The kid who came to the house was very friendly but screwed us over. First, he shared the video of the rats in our attic with our neighbor. And then he promised that if we sign up we could cancel any time, but when we wanted to cancel he didn't answer the phone and the company refused and charged a penalty. We started paying the penalty every month but they still sent me to collections!

File a formal complaint with the consumer protection agency in your state and the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and violation of personal information. Dispute this collections entry with each credit bureau. Talk to an attorney about the video that was shared or emailed, which may involve contract fraud. No more payments until we agree on how to resolve it.
