Mixed Experiences with Birddogs
As someone who appreciates comfortable and stylish clothing, I recently explored Birddogs for their unique offerings. However, my experience was a mix of highs and lows. While the products were comfortable and had a good fit, the overall quality left much to be desired. The fabric felt cheap, and after a few wears, signs of wear and tear started to show. Additionally, the shipping process was disappointing, with delays and lack of clear communication. Customer service was unresponsive and failed to address concerns promptly. Despite the initial excitement, the overall experience with Birddogs fell short of expectations. If you value both quality and service, it might be worth exploring other options in the market.
Terrible Customer Service
I understand part of their marketing is frat guy / non PC but when they mess up an order you'd think they'd break character for a second to help make it right.
I love their shorts. The quality, comfort, and durability are on par with LuLuLemon. So no complaints there.
But they sent me two products in the wrong size. I messaged them and their response was basically "ya sorry". Since my products were part of a promotion they said there's nothing they can do about it on my first email and never responded after that. I'm so torn because this company has such potential. But I won't be ordering from them again simply because they could care less about their customers.
Good ideas bad execution
I originally ordered some joggers which took over a month to get to me. They finally got to me and the sizing was completely off. I ordered a medium which in every other clothing brand fits me perfectly, I could barely pull these up they were so tight. So instead of waiting a long time to get a replacement I ordered the Stephen Jobs pants as replacements. The sizing and proportions are completely off with these as well. Waist is super tight despite me being a 32-33 and the legs are baggy even though I have pretty thick legs from lifting. The material is also always wrinkly, I'd have to iron them if I wanted them to look fresh. Essentially they are nothing like advertised. Great marketing, poor product.

Product great but declining
I have ordered from this company countless times. My shorts wardrobe is almost entirely birddog shorts. I recently started ordering their pants. The first 2 pairs I got were amazing but my thurd pair i recently ordered was terrible. The quality was different looked cheaper didnt fit well. They have absolutely started to cut costs and change the quality which was the main reason I liked them in the first place. It seems like in order to meet demand they are starting to take short cuts. To top it off the customer service is awful. The orders take awhile there are complaints of people not getting their orders or money back. This is an example of a great product but a terrible business. I am disappointed and saddened because while the product is great the company is not. Ordering may not be worth the gamble of not knowing what you are gonna get.
So comfortable and well made
I bought one pair and love them so much, I'm buying another pair. I don't know why people are complaining about the price. If they're too expensive for you, don't order them. You knew the price before you ordered. Not rocket science.
These shorts are extremely comfortable, sturdy, and look great with a T or a polo.
Next level comfortable!
I typically don't have lined shorts or pants so when I tried Birddogs, I wasn't sure how I would feel about them. They obviously made the liner a priority as both my shorts and pants are probably the most comfortable in my closet! I pretty much wear them every day now and will pick up some more shorts for the summer!
Surprised by negative reviews
I have purchased 2 pairs of Birddog shorts for my husband (once at Christmas and again in May) who has a very muscular body type. Never had any issues with the fit and my husband absolutely LOVES them. Ordered one pair of athletic shorts and one pair of khaki shorts. He even said he would only be ordering Birddogs from now on. I did send emails to the company both times I ordered. I had questions with each one and received responses within 24 hours. Shocked by the highly negative reviews. We have never had anything by positive experiences with the company.
Birddogs Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Orders
Yo, I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with Birddogs. I mean, I ordered two shorts and a pair of pants over a month ago, and while I did get the shorts, the pants never showed up. And when I hit up their customer service rep, Drew, it was like talking to a brick wall.
First off, he was all like, "I wish I had a solid ETA for you man! We are trying to get them out by the end of the next two weeks!" But that was like on April 8th, and here it is May, and still no pants. And then he starts talking about how busy they are and how he's overestimating things and blah blah blah. Like, dude, just give me a straight answer.
Then when I followed up, Drew was all confused about what's going on with my order and even admitted he don't understand their own marketing. What kind of customer service is that? Honestly, it's just a mess.
I do like the shorts I got, don't get me wrong. But if this is the kind of headache you gotta deal with when you order from Birddogs, I don't think it's worth it. So save yourself the trouble and steer clear of these guys.
Beware of Birddogs: Unprofessionalism and Lack of Communication with Orders
I recently made a purchase on Birddogs website and just like many other reviewers, I faced some issues with my order. I ordered two pairs of shorts in the beginning of April and the first pair arrived and they're nice. However, the second pair was supposed to ship on May 1st, but it never did. After waiting for a few weeks, I grew restless and decided to send an email inquiring about my order status, but was met with silence.
I sent another email about a week after the first email, this time a bit more sternly-worded, but still received no response. It was only after another month went by and I sent two more emails that I finally received a response. However, the email I received was very unprofessional and simply stated that I needed to include my order number for help. Which was quite frustrating, considering that I had already included my order number in both the subject and body of my emails, along with pictures to help clarify my query.
In June, nearly two months after I had placed my order, I had still not received a response from Birddogs. At this point, I tried to request a refund through PayPal and only then did I receive a shipping notification, which stated that a label had been made and a tracking email was on its way. However, when I followed up with the United States Postal Service (USPS), as the delivery service being used, they said that they had not yet received anything to be shipped.
This experience has been nothing short of awful and has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would highly advise against purchasing from Birddogs given the lack of communication and professionalism.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication: My Experience with Birddogs
Seven days ago, I ordered the Uncle Bucks from Birddogs, hoping to receive them quickly to supplement my wardrobe. Sadly, during that time, I did not hear anything about the shipping update from the company. It was frustrating! After long hours of waiting for a reply, I started a chat on their website. However, it took an hour to receive a single feedback, and it explained that the Uncle Bucks were mistakenly listed on the website early, as they were a "pre-order."
Honestly, this must be a big mistake since they debuted on the Birddogs website at least a week or two before I placed my order. No proactive communication was initiated to let me know about this issue. And after multiple attempts to get a different item and hearing nothing back from their chat service, I was left with no other option than to cancel the order.
In summary, I placed an order for a product that the company did not have inventory available even though it was already listed on the website. It took seven complete days for me to hear any news regarding the shipping status. And when I asked about it, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes to get a single response from their customer care service. As a result, I ended up canceling my order.
My recommendation is that you should think twice before purchasing anything from this company. The lack of prompt customer support and communication is appalling, and it could lead to a frustrating experience. I'd advise that you find another company with better customer service to avoid the disappointment that I had to endure.
Disappointing experience with Birddogs: Out-of-stock items, thread issues, unhelpful customer service, and no available swaps
So I ordered a couple of shorts from Birddogs in June and paid for next day shipping. But let me tell you, it was no bueno. One of the shorts that showed in stock was actually out of stock and the other one didn't ship next day, or the day after. When the shorts finally arrived, they already had some thread issues, where the stitches were coming undone! I mean, come on, how does that happen? I decide to contact customer service and let them know the issues I'm having. But instead of helping me out, they give me some rude response with no intention of solving any of my problems. And the cherry on top? "Don't hate me, Matt" was the sign off. Seriously? I'm starting to regret doing business with these guys.
I figured the best option was to return the shorts and get them swapped out. But guess what? They were out of stock. And to make matters worse, they sent me an email telling me to respond to get the issue resolved. How does that help me when they don't have any shorts available? It was frustrating to say the least. I waited five whole days for a response, and guess who it was? Yup, Matt again. And what does he say? "We've received your message but holy heck it's summer and summer means we are slammed! To help tackle any and all customer support requests though, we've just unrolled a brand new FAQ page." Are you kidding me? I was hoping for some actual help, not a canned response.
Overall, my experience with Birddogs has been less than satisfactory. The shorts I received had issues from the get-go, and their customer service was not helpful at all. I don't think I'll be doing business with them again.
Birddogs Review: Great Shorts, Poor Customer Service - A Mixed Experience
Yo, so I gotta give my two cents on Birddogs. I copped two pairs of shorts for my mans on 8/12/2020, and I was cool with waiting longer than usual cuz of COVID and all that. About 10 days later, I got a little package from them, but only one pair of shorts was in it! I was like, yo, maybe they're shipping separately, so I emailed 'em on 8/27/2020. They hit me back with an automatic reply sayin' they'd get back to me in a few days, but it's now 9/10/2020 and I still ain't heard a peep from 'em! Like, do they even have a customer service team or what?!
But don't get me wrong, I'm giving 'em two hunnid stars instead of just one because my boyfreakinfriend is in love with the shorts we did get. He says they're mad comfy and everything. But he doesn't gotta deal with their customer service, 'cause that's the reason why we ain't got the second pair yet. So honestly, if you ain't gotta deal with their customer service, maybe you'll be good with their clothes or whatever.
Terrible Experience with Birddogs: No Shorts, No Communication, No Customer Service!
Yo, listen up folks! I ain't one to complain, but let me tell you, I had a terrible experience with Birddogs. You see, I stumbled upon an ad for their shorts on good old Facebook and I thought, why not get a pair for my man? Can't go wrong with some comfy shorts, right? So, I placed the order on July 26th and the site showed that the shorts would get shipped on the 27th. Just a few days later, my excitement was going downhill cause I didn't get any shipping updates. Boy, was my excitement short-lived!
Two weeks went by and still no shorts! I checked the status, which now said that the shorts would be shipped on August 19th. Dang, what in tarnation! I figured they were backed up and that ultimately everything would be okay.
August has come and gone, still no shorts or any updates. I tried using their live customer service chat, but no body responded! Several times, I attempted to contact them but with no luck. I was flabbergasted! No help, no answers, nothing! I finally resorted to sending an email to their customer support. It's been September, and there has been no correspondence from anyone at their company. My patience was tested! I'm now convinced that I'll never get that darn pair of shorts, and I disputed the charge. I don't want any part of this loop-de-loop! I ain't ever going back to that place again!
To sum it up, my experience with Birddogs was terrible. If they are even a legit company, they need to get their act straight. The shorts are not worth all of this hullabaloo. It's preposterous and ridiculous!
My Disappointing Experience with Birddogs: Subpar Quality and Non-Existent Customer Service
I had a pretty negative experience with Birddogs (birddogs.com). I ordered a couple of pants in March, and I only received one pair of pants after a week. The quality of the pants was subpar, as one of the pockets at the bottom was missing sewing or stitching, making it almost unusable.
I attempted to contact their customer service through the chat function on their website, but it seemed like I was talking to an automated robot as no agent responded to my inquiries. I waited for a week and decided to send an email in April, but I still didn't receive any response from them. I felt frustrated and left in the dark about my order's status.
Then, I received a generic email by the end of April, stating that there were some delays in shipping pants and that they were going to be shipped by May 1. I waited until May 1, thinking they would finally send my second pair of pants. But, I didn't receive any updates or shipping confirmation email from them. I waited for a couple of weeks again in case there was a delay and emailed them repeatedly, but I still didn't receive any response from them.
To be honest, I started to feel annoyed and thought that they may have gone out of business or that their warehouse is shut down because of COVID-19. I have worked in retail before, and I know how communication with customers is vital, especially in these trying times. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for two months, but the lack of response or updates made me feel that I may be out of $200.
Overall, my experience with Birddogs was disappointing. The quality of their pants was low, and their customer service was non-existent. I wouldn't order from them again, and I advise you to look for a more reliable source when it comes to ordering clothes.
Birddogs Review: Great Shorts, Terrible Customer Service & Shipping
So, here's my take on Birddogs. I've bought quite a few pairs of shorts and pants from them - around 8 shorts and 2 pairs of pants. The shorts are all pretty great, and it's honestly a shame that the sizing is all over the place. It seems like some colors just run bigger or smaller than others. The one pair that never let me down, though, are the "Knight Riders" shorts. I've held onto those while all the others ended up being thrown away or given away.
Now, let's talk about the company itself. Do not expect your order to arrive within the promised time window - it almost certainly won't. They're really bad at shipping things out quickly. And when they do have products on backorder, they don't always communicate that very well. But perhaps the worst thing about Birddogs is their customer service. They're downright terrible. When I bought a pair of pants from them, they didn't even arrive until 3 months after I'd placed my order. And when I finally got them, the fit just wasn't quite right. Fine, no big deal - I submitted a return request online and they sent me a return shipping label. But after I sent the pants back, I heard nothing. No refund. So I followed up with the company, only to be told that it was too late - I'd missed the return window. But why give me a return shipping label, then?! When I asked that question, they just went radio silent. Eventually, they refused to send me the pants back, and gave me the runaround about keeping my $100. Frankly, it was a complete nightmare.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend Birddogs to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that actually treats its customers well - like Chubbies or Lululemon. These guys just aren't worth it.
Birddogs Review: Great Pants, Terrible Customer Service, Buyer Beware
I gotta tell ya, these cats over at Birddogs are some real characters. I was flippin' through Facebook, as ya do, and came across this ad for pants with liners. Genius, I thought, especially since I'm cooped up in my crib for who knows how long. Their website got me chucklin', might not be everyone's cup o' tea, but it was right up my alley. I love supportin' small businesses with cool products and was hopin' for a good experience.
But let me set ya straight, every single review ya seen about shippin' and customer service issues with Birddogs is the real deal. 100% true, my friend. When I put in my order 'bout 60 days back, there wasn't nothin' on their site 'bout delays. If I knew that, I woulda held off. The whole dang reason I bought these pants was to wear 'em in lockdown while I'm watchin' Zoom calls all day.
After a month with no updates, I shot off an email which came back with some snide comment 'bout me being "lucky". Yeah, lucky to give these folks my hard-earned scratch. Same as others, my pants were supposed to ship May1. Did I hear a peep? Nah, had to chase 'em down and found out my order got pushed back to August! Dude said if I wanted a refund and tried to order again when stock was better, I'd get "put in the back of the line". What kinda foolishness is that? These Birddogs always sellin' out, like they got the secret to immortality in the dang pants liners.
Ya know what, I bet these guys have a supply chain nightmare right now. Maybe the pants they put the liners in are comin' from a sweatshop in Asia that's gettin' crushed by COVID. Either way, they's got no control over the situation. What really grinds my gears is how they try to spin it, makin' it sound like us customers out here should be grateful for the opportunity to buy from 'em. Fake news, my friend.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm sure the pants are great. Some reviews out there say they're the cat's pajamas, but some folks during the pandemic time ain't seen their orders fulfilled. I appreciate the humor they bring, but it don't carry over to their customer service. Listen, if you're lookin' to give a company an interest-free loan with your money during the worst economic crisis in history, go ahead and place your order with these fellas. They'll be happy to take your money, no doubt. But as for me, I'm sendin' one last email to get my refund and then I'm callin' these jokers out for fraud.
Birddogs Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unprofessionalism
So, I had a pretty terrible experience with Birddogs. I had to send numerous emails just to get a complete refund, which should have been done in the first place! It really makes me wonder if the company is run by professionals or just spoiled brats who have never worked a day in their lives.
Customer service is so important for any company, but Birddogs seems to lack this completely. Instead, I was insulted and abused by the staff. For example, Matt told me that my credit card was flagged as stolen (it was not), and the company never sent me an email even though they had my email address. They claimed my address was wrong, then said I ordered wrong, and then my credit card was flagged. When I called my credit card and bank to inquire about this, they both said that everything was fine and that the transaction was included. It's frustrating to be blamed by Birddogs for something that wasn't my fault.
First, they claimed they didn't have my address, but you can't order anything without one. Then, they said my credit card wasn't working, but they took my money right away. They accused me of ordering wrong but didn't even get in touch with me. They just took my money and blamed me for their problems. I was actually in tears over all of this for nothing! It's unacceptable for a company to treat customers this way.
Matt said I ordered wrong, but how can you order wrong when the company doesn't get in touch with you? Instead of apologizing, they just blamed me for their own lack of experience. Their customer service is terrible and made me cry over nothing. They kept changing their story about where my order was, and it was just a huge mess.
They took my money on July 11th, 2018 and I still hadn't heard anything by July 18th. I had to use the client chat to inquire about my order and the employee was short and unhelpful. When I requested express shipment, I got no reply. I had to attend a wake while all of this was going on, and it was just extremely frustrating.
It's worth noting that everything is out of stock on their website. This small company was on Shark Tank, but the sharks didn't invest because they were rude and know-it-alls. It's no surprise that their customer service is terrible after seeing how they behaved on the show.
I believe they didn't have my order in stock and insulted me with false replies just to make me wait longer for the shorts I ordered. If my order was wrong, why didn't they just email me? The bank got my order right, so why did they lie to me?
Overall, I would never recommend Birddogs to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, they don't communicate with their customers, and their products are often out of stock. It's really disappointing to see a company treat its customers this way.

8) I believe they did not have my order in stock and insulted me with garbage replies hoping I would wait another week for the nonsense shorts. After I inquired. If my order was wrong then why not email me! The bank got my order right WHY LIE?
indiscreet ads
I listen to Dodger games and hear these references to 7th graders and sexual innuendo in birddog ads and I find these intolerable and disrespectful. I wish I could omit your ads during the time I listen to the games. That you choose that language to sell your product is way below par. You can do better. Honestly, Vin Scully would not have even stepped into the broadcast booth if he heard that your ads were to be included in the broadcast.

Birddogs Pants Review: Cheap Buttons, Poor Fit, Weird Material - Not Worth the Money
I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with Birddogs. I ain't never tried their shorts, but I sure as heck wouldn't recommend their pants. Let me tell ya why. First off, the button setup is straight up cheap. After only a month of owning these pants, the part of the button that connects came off. Now I can't even button up my pants, I gotta rely on the zipper. And let me tell ya, wearing a belt with these pants is a must, 'cause they just won't stay up without it. That leads me to my second point. The belt loops ain't spaced out right, so if you wanna wear your belt in its final position, you gotta shift it all the way to the left. And let's be real, that just looks weird. Finally, the material of these pants is just plain weird. They wrinkle up like nobody's business, and it ain't a good look. I paid $109 for these pants, and I gotta say, it was a total waste of money. I wouldn't even pay $25 for these pants. I missed the return deadline 'cause I've been busy with travel, so now I'm stuck with these pants. I ain't never buying from Birddogs again, that's for sure.

Birddogs Shorts Review: Disappointing Customer Service, Poor Quality and a Huge Waste of Money
So I finally gave in to all the hype about Birddogs and decided to order a pair of khaki shorts from their website. I was excited to see what all the fuss was about and couldn't wait to try them on. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when my Birddogs didn't arrive for two whole weeks. I was getting worried that they were lost in shipment or something, so I sent multiple emails to their customer service team inquiring about my order status. But all I received was a single email saying my shorts were "stuck in the port". I felt relieved that they were still coming, but I couldn't believe the lack of communication from the company. It was like talking to a brick wall.
Finally, my Birddogs shorts arrived, and to my dismay, they were the wrong size. I was really frustrated at this point, but I thought it wouldn't be a big deal and I could just exchange them for another pair. But that was where the real problem started. I tried to contact their customer service again, but I haven't received any response yet. It's like they completely ignored me. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase. I feel like I've been scammed and robbed.
Aside from the terrible customer service, I also found the shorts to be of poor quality. They felt slippery and cheap, and definitely not worth the money I spent on them. I regret giving in to the constant marketing and purchasing from this company. I honestly wouldn't recommend Birddogs to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Beware of Birddogs: Poor Customer Service and Blame Shifting
So I just ordered some goods from this website called Birddogs. I gotta say, it was not the greatest experience. When I opened up the box, I was missing half my order! And get this, they tried to blame it on the delivery fellas. Like, come on bruh, no one is stealing shorts in the mail! LOL. I even checked the box, and it was not tampered with. After going back and forth with them, they said I had to file a theft report. Yeah right! Ain't nobody got time for that.
To make matters worse, they didn't even include a detailed packing slip with my purchase. I had to spend a good 10 minutes searching online for pictures to figure out what I was missing. Ain't that some foolishness? When I told them this, they just brushed it off and told me to file that report again. I mean, who wants to buy from a company that can't own up to their own mistakes?
I was so mad, I just wanted a refund (and a hug). But guess what, they didn't even apologize or anything. They just wanted me to return or donate the items that arrived. Like, who does that? I can't support a company that thinks it's OK to pass their blame on to others. And don't even get me started on the managers and staff. They seem like they're always making up excuses. It's a mess, y'all.
Birddogs Review: Disappointing Sizing and Material, Not Worth the Hype
So, let me tell you about my experience with Birddogs. It all started when I decided to order some joggers from their website. I was really excited to get them, but it took over a month for them to finally arrive. And to my disappointment, the sizing was totally off. I ordered a medium, which is my size in every other brand of clothing, but these joggers were so tight that I could barely pull them up.
After waiting so long already, I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning them and waiting even longer for a replacement. So instead, I decided to try out the Stephen Jobs pants as replacements. But once again, the sizing and proportions were way off. The waist was super tight, even though I usually wear a 32-33, and the legs were baggy despite the fact that I have pretty thick legs from lifting.
To make matters worse, the material of these pants is always wrinkly. If I want to look fresh, I have to iron them beforehand. Honestly, they're nothing like what was advertised on their website. It's really frustrating since the marketing made them sound perfect, but they're just a poor product.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Birddogs to anyone looking for high-quality pants. The marketing may be great, but the product itself is a letdown. Just be aware of their sizing and material issues if you do decide to give them a try.
Poor Customer Service Experience with Birddogs Shorts Return and Exchange Process
Bought myself some new shorts from Birddogs for $59, got them shipped a couple days later on May 28. However, when I tried them on, they didn't quite fit right. So, I started the return process on the Birddogs website. But when I went back to check the price, I saw it had gone up to $65. What gives?
I sent an email to Birddogs customer service on June 4 asking about the price change, but I never got a reply. I followed up again on June 7 and June 14, still no response. Finally, on June 14, I decided to go ahead with the exchange process on the website, but I only got an automated confirmation email with return instructions.
I still don't know if the exchange will be at the original $59 price or the new $65 price, and I have no idea when I should expect them to ship out. It's all a little frustrating, to be honest.
I sent one more email on June 18 to see if I can get any answers before writing this review. Hopefully, I'll get some sort of response soon. It's disappointing that the process has been so difficult when I was really looking forward to trying out these shorts.
Birddogs: Shipping Hassles and Poor Communication
I had a brush with Birddogs recently as I made a not-so smart move of choosing standard shipping method for my purchase. I was initially promised a delivery within 10 days, but now it's been a full 15 days and there is no sight of the package yet. I fear that I might need to wait for another 20-25 days to finally get my hands on what I ordered.
It's quite obvious that the minds behind Birddogs were the ones who have studied business and marketing well, as the company has taken the cheapest route possible to solve all the shipping hassles. It did not seem like they cared about the complications faced by the clients in the process.
After all, it's quite frustrating for any customer to have to chase after their order and keep following up with the company, only to end up waiting for an indefinite time period to finally receive their purchase. It's not just the delay that is problematic, it's also the fact that the company did not take any responsibility or communicate about the long wait.
Moreover, since the shipment took so long, I'm anticipating that the quality of the purchased product should be top notch, and it better be worth the wait. Otherwise, I'd really have to think twice before considering Birddogs for my next purchase.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they tend to compromise on their product quality in the future, in order to maintain their profit margins. It's just a matter of time before the company's stakes start to plummet, if they continue to prioritize penny pinching rather than customer satisfaction.
Birddogs Review: Disappointing Shipping Experience and Customer Service
My experience with Birddogs hasn't been great so far. The first order I placed took a really long time to arrive, and when I reached out to them, they blamed it on their carrier, DHL. They did offer me a 15% discount on my next order, but when I tried to use the promo code, it didn't work.
Eventually, I placed another order a few weeks later, but to my disappointment, I still haven't received it. This order is taking even longer than the first one, and it's really frustrating. When I reached out to their customer service by email, they told me it was still in transport. According to the tracking information, my package has been sitting in New Jersey for four days before going to Illinois, where it has been for three days. I live in Utah, so this doesn't make any sense.
When I finally received my first order, it still took another three days to be delivered to me. It's really frustrating to see Birddogs spending so much money on cartoons and stories instead of investing in a reliable shipping company. The whole thing sucks, and it's been a huge waste of my time and money.
Birddogs Shorts: Cocky Attitude, Poor Customer Service, Not Worth the Hassle
I was super excited to get three pairs of Birddogs shorts for my hubby on July 11, 2018. Unfortunately, their inventory was all out of stock. After finally being able to put together an order, I waited for weeks, but didn't receive any confirmation from the Birddogs crew. After about a week, I decided to shoot them an email asking what was going on. Finally, I got a response from them the next day! Apparently, they never received my address! Why take my money out from the bank if they didn't have my address yet? I had to send them my address three times before they even considered processing my order. After dealing with these Birddogs folks, I had three emails from them asking for my address. Complaining of repeat emails was weird since they never got my address the first two times. Then they claimed that my order was not processed correctly--seriously? And then magically they claimed that my order will be sent the next day. Like, what the heck?
These guys were pretty cocky and rude on Shark Tank, and it seems like their poor operation reflects their attitude. They didn't even offer an apology for all these problems. I expected some sort of effort to make it up to me, like expedited shipping or something. Nope, nada. I'm not even surprised that they operate this way, after seeing them on that show. At this point, I'm just going to ask for a refund. Birddogs is definitely not going to be my go-to in the future.
Birddogs Review: Great Product, Disastrous Experience with Customer Service and Shipping
If I had to tell you about my recent experience with Birddogs, well... let's just say it was a bit of a rocky road. Don't get me wrong, their product is absolutely amazing. I mean, who doesn't love a good pair of comfy shorts? But, when it comes to their customer service, shipping, and overall experience, things really went downhill.
Before I get started, I must say that Birddogs doesn't have a phone number to call and their response time to e-mails is less than ideal. First of all, I made my first order 2 weeks ago and it took forever to arrive. I was so excited to receive my new shorts, but the wait time was just unbearable. And to make things even worse, I made a second order a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. What's going on there, Birddogs?
The worst part is, I can't even get a hold of anyone to see what's going on. I tried reaching out to their customer service team multiple times, but to no avail. They don't respond to my e-mails and I can't even get a tracking number. It's like Birddogs just doesn't want to deal with me and my order.
So, overall, my experience has been an utter disaster. Birddogs really needs to stop advertising and focus on their customer service and logistics. They have such a great product, but if they keep treating their customers like this, I'm afraid everyone will abandon them. It's such a shame because I really do love their shorts. But, until they get their act together, I'll have to look elsewhere.
Birddogs.com Review: Thin Shorts and Disappointing Customer Service
Got me a couple shorts with liners from birddogs.com and dang do I got some feelings about it. Let me tell ya, the Steel Magnolias (grey) ones were just fine. Took me a hot minute to get used to the way they fit but once I did, they was comfortable enough. However, the Dildo Baggins (white/cream) ones were a whole other story. They so thin you can practically see right through 'em, and the navy blue liner undernearth is just as visible as can be. Now, I ain't no prude, but I ain't exactly trying to show off my tighty-whities at the beach. Plus, the website showed 'em as solid white with a "pinkish/flesh" colored liner that would be less noticeable. But boy, was they wrong. Had to reach out to the company 'bout it, only way to do it was through some fancy electronic mail, and still ain't heard nothin' back. That just plain sucks, if ya ask me. And let's talk about the company itself. They got this whole "bro" thing goin' on that screams "I ain't grown up yet!" with all their fancy packaging and promotionals and whatnots. I guess that's what they go for, appealin' to all them young punks aged 15-30. But I don't think that'll last 'em very long. Ain't a very sustainable business model from where I'm standing.
Birddogs: Great Product, Terrible Business - A Disappointing Review
I been ordering from Birddogs numerous of times and I must say that my shorts wardrobe is 90% Birddogs shorts. And I recently started to buy their pants. The first 2 pairs I got were fire, but my third one was straight terrible. Like the quality was bad and it looked cheap. It didn't fit well, and I was just very disappointed. It seems like Birddogs is trying to cut cost to meet the demand of their growing business. And as a result, the quality of their products is taking a hit. This is very disappointing because the main reason why I started buying from Birddogs in the first place was because of their quality.
To make matters worse, their customer service is simply atrocious. The orders take forever to come and there are tons of complaints about people not getting their orders or refunds. It's like Birddogs is putting more focus on expanding their business rather than keeping their customers happy. This is a classic example of a great product but a terrible business.
I just feel let down because the product itself is still very great, but the company is letting their customers down. I am no longer confident in ordering from Birddogs anymore because it's just not worth the gamble. You simply don't know what you're going to get. As much as I love their products, I cannot support a company that doesn't know how to treat their customers right. It's just not worth the hassle of dealing with their bad customer service.
In conclusion, Birddogs needs to step up and focus on maintaining their quality and ensuring that their customers are happy. They need to invest in their customer service team and make sure that their orders are being shipped out in a timely manner. They have a great product, but if they don't fix these issues, they run the risk of losing their loyal customers. So, if you are thinking about ordering from Birddogs, be aware that you might not get what you are expecting.
