Boardwalk Buy boardwalk buy scam

I ordered an item from Boardwalk Buy. It came up on my feed on Facebook. I ordered the item on December 2, 2016. On December 14, 2016 after sending an email to Boardwalk Buy, I got a canned email that stated my item that I paid for right away, is being shipped in 5-7 business days. I still haven't received it as of this writing on December 24, 2016. I am not going to stop until your company is not allowed to do business on Facebook. I am notifying Consumer Affairs Complaint with the state of Florida, along with seeing if there are criminal charges that I can press with our Attorney General Pam Bondi. She just got a chummy invite from Trump so I imagine she would want a good international rip off case. I think you should have thought it out better than to rip of this particular person. I am relentless and put companies like yours, in a bad hole before and now you have made yourself known personally to me, by ripping me off. Good luck. And at least, send the product in good faith, instead of knowing there is a complaint being lodged and still not sending the product. At least when I crucify you in court you can say, we sent her the product. Somehow I don't think that will happen. Your choice.

Boardwalk Buy phone #??

Really? This will be the last time I order from your company. Placed an order earlier for Birthday Gifts and, you guessed it, It was delivered late, after the fact! They were for my grandsons 4th birthday! Now, same thing with Christmas gifts?! This seems to be a reoccurring problem for you people. I will make sure to let friends and family know EVER to order ANYTHING from Boardwalk! EVER!

Boardwalk Buy scamming customers

I placed an order for an item I found online thru boardwalk buy on November 30, 2016. I bought 5 of the same item thinking it would be a great christmas present. I never received a confirmation or a thank you for my order as with other online purchases I have made for christmas. I have not received my order either. Now it is December 14th and I am out the money charged to my account and have no presents for 5 people and have to start over. I called the number the bak has listed for the order and the number is out of service- quite convenient!

Placed my order for a High Pressure Power Washer on April 14, 4-5 business days promised. STILL WAITING. The first letter of a delay said "if you would like a refund to contact them". I've sent out 6 refund requests, each time with a promise or delivery and "can not be refunded do to your order still being processed!" Boardwalk Buy mp3 & mp4 players

I still feel strongly that boardwalkbuy company should pay for the return mailing cost. It was not my fault that your company mailed junk merchandise. This kind of treatment of customers is going to be very costly for your company in a long run.
I ended up losing shipping cost both ways for junk merchandise.
Never ever do a business with this company.
I got those ordereded recently with amazon; I have very good products & experience.

Boardwalk Buy men's posture-corrective therapy back brace with magnets

The worst experience and product ever. Don't expect to get what you see in the picture... I ordered one but threw it away because I couldn't return it. The Customer Service ignored my e-mails and there was no way to contact them by phone!

ordered the Men's Posture-Corrective Therapy Back Brace with Magnets on 11/11/2016. Order number is 56811.

Product was supposed to arrive within 5 days. I reached out to Boardwalk Buy to inquire about my item. They responded immediately. They claimed that: "We experienced an unusually high volume of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule, and caused a slight delay. As of now, your current order delivery time is approximately 4-5 business days."

I contacted again by e-mail Customer Service. A representative responded back to my request for cancellation with this message: "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we can confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund."

I responded back asking to provide me with the carrier and tracking number information. I wanted to know when to expect this item so I could refuse delivery.

Customer Service Representative Edward N. responded back with this message: "I have looked into your order and unfortunately this is currently on back order, which would explain why you have not received some or all of your items as of yet. We are expecting to receive thousands of this particular product by early next week so you should receive yours, at the latest, by the end of next week. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

I responded back to Edward N. to cancel my order since it is on hold and that I am no longer interested in this product.

I received a response saying again that my order was being processed and that they were unable to cancel.

So, Is it being processed or is it on back order? Everyone receives these canned responses when you e-mail them. You will never be spoken to like an actual human being. They have about 3-4 canned copy and paste responses that they send back to you depending on the circumstance.

It took 3 weeks to receive it after multiple follow-ups. The product was way far from the way it was described. It was really done to be thrown in the garbage. I tried to contact them by mail again because there was no phone# provided. The answers where as usual from robots... The same all the time without any real follow-ups.

I spent time looking at their Facebook page. I noticed that they were deleting customer negative comments, concerns, and complaints.

Today, I still haven't received any feedback to return the product or exchange it. Following a feedback I read from other customers, I logged into my PayPal account and get Boardwalk Buy phone #. I called the number. It was out of service. I found out later that prior to this number being put out of service, it was registered to Florence Scovel Jewelry.

I found tons of reviews online. You can go to websites such as BBB, SiteJabber, [redacted], ScamAdviser, ScamAudit, ComplaintsBoard, TrustPilot, etc. The complaints are consistent down the board.

I noticed also that the same exact experience happened to many other people. they talk about the EXACT SAME CANNED COPY AND PASTE messages AND EVENTS.

Boardwalk Buy pet stroller

I received a pet stroller from them (yes, I did get product) but it was defective. It looked as though the mfg forgot to sew one of the side leaving a gaping hole where the animal could escape. I sent pictures and the CS rep was nice enough but didn't resolve the issue. They said I could return it but I would have to pay the freight. What? I have to pay for something to be shipped back when it's defective? What a crock!

Boardwalk Buy scam, avoiding uk consumer laws

They advertise from a uk website and address, deliver (Eventually) from a uk address. Faulty goods are required to be returned to toronto canada at buyers expense thus dodging uk law which requires faulty goods to be returned free. This is nothing but an outright scam and uk trading standards have been informed. Do not deal with these people. Worse still is that paypal backs them up and leaves you with junk goods.

Boardwalk Buy return to sender

On Oct 14th, Friday night at 9pm, I ordered a necklace but 10 minutes later, I sent an email requesting the colour to be changed only to be told it was "already processed". Baloney! Unfortunately I didn't have the same sense as others to contact my bank and cancel. That message should have been a warning to me of what was to come. I did receive the product promptly and in good condition but I still didn't like the colour so I got the address to send it back for the right one. I missed the part about sending it with a tracking number and sent it regular mail to the exact address I was given (which afterwards I found out would've cost half the cost of the item!). I got a ridiculous message that suggested I get it back from Canada Post and then send it tracking! Anyways a couple of weeks later, it was returned to me "Return to Sender -- Unit unknown"! Tracking or no tracking, if the address isn't right, it wouldn't have gotten there. So you nastily got your way but ultimately, you have lost a customer. All I wanted was an exchange, not even a cancellation. I am not paying Canada Post $10 for a $20 item.

Boardwalk Buy missing brushes

Hello. I have ordered a brush set from www.boardwalkbuy.com and it took them a long time to deliver my order. But when it finally arrived I was very excited. When I opened the package I felt that there was something wrong, and then I realized that two brushes were missing.
I contacted BoardwalkBuy customer service via email but did not receive a reply. I would like them to contact me as soon as possible regarding my issue.

Boardwalk Buy money taken, item not shipped

On September 14 I placed an order via PayPal for the Ceramic Hair Straightening Brush advertised on Boardwalkbuy's Facebook page.

Boardwalk Buy immediately charged my account $25.99 and sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that my order had been received and that I would be receiving the product within 4-5 business days.

I spent the next few days looking at their Facebook page, looking for updated reviews on this item. I started to notice that they were deleting customer concerns, complaints, and questions. I flat out asked them why they were deleting comments on this product. My questions went ignored, my comments were deleted. The third time I posted on their page asking why they were deleting comments, they blocked me from posting PERIOD. I was banned from posting because I had complaints and concerns. This is their MO. They WILL block and ban you from their Facebook page if you complain against them or call them out.

On September 20, I reached out to Boardwalk Buy to inquire about my item. They responded immediately. They claimed that: "We experienced an unusually high volume of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule, and caused a slight delay. As of now, your current order delivery time is approximately 4-5 business days."

On September 26, I STILL did not receive any shipping confirmation. I logged into my PayPal account and looked up the "Seller Info" for Boardwalk Buy. They provide a phone number and an e-mail address. The phone number is currently listed as: [protected]. I called the number, knowing that things would be resolved much faster through a phone call than an e-mail. Lo and behold? This number is out of service. A quick Google search told me that prior to this number being put out of service, it was registered to Florence Scovel Jewelry.

I then reached out through e-mail and I contacted them requesting to cancel my order. I did so because I found tons of things online that I did not like. You can go to websites such as this one, BBB, SiteJabber, [redacted], ScamAdviser, ScamAudit, and ComplaintsBoard. The complaints are consistent down the board.

Customer Service Representative Maria responded back to my request for cancellation with this message: "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we can confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund."

I responded back to Maria S. asking her to provide me with the carrier and tracking number information. I wanted to know when to expect this item so I could refuse delivery.

Note: My friend ordered the exact same ceramic brush and had e-mailed the week before I did, and received this EXACT SAME CANNED COPY AND PASTE message.

Maria S. responded, telling me again that my order was processing and that they were unable to cancel.

SO WHICH IS IT?! Is it being processed or is it on back order? Everyone receives these canned responses when you e-mail them. You will never be spoken to like an actual human being. They have about 3-4 canned copy and paste responses that they send back to you depending on the circumstance.

I've tried THREE TO FOUR TIMES now to review this shady company on TrustPilot. I've been reported twice by Boardwalk Buy. The first time they claimed I was not a customer in their data base. The second time they are claiming my review is nothing but allegations. GTFO. I might not be able to post everything I want to say on TrustPilot, but I sure as hell can post it elsewhere!

On 9/27 I opened a dispute with PayPal. Boardwalk Buy has YET to provide them with the information they are looking for.

I also followed up by opening up a case with the Better Business Bureau. (BWB also tried to say that this was just an allegation. LOL. Stop. I have the case number.)

I advise everyone to stay away from this company. Like, FAR, FAR, away.

Boardwalk Buy wireless charger

This company is a complete scam! I ordered what was marketed as a Samsung wireless charger. The ad even shows the wireless charger with Samsung across the base of the charger. I ordered it on 8/5/2016, my card was charged that day and I did not receive the item until 9/9/16. When it arrived it was a cheap knock off charger that was made of lightweight plastic and no brand name. I plugged it in and tried charging my phone for hours. It did not work at all! I contacted customer service(they only have email, no phone number). I told them I wanted a refund asap and that the charger I ordered was not the charger I received. It took a few days but I heard back that I would have to PAY to ship it back with tracking. I refuse to do that. I should not have to pay for something to be returned that I did not order. They sold me an inferior non-functioning piece of plastic(it's not even heavy enough to use as a paperweight). I've filed claims with my credit card, paypal and the BBB. Whatever anyone does DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is something else. They have 2 FAKE good reviews and the rest they reported as non-customer. I've provided Trustpilot with the proof they need and I have dozens of emails from Boardwalk buy. Please everyone keep reviewing on ALL sites in both US and Canada. This company is clearly hiding something. They only gave me a refund after I posted dozen's of reviews and contacted the BBB and my local police department to help me resolve this scam. DO NOT BUY from this company. My order number is 898698

Boardwalk Buy charger

Ordered a wireless charger for my phone and it did not work. My phone wasn't charging.
I decided to return it back in order to get a refund, so I went online found BoardwalkBuy phone number and called. They said that I need to send the broken one back to them and only then they'll refund me. I did as they said and waited patiently, but when I contacted them again they said that refund was not possible and refused explain why.
I had no other options and contacted PayPal. I'm glad that I used PayPal and in the end they helped me a lot and got my money back. BoardwalkBuy is not to be trusted!

Boardwalk Buy I ordered something from them at the first of the month and I still haven't received it yet.

They won't call me or give me a phone number where they can be reached. I have been Pleading with them All Month to just send me what I paid for. I ordered something from another company on the same day as I ordered from them and got it within a weeks time. The tracking info on my order says it has been waiting to ship from China since the 17th of this month. I honestly believe that the people in the company are finding it Funny that they haven't sent it to me yet. They need to have their license to sale revoked and their company needs to be Shut Down. I don't have any idea how many other people they have scammed out of money but I have very bad nerves and after I talk to the BBB I'm going to see if I can Sue Board walk buy for stealing my money and causing me stress and anxiety to the point where I thought I was having a heart attack a few nights ago. It was stress related and THEY ARE CAUSING ME SERIOUS STRESS AND ANXIETY! I ONLY WANT WHAT I PAID FOR WEEKS AGO OR AT LEAST A REFUND CHECK!

Boardwalk Buy stay away from this fraudulent company!

My order never arrived and there was no way to reach someone from BoardwalkBuy! I was supposed to get my order in 5 business days and I waited patiently but noting happened. Weeks passed and I still was not able to contact these guys, so literally I lost my money.
I will leave negative reviews everywhere I can and will make sure to tell as many people as I can about my bad experience with BoardwalkBuy.
Stay away from this fraudulent company!

Ordered two necklaces on 10th May. Money was taken from my account on 12th May, I also paid for additional postage. I was supposed to get my order within 3-5 business day, but never received my order. I have tried to contact them on many occasions by email but all I get is a instant messenger. I cannot find a telephone number! I email and I ask for a telephone number to contact them but I still receive the same automated response. Surly there should be a law to protect my right as a customer.

Boardwalk Buy never again!

Do not waste tour money here, BoardwalkBuy is a scam! I have ordered a phone charger back in December 2015 and it is now late May 2016 and I did no receive anything yet and it seems like these guys decided to keep my money. Their email is useless, no matter how hard I tried, I never ever received a response! I also found their phone number but it did not work! I want my money back and I will not give up that easily! Stay away!

Boardwalk Buy my new charger does not work anymore.

I had terrible shopping experience with www.boardwalkbuy.com. I have ordered an iPhone charger from this website about a month ago and several days ago it stopped working. Tried to contact customer service many times, sent several emails, but never received a reply. I don't recommend this website because they sell poor quality merchandise. Save your money and stay far away from this place.

Boardwalk Buy cell phone chargers

I ordered a set of two phone chargers. Only one of them works and I have sent two emails informing them I need either a refund or a replacement of the one that doesn't work. There is no phone number or any other way to contact them. They are simply ignoring my emails. If I do not hear from them today I will contact my credit card company and see if there is anything we can do from that end but I'm not holding my breath after seeing all the same complaints about this item.

Boardwalk Buy not truthful regarding 100% money back guarantee - order bbuy452778

We ordered heel guards on 11/8/2015, received them, however, when my husband used one of them, he couldn't wear it. We bought 2 sets; he wore only one guard. Web site said 100% Money Back Guarantee. I've written multiple e-mails requesting to return the heel guards -- they will not take them back, nor give my money back. This is a Canadian company - they apparently do not have a telephone number and I've tried to get CEO's name to write to, but my last e-mail did not get a reply. I am very angry with this company. I've asked for a refund of $24.98 and want to return the unused guards. They refuse to deliver They continue to advertise on Yahoo Home page, as well as Facebook. They said money back guarantee. Boardwalk Buy I didn't get complete set and two pillowcases were missing

I have purchased set from Boardwalkbuy. It was written in the description that the set was cotton and contained 4 pillowcases and 2 sheets. I was surprised when I opened the set. It had only 2 pillowcases and 2 sheets. I called to the seller immediately and asked to send the missing pillowcases, and the seller excused and told me that he would ship them today. I haven’t received any news from the seller afterwards and the missing items weren’t provided.

Boardwalk Buy seller sent defective chargers and didn't respond to emails

I bought two chargers from the website www.boardwalkbuy.com. The price for each charger was about $7 and they shipped the order for free. However, the chargers didn’t work and I have tried them for different phones. I opened the website again and hoped to find the email address or phone number, but the seller didn’t post it. It was unavailing to send emails thought he site, because seller ignored all of the emails.
