I had a big problem with bed bugs in my house and I was really stressed out about it. But then I found CNY Bed Bug Extermination and they saved the day! Eric, the guy who came to my house, was super nice and did a great job getting rid of those pesky bugs. Now I can finally sleep without worrying about getting bitten. The price was also really reasonable, so I feel like I got a good deal. I'm so happy I found this service and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a bed bug problem. Great service, they explained everything so we could understand. They're confidential and guarantee 100%. They had to come back and took care of the situation at no extra charge. Any questions I had, he always answered my call. I would highly recommend them.

This company is the best, no doubt about it. They're super professional, know their stuff, and don't charge an arm and a leg. It's really easy to get a hold of them, and they're happy to answer a bunch of questions. They made a really awful situation a lot easier to handle. I can't even put into words how grateful I am that I stumbled upon Eric and his company during this really tough time. I would totally, totally suggest them to anyone dealing with the nightmare of bedbugs. You won't regret it!

We found bed bugs in March . I called many big companies that wanted to do a walk through. Their prices were crazy high, but I was ready to pay to get rid of the bugs. I wasn't impressed with their guarantees. 90 days is not enough to make sure the bugs are really gone! They can live for almost a year without eating. After a quick Google search, I found CNY. They explained the whole process and their price was only half of what the other companies charged. They were really patient and knew a lot, and with a 365 day warranty, you couldn't ask for a better, or more honest, family business! I hope I never have to see them again, but if I ever have bed bugs again, they would be the first ones I'd call!

Had a really bad experience with this company. We made an appointment with them to come treat an apartment house for the next day. Eric seemed like he knew what he was talking about and was really professional on the phone. He scheduled us for the next day. He said we would get an email from him on how to get ready. But guess what? We didn't get it. So we had to look it up on their website and tell the apartment tenants what to do. We did get an email about when and where the appointment was though. At the end of the call, we thought we would pay when they came, so we got ready for that. But on the day of the appointment, we got an email saying it was canceled because we didn't pay in advance. When I called them, the lady on the phone said they sent an invoice by email and text message. She also said we had to pay the day before the appointment. But we didn't get any texts or emails with an invoice. This company wasted our time and the tenant's time after they got ready for the appointment. Don't bother with this company because they might not even show up after you do all the work to get ready.

When I first found a lil' bug problem, I called Eric and told him what I did so far. He said the steps I took were exactly what he would tell someone to do. He said to keep doin' what I was doin', and if I still saw 'em in a month, he'd come out. In the middle of a pandemic, I never felt so reassured. A less honest person would've scared the heck outta me to get my business. This made me trust Eric and his company. After two weeks of doin' it myself, I'd go days without seein' any, then one or two would randomly show up. I had enough and wanted 'em all gone. It was 10:00pm when I reached out to Erin. She calmed me down and said everything would be okay! As a single mom, she was willin' to work with me on the cost, but I said no to the savings 'cause I thought the warranty was worth it. Eric was flexible and worked with my schedule. I'm happy to say I haven't seen a single bug since he treated my home! I'm 100 percent satisfied, and I sleep easy knowin' I have a guarantee. I'd recommend Eric and Erin to anyone. Thank you!

Absolutely the best company! At the first sighting in July, I scoured the internet for a company. CNY popped up with great reviews and I decided to contact them first. I’ve had experiences with other types of exterminators years ago in rentals and know how some can really talk up a problem to get your business. I’ve also found some are difficult to get in contact with. Neither of these things happened with Ashley and Eric. Ashley answered immediately when I called and talked me down from my panic. She assured me the safety of the treatment with my small children, pointing out they use this same treatment on their own home with their own small kids. This was so reassuring. We were promptly scheduled within a week, and Eric was fantastic. He walked me through everything and explained everything he saw. In the past 8 months, I have messaged Ashley more than a dozen times when finding dead bugs. She has always answered quickly and has been so helpful with my sanity during this. We ended up doing a second treatment today and it was just as exceptional as the first experience. This is really just a great company to work with and owned by wonderful caring people who really care about their clients and easing their worry and stress. I can’t thank you both enough for everything!
