Bought BMW X6 3.5i 2015 in December 08/12/2022. I waited 2 weeks before could get my vehicle because of several issues that needs attention. I bought vehicle from primo executive cars address 131 Van Riebeeck Avenue Edenvale. My wife got stuck along the road on the 28/02/2023 with a mechanical breakdown on vehicle. I immediately informed Zelda the manager, she only responded to me about a week later just to tell me the owner is not is she must wait for him. In the meanwhile car is standing again at workshop for repairs the outcome from workshop is the vehicle tensioner pull with belt broke.
After several what's up communication and struggle to get dealership paid for repairer because I only drove, 1800 km and vehicle is still under 6 months at dealership. They informed me that they are not going to pay its wear and tear. I hardly drove vehicle and it in and out of workshops. I bought vehicle to enjoy it, not stand more than what I have use of it. I had to pay the workshop t the end of the day just so that they can release it because it is standing for 2 weeks already.
Desired outcome: DEALERSHIP MUST PAY FOR REPAIRES.

BMW Has major issues with their engines and oil leaks. They have hide recalls by calling them Customer Care Packages. In 2019 after dealing with an immense oil leak BMW finally admitted and tried to fix by offering customers with the specific engines a Customer Care Package... we paid $4400 towards a replacement engine and parts in 2019. Covid hit in 2020 which had most people staying home and sometimes permanently woking from home. We were one of those people, which is why our car has only been driven roughly 10k miles with this "new engine" and now it's fall of 2022 and we have oil leaks from 2 areas... again! We called our dealership and have been told it is out of the 2 year warranty... This should have been modified with covid shut downs that kept people working at home and not driving. We are being told this is on us yet this is a brand new engine that now after 10k miles has the same issues but because of covid and less driving the 2 year warranty is expired. We called BMW North America 300 Chestnut Ridge Road in Woodcliff Lake, NJ and customer service said they stand firm on their warranty and that no adjustments have been made due to covid shut downs. We are appalled by this ignorance to say the least. How can BMW stand behind a recall that 10k miles in and it's defective with the same issues!?
Desired outcome: BMW To do what's right and pay to fix their very poorly made engines and parts and stop screwing over their consumer.

CPO Warranty
On the way home from work on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, my car broke down. It is a 2018 BMW 330i and still under the Certified Pre Owned Unlimited Warranty Mileage with BMW North America until June 2023. The car gave a low coolant message, and it eventually stalled as I exited from Route 287, a hazardous highway with large trucks always present. The car wholly stalled, and I am perplexed because I had kept regular maintenance appointments and was at Open Road BMW on April 15, 2022, when I had an oil change done on the vehicle and the complimentary multi-point inspection that the dealership advertises. My question falls in this category if my car received the service and check, how is it that the coolant is low? Especially since there were no signs or indicators before the vehicle had issues on May 18th.
First, let me preface that I have been a reliable customer of BMW as this is my second vehicle from Open Road, and I consider the relationship lifelong. On Saturday, May 21, 2022, I had my car towed by BMW Roadside Assistance to Open Road BMW in Edison, and after a few hours, I received a call from Mr. Lason Cruz, who stated that I am covered under the CPO warranty. I inquired about a loaner car and was told that none were available at the time. The weekend passed, and I called Mr. Cruz on Tuesday, May 24th, when he assured me that I was covered and could pick up the loaner car. I was at work at the time and told him I would come in at 4:30-5:00 pm.
As I was arriving, I received a call from Mr. Cruz where he loudly stated that I was no longer approved for the repair and that the loaner would be denied. He reasoned that the computer in the vehicle calculated that I had driven the car after the coolant message came on. I must add that the dashboard temperature gauge remained ordinary as I drove home to secure my safety. I was taken aback by how he spoke to me as he let everyone in the dealership hear his admonishing tone. I remained professional and asked him for the number to corporate headquarters, which he provided.
When I called the corporate office of BMW on May 24th and explained my situation to the customer service representative Janie, she took notes. She said someone would return my call and address the abovementioned concerns, possibly reconsidering my request to complete the repairs on my vehicle. I placed an additional call on May 26th, spoke to Dominique in customer service, and she routed the call to Christina, the case manager responsible for my particular situation. I left a message inquiring when I could expect a decision. As of today, I am still waiting to hear from BMW Corporate.
In conclusion, this entire situation has been nightmarish and stressful, I have never missed a payment or service appointment, and this is my second BMW purchased from Open Road; I am seeking complete remedy as Mr. Cruz first stated 20,000 dollars for the repair on Tuesday, May 24th. I just received a notification from Mr. John Ladany, who sent an estimate of nearly 28,000 dollars for the repair. I paid 27 995 for the vehicle on June 30, 2021. They are being quite ridiculous here, and the public needs to be aware of this.
Desired outcome: Warranty Honored and my car repaired with no cost to me.
The company just called and decided to fix my car, I am a lifelong customer of BMW and I am pleased to say that the relationship will continue. Please remove this complaint because it has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Phone call from BMW recall [protected]. I have received this call for the past several months sometimes twice daily. They ask for my son or daughter in law. They have been told they do not live here and it is not my business. They have been asked to stop calling,take me off there list. When they called again earlier this week I informed them again to stop and if they called again I would contact the BBB. They called again today. 2014 bmw i3 battery warranty
Whenever I try charging my car it shuts down and it doesn't want to charge at all. Took it to the dealership, instead they have me change my tire and flush something for 46 dollars and tire for 250. Dollars, and they didn't even fix my main problem. Servise advisor treated me like a piece of [censored] when I showed up the next following day, wasn't gonna give me a loaner, made me wait for 2 hours to get one, didn't want me to talk to the manager regarding my problem. If I didn't get ahold of the person in charge of getting a loaner I would probably not have one at all. I felt like not wanted at the dealership because i'm asian, while everybody else got a loaner. It was the most horrible experience I ever been through a bmw dealer. Service advisor argued with me regarding why I didn't call an appointment, I came back the next day cause my battery wasn't charging, and I felt like he was punishing me for that. So they called me 4 days later telling me it's not covered by warranty even though it has something todo with my battery, that has 8 yrs warranty on it, they refuse to change my battery when I still have my warranty, I bought this car 6 months ago. Please help me I know i'm being treated unfairly

We wish to bring your attention that the above mentioned car was dropped on |Sunday 14 February 2021 at Leal & Co. Ltd, Cassis Division for repair. The next day the car did not want to start.
We attended the workshop and found that the car was nor starting and it was towed to Leal & Co at Pailles.
After one week the Garage Manager told us that the DME must be replaced. No diagnostic report was given to us, despite several requests.
The car stayed in the garage for 3 weeks for the diagnostic and the replacement of the DME; this is intolerable.
We do not agree with the issue of the DME. A DME cannot get damaged on its own as the car run only 123, 000 Kms up to now. Besides this, you may know that Mauritius is a small island and a mileage of 123, 000 kms is nothing.
For your information, this is the second time that we are replacing a DME. The first time it happened some years ago on our E39 BMW Model 520i.
We are therefore asking for a full refund of the cost for the new DME and the relative expertise from BMW, Germany.
