Pest control
I made a huge mistake by signing with this company.
I should have paid attention to the criticism of this company through the BBB. During the first visit, the technician took advantage of my helplessness, I was in a wheelchair. He just walked around the house for a couple of minutes and left. days they called me and said that I had to pay for the next visit. I refused, saying that the ants continue to climb into my house and they first, according to the contract, must fix their work.
When the technician came, I complained about the quality and the time spent. The technician got angry, said that he would give evidence to the State Border Service, according to which his car stood at my house for 2 hours. And he left. I did not see him again. There was no apology from the company .They brazenly deceived a paralyzed man. Peaple,BEWARE.
This is fake Business.I will require money back
I have had severe problems with my lawn since this company has been servicing me
I have had severe problems with my lawn since this company has been servicing me. I had sent them many pictures of my yard. March 19 they emailed me that someone would be coming to service me and I sent them an email declearing cancellation of their services on that date. There is no cancellation policy. Email is available. They charged my bank account anyway 53.00 and 35.00. On April 8th they again emailed me they were sending someone out. I already had another lawn business. I emailed then again and reminded them that their services had been cancelled. They again charged my bank account the 53.00 and 35.00. I have asked for refund several times but no response. They sent out a lady at 8:30 without notice for pest control which we needed and I considered restarting that but then they sent me a bill for 73.00. Their services have been cancelled by other member of my community.

Full history/emails attached My dad who is 73 years old entered into a contract with the company for termite assistance involving the house and the garage, invoiced and billed separately. Both paid in full. They then attempted to bill him for another $802. We contacted customer service and a manager at the company and asked for justification for the bill - asking to see a contract that either authorized additional work or recurring payments. The company sent us copies of the original contracts which did not address any additional work or additional money owed. In writing, I again asked for justification or paperwork and for them to mark it paid in full unless they can provide any proof of work or proof of authorization for work. After several months of not responding, they referred the matter to a collection agency. I sent the collection agency a copy of the contracts and a copy of all the emails asking for details as well as proof that he had paid in full. Last week, Turner Pest Control charged my dad's credit card (the way he had made the original payment a year ago) without any authorization or permission. We have contacted the credit card and verified that this was not a recurring payment agreement and a new charge that Turner tried to get away with. The credit card company has opened a dispute. I write to you because I am very concerned with this company's tactics. They tried to bill and collect money that they are not entitled to. They could not justify the bills or show proof that additional work or charges were authorized. They tried to take advantage and threaten my dad a senior citizen, who is not savvy and could not understand why they persisted and insisted he owed money that he did not. They refuse to communicate with us, but continue to try to collect money that they are not entitled to. If my dad did not have family that could stand up to them, they would have succeeded in taking advantage of him and ruining his good credit.
We have used Fahey Pest for 6 years and were extremely happy with their service. In February 2022 I received an email saying that Fahey was sold to Turner Pest Control and all accounts were fully transferred. Since they were acquired service is now being handled by Turner, we have noticed that they are not properly servicing our account, not spraying the perimeter correctly, and completely excluding some services (like mosquito control) that we pay for in our plan. I called Turner on Friday April 1, 2022 and spoke to a customer service rep. They said they would contact a supervisor and have them call me back. It has now been 4 business days and still no callback. I also sent 5 emails and no response. I called customer service again today (4/6/22) and was connected to the same rep as last week. She was able to get a supervisor on the phone, but that person was not able to help in any way - just offered another treatment and apologized, but said that unfortunately things would be different with Turner. I am very unhappy with their customer service and would like a refund of my last 3 payments for services NOT RENDERED!

I have a home located at *** in St. Augustine treated by Turner Pest Control about 3 years ago which treatment would be good for 5 to 7 years. The Termite Bond against damage requires an annual inspection for renewal. Our annual inspection was delayed due to communication breakdown both on the part of Turner and myself. To renew the bond Turner insisted on a complete re-treatment of the property rather than an inspection verification of no termites even though the original treatment was still effective. In addition they charged me extra to rake back our stone mulch. The treatment was applied on top of the stones. Customer service promised sales manager would contact me but he would not return my calls. Customer service would not allow me to escalate my complaint to the company president. They would not refund me for the stone raking charge even though it was not performed.(I provided video proof of this fact from our security camera).
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
On 10/5 *** who is a field inspector came out for an annual inspection, at that time he stated that instead of them coming year and me paying 285.00 I could get a termite treatment for 875.00 which would be for ten yrs. that would be sprayed into the ground close to the house, I was also offered a pest control plan for 35.oo monthly however I am being billed 75.00 monthly. This was totally misrepresented by the salesman and I have called the the office at least 6times since 10/24 trying to speak with a supervisor and also to have my services canceled but as of this day neither has taken place. I need your help getting this issue resolved please.

I have been a customer of Cats Eye pest control which is now Turner Pest control 2+ years
I have been a customer of Cats Eye pest control which is now Turner Pest control 2+ years. When Turner took over is when the billing issues started. My home sold on 7/8 and I called Turner on 6/25 to verify my balance was $0 which they confirmed. In August I received a bill saying I was $189 past due which is three months of service? After reconciling I showed I owe 2 months. I called Turner on 8/6 and gave them all the check numbers and they said they would review and get back with me which they never did. I called again on 8/26, 9/23 and left voice mails because they were too busy to answer the phone. I also wrote them a letter on their customer service web-site but have never received a reply from any. On 9/16 I received a notice of collection? Never a call to respond to any of my calls just a pay me letter or we will take you to court. Out of duress I paid it on 9/17 knowing I over paid by one month / $63, its not the money as much as it is the principle.

I cancelled my service with this company several months ago. I called and wrote about my decision. I was told over the phone that I was unable to severe my business as "the company" decided they would continue the relationship. Not only do they continue to bill me (which I refuse to pay and have been threatened with legal action as a result), but yesterday, I received a notice that they had come to treat my home again! I hired a different service provider more than 2 months ago. I certainly don't want double service.
I have been using tuner pest control for yrs when I call them I pay in full. Recently they did a new service spray with out my authorization the last contract was finished. I was not ready for them to come back out yet and was going to wait till the new yr to call and do a new contract however they decided to spray without my authorization and money . We have used Turner for weed control for over a year
We have used Turner for weed control for over a year. The entire first year the weeds were never better. They only got worse! On their website it stated that if you are not satisfied that they will refund your money. I have requested a refund for the first year of weed control and they have not refunded it. The weed service has been slightly better after complaining for months but still not taking care of the issue. I expect a full refund for the first year and for the weeds to be gone! I'm paying for this service and they are not delivering! I have sent numerous emails and called and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. *** said he would only refund 2 services but never did that either. The 2 service refund is unacceptable because I want a full year minimum. If they don't take care of the weeds in my yard I will request another full year and then cancel service. In addition to this.. On 3 occasions stepped on plants in the flower bed and killed my persimmon tree.

I hired Turner pest control to take care of the pest issues for 4 properties I own in martin county. They collect a one time only fee up front and then charge monthly for the service. I have have called and emailed to cancel my accounts and I am still getting charged. I have been charged 6 TIMES THIS MONTH! I don't even know why they keep charging. I keep calling and they tell me they will call back or refund the charges. This has never happened please help so they don't keep charging me for a service that I have cancelled and are not longer getting.
On July 20th of 2021 I called Turner Pest Control to cancel my service effective immediately. I was assured that my service was cancelled. I just received a bill for service even though I had cancelled the service on July 20th. I contacted this company and after checking with a supervisor I was told that there were no notes to cancel service and since they already came out and sprayed I was liable for the charge. I want my money refunded in the amount of $30. It is not my fault that they did not notate my account properly. Thank you.
In 12 I received a call from an Agent **** who offered to help save me money on termite inspections
In 12 I received a call from an Agent *** who offered to help save me money on termite inspections. The 10 year plan is $1,225 upfront then for the next 10 years schedule annual inspections with no extra costs. I paid $306.25 on 12/23, 01/21/ 2020, 02/21 & 3/23. Received a call to schedule inspection 11 when asked about payment, the agent checked her notes and confirmed no payment due, scheduled inspection for 11/09, $0 due noted in their notes. On 11/09 received email WARRANTY-RESIDENTIAL REPAIR -10 YEAR due $285, which I felt was error. Received again 12/10, so I called to speak with a Manager and was told none available but would call me back, never happened. I called back 12/15 and was told that *** would call me back, never happened. I called 12/21, 01/06 & 01/21. Finally *** sent email for me to call, when I did, not available. Now Creditors are sending letters and I have yet to speak with Manager about $1,225 paid. For What

Service w/Turner lawn started 9 Mar 2021
Service w/Turner lawn started 9 Mar 2021. No weed preemergent was ever applied. I noticed weeds in spring/summer but it wasn't until Aug 2021 I realized how badly weeds had spread. I scheduled a lawn retreatment, the tech came out 23 Aug 2021, spot sprayed a few areas, said he would be back in 3 weeks to reevaluate/continue treatment based on inspection. 9 Sep tech returned, didn't make contact, didn't apply weed treatment, fertilized yard in 5 mins & left. Inspection report didn't mention weeds. I have been pulling weeds twice weekly since Aug 2021 filling a 5 gallon bucket multiple times. I requested the tech come out again to treat for weeds. The tech was scheduled to come 24 Sep but didn't show up at all. I emailed the office and didn't get a reply. I called the office, was told the tech was scheduled 30 Sep but I have an email showing 24 Sep. I requested a supervisor call me but no one did. I called 29 Sep to cancel and was charged another $35 for Oct/Nov before I could cancel.

I began service with Turner Pest Control on 6/18
I began service with Turner Pest Control on 6/18. I was charged more than I was told I would be immediately and it turned out to be miscommunication. *** asked me not to call the office but to reach out to him on his cell phone whenever I needed someone to come to my home. In the last 4 months my spider problem and bug problem has increased. I have reached out multiple times and had someone come out twice in between months because it is so bad. It is a brand new house and we keep our home spotless. I was promised that we would not so much as see a spider on our patios or in our garage let alone in our house after their first visit because they would not even want to track through our yard but like I said, the amount of spiders, random bugs we see have double the amount we had to begin with. I reached out over a week ago for my 4th time to be told he was getting in touch with a manager and supervisor to handle my problem ASAP and I have heard nothing! Not 1 call, email, or text.

I noticed my Dec auto pay charge went up
I noticed my Dec auto pay charge went up. I contacted via email to see if it error or if prices went up. They replied they reserve the right to raise prices etc. Fine. So I decided to go with someone else. I called to cancel. They advised that i had a $60.08 balance. Come to find out I pay in arrears for the service (they spray three times a year). I've had them for about 5 years and never thought about if paying in advance in arrears. My last invoice in account still showed $110. 24 (which broke down to $27.56 a month). They didn't notify me of increase except for the generic email when I inquired or send me an updated invoice. Furthermore they have already performed the service/spray in November. I think it highly unfair and unethical to raise prices after the service done forcing me to pay the rest so that I can cancel the service. I'd like an adjustment so that I'm paying the original price on the invoice. (should be $7.44 as paid 27.56 in Nov and 30.04 Dec). I must've deleted my Nov receipt from my emails but attached Dec receipt and the closing of account receipt.

Signed up for service on 4/22/22, account issues and technician concerns
Initially signed up for service on 4/22/22. Initial service was completed on April 25th, 2022 by a service technician. Paid the company an initial payment of $318.00, which included $160.00 for 4 bait boxes. At the initial service appointment, the technician did not have the bait boxes and promised to return the next day. I specifically requested that bait boxes not be placed near the rear lanai screens to prevent rodent damage. Despite this, the technician placed two bait boxes next to the screens. I have since contacted customer service, the salesperson, and the company to have the bait boxes relocated, but no action has been taken. Additionally, I am finding live bugs in my home just 3 days after the service. I am dissatisfied and request a refund of $318.00, removal of the equipment, and repair of the garage wall where the installation caused damage. I also do not want the same technician to spray my home.

In June , I received an invoice from Turner Pest at my home address for $265
In June , I received an invoice from Turner Pest at my home address for $265. Curious, I called the number on the invoice and asked what it was for. I was told it was for a termite bond on my house. I do not have a termite bond on my house with Turner, I use another provider. The next month, I again received an invoice, called again and was told the same thing. Eventually, we clarified that the termite bond was for our detached garage. I asked that an invoice be sent clarifying that, and was told it would be sent. Over the course of the last 6 months, I have been told - at different times - that I would receive a proper invoice (I never have), I would receive a statement of my account (I never have) and that my account balance was $0, and I would be sent a statement to that affect. That, too, of course was a lie. Finally after calling EVERY MONTH I received a threatening letter stating "Due to the delinquency and numerous unsuccessful attempts at establishing contact with you we are forced to pursue additional collection actions." This is a fraudulent statement. I paid the $265 extortion over the phone to avert this threat. On the call, I insisted that I be sent a statement of my account, and was told "WE DON'T USUALLY DO THAT". I was able to get a disjointed email from the customer service representative stating that the balance was zero. After 6 months, I have yet to receive a valid invoice. I have yet to receive a statement of my account. I have consistently been lied to when speaking - every single month - with their customer support personnel. I have paid $265 to Turner avert their threats.

In October I contacted Turner Pest Control to advise them that my front lawn had patches of dead grass
In October I contacted Turner Pest Control to advise them that my front lawn had patches of dead grass. I wanted to know how this could happen if they were properly treating my grass. I also advised them that I had previously made calls to inform them that I witnessed the technician not properly treating my lawn. I saw him check his treatment supply and clearly saw that it was almost empty and he proceeded to pretend like he was treating the grass. Once he walked across the lawn a couple times, he returned to his vehicle, refilled his containers and drove off. The second time in witnessed him doing this, he was on the phone the entire time and did not fully treat my back yard. Weeds continue to grow in that corner. On October 15th , after I placed another call to Turner Pest Control, I received a call back from manager who advised that he would come by and inspect my lawn. After the inspection, he advise that I had a chinch bug infestation. My question to him was, how could that be when you all have been treating my lawn and why didn't the technician notice this problem before it got so bad? I reminded him that I had previously placed call to advise that my lawn was not being properly treated. He simply said, "maybe he misdiagnosed the problem." So he's a lawn tech and doesn't know what a chinch bug infestation looks like? The manager advised that he would send someone out to treat the lawn and that they will probably have to replace the sod. Since this conversation, the area manager has changed. I have been in contact with the new manager since March 2nd and still have not gotten this issue resolved. She continues to give me the runaround about replacing my sod. She says they are have issues getting it done due to the pandemic. I placed a call to the manager on 4/21 and still have not received a response. I will be contacting my local news station today.
