I bought a charger from this scam website Boardwalk Buy and did not receive it. I saw their ad on Facebook and got interested. At first I thought that Boardwalk Buy was pretty good, their website looked nice, and of course I found their prices quite reasonable.
So I ordered my charger and paid for it, but did not receive a reply or payment confirmation and suspected that something was terribly wrong. I checked the reviews and couldn't believe my own eyes! On many different websites there were numerous negative reviews! That moment I realized that I will never get my item or my money back.
My only advice is - avoid Boardwalk Buy, they are just a huge scam, they steal from people and never deliver orders.

This company is horrible. They say 24 hour shipping. But it will be weeks or months before you get what you ordered. If you get it at all. If you do order from them use PayPal. The only way I got my order was filing a complaint through PayPal for a refund. I got the product with the box ripped open and beaten up. Postmarked the day after I filed the complaint. This is a horrible company.

I bought an item from them and it never showed up. I can't remember how many times I have tried to get a refund. They replied that there was no way to get my money back, then they said that I need to wait until they think of something. Time passed and they did not contact me back and when I tried to reach them I was ignored.
Boardwalk Buy took my money pretty fast and that was all they did.
I found the reviews later and was upset. So many people got scammed by Boardwalk Buy and if only I saw these reviews earlier I could have saved myself from all the hassle.

I purchased two facial pore I-Cleansers from Boardwalk Buy on 28th March 2017 for £29.73 but I still haven't received the items. I wrote to them twice but my problem has not been resolved yet. Yesterday I sent them a request to refund my money but I doubt they'll response.
I think the Authorities should take action about this scam company.
TO EVERYONE out there who's been scammed by this company Boardwalk Buy please report it to Watchdog program on BBC. It's easy to find "How to make a complaint" on Watchdog website when you google it. The Media should know about this as well.

On 2/27/2017 I ordered an MP3 player.(Item 8gbmp3black) (Order #6735613). It arrived today 3/7/2017. The instructions were nothing but one simplified drawing. I uploaded one music album and the unit does not play it back at all. Since I ordered it to use on an international trip next week, I have no choice but to purchase one at a "big box" store. I ordered a set of car sleeves to fit between seat and console. This was ordered beginning of Dec 2016. I still have not received product or refund and many many requests. Each time they say the same thing that it is coming in next week and will be shipped in 3-5 days. The item is still be advertised. No way of getting to them on the phone. I want my money back.

I ordered two magnetic phone chargers from a Facebook ad. The arrived yesterday and don't work in my Samsung S7. I sent an email through their website and haven't received any response.
I did return this today and hope that they will credit my account. If they don't, I will file a complaint with my credit card company. Beware of doing business with this company.

Ordered a charger for my phone. Ad said it was in stock and would ship in 24 hours. After placing the order, the confirmation said due to high volume of orders, it would be 2 to 4 weeks to ship. When I emailed them, their response was...The item will be shipped as soon as it is available. I sent them another email two days later stating...Your website still says the item is in stock and will ship in 24 hours, you should stop lying to your customers. I have been exchanging email with Edward N. CSR. I have ordered once in the past and had the same issue, but I did finally get my item and its great. We shall see if this item shows up. I would bet they are using our money to purchase the item from their source. They then must wait to receive it from a 3rd party before shipping to the customer. I wouldn't say it is a total scam, but they are very unethical.
not returning emails
I ordered a two pack 10 ft. Fiber cloth cable for IPhone 5 & 6 for $12.49. I plugged one of the cable into my phone and it stated that it was charging and then it stopped. I attempted to unplug it and plug it back in and it would not charge. I have sent three emails and have yet to receive an answer. I want to return them for a refund. The Zip broke off purse and could no longer be used, as per your web page which states to send e-mail and return item to Big Red Group, which I did around 10th Jan. I did not send with a tracking number unfortunately.
I have since had e-mails back from Alex R stating nothing can be done as no tracking number.
I am not asking for money back, My daughter would just like a new wristlet.
I am not trying to pull a fast one and get something for free. This is genuine faulty item.

product quality (damaged) and no delivery
Scam scam scam. The worst company ever. Do not be fooled by their "cheap prices: you will only get: damaged products, no communication on delivery, poor customer service, no exchanges for proper products in good condition, and maybe not even get your products at all. Don't deal with them. I've lost so much money on these folks.
After ordering nov 30, 2016, I still didn't get my products in time for the holidays. I reached out to ask for delivery details, never heard back from company. I filed a formal complaint with paypal on my behalf to get them involved. Only then, 7 days later, did my product show up at my door, no paperwork, no shipping details, no order details. Products were damaged, sweater had a hole in it, and bluetooth speaker doesn't work. I have tried to email, im, reply to their "survey" to get my products replaced, but no one will call back. Hundreds of dollars wasted on this poor company.

I ordered this wireless charger on Dec. 7, 2016. It took 3 weeks to receive and I had to contact them twice to ask about it. I received it Dec. 28, 2016. It is faulty. So I ordered a straightener hair brush from them on december 20 2016 it told me 5 to 7 business days and it's january 9th and I still haven't received it. I ordered November of 2016 for Christmas. I wanted to make this a memorable Christmas for my granddaughters so i ordered some toys and Christmas games. I thought that since I had ordered in early November, we would surely get our merchandise in time for Christmas. As it was nearing Christmas, I emailed the company and received no response. I checked to see if they withdrew my money and of course, they had. I have not received any merchandise and no refund and it is already Jan 2017. They have not responded to my five emails since Thanksgiving. They stole from me and now I am out of luck.

On November 23, 2016 I ordered a specialized shirt. A few weeks later I never received the item so I contacted them. Within one day they said they were backed up and would be shipping the item. The item was a Christmas gift. It never arrived and they will not return my messages or issue a refund that I have demanded.
