My Experience at *** Howard Collision:I dropped off my car off on April 6th. I was told two weeks to make the repairs. I received a text from *** Howard with a link that I could follow the progress. Not a lot of detail but it did tell where we were in the process. It also said two weeks with a date of April 20th. Now I realize that those are projected dates but two weeks was plenty of time for my repairs. On the Tuesday the 20th (projected date) I received no call from the collision center so I called. I was sent to an extension that the voicemail was full so I had to call back and was able to leave a message at that extension. I received no response on Tuesday. Called again Wednesday with no response. Called Thursday and asked to hold until I was able to talk to someone. I spoke with someone, couldnt clearly hear the name and he was not sure what was going on but would check. I actually received a call back but with the disappointing news that my car had not even been painted. I was told how difficult a job my car repair was and my special paint would make the job longer. So I was told it would be at the latest another week. At this point, the nice web based repair tracker is no use... It still says April 20th. I called on The following Tuesday to check if we were on track for Thursday with no response. I called Wednesday with no response. On Thursday and was able to actually talk to somebody! I was assured that were on track but at the very latest it would be Friday. It was not ready on Thursday. I knew because I called not someone from the center. I was assured on Friday morning we were on track for end of day but could not give me an estimated time. I receive a call that my car is ready and I quote all buttoned up late Friday afternoon but in the same breath was told something was overlooked and not completed bit that I could come get it and bring it back for finish it up or I leave it there to fix on Monday. I asked to speak with his supervisor. I explained my frustrations and he said he would try to have my car ready by the end of day Monday. Next Tuesday they will have had my car for 4 weeks. 4 weeks to replace the bumper, rear quarter panel and rear tail light. I cannot not even imagine if I had more damage how long it would take. It is really shame on me for taking it there. *** had issues in the past with different issues than the current ones but it is a known place for me and *** certified. I will not make the same mistake again. I picked up my car today and it was dirty inside and out. The inside of my car looks like they left the windows down and kept my car outside the entire 4 weeks they had it. My car is missing the caps to the ceiling liner. Around one of those holes there is grease or dirt from when removed. The line between the two tones of paint on my rear quarter panel is not clean. I was told when I brought my car in it would as good as new. I wish that was true. After *** Howard repaired my car for the second time, because they couldnt get it right the first time, they left both terminals of the battery unscrewed and unsecured, which resulted in a complete lose of power. I was picking up dinner, so this left me stranded and dinner getting cold until I could do their work for them and at least hand tighten until I got to some tools. I drive all over *** and I cannot imagine having a total loss of power in the middle of nowhere. I will NEVER EVER recommend this body shop to anyone.

Here is the body of email I sent to GM of Bob Howard Toyota Aaron ***. Complaints also was failed with Attorney General office and FTC: Hello Mr., I decided to address you first before I'll go any further with my experience of buying car from your dealership. First of all, financing interest rate. I sent the copies of my preapproval letter from Capital One and the offer to the sale guy (see attached) that clearly says my interest rate is %12.29. George told me its ok to fly to sign papers and pick up the car. By the time I got to the dealership ( I had to fly from Houston), the rate magically went up to unimaginable %18.79 and now it is from Wells Fargo. Hard to argue when you are 400 miles from your home, right? Especially after offer from Capital One conveniently expired day before. Fraud or deceptive practice? Next, doc fee. Nothing I can argue about that, it is your right to impose any kind of fee. Morality of that is not of my business. However, your sales guy stated something which never happens: include TX state tax in this fee ( see attached screenshot). Next is GAP. I told financial guy, I don't need it, but he replies: this is a part of the loan agreement and I have to get it. By the way, he forget to provide copy of GAP to me.(very conveniently too). Deceptive practices again. But, believe me, I would even bother to right this email just all of that I stated above until I discovered so called Superior Protection Contract worth $499, which NOBODY mention of, was sold to me! With the maximum benefit of $1000 for 7 years, or $500 per claim! You are kidding!(see attached). Deceptive practices for sure! Mr.. Its up to you as manager make it right. Interest rate is stays, nothing we can do about it. It wil cost me small amount, since the whole purpose of buying this car was to boost my credit history and I will paid it off in 6 month. But GAP and Superior Protection (thanks for special cancellation provision for Texas) must go. I cannot cancel GAP without my copy. And please, save my time by cancelling both from your side. I could easily do it different way: send the body of this email to Capital One, FTC etc. Then cancel both contracts myself. But I believe in good nature. Everybody make mistakes. Please let me know ASAP by email or call me at ***-XXXX at any time. Sincerely, Azamat

Extremely disappointed! I was Lied to through every aspect of the deal I made when I went in there to buy my car. From being told that the lender required me to purchase an extended warranty all the way to being shown an extreme misrepresentation of the vehicle history report. Now I'm stuck in a vehicle that not only requires very expensive repairs for problems that the dealership had to have known about when they sold it to me, but also a vehicle that I'm unable to trade out of because of its history the was misrepresented to me by the dealership. I'm seeing other reviews from people who seem to have had a far better experience than I did but as for me, this is the last time I set foot on a Bob Howard lot and I'm making sure everyone I talk to knows about my experience. If I could give a zero star rating I absolutely would. I urge you to be very CAUTIOUS when shopping here.

Bob Howard Acura I purchased a vehicle and about a week after driving it the check engine light had come on and the tire pressure sensor light as well

I purchased a vehicle and about a week after driving it the check engine light had come on and the tire pressure sensor light as well. I went back to the dealer and they wanted me to cover these repairs and yes i know i purchased and "as-is" vehicle but the problem that was found is something that does not just break over night. This part was already broken and it is a safety issue. I drove this vehicle with a broken drive shaft and me and my family could have been seriously injured or even hurt others if it would have malfunctioned or broken completely before the dealer could get me in for a repair. I do not feel it should be my responsibility to pay for this repair as the dealer should of had no right to sell me this unsafe vehicle and im not sure what their 150 point inspection covers if it missed a broken drive shaft.

5/5 purchase vehicle with the pretense and assurance by salesman and mechanic that a known issue part will be replaced and fix the A/C free of costs. Back order on part about 3 weeks as it had already been ordered. Honda let us purchase and drive it off the lot pre-repair without proper paperwork stating the owed part in the contract and wouldn't let us have said paperwork. 5/19 part arrives. 5/24 vehicle taken into service department about 10 a.m. No communication until 6:30 p.m. on pick up. Part was replaced but did not fix the issue. Reception had no communication from mechanic on why. 5/25 vehicle taken back to service department about 8 a.m. Told we shouldn't have taken the car as it had an open ticket. Turns out the part defective is the compressor. 5/26 No communication on status of car. Called four times and no call back on three different departments. Told we can't get out of the contract as it's been too long. Robbed by Bob Howard Honda OKC out of $9k lemon.

After 4.5 hours of waiting, the technician came back and told me my car was ready. The bill was over $180.00. He had gone ahead and did a full diagnostic test for $120.00 without my knowledge and then charged me for it. He then claimed that I had told him to do so when I know for a fact I never agreed to it. He also said that I needed to replace my RFHUB because it wasn't working and HAD ALREADY ORDERED IT. I had not AT ALL been informed about the RFHUB needing to be replaced and then he went ahead and ordered it and wanted to charge me $950.00 for the replacement. Additionally, after my oil change, I began to have a squeaking sound in my jeep towards the tires. That was not there when I brought the vehicle to the dealership, but was there when I left. The tech also told me the noise was there prior to them receiving the vehicle. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IT WASNT. This is absolutely ridiculous.

A salesman by the name of Kelly who works for Bob Howard Nissan contacted me on 4/19 and stated that I was approved for a car. I told him over the phone that I didn't want to come up and be wasting my time. Per Kelly I wouldn't be and I was approved. I came up to the location and sat for over 30 mins because they had to find him, once he was located he was dry, and rude. He stated that he had a vehicle for me which took him sometime to take me too and once he did the vehicle was dirty inside, at that time I asked him what I was approved for, he still didn't give me an answer. He showed me another vehicle (suv again) and it was dirty. I asked him what I was approved for and he said that they didn't have many vehicles in stock, which on their website and looking around they had plenty. I can tell he didn't want to help me which frustrated me, so I called back spoke with Collins and explained to him the situation and he had Kelly call me back which we got into an argument based on his lack of communication and customer service. He has been hanging up in my face 4/20 as I called to speak with a manager. He needs to be fired if this is how you treat a potential buyer. I asked for general manager and they state he's in a meeting, I asked for his ext 3451 but for some reason I couldn't leave a voice message and each time I call I get no assistance and hung up on by a person who represents this company. Bob Howard Nissan. Now I am seeing many hits on my credit report which is coming from this dealership so I am being harassed by this salesman because I am a woman and he's trying to intimate me.

Bob Howard Acura I purchased a "new" 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE from Hector and Lovato

I purchased a "new" 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE from Hector and Lovato. When I arrived it was probably 30 minutes before closing and we did a quick walk around the "new" car I was purchasing. I did not test drive the car , since it was new, and I told the salesperson I just wanted to make sure there were no dents, dings ,scratches or dead bodies in the trunk... "don't worry it's brand new" was his response. After signing the paperwork the dealership was closed and I had to wait for Lovato to come back and fill up the car . When he arrived again with the car I noticed a rock chip in the window. Lovato took a picture of the windshield and said not to worry he would Get it fixed . At that point is when I failed - I should have refused delivery of the vehicle and taken my trade in back. The next day my wife hand washed the car and noticed that there were Rockchips all over the bumper and drivers side head lamp. I would like the windshield, bumper, headlamp replaced

Why would they tell me my car needs the timing belt changed for $ 199 when my toyota corrola 2016 doesnt have a timing belt, it has a chain belt that is suppose to last the life of the engine and nothing was wrong with it. I even asked are you sure it has to be changed already? And the guy Dave said yes timimg belt has to be changed between 60k to 80k miles. After i went to other mechanics to check i was informed my toyota corrola doesnt have a timing belt! The mechanics told me it has a chain belt and it suppose to last the life of the engine and nothing was wrong with it. I was really stunned, that bob howard toyota is that place i always go to to service my car as i though it was a good place but no they are trying to rip people off.

My vehicle was totaled in an accident. Bob Howard CJD was supposed to send the extended warranty check to Tinker Federal Credit Union. I have been in contact with TFCU and the extended warranty was canceled but the check was not sent. I have called and left messages with Bob Howard CJD finance department for two weeks with no return call. I have asked to speak with the Financial Director at Bob Howard CJD, left a message, with no return call. At this point, I'm not sure what to do. My checking account keeps getting debited for the monthly car payment until Bob Howard pays their part of the extended warranty loan.

On Oct. 12th I contacted Bob Howard and was prequalified through online submission for a vehicle. Scheduled an appointment with a sales representative for Friday Oct. 16th at 2:00 PM. When driving an hour and half away from where I live to purchase the car, I was informed through text message that the car was just being sent for reconditioning due to hail repairs. The same hail repairs I was told that would be repaired on Oct. 13th as the car was sold to me and they would pull it off the lot. When I was approved for the vehicle and told that I would buy it, no one ever mentioned that there was hail damage and was never advertised with stating there was hail damage on the vehicle. After being promised that the it would be completed and delivered to me by Monday Oct. 19th, I was informed through text message that it would not be ready. I was never offered a loaner vehicle as I had purchased a new vehicle from them and also put down $2000 for it. After basically begging for a loaner on my own, I finally received one. It is now Wednesday Oct. 28th and I still do not have the vehicle I purchased

Bob Howard Acura I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic on 06/20 from Bob Howard Honda at 13201 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK

I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic on 06/20 from Bob Howard Honda at 13201 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK. The car was not certified so I paid the certification fee of $1,650 to have it certified. According to all the literature on the Honda website and the certification checklist, windshields are something that is supposed to be looked at during the certification process. When I went to pick up the car after it had been certified, I noticed a crack in the windshield. My assumption is that this is something that should have been fixed or replaced because the Certified Program Standards clearly state "OEM OR NON OEM WINDSHIELDS CONTAINING CRACKS, CHIPS, SCRATCHES AND PITTING MUST BE REPAIRED AND/OR REPLACED WITH HONDA GENUINE GLASS." I contacted the salesman that sold me the car to request that it be fixed since it should have been during the certification process. He told me I could call roadside assistance to get it fixed. I then received a satisfaction survey so I filled it out honestly. The service advisor by the name of Brandon called me and left me two very unprofessional voicemails which I have saved. The windshield still hasn't been repaired or replaced. I feel that it should be given that the windshield is on the certification multi point inspection.

Bob Howard Acura I purchased a car from Bob Howard Buick GMC on August 5 with an extended warranty

I purchased a car from Bob Howard Buick GMC on August 5 with an extended warranty. I decided to cancel warranty and went back in on August 9 to sign the cancellation form. The form indicates that processinf should take 3 to 4 weeks. I started contacting the dealership in October as I had received no refund. I called the Finance Manager *** at least 3 times, leaving voicemail and never received a call back. I finally spoke with a *** and he asked me to email him a copy of the signed cancellation form, which I did. He replied that he had received it and would do some checking to see what the hold up was. I received no more correspondence from him, so I went on the Contact Us page on their website and explained my situation. I received a response back from the General Manager *** thanking me for considering buying a car from them. I sent a response back to his business email explaining that's not what I had contacted them about and received no response from him. I have called a couple of times since and have not been able to actually speak with someone. I contacted the warranty company and they have not received the cancellation because they told me that my warranty is active. I have run out of ways to try to get my refund of $2,522. I expect a full refund because I did sign the paperwork before the 30 days was up.

Bob Howard Acura We took our 20 year old daughter into trade in her old vehicle and get a new one on 3/2

We took our 20 year old daughter into trade in her old vehicle and get a new one on 3/2. The salesman Jamel Redmond said he had the perfect vehicle for her, as we had already filled out a pre-credit application and told him the amount and what we were looking for. He drove up a vehicle and she liked it so we went into Vaughn's office the finance guy and signed all the legal contracts and purchase agreement and she drove away in her new car leaving her old car behind as a trade in an down payment. A few days later the dealership called wanting her bank statements and proof of income, we told them they never asked for any of that and if they needed it they should of asked for it before we signed the contracts and drove away in her new vehicle. They have continued to call and threaten her to take the car back. I told them they entered a legally binding contract and a deal is a deal. She could not return the car in a few days if she decided she did not want it. A deal is a deal,. This is their fault they needed this information and did not get it not hers. They are trying to back out of a legally binding contract and take advantage of a 20 year old female. They are trying to scam her and have already taken her old car and gave her a new one, This is so unprofessional and they need to leave her alone and abide by the contract they entered into with her!

On May 20, I brought my Chevy Tahoe to the dealership due to extreme shaking while driving highway and turnpike speeds (70+ mph) and a ticking noise. Initially, the mechanic was unable to find any issues/reasons for the shaking as nothing was showing up on their diagnostic instruments. I was then informed the front differential and the transfers case had to replaced and by replacing these two items, the above noted issues would be fixed. After spending almost $5,000 the above issue was still not fixed. When I picked up the vehicle on June 12th, after being informed the issues were fixed, the shaking was WORSE. The next business day, Monday, June 15th, I had my service consultant and the mechanic ride with me. During the drive, I inquired about due diligence, ensuring no shaking at the noted speeds in the service notes, 70+ mph. The mechanic stated he did not reach those speeds. The mechanic also stated the shaking/vibrations were different. The vehicle was then road forced and the issue was fixed. Spoke with the GM on Thursday, August 27th after no response from the service manager and explained the above, Informed the money will not be refunded because the problem was eventually was fixed. When it was brought up again, I was then told these repairs would fix the problem, he stated, they should have never said that and he still had to pay staff and parts. He then went on stating the vehicle was at its end of life and recommended to not fix the vehicle anymore and to buy a newer one and would "take care of me" because the service manager thought highly of my as a customer over the last 5+ years. Contacted Chevy Customer Assistance, Casey at [protected] ext. 5916942 (case ***) and attempted to contact the Service Manager several times between 6/15 and Friday, August 21st without success.

Bob Howard Acura I purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan on 9/26 from Bob Howard Nissan for $6800 with extended warranty $3000

I purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan on 9/26 from Bob Howard Nissan for $6800 with extended warranty $3000. The car ran 3-4 weeks and one day exactly after I made the purchase and then stopped working. I called Bob Howard Nissan, and was told to take the car to Allen Samuels Volkswagen to get the car repaired. I was told the car had several issues and the grand total would to fix it would be $4000. I gave Allen Samuels the warranty info, but they would not cover the car costs. I told Bob Howard Nissan, and they requested I bring the car to their service department because they were the only ones that could fix it. Two weeks after I had my car towed to Bob Howard, they called and said it was ready. The next morning, the car still had issues going the speed limit. I took it back and demanded a loaner until it was totally fixed. I received the loaner, and have had it over a month at this point. I went back to Bob Howard on 12/18 to ask them to buy me out of my auto loan or give me a newer car with less problems. They offered me a filthy, newer car with higher mileage. I did not accept this car, so they told me I would not get approved for a loan so they would try to fix my car again. While there on 12/18, I asked for a service repair report and was given one. Nothing had been fixed, they only ran a maintenance report which showed what did not work on the car. I spoke with another salesman, and he told me he personally sold the car twice before I purchased it and it had been brought back both times. I have honestly lost all hope and faith in this car, more importantly, Bob Howard as a whole. Even after purchasing two vehicles, I feel like they have just mistreated me because I did not want a brand new $20k+ car. I just want to be done with the whole ordeal and I want them to buy me out of my auto loan so that I can go to a more reputable company to purchase a vehicle.

Bob Howard Acura 10 months ago we purchased a 2015 chevy tahoe with paperwork stating the odometer it had 100000 miles

10 months ago we purchased a 2015 chevy tahoe with paperwork stating the odometer it had 100000 miles. Which was incorrect mileage we found out later.. We had put no more than 4000 miles on the vehicle since the purchase of 10 months. Last week the check engine light came on and we immediately took it to bob howard toyota in hopes to speak with *** the manager at bob howard toyota where we purchased the vehicle. We were told by employees to take it to the chevy service center so we did. They told us we had warranty and that they would take a look at it and see what was going on. The service member Taylor Trip was very professional and friendly and the ONLY employee in this company who has helped us! He told us that basically the engine was consuming oil and running on 7 cylinders. And it was a problem the lifetime of the vehicle. He stated after inspectiON the motor needed to be replaced. He also stated he had never seen this problem before and it was unusual because the car was in perfect condition besides this problem with the engine. He advised us that it needed to be inspected further by insurance. After the inspection we were told the motor infact was going to be replaced. So we agreed to this replacement. However... Days later we are advised that due to not having a reman they were going to do a motor swap with a like milage vehicle. We were not ok with this. So we went to *** again to work this out. In a meeting with *** things did infact get a little heated but when Aaron landon came into the room it went completely unprofessional to a yelling match. He told my wife that she was ungreatful and what didnt she get that they were not going to put a new motor.. Which was a 1500 dollar difference that they would have to put out to make this right. We asked to speak to a higher member of management and were told NO to look for it online. And that we were done with the conversation not going to work with us. He disrespected my wife.
