This place is the worst! They don't fix cars good. I took my 2019 X4 with only *** miles to this dealer three times because the check engine light came on. I waited hours to get it fixed but then had to come back a week later because the light came on again! It seems like they just reset the button without fixing the problem. I waited four hours for an oil change but then had to come back a week later because my coolant level was low. They didn't even top off my fluids!

I got a 2015 Mini Cooper. No problems with it. Last year I took it to BMW/Mini of Freeport for a tune-up and New York State inspection. I don't drive much, so it only had 6,500 miles. When they charged me $800, I was shocked. This year, I took it back for another inspection and tune-up. I was hesitant because they said they needed to replace a belt last year but never called me back. I brought it back anyway, and they charged me $3,223! That's $4,000 for two inspection stickers! These guys are crooks. Don't go there. I love my car, but I won't go back. Mini of America should find someone else to sell their cars.

I went to BMW and Mini of Freeport and it was a bad experience. The sales lady didn't seem happy and didn't know much about the cars. They offered me a low amount for my trade-in and wouldn't come down on the price of the car. They didn't care about my loyalty to BMW and only offered me $1500 for it. I know BMWs can be expensive to maintain, but this was ridiculous. After leaving, my car started having problems and I had to pay a lot of money to fix it. The dealership didn't care about me and only wanted to make money. I won't be going back there and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I buyed a car from BMW and Mini of Freeport. They said it was certified pre-owned but it had lots of problems since I got it. They were supposed to check it before I bought it but I think they didn't. They tricked me and broke the contract.

I went to BMW and Mini of Freeport to find a car that I liked. A salesperson helped me find a car, but the bank didn't approve the lease. The salesperson suggested I try financing the car, even though my credit score wasn't great. They eventually found a bank that would give me a loan, but the APR rate was really high at 11%. I decided not to buy or lease a car from this dealership because of the high rate. The salesperson said they processed my refund of the $500 deposit, but I haven't received it yet, even though it's been over a week. They didn't give me any confirmation document about the refund, so I'm still trying to get my money back.

On Thursday, March ,, I talked to Joanna L from BMW of Freeport about buying a car. I gave her $500 and said I'd pick up the car the next week. I couldn't do anything until Monday because I was buying a house. She said the deposit was refundable and would email me. After the deposit was taken, I called and emailed her about the email. She didn't respond. I called the dealership the next day and left messages. She still didn't respond. I called again on Saturday and was told she'd call me back. Later, I found out the dealership was closing because of the virus. I called again and spoke to a manager, Dimitri, who said he'd tell Joanna to refund me. I called again on Sunday and spoke to Steve M, who said he'd refund me. I went on the website on March *** and talked to Robert K. I still haven't gotten my deposit back. This was a frustrating experience. I read good reviews about the dealership, but they ignored me after I gave them money. Joanna and Steve were wrong.
