Ive been using them for 3+ years and have not had a problem until this March. Have had a few ants come to visit., but as Pointe Pest promises, they will come back and retreat. *** came out this morning and did just that. All of their service people are very educated in bugs and will explain what they are doing and will give you suggestions on how to tackle your specific problems.I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Patricia is literally the best technician we have ever had come into our house to do any kind of work. She is so friendly and so happy all the time! I love her personality and I love that my dogs love her too. She is so good about getting every little area from the inside of our house to the outside. She's very knowledgeable and good at what she does! Especially during Covid-19 she always makes sure she has her mask, gloves and shoe booties on.)

Ray from pointe pest did an excellent job. He was very thorough and i have to say that of all the technicians he's done the beat job. I was about ready to terminate business with the company because of horrible service but Ray did such a good job that i may stay with the company. The five stars are for the Ray the company its self gets a 1 star.

Ryan arrived promptly today during the time window, as predicted. He was thorough in his explanations, listened carefully to all my questions and was very accommodating in avoiding our new mason bee barn as requested. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very pleased with the work he did, especially in dealing with the annoying ANTS in our kitchen and setting out the rat box near the foundation and fence.

I have called multiple times regarding a flea treatment for my home every time I called I got there answering service told my message would be sent to the manager and I would get a call back and never have so I went to there office and it was locked up during business hours that they claimed to be open. And the one time a technician showed up didn't know anything about why I called and accused me of not knowing what a flea looked like. He was also very rude and disrespectful.

The technician came to my property to take care of spider webs and eggs nest and worked 10 minutes and left. I checked after him and found lots of spider webs and nests full of eggs. I paid $99 for this. Then the second time another tech did the same substandard job. 5 minutes of working and left behind lots of spider webs and nests. I called customer service to cancel the agreement and they want to charge me with early termination fee. Unbelievable ! They are not professional. Keep away from thus company !

We have been Pointe Pest Control customers for a few years now. Our new tech, Zeke treated our home for the first time with Pointe Pest Control today. He was right on time for the appointment and did an excellent job. He asked if there was anything in particular about our treatment that we wanted him to know. He was very professional, courteous and personable. Zeke is an excellent asset to and representative of Pointe Pest Control. We look forward to seeing him again next quarter. What a great experience!
What a great experience! I called yesterday to get some info on their services and prices. A couple of hours later *** came over, looked around, explained what he saw and the cost of services. An appointment was set for the next day (today). *** showed up on time and completed his tasks in a flash. From the initial call made to POINTE PEST CONTROL (sorry, I don't remember the young lady's name), to today's job being completed, all were friendly, informative, on time and courteous. I'm glad I called POINTE PEST CONTROL for help.

Adam did a wonderful job getting rid of a massive underground yellow jacket nest in our yard. He also treated the entire exterior of our house and completed the work in under an hour. He was polite, professional, and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns regarding the safety of the chemicals around pets and children. He was professionally dressed in his uniform and also wore a mask and gloves to protect us from The Wuhan Corona virus. I would absolutely recommend Adam and Pointe Pest control to my family and friends.

I was trying to cancel my service with Pointe Pest Control and they gave me the runaround. If you call there number and say you are an existing customer it goes to an answering service . If you email them they tell you they need verbal confirmation before they can close your account. I ended up emailing 3 times and talking to the answer service at least 3 times. So aggravating! I finally got smart and said I was a new costumer before I got routed to an employee to get my account closed. Such a waste of my time. Just figured you should know the process before you signed up with them.

The guy was really friendly a d informative over the phone. They still gave me the discounted deal that was offered at my door the week previous. They were able to squeeze me in within 2 days. Kyle was the employee that came.he was very kind and informative. Even though mask mandates had lifted he wore a mask in my home because I have a vulnerable child. Hopefully this takes care of our ants, elder bugs, spiders and earwigs!

Mike arrived on time for my initial treatment and was cordial and efficient. After reaffirming the company contract and he reaffirmed what he was going to do. I was pleased to see him use a long handled brush to inspect and to clean all eaves, doorways, around all windows and along where siding met the foundation. After applying the treatment about 1-2 feet above the ground and out from the house, Mike showed me pictures of a couple of areas that I might care for in the near future to avoid possible problems. I really appreciated that and look forward to a follow up visit and treatment in a months time.

The most recent friendly employee, ***, who just stopped by to service our house did so with a great attitude despite the unusually cold and snowy conditions. We appreciate that whoever comes always has is skilled and has excellent communication and also puts on a mask, which is not always the case with other people/companies who come by. I would recommend Pointe to anyone looking for an effective eco-friendly pest control service.

Pointe came to do a termite abatement on my home 10/15
Pointe came to do a termite abatement on my home 10/15. When they were doing this they needed to drill holes in my concrete in the driveway as well as the basement. The hole they drilled in the basement caused a leak. They called a plumber and the plumber came and said that it needed to drain as it was ground water and that my sump pump would take care of it. I even got the technicians number(Shaun) that caused the leak in case there was an issue over the weekend. Over the weekend on 10/17 my basement flooded due to an influx of water causing me to come home from work early. I called the tech and he said that he was going to have his supervisor (Shane) contact me to resolve the issue. That never happened the whole weekend. The subsequent flood caused the insulation around my furnace to become water logged. I told them that they needed to replace it and they asked me to get bids and I did. The furnace people came and said that due to the insulation sitting against the metal of the base of the furnace that it began to rust and needed to be replaced. This was forwarded to Pointe. I was then put into contact with Cameron. Cameron expressed confusion about this and after explaining what the furnace tech said that said that they wanted another quote. I obliged and got another quote and the second quote and they stated the same about the base needing to be replaced. Cameron said that he would forward to his supervisor and he would need to come look at the base. He came and looked and said he would speak to his supervisor. He called me a few days later and told me that they are not responsible for it since the plumber told us to wait, that the plumber is responsible and I would need to take him to small claims court to have the plumber pay for it.

From my very first call to Pointe I was greeted with professionalism. ***,our Technican, did a thorough job. Himself, a credit to his employer! Hope we're done with the sugar ants, at least until Spring. I will not hesitate to call Pointe Pest in the future.
Very courteous and professional. They provide a great product. My house was basically built on numerous ant hills. No sign of creepy crawlers of any kind, ever.
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Back in 2018 a door knocker sales men came over and sold us on their service, gave card info at that time and again on the day he was scheduled to spray, was told it would be $120 for a one time spray, the technician was late and not very professional but whatever I needed the job done. I wasnt impressed with their lack of professionalism so going forward I went with a different company. Fast forward to today (2022), I call to schedule another spray with them because my other company was booked super far out Im then informed my account was sent to collections (not once had they contacted me about this) now apparently I owe over $300 to collections!? I asked to speak with a supervisor about this matter and was denied and told to call the collections agency, which I did and had to fork over way more money than I anticipated to get this off my credit report. I am aware that once its with collections there is nothing Pointe can do to reverse it but I still should have been able to speak with a supervisor about this, but was rudely denied. I work with new home buyers and give recommendations on these types of services and can assure you I will be letting all my clients know about this experience and save them from having the same situation.
