We saw the recall notice so followed directions to see if our model was recalled. It was so on 12/28/23, we followed Blendjet's directions to disable our unit, sent pictures along with the serial number and they would send us a replacement base and lid. They said we would get the replacement in 6-8 weeks. After that time passed, I contacted them again. A Blendjet employee named Miguel said they decided to replace our unit for a complete replacement unit and it would ship soon. The next day, we got an email saying the order for the replacement had been cancelled. Of course we asked why. No answer. Now they reply to nothing beyond their automatic reply to emails. And we bought the XL jar for it for $27.05 also, now useless. I came here looking for what state their home office is located in, to file a complaint with the BBB. I'll give you a few days to respond before I do that.
