My package showed as delivered by the courier at 8:21pm yesterday 12/XX/2020. I was outside during that time and no delivery truck came by. I tried messaging customer service and received an automated reply. I don't want to be charged for this package I didn't receive.

The package was not delivered to my address. The address on my account is correct. I tried for over a week to get it resolved and the company will not file a claim with ***, and they have it set up so that only Kidpik can file one. I tried calling them multiple times a day beginning 3/15 until now, 3/23 and no one has ever answered a single phone call and I just get disconnected. The email responses from the company have been unhelpful and the asked me to file a police report which is impossible because the police department said there is nothing to file a report on for an undelivered box. I have security cameras and it shows that *** was never at my house the time they said it delivered. I finally got through to *** and they said it wasn't delivered to my address but was instead delivered to a business address, but they can not help me, KidPik must do it. KidPik has not answered the past 4 emails I have sent. I have been charged and can't reach anyone to cancel!

I contacted kidpik immediately that 2 of my 3 orders were not delivered to me. I had alreafy had issues with kidpik not sending my orders out on time and only fixing it after makong a complaint. And then after I complained rhey removed my credit referral of 70.00 but claimed I had another on it and I did not. Initially they qouldnt answer my texts but finally did and said they would look into it. They then sent me an email that I needed to file a police report because they couldn't get *** to contact them back. However due to illness of bereft I currently can not get to the station to file one and by the time I would it qould be past kidpik alloted time to take care of the situation so kind if feel like they're wanting me to do their job. I went to gile a poloce report online but there was no option to do so for my area. I then contacted *** who told me they were not contacted by kidpik and had they been then they would have told kidpik juat as they did me that the package was handed over to *** via request from kidpik. After contacting *** I was informed that they too were never contacted by kidpik as they should have been as well amd that kidpuk needed to file the complaint i was trying to file as they were the senders. Im a lottlw concerned and frustrated that kidpik is taking so long to investigate this issue with what seems like no effort from their part (especiallysince they have a set amount of time they can fix an issue). I had further boxes planned from this company but at this point will not be ordering further.
