I placed an order on December 25th for a Blendjet portable blender and a XL 32 oz cup. On Blendjet's site it states the shipping is an express 2 day shipping. It shows on there site if orders are placed M-F before 3pm PST the order will be processed same day. If not it will be the next business day. I ordered on Christmas day so I knew it wouldn't be processed for a day or so. However, it's been 6 days now and i haven't gotten a confirmation of purchase. The money was taking out of my account, $77.67, on 12-27-22 (ordered placed on 12-25-22). When I call Blendjet there is no live person to speak to. It is a pre-recorded message that states to leave a message and someone will get back to you in 3-4 days?! Same with email. I left two emails already and have not heard anything back. In the emails I stated to cancel my order and to refund my money back to me in full. When I login in to my account it shows paid and it also shows item as "unfulfilled". When I went to look at Reviews on Blendjet's site I could read reviews but there is no way to post any reviews. I Googled how to post a review to Blendjet's site and found a website called TrustPilot. There are *** reviews. I started reading them and there were hundreds of reviews from just this month December 2022. I didn't even have to read past December's posts. The reviews were stating people placed orders to Blendjet w/express 2 days shipping and haven't received any word of orders being processed and/or shipped out. The reviews also stated their accounts were charged for the products. The reviews stated they have tried emailing and calling the company as well. Most of the people stated they haven't gotten a response back. Others state they got a generic email stating the order will be processed but still no tracking info and haven't received the merchandise weeks after the response. Many people like myself stated they would be contacting their banks and also Complaintsboard.com.

I ordered on December 15th (Friday), 2 of the Blendjets
I ordered on December 15th (Friday), 2 of the Blendjets. As stated on the Blendjet's website, it should've been shipped out immediately with 2-Day Priority shipping (as shown on checkout/order). I have seen other complaints and the response is that anything AFTER the 15th wasn't guaranteed (which I'm not sure that was even stated on their website). So my order should've been guaranteed. On Tuesday, December 20th I received an email stating the order was "on the way". I checked the status and it appeared the label was ready, but it hadn't been picked up yet. Since this was a Tuesday night that I received the email, I hoped it would go out on Wednesday morning and I would receive it Friday or the latest on Saturday (Christmas Eve). I kept checking the status on Wednesday and Thursday, and it was still showing it hadn't been picked up. I called Blendjet on Thursday and of course, I couldn't get through to anyone, so I tried emailing since they stated response time could be quicker by doing so. So I emailed them on the morning of the 22nd and never received an email or call back regarding my order (not shipped yet). I never did get the order in time for Christmas. I received it on Tuesday, December 27th. We immediately opened the one and charged it for almost a full day and tried the next day. It doesn't work at all. Doesn't charge and I've tried all the things they suggest on their website. Obviously, it is defective. I finally called on December 30th and left a message regarding the late shipment and the defective Blendjet, as well as, I emailed them the same information that day. It is now Wednesday, January 4th and I still have not received an email or call from them. I called one more time and left a message today, right before filing this complaint. The other Blendjet was just barely given to the person that was supposed to get it for Christmas. As of right now, I don't know if that one works. I at least want my money back for the defective one.

It was supposed to be two-day delivery. I emailed the company on January 4 requesting a refund and return instructions. Their response was that they were very busy and to not email them again because that would slow down response time. I only have 30 days to return and think they are stalling. On December 12, 2022 I ordered a Black Marble BlendJet 2, a Jetsetter insulated sleeve, a 3 year protection plan, and Route package protection for a total of $75.86. The company promises two day *** priority Shipping and later advertised the last day to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 15, 2022, three days after my order so I should be good. My order number is ***. On December 14, 2022 I received an email from Blendjet that my order was confirmed and the package is on the way along with a *** tracking number. On December 15, 2022 *** said a pre shipment label was created and they were waiting on the item. At 1:51am on December 15, 2022 *** shows the shipping label was created but they are waiting on the item. The next *** update is not until December 22, 2022 at 5:43pm saying the item was accepted at the origin facility. This is ten days after the order was placed and it is still in ***. On December 22, 2022 at 6:58pm it says the package is now at the regional facility. I emailed and sent a text to Blendjet on December 23, 2022 because the item wasnt moving and I do not have it. They stated I would receive a response within two days. As of December 28, 2022 I have not received an answer to my issue. On December 26, 2022 *** did another update that said it was moving through the network arriving late. There are no updates since that date. On December 27, 2022 at 8:17 pm I received text response saying they need to confirm my name before they can move any further. I provided that information in my email and I provided the order number in my text sent on December 23, 2022. The tracking number originally said I would receive the item by 8 pm on December 27, ***. They have my money, they guaranteed delivery by Christmas if I order before 12/15/2022 and they claim they will ship *** priority two day mail. They also claim to respond within two days. False advertising!
