BlendJet I sent an email to blendjets customer service department and have yet to hear a response

I sent an email to blendjets customer service department and have yet to hear a response. The also attached the email I wrote to them below. In the original emails I also included a video showing the major cause for concern. It charging cord and the input for the charging cord on the actual blender looks like it had to potential to cause a fire. I emailed them simply asking what can be done about this, because I no longer feel safe using my blendjet2.I used the blendjet frequently and enjoyed so much that I referred it to many friends, colleagues, and family members. It is very disheartening to reach out to customer service of a brand who promotes their customer service department to not get a response to 2 separate emails with a video included. I have experiencing a new issues regarding ny new blendjet that I purchased less than a month ago has rust on the blades inside. Also, the wire used to charge the blendjet is now corroded and the *** port is also corroded. I have attached a picture and a video. What can be done about this? I would like a replacement sent if possible.

BlendJet 2 youre the Greatest! Hey blenders around the world you have a heavy weight contender on your hands. BlendJet 2 is in town. BlendJet 2 has knocked out many blenders we use at home. BlendJet 2 is even easy to travel with so be warned because BlendJet 2 is a knockout with every drink you make. LOVE IT!

BlendJet I had my BlendJet (first version to be released) for over a year, used it pretty consistently, and followed all instructions that it came with

I had my BlendJet (first version to be released) for over a year, used it pretty consistently, and followed all instructions that it came with. Fast forward to now, in my first apartment I was home with my 1 year old daughter and charging my BlendJet to use for later on and the blender made a popping sound, followed by the battery of the blender exploding through the blender and through my couch cushion, causing extreme amounts of smoldering smoke from the battery exploding and an awful smell. I had to call 911 and they inspected and brought out the fire department and the fire department concluded it was the battery in the blender that caused the explosion after investigating. I will never recommend or buy a BlendJet or other portable blender ever again after this experience. This product put my daughter and I in danger, and I am someone who follows product directions to a T and this put me through one of the most terrifying things I have ever been through. Avoid this and stick to the old fashion blenders or shaker bottles. And if you rent, please make sure you have renter's insurance. Thank God We did !

BlendJet Must be a scam, ordered Blendjet 2 on 12/16/2022 with supposed two day express shipping

Must be a scam, ordered Blendjet 2 on 12/16/2022 with supposed two day express shipping...to date, ordered has not been fulfilled with no updates. *** speak to a person, leave a message and sending an email are the only options. Sent the first email on 12/21/2022, return receipt email stated I would hear back in a couple of days. Called on 12/22/2022, same thing. To date, I have not received any response to my emails or voice mail. Took my money right away...but, that's it! It's one thing for an order to be delayed but to be completed ignored after taking my money for a Christmas gift that obviously didn't come, is another. I haven't had such a bad customer service experience in a very long time. With today's technology there is no excuse for the total lack of response. Seems to me that advertising on your website two day express shipping, and then clearly not shipping the item, is false advertising. It's not the price of the item or anything about the product itself I have an issue with, how could I, but to be completed ignored when trying to find out if/when, etc., the item might ship is totally unacceptable to me.

Purchased one as a Christmas gift and daughter-in-loves it! However, I sent emails and left phone messages as I was never advised status on the deliver. Finally received a reply after it was delivered!Aside from that, and based upon my daughter-in-law's review, I decided to purchase one for myself, prior to the order I sent an email regarding the choices of color, the only response I received was the same on I received on 12/19 and that was a December order."Hi there,Thank you for reaching out to us! BlendJet I love BlendJet2!

I love BlendJet2! I just love it! The colors of the jets are exactly as shown on their website. Their customer service is fast and understanding. They would do anything to have a happy customer. I am extremely satisfied with both my BlendJet 2 and the company. The blender works perfectly, even better than my professional stationary blender. It is not heavy(I got severe arthritis, and it is easy for me to use and carry), it makes you happy when you just look at it, you get the feeling of wanting to live healthier cause it's been made alot easier. And no need to wash it by hand or wait for dishwasher, you just put soap in, water and blend it until it is clean. And your next meal will taste just as good as the first time you used it. It doesn't overheat, it's not bulky, lightweight, there is a strong strap for your hand, USB - USB-C included, the sound is light when using it qnd it is sturdy. The people I have had the pleasure writing with, seem to be very understanding, loving and helpful. I had issues with my postal service and customs in Denmark, 2 times now, and yet, it is BlendJet's people who saved me and were so kind to me. Thank you BlendJet!

BlendJet Ordered my Blenjet from QVC, in red

Ordered my Blenjet from QVC, in red. Worked great the 1st time. The 2nd & 3rd times it began to squeak at the end of the cycle. Called Blendjet, no one answers. Left my # no call back either. Sent an email, days later *** responds with a link to QVC to contact them. It's not a QVC issue..it's a defect, manufacturer's problem. Responded stating this, *** sends an email. Wants a video of the problem. Ok, I send one. She responds saying it's because the blender stops too fast..what? Isn't that a defect? Then a 3rd representative emails me to contact QVC. QVC will take the blender back, no problem. They have GREAT customer service, Blendjet should learn from them. Only issue is QVC can't exchange my blender..they are out of stock on red, but can refund me. I could place a new order for red, higher price, 44 instead of 39, but it won't ship til mid November. I'll just return it & get refunded. Blendjet is not helpful & their customer service is horrible. I told QVC to make note of this. Other people will pre order this from QVC, but Blendjet may not comply as stated the reviews. QVC should dump this product & I'm going to refer them to this website to see all the bad reviews.

BlendJet On 4/17, I ordered 2 Blendjets and 12 packages of JetPack smoothies

On 4/17, I ordered 2 Blendjets and 12 packages of JetPack smoothies. The package arrived rather quickly and was received on Monday 4/20. Upon receiving, we immediately opened the package to discover that only one blendjet and all 12 JetPack smoothies were received. I attempted to contact Blendjet on the same the day (Monday 4/20) via phone to learn that it was best to send an email. We sent an email outlining the issue. Lori from Blendjet responded on 4/21 asking for pictures of the package stating that they will take care of this right away. The pictures requested were of the Blender, that was received, the shipping box and the packing slip, which was sent the to Blendjet on 4/21. We also took pictures of the packed box, the packing material and all other contents and the mailing label on the box addressed to me. Since meeting their demand for pictures, they have gone dark on communications and have zero customer response team or standards. We have reached out to Blendjet repeatedly via email with no response or acknowledgment of receipt of emails. Attempting to call their corporate number is fruitless at any time of the day or night. They seem to be always helping other customers and do not return calls.

I ordered a BlendJet on 01/07 which they provided 2-day shipping on. My order shipped on 01/08. I did not receive my order until 01/15 (a little frustrated but not their fault). Once it was delivery, excited to open my BlendJet, only to find out it was broken. I emailed on 01/15 at 10:31AM as soon as I opened it with pictures of the damages (more frustrated). I got the email from them about it being delivered at 10:45AM. I emailed them before I even got the delivered email. I got an email back from they on 01/17 at 19:15 PST asking of pictures of the BlendJet and packaging. I emailed them back on 01/19 at 6:44PM with the same pictures of the BlendJet and added pictures of the packaging. It has been a week today and I have not heard back from them. I tired calling them and they voicemail stated the best way to get a response is to email them. I emailed them for an update on 01/22 and on 01/25 (extremely frustrated). This is not about the product but about how frustrated I am with their customer service. I have not had a chance to use there product and already have a bad experience. I do understand I will not get replied to right away but a week is more than enough time to get back with me.

BlendJet Ridiculous!

Ridiculous! I Ordered the Blend Jet and case a few days ago for my daughter for Christmas and still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet. The only reason I ordered the blender is because it stated 2 day express delivery! If I would have known that they aren't going to delivery 2 day express I would not have ordered this item. I'm so frustrated and disappointed because, now my daughter is not going to receive her gift for Christmas. If the company is having delays they should have included that on your website! And researching this matter farther has me finding all these negative complaints on this company. From the products failures to the companies customer service problems. I personally called the customer service number 3 times and got no one and emailed the company twice. As a business owner my instincts tell me something is not right.You mean to tell me, a business with this amount of sales volume takes several days to reply to emails and calls? Have they heard of call centers that can do that for them. They can't seem to answer phone calls, emails or process and ship products 2 day express as the website states! And with the product reviews I just want a refund especially since my order #*** has not been shipped yet. I want a full refund, I don't want the product!

I ordered Blendjet on Fri, 07/10, on 07/14 I contacted CS to see where my order was. I was contacted later that evening stating that due to the Pandemic there would be delays. (which I completely understand since I am an essential worker and have been working thru this all). On 07/20 I send another email stating my concern and how I encouraged them to look into some different way to handle their shipping, CS advised it was coming BUT was not in their control of how long it took to get to me even thou they got their payment. CS sent me a screenshot of the USPS and should be delivered on Friday 07/24 with 2 day priority shipping, of course it did not show on 07/24, so on 07/27 I contacted CS AGAIN asking for a refund and why my package showed per USPS sitting in California for 10 days!? CS advised that he contacted USPS and they could not issue me a refund since the package is en route to me! BUT i can send it back when I do get it?! and "Any delays for USPS due to Covid-19 is out of our control" WELL.today 07/28 I receive my package half opened, and missing 2 of my jetpacks that I paid $3.95 each for. I contacted CS wanting what I paid for or a refund and am waiting for a response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY! I AM SO BEYOND DISAPPOINTED IN THE HANDLING OF MY ORDER AND WHO KNOWS WHAT IF ANY I WILL EVER SEE THE OTHER JETPACKS I ORDERED AND PAID FOR!

BlendJet Blendjet order 12/12/22 Order confirmed & payment of $107.81 withdrawn on the same day

Blendjet order from 12/12/22 was confirmed, and the payment of $107.81 was withdrawn from my bank account on the same day. On 12/14/22, I received an email stating a shipment from my order was on the way, providing a tracking number. The tracking information has been showing 'Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item in CA94510' since December 15, 2022, at 12:47 am. These two Blendjets were meant as Christmas gifts, and the website promised free 2-day shipping with an estimated arrival between 12/17/19. As of 1/1/23, the tracking status remains unchanged. I contacted Blendjet on 12/20 and received a reply about high message volumes and a promise of a response within days. Further emails on 12/22, 12/23, 12/26, and 12/28, and three phone calls have gone unanswered. I'm seeking a point of contact at Blendjet for an update on my order. Online research suggests this is a common issue. I had to give a rating to post my concerns about my unfulfilled order and lack of updates, despite payment being taken.

BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SLOW TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR BLENDJET*** I like other people have noticed that Blendjet will not allow any negative reviews on their Facebook or anywhere else. They reported my complaint on Trust Pilot because they didn't want the negative comment. I believe a lot of these reviews are fake. This blendjet is horrible and cheaply made. Here's my headache of a story with blendjet. My blendjet does not hold a charge. I charge it fully and it only blends between 2 to 3 times and then dies. I got so annoyed with it, I emailed Blendjet and a lady that apparently I can't name kept emailing me back with the dumbest suggestions that had nothing to do with the battery. I told her several times that the battery refused to hold a charge and she kept coming back with suggestions of point B, C and D and everything but point A, that the battery doesn't hold a charge. It was obvious that she didn't want to replace it at all, she just wanted to make excuses of why it wasn't working. I finally just got fed up and told them I am going to report them to the Complaintsboard.com, and dispute the charge with my bank. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Do NOT trust them. Sounds like they're greedy consumers who want to sell their product and not back it up when it doesn't work. Ridiculous! ? ? I also like other users had the same problems that it leaked and that it had trouble blending certain things. Definitely would rather have a regular blender at this moment. Please if anyone of you have had problems with Blendjet not wanting to replace their faulty items and giving you the run around, immediately report them to Complaintsboard.com, complaintsboard.com, and immediately ask your bank to dispute the charge. They will start realizing that people refuse to be ripped off. Post reviews on their website or anywhere else you can, anything and everything to warn people that they are dishonest and selling a crappy product.

I absolutely love my Blendjet, it is so beautiful and of great convenience to my daily life. I got the blendjet2, the Jetsetter insulated tote, and 2 jet pack smoothies (mango *** blueberry)Blendjet2: I am on a juice cleanse and this will make it easier for me to make my juices even if I am on the go!This item will make it easier for me to make healthier food choices and it is not limited to making smoothies only, I can also make a variety of salad dressings and protein shakes!Jetsetter isolated tote bag: I love that it can keep cool temperatures and that it has different compartments where you can securely place your blendjet and smoothie jet packs (if you purchase any) it is also big enough to keep other things such as containers, phone, keys, and other essential items.Jet pack smoothies: They are packed with organic ingredients and the calories aren't as high. This is also super convenient because it is so easy to use all you need is water!Mango Matcha: 9.5/10 It was super good, the consistency of it was thick like an actual smoothie and not watery! I would definitely buy this again because it was so easy to use and because it only had 120 calories and I felt super full for the day.Banana Blueberry: 8.5/10 the only reason this isn't a 10/10 is because I am a bit biased lol, I am not the biggest fan of blueberries but it was provided to me for FREE and my co-workers loved it!Overall company and customer service: In addition to the great products offered this company also provides great customer service. My *** jar was broken when it arrived not because of Blendjet (they assured me the company TRIPLE checks items before being delivered to assure that items are of great quality nor do they send used items they are strict in following safety protocols) I send the company an email letting them know and I was assisted in less than an hour by Raebeka she/he/they helped me throughout this entire process and send me a new replacement jar along with a free smoothie jetpack and she/he/they made sure it was delivered as fast as it could!In conclusion, I have had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend to my friends and family to buy from here! :)Thank you blendjet -Julenni

BlendJet On December 8th, I ordered a BlendJet 2 online

On December 8th, I ordered a BlendJet 2 online. I saw the advertisements for it and thought it looked awesome. I really liked the idea of it being portable and water proof. It has a sleek modern look to it, comes in awesome colors, and is easy to clean. When I got it, I loved it. I used it for making fruit smoothies and protein shakes, took care of it, washed and dried it after each use. Everything was fine... So why did I give it ONE star? Well if I could give it NO stars I would. And I'm not just talking about the blender... I am also talking about the customer service. On January 28th I went to use the blender that morning (it had been plugged in and charging overnight). I put my protein shake powder in and some water and turned it on... Instead of turning on, a red light started blinking on and off. So apparently the blender has lost the ability to take a charge. When it's plugged in, the light is blue. But even after multiple attempts with different plugs and outlets, the blender will not turn on. Red blinking light continues to happen. Being that it wasn't even two months and this $50 blender decides to break, I wasn't worried and assumed they would have no problem replacing it for me. I went the the website and called their phone number. Instead of talking to a real person, I got a pre-recorded message saying they were busy helping other customers and to leave and message or email them. (I have called them multiple time with the same result, and am starting to think that they NEVER actually answer the phone.) I left a message AND emailed them multiple times. Well a day later I was contacted back and they said that they only offer refund/replacement for 30 days. Well isn't that great. How convenient that my blender breaks like 20 days after the 30 day cut off. Awesome. They tell me I can buy replacement parts for the blender. Interesting, cause NO WHERE on their website is there a way to buy "replacement parts". I even looked online to see if there was a video or any information on how to replace parts on the blendjet 2. NONE. I also find it interesting that they conveniently offer a way for the customer to "extend" their warranty for a year. They definitely are covering ALL their bases. It's like they KNOW that it will break. Here is a copy paste of one of the questions/answers on their website: DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT PARTS? If your BlendJet is out of warranty or you've had some accidental damage and need to replace a broken part, you can order replacement parts at a very low cost. We want to keep our customers happy and healthy! Great. Replacement parts at low cost... How? Again there is NO WHERE on their website that allows you to buy "replacement parts". Also, why is "DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT PARTS?" a Frequently Asked Question? hmmmmm Could it be because people are having problems with this blender BREAKING? So anyway, I am the proud owner of a $50 broken blender that isn't even 2 months old and still looks and technically is pretty new. My advice? If anyone wants to buy a blendjet blender YOU BETTER BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY... Because you don't want to get screwed like I did... A business that lets something like this happen is a shady business. PERIOD.

BlendJet Blendjet

I bought a blendjet about December last year like a couple months ago and my blendjet just has never worked right. I plug it up and try charging it as long as it needs, but it doesn’t make any difference it still doesn’t work right. It will start to turn and quickly stop and I’ll push the button again and again it makes a few turns and stops quickly so eventually I got tired of messing with it because you know how it is you buy something that’s supposed to be so great and turns out it sucks!? That’s this! It doesn’t work as good as they say and I’m talking just a handful of ice in water and it acts like it can’t handle it! Can I have a replacement or a refund I’ll send this back honestly it’s just been a headache.

BlendJet My Blendjet won't take a charge.

I purchased my Blend jet in mid-March and before the end of April it stopped working. It won't take a charge. The reason That I'm just sending you this is because I've been in and out of the hospital fighting cancer. Please send me instructions on how to exchange it for another one.

BlendJet Blendjet 2

My wife purchased a Blendjet 2 from their website on April 16, 2023. Due to medical issues she wasn't able to use it until the 30 day warranty expired.

When she finally did use it, it worked five times then it showed fully charged and refused to turn on.

We're happy to return it so you can check it out and maybe find out what the cause of this issue is. I've read the reviews and I see that we're not the only ones who have had this issue.

If the company is kind enough to replace it free of charge that would be great.

BlendJet Blend Jet

I have not received my order. It was to be delivered on June 6th. The tracking info shows it’s still in California. I contacted customer services and spent way too much time on the phone and it was absolutely NO help. Blend Jet has my money and I do not have my order. Apparently it’s lost in transit. I file a claim with the insurance I took out when I placed my order. That also lead no where, stating my item was in transit. It’s been in transit for 2 weeks. How can I get my order or money back? Blend Jet will not let me cancel and reorder. I would like a resolution.

BlendJet orbiter drinking lid

I ordered an orbit lid. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. The lid broke when I tried to slide it over to wash it before using. What recourse do I have in returning this item and possibly getting a new one for free? I tried to contact BlendJet directly at [protected]@blendjet.com without success in getting to the actual email address.

BlendJet I would like a replacement BlendJet please.

My Blendjet is no longer working. I purchased it in Jan 2023 from Target. I used it 4-5 times per week. It last worked Friday, May 12th. After use I sat it in the sink with water soaking inside and a few hours later it started randomly blending without being touched. It has not worked since. It's fully charged. The light is solid blue when plugged in; blinking purple when not plugged in. No movement or sound. Arrows are lined up.

Hi, I bought this BlendJet December 2022. It is Blendjet 2. Serial #[protected]. 5V 2A 14.8WH. I have been using this Blendjet for about 5 months and now it will not charge. This blendjet will not charge and will no longer work due to it's battery issues. I have used the appropriate charger provided and charged this blendjet as needed when I used it. However, this will no longer charge and I cannot use this product. I am suprised and frustrated that this product only lasted 5 months. Is this a common experience for this to stop working after 5 months? Thank you.

Desired outcome: I would like to know if it is common for these blendjets to stop working after 5 months? I would also like a replacement BlendJet.

I was using the blendjet yesterday may 19th and two of the blades broke off and I swallowed one and the other one left a small cut in my mouth I'm not looking to take any legal action however I would like a refund for the blendjet it was purchased at Walmart but when I took it back to them they said I would have to get in touch with the manufacturer

My complaint is about the false advertisement of shipping time frame and the complete lack of customer support to resolve issues. I purchased my product under the understanding that the item would be shipped within the same business day or the next business day. They advertise on the site that the expedited shipping is 2 days. I understand fully that the *** can cause delays but, Blendjet did not even print my label until after 2 days. The item is still sitting in the label created status and has not even been delivered to *** I have contacted customer service twice now with no response. They state that they have a two business day response time. This is unacceptable for a company this large with that many orders to not have any type of customer service not even for repairs or general support. Being unprepared for the amount of orders they have this season is not an excuse for continuing to advertise falsely about the shipping times of their product. I have not received my order nor has it even been shipped. Yet I get tons of spam emails every day to buy more stuff. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this company. At this point I am so frustrated with this company I just want my money back and to not have to deal with them ever again. It would be much easier to buy it from a local retailer where you know you can get access to customer support and returns. I can't express how much I dislike that they know they are having shipping issues and still haven't bothered to change the website information.

After a delayed delivery, they sent me the wrong product. I have since went and sent an email with a photo of the wrong product and I have left a message on the phone line. I have yet to hear back from anybody and it has been well over a week. I would like the correct product sent. I have no problem with an exchange but I do not feel I should have to pay for delivery. It was their mistake and not mine.

I purchased 3 blendjets on 12/10/22 at a price of $155.94 for Christmas presents. They failed to meet the 2 day shipping that they promised with the order, the 3 were eventually delivered on the 18th. Unfortunately the one I got for my girlfriend did not work. It was fully charged according to blendjets instructions and failed to work. Ive sent multiple emails which were followed up with an automated email that says we will get to you in the next couple of days. Ive called the customer service number which is automated and was asked to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail and its been at least a week where I havent heard from them via phone call. I want a replacement blendjet for the malfunctioning one they sent me, their customer service is a joke.

BlendJet I placed an order on April 2, 2022

I placed an order on April 2, 2022. Order# ***. I purchased 3 blendjets, 3 -three year warranites for each product, route protection that totaled $176.15. I got a alert my package was delivered on April 6th. I checked my mailbox and lockers and my package was not there. I had an employee, ***, of The Register Apartments open up the lockers manually to see if my package was misplaced. There is a sign outside of the mailroom entrance that ALL carrier use that states use the lockers provided for our residents packages and if the lockers are filled, then packages are to be left outside the residents door and assistantace would be provied by apartment complex employees if needed. I received 3 packages from Amazon on the same day without issues. I don't understand why this package wasn't handled with the same care. I contacted BlendJet on the same day because I was very upset especailly when I purchased protection for my package. I spoke to a BlendJet rep named *** and she said sometimes the carrier marks the package as delivered but it really is still on its way. She asked for me to wait until Monday, April 11th 2022 to see if the package would show up. I did not receive a package. I contacted her again on April 11th and she gave options to what I can do. I decided to ask for a FULL REFUND. *** said she would put in the claim and someone would be contacting me. I received an email from Route stating that I would be refunded $143.86 which is not a full refund. Your carrier clearly did not do their job and I WILL NOT PAY FOR THAT.

I ordered 3 blendjets and 3 sleeves. I ordered a mint color, a leopard print and a *** Mouse one - which you can see on the order slip. However I received 2 leopard print and a mint. I have sent 3 emails, and left a voicemail (because they dont have anyone who answers) and Ive received nothing!

Hi, I responded to an offer by blendjet on their website around December 13, 2022, and purchased products and accessories worth over $300 with the promise of 2-day shipping. However, these items have only been marked as 'labeled' since December 15, 2023, and have not been dispatched for 30 days, remaining at their facility. I had one phone conversation with a blendjet employee about two weeks ago and was informed that the courier service has not yet collected the items. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via calls, emails, and text messages, I have not received a clear and honest response regarding the status of my order. At this point, I am concerned that I may have been scammed, as I do not believe the delay can be attributed to the courier service's collection schedule. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially since Christmas has passed and there has been no progress. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

On 12/18/2022 I ordered a blendjet blender with the expectation that it would arrive before Christmas so I could give it to a family member as a gift. When it didnt arrive I called and emailed the company and they responded with an automatic recording/ email saying due to the high number of phone calls/emails, they would get back to me in 2-3 business days. I still have not received the item or an answer from the company. My order number is *** and the company took $57.74 from my account for the item I never received.

The purchase included 2 day priority mail to be delivered by *** I still have not received the product as of today 12/30/2022. When I track my package it says a shipping label was created on 12/21/2022 and the tracking status has not changed at all. I sent an email to BlendJet on 12/22/2022 inquiring about my delivery and I received an automated response that read " Thank you for reaching out to us! We are currently experiencing a high volume of messages, but rest assured our team is working around the clock to get back to you as quickly as possible. You should hear from us within the next couple of days". After waiting 6 more days and still not getting my delivery and still no response from BlendJet or no change in the tracking status, I called their customer service number. when I called the number on 12/28/2022 I was unable to talk to someone directly. The *** per the recording was to email or leave a call back number and they would contact me in 2-3 days. I left a call back number and also sent another email on 12/28/2022 to which I still have not received any response. I called again on 12/30/2022 and got the same recording as the first call, no way to speak to a live person. As of today 12/30/2022, my order still has not been delivered, have not received any response from BlendJet regarding my order and the shipping status still has not changed. I placed an order on 12/18/22 (order #***) consisting of 4 blendjets totaling $177.59 and my card was charged immediately. My expectation was that this would arrive within 2 days as stated on the website but we did not receive any update for +10 days. I emailed the support email several times but did not hear back. My order did not ship until 1/4 and just arrived on 1/6. This purchase was meant to be a gift for the holidays, which have now passed. I now have tried contacting support a few times by phone and email to initiate a return but still have not heard back. I have not heard any communication from the company since the order was confirmed on 12/18/22.

In November 2022, I ordered a Blendjet as a Christmas present for my wife. Upon receipt, I wrapped the Blendjet for Christmas. She opened it on Christmas day only to discover that the bottle had a broken piece and was leaking, rendering it unusable. My initial attempt to contact Blendjet was around December 26, 2022. Their recorded message instructed me to leave my name and number, promising a response within two to three days. After waiting several days without a reply, I sent a follow-up email, which also went unanswered. Eventually, I returned the broken bottle to Blendjet and received confirmation from the courier service that Blendjet had indeed received the returned bottle on Monday, January 9, 2023. My only request was for a replacement bottle. The sole response from Blendjet was a brief email dated January 10, 2023, informing me of a high volume of messages and assuring me that I would hear back from them within a few days. The email also advised to 'keep in mind that we respond to inquiries from oldest to newest, so please hold off sending additional messages as this can further delay our response time.' Nearly three weeks have passed since then, and I have yet to receive any further communication regarding a replacement bottle.

Please Note: I have photos of the broken bottle, the order number, and a copy of the courier service confirmation that Blendjet received the broken item on January 9, 2023. Although I was unable to upload these items initially, I am willing to provide them upon request. My order number is #

I originally purchased a BlendJet2 with a larger container from their website. They advertise 2-day shipping, and my order was placed on December 27th. However, it was not delivered until January 9th, which clearly exceeds the promised shipping duration. Due to this delay, I bought an alternative product and initiated a return request with Blendjet via email on January 9th. Their policy indicates a response time of 24 to 48 hours. By January 12th, having received no reply, I contacted their customer service by phone, left a message, and sent another email. On Friday, January 13th, I attempted to call once more but only reached an answering service, and still, there was no response to my emails. It seems that if I were placing a new order, they would have been prompt to accept my payment. My intention is to return the unopened item and receive a full refund, but the lack of response after 5 days is unacceptable.

All 3 jars for the blendjets I ordered for Christmas arrived broken (all jars for the blendjets were cracked). This was not a shipping issue, the shipping box did not look damaged. I emailed blendjet and they didn't respond. I then posted a review and they finally responded to my email asking a question (back in late december), I responded with the requested information but then they have not responded back at all. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I have tried to contact them by phone, social media and email. If you check their recent reviews you will see that this is happening to many people. This order was placed on November 27th as gifts and items were opened on 12/24 and 12/25. Initial email was sent on 12/24 right after the blendjet gift was opened by the recipient and found to be broken.

After reading AND following the instructions, I attempted to make a smoothie using a half a cup of almond milk and a quarter cup of frozen berries and kale.The blender did not work properly and just kept jamming. I tried everything to get it to work. After over an hour of wrestling with it, I finally got it to work a little bit, but still has chunks of fruit, undrinkable.I looked up the return instructions online, which said to email them, which I did. I can attach the emails. I received three emails back, asking me to do things like take a video and send it to them, and take a picture of the bottom of the unit and send it to them.I just want my money back and seem to be refusing unless I jump through hoop after hoop.These "hoops" are not listed anywhere on their website as prerequisites in order to receive a refund.This is from their website:Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If youre not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.RETURNS To initiate your return, please email us at ***."Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. False / Misleading Advertising for Product Colors not Offered:

Advertising via social media showing Special Edition Metallic Colors available now, with pictures and a direct link to BlendJet's website. Once on the website, there are no references, links, or search options available for the Special Edition colors. While the website is dynamic for updates to price markdowns and promotions, the lack of visibility to the status (such as Out of Stock, etc.) or search for the specific color products is misleading. Either stop advertising on social media the Special Edition colors until they are actually available, add the Special Edition colors to the website with notations indicating which colors are Out of Stock, or provide clarity of another nature on the website.

Advertising on social media and directing to the website only to find no reference to the Special Edition Metallic colors is misleading, impacts confidence in the product and company, collects personal data from prospective buyers under false pretense, and is frustrating. Scrolling through the social media comments and replies, you may find replies from BlendJet stating the colors are out of stock but will be back in stock soon. The website should be fixed to accurately reflect products, whether they are in stock or out of stock. If discontinued, this should be clearly stated on the website.

I purchased a Blendjet blender on 12/16/2022 as a Christmas gift and chose the 2-day priority shipping. On 12/23/2022 the item still had not left the warehouse so I called to cancel my order. Blendjet does not have any *** Agents answering the phones. Therefore, you get a voice message telling you to leave a phone number and someone will call you back. It literally took them almost two weeks to return my call. I left several voicemails and emails during this time telling them that I wanted my money back. The blender was shipped out after Christmas, so obviously no one listened to my voicemails or read the emails that I wanted to cancel. We I finally spoke to someone I told them they had the worst customer service and that I was going to start a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com. I was told I would be sent a return package for the blender and when I received it I could return it at their expense and then I would be issued a full refund. I still have not received the return packaging. I am not paying for shipping. This is their mistake. I am tired of waiting for my refund. I want my money back. This company has horrible communication.

Purchased a Blendjet2 blender from their website on 25 Nov 2022. With an expected delivery date of between *** December. (I am aware of the hectic shipping this time of year) however my order somehow got shipped to *** and BlendJet *** is unsympathetic and unapologetic for the mistake they made. I've been told to wait and I will get it whenever it arrives. Which normally would ***-9 business days coming from ***, but could possibly take 60 days due to international shipping. Your order is currently passing through Customs., *** is a MAJOR hub for DHL where they process orders from all over the world. Once that process is finished, you will likely see further movement on the tracking details.Our average international shipping timeline is 6-9 business days, however, delays can occur due to local customs processes, so it's possible for it to take up to 60 days to be delivered. If you have still not received your order within that time frame, please let us know.Keep in mind that tracking information may or may not update once the package has entered your country, even though it is still on its way to you.I had a coworker who purchased a BlendJet 2 days after me and they got their package shipped via *** and it has already arrived. Doesn't look like mine will arrive until after Xmas, so someone will not be getting their gift. I order my blend jet, and it arrived 6 days ago (Dec. 1st) with a damaged cup! Therefore, I can't use it. I emailed customer service on the same day about the damaged cup and was told by Desirae that I would be receiving a replacement cup free of charge. Later that same day (Dec 1st) I received a notification that my replacement cup has been shipped. So I hopped on over to the *** app to track my shipment, but, according to ***, only a pre-shipping label has been printed, and the "delivery date is unknown." So, three days later (Dec 3rd) I contacted Desirae by email again inquiring about my replacement cup and sent a screenshot of the *** data. Again, she assured me that it "can sometimes take a day or two for *** tracking to update," well this message was three days ago! And the *** tracking information has not changed! And I still can't use my new blend jet without the cup! I have a hard time believing what Desirae said about the *** tracking because I have an online business, and I frequently print out shipping labels and take the package to the post office for scanning. Now after the package is scanned, it may take a FEW HOURS to update in the system...NOT A FEW DAYS as Desirae has mentioned. I believe that my replacement cup was never taken to the post office to be scanned! And I also believe that I am being lied to! TODAY IS DAY 6 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REPLACEMENT CUP! AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE MY BLEND JET HAVING JUST THE BASE. BlendJet committed to provide me a portable blender that lasts for 15+ blends and recharges quickly, equipped with a water-resistant USB-C charging port that makes it easier than ever to power up so I don't have to worry about getting liquid in the USB-C port or accidentally submerging my BlendJet 2 in the sink or pool. BlendJet also committed to provide me a Self-Cleaning blender that cleans itself if I just add a drop of soap, a bit of water, and blend. BlendJet committed to provide me a blender free of defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for sixty days from the date of original purchase. The dispute is in the nature of a violated warranty obligation. I reported the following defect to BlendJet on November 14, 2022: It's been less than 60 days since I ordered my BlendJet, and now it always flashes red even on a full charge. And if I blend a drink more than once back to back, it flashes red and stops blending, and it won't finish the blend until I charge it for at least a minute. Finally, the lid and base gaskets do not stay in place since I started cleaning them after every other use. They now fall out onto the floor or in the sink, whereas before, they were secure. BlendJet has refused to offer any resolution to my report of defective product. BlendJet responded only with a condescending email implying I hadn't read or followed the basic operating instructions that came with the blender. They closed their email with, 'Please let us know if you continue to run into trouble or have any additional questions. We're here to help!' I immediately did let them know, but they have completely ignored me.

Im contacting you about a complaint I have with my whole experience i placed my order on 12/15/22 hoping to receive it before i left my families home on 12/22/22 on 12/18/22 when i noticed it still hadnt shipped i tried to contact you throught email and on 12/19/22 i tried to call to so see if i could have the address changed since it still hadn't shipped out when i still hadnt heard from you by 12/21/22 i sent another email on 12/22/22 i got an email that said a shipping label had been created so again i tried to contact you to try and get the shipping address changed at that point the package hadnt been sent out by the time anyone finally contacted me about this it was on 12/28/22 and the message told me it was to late since the item should be delivered on 12/30/22 that i could contact *** and was provided their phone and the tracking number since it was after hours for *** i was going to have to wait and the next morning i got an email on 12/29/22 saying package had arrived since it now arrived at the wrong location despite all the efforts i made to contact you to have the address changed before it was shipped out i had to pay to have my sister ship it to another address.. i feel your customer service really needs improvement and contacting customers back quicker because right now i am still very upset and angry with customer service i received and for the plan simple fact that when i called and the message said someone will call you back within 24hours and that was on 12/19/22 and here it is 1/2/23 and i still never received a call back it showed me that customer service it not important and that im just another sell to you and the company which makes me even more irritated and upset.. hopefully this email will not go and be ignored by you or anyone in the blendjet support team

BlendJet I ordered from Blendjet on 12/12/2022, including two blenders, carry cases, and jetpacks.

I placed an order online with Blendjet on 12/12/2022 for two blendjets, two blendjet carry cases, and ten jetpacks, along with Route Protection. The total was $167.64, and the charge went through my bank immediately. Their website advertises complimentary 2-day Priority shipping. It mentions that orders placed on weekdays before specific cutoff times are shipped the same day. Expecting next-day shipment, I was concerned when I didn't receive shipping details. After four days, I inquired about the dispatch date and whether the items would arrive by Christmas. Following a second message expressing my disappointment, I was informed of delays and that my order was being prepared for shipment. As of 12/21/2022, I still lack tracking information, and the website only confirms my order. Their shipping promises during the holiday season seem inaccurate, and had I known about the delays, I would not have placed the order to avoid additional costs for delivering the gifts after Christmas.

BlendJet At first, It doesn't stay charged

At first, It doesn't stay charged. Now, it's unable to charge at all. I have paid the 3 year extended warranty and they're still asking me for pictures and videos of verification that it's not working. I've used it 3 times and those 3 times was fine. It's been inoperable ever since. The company is unprofessional with their questioning and asking for an arm and a leg for proof. You have my order number. You have my extended warranty info. I did send the picture of the bottom with the serial number or whatever you needed. And believe it or not, I sent not one video but two. Now, they're needing more. What? SMDH.I would've love to have a replacement and be done with it. But now, I just want a refund. My original email to BlendJet was very detailed and cordial. I don't want to deal with this company anymore. I can not believe they want me to jump through hoops after all I've said and done. Here's the original email I had sent:I have called at least 3 times. I have left 2 voicemails, one of them being today. I'm in the process of TRYING TO file a claim but, it's automative/a robot. It's sickening. This can be seen in the attachments below. Anyway, I'm writing, just like the voicemails I had left - to let you know that I've used this blender 3 times. It was great the 3 times I have used it. However, I have been unable to charge it. This has been like this for quite some time but, I keep forgetting to stay in touch with you. I'm so glad that I have a extended warranty. I actually don't want this blender though. It's not worth the headache. Although, it's not portable, I love my NutriBullet. I've been having that for years. This portable BlendJet won't work if it's not charged and if you're unable to charge it, than it's useless. Heads Up: It'll be better if it has batteries, just as a backup. BlendJet Ordered 2 BlendJet 2s, received with one broken, replacement issues ongoing.

Ordered 2 BlendJet 2s online on 11/27/22, received them on 12/7/22. They were Christmas gifts. On 12/25/22, discovered the jar of the green BlendJet 2 was broken. Notified support and provided photos via email within 30 days of purchase. On 12/28/22, contacted BlendJet through Facebook Messenger, was informed a replacement jar would be shipped promptly. On 1/2/23, received an email with a new order number for the replacement jar, including tracking information. However, tracking updates were absent. Repeated inquiries through Facebook Messenger and email for status updates from 1/5/23 to 1/10/23 went unanswered. Requested a call back through their toll-free number on 1/9/23 without success. Summary: The damaged item's support was timely, but the replacement jar's delivery is unconfirmed by tracking. I'm left with an unusable product. Desired Resolution: Request an immediate shipment of a replacement jar or BlendJet 2 in lime green or lavender with valid tracking, leveraging the free express shipping offered for new orders, to resolve this since 12/25/22.
