malware
I spend all day trying to get rid of Bing add-on to my Firefox that sneaked in with other download. The program was imbedded and hidden. It was impossible to remove without help. It is shameful that a legitimate company engages in such practice that is no different from the malware and virus that are put out by criminals. Shame! Shame! Shame! I hope your company fails miserably.
lost of bing credits
Everyone be forewarned: If you are participating in Microsoft's Bing Rewards, cash in your credits as soon as you have enough or you will risk losing your credits.
Bing is BAD! I used it and accumulated 289 points but Microsoft Bing turned off Bing Rewards and I lost all 289 points.
I was saving the points for an Amazon gift card at 475 points. I logged on last night to do the searches and found out that Microsoft turned off Bing Rewards, effectively cancelling credits I accumulated thus far.
This happened once before. At that time, after 4-5 emails with Microsoft's Bing Rewards team, I gave up. Their people gave me the standard line, i.e. you should continue to do searches. Microsoft Bing did not recognize the credits I accumulated. So I tried Bing Rewards again. However, this time around, I will not be a fool again with Microsoft Bing. After Microsoft Bing turned off Bing Rewards and I lost all accumulated points thus far, I will not do it again. Microsoft Bing took advantage of us and wasted our time.

I am certain I do the homepage quiz every day. But so many times when I check in a following day, I receive a message that I missed a day!? Strange.
I have submitted two orders for a $ 5.00 amazon gift cert, twice, for 475 points each. the points have been removed from my account, but I never
Received the confirmation emails as usual... I don't know what iswrong, but
I now neither have the certs or my points. i'd like an account of what is
Happening, and either my points restored, or my already requested two
$ 5.00 amazon gift cards, please
I Too, have just been a victim of the "Search & Snatch". I had been a member of Bing Rewards for almost 1 year now. And as of August 10, 2015 I've been "revoked".. for a reason I have yet to understand. I am NOT a bot, yet customer service keeps sending me this repeated "general' page speaking of such things.. the page of rules. What I did have happen was at the end of June My chrome crashed.. By July 3rd I'd had it repaired. Parts replaced and had to download chrome browser again. THIS has caused issues not only with Bing, but Yahoo, Facebook, Swag bucks, etc. But Bing is the only one that has cut me off. I too was days away from another cash out. I was @ 320, 155 more to go. I've notified customer service repeatedly for over 1 week now, with nothing positive to go on. I relied on Bing rewards, and have NEVER had any problems with them or anyone for that matter, until my computer crashed. I find what has happened to me, something quite common. And it's Wrong. I am looking at it as though, we are a type of employee (kinda). We search through their site, which they get paid MUCH MORE than they reward us, they in turn reward us with Pennies Per search, which when accumulated can be traded in for e-cards, vouchers, credit (amazon), or cash (pay pal).. when we are cut off, for some "unbelievable" reason and our points taken away from us.. it's like we provided the work, only to NOT GET PAID! I see that as illegal Practices. (Yes, I am aware they have rules. BUT so does the USA, and any business within it's realm has to abide by those rules/laws FIRST! So, Maybe my words are wrong, but my point is Spot on.)
bing rewards
I have a complaint about Bing rewards, I was up to 60 points and all of a sudden I am down t 25 points. I didn't reclaim any or spend any. I was on m way to silver ad now I have to almost start again. I understand I didn't loose all of my points but, I was doing
good for only two weeks.
So where oh where did my little points go, or did they just go.

innacurate translation
Uniti per meredith - uniti per raffaele.in nome della giustizia una sola verita - raffaele sollecito innocente when this phrase in italian is placed in the bing translator, the last word "innocente", instead of being translated to the correct word of innocent is being translated to it's opposite of "guilty". This is a very devisive case concerning amanda knox and her former boyfriend raffaele sollecito. Today there was a rally of support in his hometown in italy. The preceding words in italian were written on a poster to give him encouragement. It was very disconcerting to say the least to have bing's translation change the word innocent to guilty. This seems beyond accidental and it needs to be rectified immedietly.

Through the search engine 'Bing, .com' I was looking for farm animal photos for a toddler. Amongst the ducks and cows and horses there is a full on p photo that shows 'girls doing farm animals' .
I am not even sure if I am complaining to the right people but please can you help me to remove this filth entirely or at least off the cute farm animal photos. Thankyou for any help you can provide.
Cheers Jenn.
I am not even sure this is where I should send my complaint. I am just hoping for some help and I guess my attitude to 'Complaint' will depend on if I get a reply. Thanks.
private adress listing
Bing has listed our private address on their site.
After numerous emails and automated responses that have lasted over a month, they still have not changed our information.
We are an online business so confidentiality of our warehouse is a necessity. We are having customers show up at our private warehouse which is not okay. We have a retail location where our customers may go. They are showing us they do not respect small businesses or our privacy.
Bing has not provided adequate customer service or solutions to help us. They have altogether stopped responding to our emails and never attempted to provide telephone support.
We have followed all directions they have provided and still are screwed.
Bing is a fail project.

scam
I ordered a camera on dec. 25 through bing, and when I asked about the cashback, was sent to abt, who sent me back to bing. After a large number of emails, microsoft basically said that when I clicked on the link I went out of microsoft so there was no cashback and I had to get it from the merchant. By this time, I was pissed enough that I told abt if there was no cashback, I was going to refuse shipment. Abt promised cashback and asked me to wait 60 days (The time limit of filing credit card chargeback). Ok, 60 days have passed. Abt says go to microsoft. Microsoft has me send them copies of the letters, then tells me instead of the rebate I was promised, I get $18. Talk about a rip off. I should have just returned the camera. It is fraudulent and deceptive that microsoft first claimed there was no rebate and I had to go to the merchant, but now says its only 2%.

cash back is a fraud
I have made several purchases going through bing, and have not received cashback for most of them (only ones are from ebay). Numerous times I have attempted to report a complaint with, each going unresolved. Each complaint illicited a pre-written robotic response. There seems to be a lack of a human working at bing. They do not address any of the questions you ask them, nor do any of their instructions lead to any resolutions. whoever is in charge of online fraud needs to urgently take action and shut down this site. Please do not allow bing to continue making false promises to customers who use their site thinking they will receive cash back for using bing

So annoying to click on an article to read, and that there is a plethora of sources reporting the same story. Overkill to say the least. Can't you trim it down?
There was a special news feed that popped up about President Trump. When I clocked on it, it sent to a mechanical voice with red warnings of computer problems. I did a quick restart and a McAfee scan.
YOU FOLKS NEED TO CHECK WHAT IS IN THE FEED PAGE YOU ARE SENDING OUT
I made a complaint to Tripadvisor regarding a fake review and they took it down . I stumbled across it on the Bing Browser and noticed the review was still there . Can you please remove it, as it is FAKE. Thankyou

Hello Bing
This website using spam work and spam content please delete this website on bing. this site is using bad content and back link is very poor.
Bing, is hacking my computer, every time that I am trying to use Google to search, Bing is hacking my computer forcing me against my will to use their services.
Every time I open bing to search it puts the Microsoft conditions of service and cookie notice right over the button for accessing history etc.
There are times I wish to check my history but cannot open the Dropbox to do this
Please will you stop it from doing this every time.
Thanks
Top search result is a fraud on Bing I searched Bing for Chase Bank log on and the top result that came up is a fraud. How does Bing let something like this happen?
They should have procedures that prevent this from happening. I will Use Google from now on.
See the picture I have attached of the search results that Bing brought back.
when I'm looking for facts it pulls up something totally general and keeps leading me to the same sites its so... its like a child that keeps repeating a broken record if you will I certainly like the search engine but it is not very effective at doing any thing
Bing is bad news all around. Their pop-up advertising interferes with my web browsing, and I have taken Bing off my list of favorites. I wouldn't use it, and would encourage everyone else to avoid Bing, until they stop this annoying practice.
Its one thing when you freely choose to use a search engine like Bing or Google, but when they force themselves on you, it makes you want to stay away.
This business practice will soon lead to the demise of Bing.
cashback misleading and cheating
Every time I used bing to shop, I received bing's letter named "You've earned cashback from Bing", which was totally mislead. You should tell me whether the cashback really works or not "immidiately", not "pending" 2 months and say "It is cancelled", then I "have no chance to return the product". This letter and current bing is totally cheat and fraud. This should not be done by a respectable big company ---Microsoft! eval.
I will report this to certain government department. You need not blur your brand "Microsoft" by only a few dollars.
My cashback for shopping in Hp.com was canselled several days ago. I argued but unsuccessful.
It is because your website and hp.com let me believe that I can get this cash back so that I made a decision to buy.
Currently all my cashback is pending. Please tell me the result immediately so that I can still return. For the items I cannot return, please give me cashback, as you said "You've earned cashback from Bing"

I have checked items in settings and find them ignored, more than once.
Columbus is stated that he is a Spanish explorer on the today in history section.
Bing is a fraud and only through forums such as this will their bad business practices be exposed. Here are my facts:
1) Home Depot is a featured merchant
2) The advertised cashback is 10%
3) I have made a valid purchase for the same exact items on 6/26/10 & 6/27/10 and the following occurred:
1st. time - Only got 5% cashback, so I cancelled the order.
2nd. time - No cashback posted to my account at all.
I have filed a service complant and provided the documentation requested to resolve the issue. Home Depot blames it on Bing - Bing blames it on Home Depot. This is so blatantly wrong and unconscionable that it should be illegal and Bing/Home Depot should be held financially responsible for the time I have spent trying to acquire what is rightfully mine. Thanks for reading, Brian.
Sounds like I'm not missing much by not being allowed to sign up. The sign up page tells me my Farm Road is a PO Box and therefore unacceptable, this is the ONLY place I've come across so far that won't accept my address
I am having problems getting my cashback as well. Wrote to them several times. Each time they ask me to send a screenshot of my order, which I do. Days later I get an email saying they can't open it and to resend. They are a Microsoft company and can't open a .pdf file? Very disappointing. I wonder how many other people are having this problem.
bing is crap,
6 days after purchase, multiple email sent to them they have not responded and credited my cashback

YES! I agree 100%. I'm so exhausted with Bing being interjected into each of the Microsoft Windows updates. I find a way to delete it out of my computers and because we no longer seem to be able to stop updates for Windows, Microsoft continues to try and force it back into our computers in various ways the next update. Why isn't the government getting involved in this? Each month (it seems) my computer forcefully adds updates and the Windows menu has cut out the continued updates. Now, maybe they ARE also imbedding it in other downloads we do, but it sure seems to be with the Windows updates for me. We all should be sending our government officials in WA DC demands to stop their deceptive practices and slap them with a heavy, heavy fine for interrupting our business and personal lives!
You will need to go to your control panel and remove Firefox from your computer. This is for Windows but may be the same for the Apple computers as well. Then reinstall Firefox. Check that Bing is not a separate in stall I the control panel, you may be able to remove it. and there may be an option to choose a default search engine in Firefox itself.. I have Bing, it is the default search engine for Internet Explorer and find it to be very reliable. The option for it is offered during the install process for Firefox as a search provider, you need to read each page as you go and unclick it. Personally I do not like Google, although it is popular. I think you will still need to choose a default search provider, you will need to deal with that yourself. Hope this helps.
