Thank you Brady from PureDefense Pest Solutions. I found a snake skin in my basement and they sent the expert! Brady was very thorough and knowledgeable on this issue. He provided lots of good info to help explain their habits and addressed all my concerns. Brady also did a full interior and exterior inspection including the attic. I will be using PestDefense if I ever have any further issues.

Brady came out to my home today and performed his duties, wonderfully. He was able to provide education on what different types of pest there are as well as informing me that there isn't anything that I am doing wrong to cause this. Brady was able to put my mind at ease and I'm looking forward to the other professionals in the office to come out and spray my newly built home. Thank you again:)

Not only did he do a thorough inspection on my home, but he also traveled beyond his work service range and gave me a very reasonable quote. Our experience with PureDefense has been always a positive one. We call for service and they always show up and do the job well. Recently, we got new patio furniture and for some reason flies were all over the cushions. Ugh! But I called and got some simple but effective advice from Shan of PureDefense and now the flies problem is no longer an issue. We've seen how effective their products are and wouldn't change that!

The PureDefense technician came out to inspect the flying and gray squirrel issue in our attic and dormer areas. He did a wonderful job of taking pictures and showing me the work they will do in order to prevent any more intrusions into our home. He was very professional, thorough, and informative during his inspection. He provided us with a military discount and a great quote too. I will recommend their services any time!

Can't say enough about Pure Defense and their staff. Always very professional and friendly. Nicholas went above and beyond today. We called in to have a wasp nest removed. He did that and then walked the entire back yard looking for ant hills. We very much appreciate this especially having 3 small fur babies that frequent the yard. This isn't the first time that they have gone above and beyond so this review is well over due.

Called PureDefense as we were seeing some ants' activity around the house. Alim came to service our house. He respected our request and wore shoe covers inside our home, was patient and explained how the treatment works. He looked for the ant colony and applied the treatment there. He also applied the treatment inside and around the house. He was patient and thorough with his work. I am giving 5 stars because of his work today.

Pure Defense technician Brady Smith was very knowledgeable as well as educational to my problem. His mannerism was very professional and appreciated. I recommend Pure Defense for all of your pest control needs both residential and commercial. As an ex-director for Walt Disney World, I truly understand outstanding customer service which I received with Brady. Hats off to Pure Defense for recruiting such an asset to their organization.

We used PureDefense Pest Solutions when we had a rodent problem and they were great! Their technician, John Smith, was fantastic. He answered all my many questions and showed me everything he was doing and why. He came back over right away when I thought the rodents were back a couple of months later. However, I was wrong, they weren't back, but John was there the next day after I called him. He thoroughly checked everything out and totally set my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend PureDefense Pest Solutions. I am so satisfied with their work and work ethic.

On 9/30, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brady Vincent who came to investigate holes in the front yard of my home. Mr. Vincent was very professional, very informative, and very customer friendly. During the time spent in and out of the home, he ensured that I was aware of the different pests, different rodents, and different issues surrounding the home; specifically in Georgia. Mr. Vincent is a great representation of the company. Furthermore, he was very respectful of my home; wearing the footies/shoe covers when asked.

Brady Johnson, came out not only once but twice, answered numerous calls and texts from this rodent petrified lady and educated me on everything that needed to be done to solve my rodent issues. He also took the time to follow up with my neighbors to get them on board as I am in a townhome and have shared access points. I'm so pleased that Brady was the one that is helping me get through this. He is definitely only a call or text away at all times during the process. Thank you, Brady! Have been satisfied with the treatments received as we haven't had any critters of any kind get in the house. I do question there billing. Had service on March 7th. Invoices say payment due in 30 days. A week later I received a text message that my recent service was due. (I actually paid for the March 7th visit on March 12th.) Today March 26th a received a paper statement in the mail saying I still owed for the March 7th date. Unable to talk to a live person, and leaving vm doesn't result in a call back. Considering moving to someone else that has some idea of how to I'll properly.

I moved in to a new home in September and wanted to setup pest, termite for my home. But i started seeing a few mice in the house and wanted to get to the bottom of how they made it. Called PureDefense and setup an inspection appointment. [Technician's Name] showed up for the inspection. He was a perfect brand ambassador for the company and demonstrated absolute expertise and professionalism throughout. He was very through with his work and his investigation and findings were spot on. I strongly recommend these guys. I still don't have experience using their recurring service and will post another review after the first few service visits.

Brady PureDefense Pest Solutions... Simply ask for him and your problems will be addressed. I cannot brag enough on this employee. Has been by far THE BEST, most thorough, informative, and effective exterminator I've seen or dealt with and I've had many issues in the past. Wasted a lot of money with other reps and companies. Brady is the one stop shop and Will stand by his work. Now our 2nd time needing him and I refuse to use another rep. I Will always call him direct for any issues that arise. Treats the home as if it were his own! Exceptional. And in today's world, this is rare. I really hope they're treating him well, because he can name his price and go wherever he'd like. Surprised he hasn't started a competing business.

I have been a customer of PureDefense Pest Solutions for about a year now- having switched from one of the "larger" national companies- it rhymes with Terminix. I was tired of overpaying for marginal service, at best- so when My neighbor told me to give PureDefense a try, I did.

One thing that has struck me from my first service through the present is the way my account is handled. Every interaction I have had feels like they care about me and what's happening on my property. I had to call them back since I saw an uptick in activity when construction on a home next door started a about 2 months ago. They were prompt, professional and attentive. They ask me questions and have yet to treat me like I am just another account. I don't usually review services (actually what brought me here was to leave a bad review for a local restaurant) but I decided to take a second to review PureDefense Pest Solutions since they just pulled up to do my scheduled service today. So thank you for the professionalism, courtesy and kindness in every interaction. I truly appreciate all that you do!
