow-up visit proved equally unproductive, as is evident in my video documentation and my purchase history on Amazon, which shows the bug killer products I used to take matters into my own hands. I voiced these complaints, but they were ignored.

During the third time the company provided their so-called "bi-monthly service," the representative was extremely unprofessional. He openly expressed his love for spiders (but I never saw him spray any "poison") and made inappropriate comments, such as asking about my personal life, relationship status, and history. He even went so far as to share my contact information, which was provided by the company, with his family members and tried to arrange private meetings. I contacted EcoShield to express my concerns, the need for safety, and requested that this representative never return to my home. I was promised that this would never happen again.

However, to my dismay, the same representative was sent back to my home just months later. At that point, I decided that I would no longer continue service with EcoShield due to their poor service, empty promises, and, most importantly, the lack of care or acknowledgement shown by their management. Since then, the company has become very aggressive. I have received sixteen phone calls within one hour, all wanting to know why I decided to discontinue the service. The following day, an EcoShield representative showed up at my door without any prior scheduling and stayed for an unsettling amount of time. I have tried to contact the company over twelve times without receiving any responses, aside from the repeated invoices they keep sending, which further confirms my belief that their only concern is money, and they are willing to go to any length to get it.

Just recently, I discovered very small print that promises free treatment if the problem persists after three attempts. However, this should have been applied to every single treatment, as not one has been successful on the first, second, or even third attempt.

Desired outcome: 1. End harrassment 2. Formally end ‘contract,’ with 0 balance - as i have not failed to pay for any service received3. Reimburse me for the 5 “services” guaranteed under company policy as free if problem persisted.

EcoShield Pest Control North Breach of contract

Services not rendered. Claim to hold to a contract when in fact we have one of their employees in which they charged a service for on the premises for 4 minutes through documented video surveillance. Have made no less that 3 phone calls and 2 emails with blatant lack of response. Continued harassment for payment despite the services not actually administered. Company claims the employee does not work for them yet continues to demand payment for that day.

Desired outcome: Fee revoked, contact terminated.

EcoShield Pest Control North Lack of performance and cancellation fee

In May of 2022 I signed up for two years of service with Ecoshield. Included in the contract was a provision that I would have to repay a $200 discount if I cancelled before the two years was up. But, also included was the agreement that Ecoshield would address bugs and specifically I was told that you would eliminate the one bug I have a problem with, Japanese Ladybug. With every application I was told you were handling it. In April 2023 I returned from vacation for a week and found 28 of these bugs in our bedroom and another 20 in the basement. After a year I called and cancelled. Now, I am being billed $200 for cancelling. While I did not fulfill the two year timeframe, Ecoshield did not address my problem. I tried to explain to your contact today that what was fair was a $100 fee for cancelling (a proration of the $200). The way your contract is written it doesn't matter if I cancel after the first application or after 20 months - still $200. So, let's be fair and agree that I will pay you $100 for cancelling after one year because you didn't perform. DO NOT allow these people to service your house. They don't do as promised and are impossible to cancel. We tried to simply cancel and the guy kept trying to get us to pay something even after we insisted we wanted to cancel. Horrible customer service and we still have a pest issue

EcoShield Pest Control North I have an existing contract with Ecoshield Pest Control

I have an existing contract with Ecoshield Pest Control. On June 24 the quarterly service is supposed to be done from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. The service was never delivered, and no technician came. I know this for a fact for I was in my yard working during the whole day and would have seen anyone coming. The next day, I called the Ecoshield and informed them that the services was never delivered. Their response was that their record shows that the GPS tracking of their truck shows that it was in our vicinity. I told them that the GPS tracking maybe a proof of the truck around the street, but it does not prove that the services were delivered as it is supposed to be. There was no technician spraying the immediate parameter of my house, no ECOshield truck ever came my driveway. I informed them that they should not bill me for services not rendered. That afternoon, the billing automation reflects that Ecoshield billed my credit card. I have contested this with my credit card.

the salesman came to my door brag alot about their product that can catch rodents that I can't, I l gave it try for 3 weeks less than a month, and caught nothing. I tried to cancel service, now they won't let me unless $200 for breaking some contract. the salesman said cost nothing to try it.

EcoShield Pest Control North On June 16 I responded to a knock on my door to find a representative from EcoShield

On June 16 I responded to a knock on my door to find a representative from EcoShield. He stated they were in the area and could treat our yard that day for insect control. We declined because we had a contract with another company. He then stated they could get rid of the carpenter bees that were boring into our pergola. My wife hesitated because the process involved sealing the bees in the holes to kill them, but after some discussion we agreed due to the damage being caused. I signed an ipad agreeing to pay for the service and the technician showed up later. He began spraying and then complained that he was not feeling well and would return later. He never did. When I complained to EcoShield I was told they don't take care of carpenter bees. I was intentionally misled to get me to sign on. I paid the $99 charge on my credit card despite the job not being completed. Now they want another $201 which they are calling an initial discount for work never done as promised!

A collage kid knocked my door with 50% off on service, they have some extra free time. And also assured me free cancellation until 3 months.He left to other home after charging 172$. His team supposed to come in 20 min but didn't show up until 3 hrs. They barely spend 5 min on the services and rushed out with out doing all services. After 30 days i got call from another person and asking to schedule next quarter appointment. As I am not satisfied with the service, I dont want to continue - the agent with replied "in that case i have to pay 150$ cancellation fee". They kept calling me many times for 150$ Cancellation fee. i got another call from collection agency last week and offered a deal to pay.

Signed a contract for pest control for 1 year on 4/28. After the initial visit, the company never returned to perform contract services. They continued to charge me for the services that were not rendered. I attempted to contact the company several times. One time I was able to get through to a customer service representative to whom I explained the situation and she issues a credit to my account. However, I still continue to receive letters from a debt collector despite sending emails and letters showing the credit and canceling my account. I also followed up the email with a hard copy of a letter and all supporting documents. This company tried to charge me for services they did not provide and then refused to remedy the situation when I cancelled my account.

EcoShield Pest Control North I have been with EcoShield Pest control since Sept 2019

I have been with EcoShield Pest control since Sept 2019. They are very difficult to deal with and their technicians are not knowledgeable of the insect / rodent problems that we have. I constantly have to ask for them to come back to treat the inside of the house since we have mice/ springtail problems. They are supposed to do inside and outside, but they do not make us aware when they are on the property ( knocking on the door)- they just do the outside treatment and leave. It is impossible to reach customer service of the local office to make them aware of these problems. Finally i got rescheduled to do the indoor treatment - they called it an " extra" service and the technician was very abrasive and rude and i asked him to leave. I have asked to cancel my service and that I would not pay for the last treatment since they did not do the interior of my house and deal with the mice / springtails issues. They will not call me back or respond to the request to cancel service!

I signed up with ECOSHIELD in May under the impression that they would service our yard and around the home for pests. This company has sent me invoices to pay (which were paid) but never serviced our yard. To double check if I missed the employee coming out, I checked our cameras that capture anyone outside our home, front door, driveway and backyard. I contacted this company to cancel the service because no service had been completed yet they took the money out of my account. I was then told that I have to pay a $150 fee for cancelling. Each time I mention the cameras they stop contacting me for a few days to weeks then suddenly say I owe money again.

They knocked on my door one night interupting dinner with my family. Some fast talking guy had me punch a couple of things on his cell telling me he would knock down our wasp nests. had to call them back many times as the job was never done right. i paid them regardless but then i started getting a recurring bill and told i had subsribed to ongoing service and had to pay 150$ to cancel. i refused and told them if they continued to harass me i would bill them $1500 for my wasted professional time. they sent me to collections. they need to be out of business and pay for my wasted time.

EcoShield Pest Control North Earlier this year, someone from EcoShield knocked on my door and said they were treating a neighbor's home and wanted to offer me a special deal

Earlier this year, someone from EcoShield knocked on my door and said they were treating a neighbor's home and wanted to offer me a special deal. I explained that our neighborhood has a posted "No Solicitation" sign, but the salesman was convincing. I was told that EcoShield is a locally owned and operated company, but I learned that it is actually an out of state company. Clearly I was lied to and misled. Before the next scheduled appointment, I asked for more details about the company and asked to delay my service. I got a bill anyhow. (Since I don't work at home, I have no idea if they were there or not.) After countless calls and many promises to correct the bill, I cancelled my service. I continued to receive bills and I continued to call. Though I received many apologies and promises to credit my account, that never happened and now I have been sent to collections for $169.00. This needs to be addressed ASAP. I truly hope my credit has not been effected! Shame on you.

EcoShield has been servicing my house for bugs and insects spraying the interior and exterior of my house since July . I continue to see bugs and insects after their services and end having to spray again myself. I called the representative requesting the closing of my account and terminate my services. They did not want to comply with my request and kept trying to schedule their services and providing discounts. When I signed up I was advised I can cancel my services without penalty at any point. I am not satisfied with the services and lack of customer service by EcoShield. I ask to have my account closed.

I was told that is eco shield comes out for a 3rd spray and it doesn't work i would get a total refund ! When I called back they keep giving me the run around! They charged me for the month of October which they did not spray and charged for for a canceling fee which I was promised I wouldn't be charged! I've been paying for a product that doesn't even work! They are supposed to be here for an hour cleaning and spraying they come and go in 10 mins!

I signed up with Ecoshield after their sales reps promised me better quality and better care from other companies. I have repeatedly reported problems that I have and requested repeated services without follow through from the company. I recently asked for them to send a technician to my home to take care of an issue, instead they sent a sales rep to my home to sell me on additional services and protections. I want them to cancel my account without penalty!

On about July 31 a Eco Rep was going thru the neighborhood selling pest treatment, I was willing to let him treat my property on a special for $125 a treatment with a $50 discount for the first treatment. After a few days of the treatment I was seeing bugs never seen before in my 29 years at that residence. I called to cancel my subscription and was told I owed the $50 dollars given me as a discount for the first treatment, I said I'm not paying you nothing and I actually should get a refund for this scam. I received a bill for $50 every month until May . I have sent 7 emails and 4 calls to try to talk to these people to no avail. I just received a collection notice from collection company, which prompted me to write to you. I would now like my $125 refund from these people running this scam, I really don't think they treated anything, saw the guy walking around the house with a pump that probably had water in it. I know now I should have acted sooner. Please Reply

EcoShield Pest Control North An Ecoshield rep, Jacob W****, came to my house on 7/8, and I decided to sign up

An Ecoshield rep, Jacob W, came to my house on 7/8, and I decided to sign up. I specifically requested Saturday Only service, he said no problem, and noted "Always Schedule on Saturday Mornings" on the contract before I signed it. (Att 1). I agreed that the initial appt. could be the next day, 7/9 (Fri), but future appts. had to be Sat. Today, I got a call at 9am, that my next service is Thur, 8/12 (Att 2). I spoke to someone, and was told that they don't do service on Sat. I said this is a deal breaker, and because they can't do what was promised, I shouldn't have to pay the $150 charge for canceling. She said that she can cancel, but I have to talk to Customer Care to explain it to them. Customer Care's line is an unavailable recording. I called Jacob W @ 9:13am, and he said his "hands are tied," and he can't speak to anyone about it. He said I have to try to negotiate with Cust. Care, and keep trying the #. They can't fulfill the contract, so I should owe them nothing.

EcoShield Pest Control North Young solicitor asked us to try the service

Young solicitor asked us to try the service. We agreed and someone came and wiped cobwebs outside, etc. It was late, so rest of service was to be handled later. We never received service after supplying credit card. We followed up with the sales rep a couple times and he was responsive but then I suppose he left the company and we continue to get billed for services that were not being rendered. We have at least five or six people on the premises at all times I do not work outside of the home I would know if somebody came and rendered services and they did not. I canceled and then had multiple follow up calls with the company they were moved my credit card they assured me we wouldn't have any additional charges and the company continues to come after me trying to charge additional fees. Sales reps or a customer service reps continue to encourage me to have somebody come and allow them to do work there and then cancel and I said no at this point after so much time I do not want to work with this company any further and so they continue to try to charge me in spite of all reasonable efforts.

EcoShield Pest Control North On March 12th I agreed to pest control service by EcoShield and was informed by the company representative that I had three business days to

On March 12th I agreed to pest control service by EcoShield and was informed by the company representative that I had three business days to cancel the service with a refund of my $210.00 if not satisfied. The pest control service did not resolve the problem with carpenter bees after several days after the treatment. Based on the presentation I called EcoShield to schedule a follow-up service without a response. After not receiving a response after several attempts to reschedule service I requested the service be cancelled. I was assured by the company representative that the initial payment would be refunded but as of 3 June 2022 a refund has not been provided. On 3 Jun I received a notice from the company representative that they would not issue a refund because service was provided even though the service did not resolve the bug infestation and after several days of trying to reschedule a visit I did not receive a response. Despite the fact that the company failed to meet the agreement by stopping the bug infestation and failing to reschedule a visit the company refuses to reimburse the initial $210.00 payment.

EcoShield Pest Solution of North DC engages in unfair and deceptive billing and contracts. A representative of the company came to my door and asked to spray for pests for a one time fee. He said if we let him do it one time we could then cancel and there would be no further commitment. The company ended up sending representatives out to my house on multiple occasions to spray. First of all the spray did absolutely nothing to help with spiders or bugs. Myself and my wife told the company on multiple occasions to stop coming to our house and stop billing us. The last bill I paid had a $125 fee attached with no explanation of the fee. They always billed us different amounts for their services and it was impossible to determine what was the date of service that we were being charged for. We always paid the bills when they were mailed to us however the company would always tack on additional fees. On the last check I mailed to them on January 20 I wrote on a note to them to cancel the account immediately. I just called the company when I received a letter in the mail today from a collection agency indicating that my account has been turned over for collection for nonpayment. The representative at the company told me there's a 200 and some dollar balance On the account for an additional fee that was charged do to me canceling the account. I want this company to never come to my house again, rebate me for the fees I paid, and remove my account from any collections and cease any further collections. This company has multiple complaints against them for these unfair and deceptive acts and practices. They should be investigated by the Attorney General.

EcoShield Pest Control North I signed up for service on May 28 service was completed that day

I signed up for service on May 28 service was completed that day. The second one was scheduled 6/29 and although I was charged no one came. I have cameras and was home at they time they claim service was completed. I call that day, lady said she'd send someone else, she could see the tech hadn't showed and they'd look into it. I called back the next day to get the date of the new appointment. New rep said she didn't see anything from the first call but offered to send someone, just like the other lady did. I was a little aggregated about that, she transfered me to someone else. After talking with the next rep and expressing my dissatisfaction she said it would cost nothing to cancel but she needed to transfer me again. The last rep pushed really hard to schedule another service "free of charge" but during the course of the conversation I realized other errors were made with the note of the initial sales person "not visible" to the tech so my main concern of carpenter bees was not even known to the tech. The guy offered a discount on the next service, talked about how we're all human, errors happen but the sales person, the tech who didn't show, the rep on the 29th, both reps before him all made mistakes, were new, or were miscommunicating. That's too many mistakes from a company for me. I informed him that I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund for the service that was not performed. He advised of cancelation fee which I don't believe I should pay given the poor service but also said that they would speak to the tech before a refund could be issued. Which I took to mean that if this guy doesn't admit to his wrong doing they'll try to deny the refund.

EcoShield Pest Control North This was a cold call

This was a cold call. They arrived at my front door stating they take care of the house down the street. I agreed to have this company take care of a flea problem in March 27 of 2021. The contract was very confusing and said it would be $350. Unfortunately I agreed. They were in a hurry to get to their next appointment so they were talking fast to explain the service. After really having the time to read the agreement I realized it was for 24 months! I wouldn't cancel except their product doesn't work. I still have fleas and see different critters in the house. They were scheduled to come on March 3, 2022, I was home all day and I had workers scheduled all day to do work outside. No one came. I asked if they had seen a ECOShield truck come but they didn't. When they come they always knock on the door to let me know they are there so I can make sure the animals are in and when they leave they let a card on the front door. This did not happen on March 3 but I received an email asking how the service was and charging my credit card $159. I replied that no one was here. I never received a reply. I've left multiple emails with replies stating they would reply within 2-3 days. No one ever contacted me. I been trying to reach someone since March 3. Finally found a number to call and explained what happened. They said they could send someone out but I told them I wanted to cancel since their product doesn't work. They told me I had to schedule 13 more services before I could cancel. This is outrageous! I had to give them a credit card when I signed. I should have been suspicious then. I figure they breached the contract by not showing up and charging my card and not replying to my inquires. I'm a senior and think they were just taking advantage. Talking fast and no one in the neighborhood has ever used them. If you need more info please contact me. I could go on but running out of room.

EcoShield Pest Control North Hi, Jacob W**** of EcoShield Pest Solutions stopped by our house unsolicited on 9/16 and described in much detail the service they would provide

Hi, Jacob W of EcoShield Pest Solutions stopped by our house unsolicited on 9/16 and described in much detail the service they would provide to clean and protect our home from pests, including inside/outside of the house, in the garage and shed, all at a reduced rate if I signed off that day. I agreed and signed a contract with him to come out that day for an initial "premium" service that entailed cleaning up webs and bugs all around the house, inside the garage/shed, and treatment of all those areas and the lawn as well. Their truck showed up later that day around 4:30ish and left less than a half hour later, assuring me all work had been completed. Since I was busy doing other stuff I took his word for it, but when I later checked around the porch and deck, there were still webs and bird nests, the inside of the garage looked untouched, and when I walked into the shed, I got greeted by an army of cricket spiders when I turned the lights on. I contacted the sales rep via text to explain that I was not satisfied with the service, he said he understood and that he would stop by to discuss. Since I was going out of town that same day I asked him to give me a day or two notice on my return to meet, but he never contacted me again. Despite my dissatisfaction I still paid the originally billed $99 and asked them to cancel the contract, but they have been hounding me ever since via multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls to pay another $150 that the original "premium" service was discounted by. I have asked them repeatedly to stop harassing me and to zero and close out my account, all to no avail. I have stopped short of disputing the original $99 I paid, but I am not willing to pay them another dime. Furthermore, when I told my wife about the service upon her return from work, she said that the same sales rep had stopped by more than once before and she had asked him to stop soliciting us. EcoShield Pest Control North I am reporting EcoShield Pest Control Twin Cities for unacceptably poor service and communication

I am reporting EcoShield Pest Control Twin Cities for unacceptably poor service and communication. Our last two scheduled service appointments in January were rescheduled not once but twice on an hour's notice. This is unacceptable when EcoShield sets the appointment date and time and we made arrangements to be at home during working hours. I had also responded to the appointment confirmation--which asked us to notify the company of specific concerns--to advise of mouse activity in our kitchen and spider activity in our lower level. Our quarterly treatment was then rescheduled as a mouse inspection. Despite receiving an email to say our appointment was cancelled, my husband received a call from a technician asking about the mouse situation and did not know anything about our appointment being rescheduled. Then, a different technician showed up at our house this afternoon, again with no knowledge of the appointment cancellation. When we advised him we would intended to cancel our account, he said he would not inspect/treat because his supervisor "would tell him not to bother if we were going to cancel anyway." Then last Wednesday, February 2, I received an email stating that a technician had completed a service on our home that day--which we had not schedule nor had any knowledge of. I also received an email two days later advising us that our quarterly treatment had been scheduled for Saturday, February 12. When I responded asking for clarification on both appointments, all I received was confirmation of the February 12 appointment. I asked for further explanation and did not receive a response. When I called EcoShield customer service today, I was assured by the representative that the service performed on February 2 was an inspection and was free of charge. I reiterated that we did not schedule an inspection, but was again told it was free with no further detail. The rep also advised that the Feb 12 appoint was rescheduled for Feb 18, again without our knowledge.

EcoShield Pest Control North Salesmen canvassed our community despite clearly posted no soliciting sign

Salesmen canvassed our community despite clearly posted no soliciting sign. Told me they serviced my neighbor who was very satisfied (not true). We had a problem with wasps on back deck, so I decided to give them a try for a one-time treatment; sales rep said it would need 2 treatments, first to kill adults, second to eliminate any hatchlings first treatment missed. This sounded reasonable. Salesman had me sign an electronic pad, which I thought was to authorize the 2 treatments we had discussed. He said they wanted me as a long-term customer, that other appointments might be scheduled, but that I could cancel those with no obligation. He described the company's typical services, which included outside spraying and applying granulated pesticide to lawn. I told him I did not want that kind of service, and particularly did not want pesticide applied to the lawn, as I am on a well. He repeated that I would not have to have that service and was under no obligation beyond the two wasp treatments. First treatment seemed fine; second was not: No treatment for wasps was made, pesticide lawn treatment was done, despite my specific direction not to do so. They returned and supposedly did the wasp treatment, although whatever was done was not as described by the sales reps who first solicited my business. Very unhappy with this spraying/lawn pesticide application, which I did not need or want. Nevertheless, I paid for both servicee calls that I received. When I later received a notice for a new service appointment, I sent a note saying that I did not wish to have further service from this company. I then received an invoice for a $150 "chargeback" for a supposed discount on service I had initially received. I never agreed to this; the representation was that there was "no obligation" beyond the two service calls I authorized, and I was never provided with a copy of of any supposed contract or agreement. On the afternoon of June 18 I was approached in my front yard by a man who I had seen on our street all day. He introduced himself as Gordie D and wanted to know if we were interested in pest control. I said no, we have a pest service, Economy Pest Control. He asked if they offered tick control. I said no. He pushed the tick control as important, when I showed an interest ( I have been bitten by ticks and needed medication for them). He also listed the names of half a dozen or more of neighbors he had "already" signed up for pest control, especially the special anti-tick solution. He further baited me by saying EcoShield was offering a one time new customer initial discount of $161 from the normally $300 for their solution. I'm old enough to realize this was a complete come-on but I took the bait to ask what $139 would buy. He explained they would granulate the front yard and back, plus our woodsy area behind the back yard of our 3/4 acre property. He said if we found a tick they would come back and repeat the granulated solution at no charge.The salesman did not tell me they would come 4 more times @ $139 a service which would include spraying our house foundation and inside of our basement. Our pest company does that. Mr.D*** never explained to me that the service included yard, foundation and basement or that his pest service was for 5 applications over a year. Had he told me, I never would have signed the contract agreement, which I NEVER saw before signing on an iPad and giving Mr. D my credit card, unbeknownst to me, as debit. When a "technician" showed up on 7/15 to spray, we called the company to cancel our contract. Several calls and emails cancelling our contract went unanswered. A text got a response that we owed them $161 for the Initial Discount Chargeback Fee. We disagreed having already paid twice. We filed a complaint to the Consumer Protection Division in Baltimore. We cancelled our credit card for their use but continue to get texts saying we owe them $161
