Great experience! We had a bee swarm that was starting to invade my master bathroom. When I called the phone rep was very helpful in getting a tech out as soon as possible. Alex (the tech) was great! He answered all my questions and was very thorough. Bee problem solved!

Pro Pacific always gives us excellent service. We get notified by *** the day before our service, and the technician emails when he is on his way. We have a dog, so we appreciate these notifications. Since starting our service we have had zero problems with pests.

Excellent, professional service for wasp removal! They were not the cheapest quote, so initially I went with another provider, but one week later, I contacted Pro Pacific again to come and finish the job as I still had lingering wasps. Joaquin came to my house for an emergent gopher call I placed yesterday. He called and left a message to say he was on his way but I was not able to get the message because I was in a meeting. He also sent me a text, which is much easier to see when in a meeting. Upon arrival he knocked on the door before proceeding to go to the problem area. This excellent level of communication allowed me to show him the problem area and allowed him to therefore treat all 7 gopher holes which have sprung up in the last four days. I am sure the good communication and following thorough treatment will provide better results than poor communication would. I appreciate this level of service!

Alan came to see that I had a beehive and he offered me to fumigate for 300.00, remove the nest and fix the hole for 700.00. I paid the $300.00 to fumigate, and 700.00 he said they would remove the beehive and fix the hole on the wall near the chimney. He never explained to me that they had to work from inside, my grandson and daughter were in the living room, therefore, I did reschedule. When I wanted them to do the job, his boss Ricky said it would cost more money (300.00 more) because not only I reschedule but it would take more hours of work. I was not happy because we already paid 300.00, a separate work to exterminate the bees, The bees came back again and Alan came to fumigate again, but the bees are coming back and their product does not work. I gave up for them to continue doing the job because of their unfair business. This looks very bad on their company. I bought simple product at home depot and it is working better on it; in comparison to 300.00. They are not professionals because they take advantage over pricing the job after making a contract. I do not recommended them at all.
