I hired Bio-Green Irrigation in August to take care of my lawn. They were supposed to do a complete yard renovation, but now, in September , my yard looks like a disaster. I spent around $5,600 on their services, but it was all a waste. Another company came in and said that Bio-Green had used too much fertilizer and caused fungus to grow, which killed my yard. I tried to get Bio-Green's upper management to come out and inspect, but they ignored me. They even said it was my fault! I'm so angry that I plan to file a claim against them in Fairfax County Small Claims court. I want to recover the cost of fixing my yard, which I'm still waiting for from the new company I hired. They do our lawn and it was always good but this year it was bad. We told them and they said wait 2 weeks but we said no we need someone now. They sent us a survey and we said keep it private. Dave S called and was mad about the survey. We told him we need someone to look at the lawn and he did when he came back from vacation. He didn't say anything about what was wrong or how to fix it. We asked for a refund but Dave and Steve S said no.

I paid Bio Green to turn off and on my sprinkler system for $200. If I paid for one service, it would cost $125. I've had this system for 14 years and the cost is always the same. I told Amanda I didn't want it turned on and was promised a $75 refund in 30 days. I didn't get the refund and called twice, but no one answered. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but they haven't contacted Bio Green yet.

I had Bio Green Outdoor Services put in an irrigation system a few years back. They suggested I get a lawn emitter put in on the side of my house where the sump pump is. I agreed, even though I never had a problem with a soggy lawn before. After the install, that side of my yard was always swampy. Bio Green sent people out a few times to check for leaks or damage, but it didn't help. They eventually said the emitter needed to be moved, which cost me more money. But that didn't fix the problem either. In March, they came out again and said the emitter was clogged with dirt and weeds because it was too deep in the ground. They cleaned it and put it back, but it's worse now. I had a bad text exchange with them and I'm not happy. They want me to keep paying, but they haven't fixed it. I paid the $110 they charged in March, but I'm not sure they can fix it. I don't want to talk to them anymore. I'll give them one more chance to fix it, but if they can't, they should pay for another company to do it. When it's fixed, I'll close the complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com.
