Hi my name is Yolanda Justi and I ordered 3 rings size 9, 2 original 1 May and when I received the original my two originals were missing stones I am so disappointed as this is my fisrt time ordering from your company I have my order number it’s #[protected] from rep on TikTok with the @esugargemsbp and I am so upset I paid for my ring I would like to know what is going to happen a ticket was open for my complaint but no more responses my ticket number is #335722 please help me
