I am being harassed by your employee, Amanda. She's forwarding messages to other Consultants, blocking me from ordering. Amanda, with Crowed Fiery Queen of Bling, began spreading rumors about me on 11/4, after I ordered from her the day before. A message from someone named Naomi accuses me of being a scam artist. This is distressing as I am a disabled, cancer-stricken woman. I demand action against Amanda for damaging my reputation and preventing me from enjoying your jewelry.

I ordered a May ring from Montana Fizz's live show and assisted the owner during the broadcast. The ring initially seemed fine, but it later lost a stone. I reached out to the company but couldn't track my order as I assumed everything was in order. I'm disappointed, having spent a lot with them. I seek resolution and have proof of purchase on my bank statement. I've contacted Ring Bomb Party without a response to my issue. My email is with netzero.

I ordered about 4 rings from this company. They give the option to ship, or pick up. I live 10 mins from the person and chose to pickup. She's not responding to me to pick up my rings she's checking my messages but ignoring me. That's close to $100 worth of items I'm not able to get. I tried to contact the company and they make it impossible. So basically they leave it to the representative to solve the issue or anything in reguards to that. They take your money but then give no opinion to help you with an issue. So now I'm out of around $100 and didn't receive my products with no customer support whatsoever.

I ordered a ring bomb through a party. The ring was .925 silver Farmhouse style with rhodolite and defectIve. replacement rhodium plated. Not silver. Paid for a ring bomb. Ring was .925 silver setting with rhodolite. Within a week two stones fell out. Contacted hostess and she put a replacement ticket in. Received replacement ring and it is not silver. It is triple rhodium plated. Replacement should be EXACTLY what I originally ordered which was silver. Contacted hostess and was told ring bomb can't guarantee an exact replacement. That is nonsense. If I received a Silver ring when originally ordering I should receive a silver replacement and not a cheaper plated version. Bad business.

I made a purchase with Holly K on March 31st . My order number *** . My total amount was $21.05. I received an email stating my order would be shipped to me in 3 to 5 business days. On April 12 , I contacted Holly because I still haven't received my ring. She informed me that my ring was now unavailable and she would refund my money. That never happened! I contacted her a total of 12 times from April 12th until today May 6th. She keeps saying she will refund my money but she never shows up and I'm tired of being lied to and I have a copy of all the messages exchanged and I also have my credit card receipt for the ring I purchased and never received. I just want my money back!

I purchased a ring from this company via an independent consultant. The second time I wore the ring, it broke. I contacted the consultant who contacted the company and they sent out a replacement ring. It took a month for the replacement ring to arrive. On the first day of wearing the replacement ring, it tarnished. I did nothing to cause this. In fact I noticed the tarnishing when I took the ring off to wash my hands. I once again contacted the consultant who contacted the company again. The company refused to replace the ring again or give me my money back. I solely want my money back at this point. I do not want any more of their defective products.! I contacted the company myself requesting a refund. Their answer to me was that it had been over the 14 day time limit for replacements. However, it took them a month to get the ring to me! Which is obviously more than 14 days. Once again, I do not want a replacement! I want my money back. This company sells defective products .

I placed an order online for the first time, when I received the two rings--they didn't fit. I let the consultant know and she said "no refunds" Found this live online on social media. It was my first time viewing. I order an "original g" ($25.87) and a Postcard from Paris, both size 7 ($41.08). I normally wear a size 6.5, since half sizes didn't come in I ordered a 7. It still didn't fit, it was tight around my knuckle. I notified the consultant and she basically said "sorry we do not do refunds". This is insane! $66.95 dollars down the drain! Purchased 10.30.2020 but was delivered to me 11.5.2020, notified her 11.17.2020 on the 12th day due to being out of town. I will be going through my bank to dispute this. Definitely not going to spend $66 on rings that I can't even wear. It is not stated on their site either...the only thing they state on the site is "During the first 14 days, if your ring has a missing stone please contact your Independent Party Hostess directly. Defective rings must be returned to the Ring Bomb Party Returns Department before exchange is issued." Oh and above it states this " Customer Service is our top priority. "...me rolling my eyes at a consultant who refused to steal my money.

Just another shady MLM
Just another shady MLM. When I first signed up it was amazing. And then once my up line found out I was limited income it all changed! Just another MLM walking the fine line of permid scam. They don't really care about selling their products! Hostesses seem only interested in young beautiful woman and men who have unlimited income to throw into this! Once my up line found out I was on a limited income and low income at that things with her stopped. (not the person who directly I was under but the one above her who also did her dirty too for the exact same reason!) The jewelry also looks real but upon further inspection they don't have the k mark on any of their jewelry including the Rose gold that's supposedly is real gold! When I brought this up to my up line I was told to shut up BC it's real regardless of the mark. When I asked what the jewelry was made off after I already joined no one would give me a answer. On top of all this when I went to cancel I read on their own website that you have to be inactive for five months. Five months later it was only here that I found how to actually cancel. I have had money taken out that I really don't have for the past 5 months. Today I'm finally going to be canceling. Please do not join and do not buy! Yes the jewelry is pretty but it isn't right how they are operating. I didn't see it until I was a hun bot. But please be aware!

The first ring was a size 8 I have been watching the party's for a long time and I found a hostesrs I really liked. She was fun and had a great attitude so I ordered. I ended up falling asleep so I missed my reveal I did go back and watched the replay. I was happy with the ring she revealed and decided to buy another. So I bought a size 10 the same day for her next party. I was online and able to watch that reveal. I was really excited to receive my rings. About a week or so later I received a shipping notice for the size 10 ring I ordered. I assumed my other ring would be in the package since I ordered the same day. I received the ring and the package only had the one ring. I immediately wrote the hostess. I didn't get a quick response which believe me I understand. She is a mom I am a mom I get it. After going back and forth a few times in conversation that was spread out over days. She last told me both rings had been shipped together and gave me the tracking. I am upset because that was not the case as I originally wrote her telling her that. There has been no resolve and I paid for shipping twice and 2 rings but yet only received one. I know it is not a huge amount of money but I work just had hard as the next person and I would like what I paid for. I have all the conversations documented and the receipts for both. I would like either my money back or simply a new size 8 if the other one can't be found. I will file a charge dispute with my bank if this is not resolved soon. I am not angry just disappointed. Thank you for your quick response.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of an order. I have lost $137.01 from delivery issue. I will not be ordering again. On 06/10 my husband and I ordered a total of 6 ring bombs. We paid shipping twice and our orders were combined into one package. The package was shipped on 06/15. The package was marked delivered on 06/19. We never received it. I submitted a claim with USPS after explaining everything to the hostess. USPS states that the address label was missing my apartment number. The hostess sent me a picture of a label on a computer screen that she took with her cell phone of the shipping label through Facebook messenger to show me her copy. I sent a copy of her label to USPS and they stated that the label she sent was not what they had. I contacted her upline to ask for advice and was told that even if the hostess did not include the apartment number that it was not the the hostess' fault. That it should have been returned to the sender. I went back to the hostess who sold us the rings on 07/03 to ask for more information and asked for a complete and detailed receipt. She told me she was very busy but she would try to get to it within the next few days. I waited a few days and contacted her again on 07/06. She said she would try to get to it that day. Take into account that she had a few popup parties and plenty of time to post things about her business on her Facebook page while I was waiting for a simple receipt. This made me feel like even after buying almost $140 worth of merchandise from her, that my needs as a customer weren't important. It felt like she was done with me and more interested in who she could make money from next. She just swept us under the rug so to speak. Anyway, I waited until 07/08 and attempted to file a mus delivery claim against USPS without the needed information. I was turned away immediately and was told once again that the apartment number was missing and to contact ring bomb support and give them my case number to have them call USPS to get it resolved. I cannot figure out how to contact ring bomb support. I could not file a claim to get my $137.01 back because the package was shipped using a service that does not include insurance. The ring bomb hostess has apologized a million times in a sort of generic way, but that doesn't bring my money back or the product that I purchased. I am caught in the middle trying to figure out how to get my money back or to find out where my package was delivered and who was at fault. You would think that paying $9.98 for shipping something so tiny and light would at least pay for some insurance. This was a high dollar package. I am beyond frustrated that no one is taking this situation seriously and that no one is saying, "Let me fix this for you!" We have purchased over 30 rings between early June and early July. I also ordered a ring from her upline (several rings to be honest), the gal who I went to for help when I wasn't getting the answers or help that was needed. It lost a stone. She submitted a claim and sent me a message from the main office stating they would ship a bomb to our home to fizz to replace the damaged item. It was supposed to be sent within 24-48 hours. We never received it and it has been weeks. I am at my wits end with this company. I am really at a loss.I have to say, just stay away. Spend your money elsewhere.

I watched a live where your BP rep cheated and had already opened a stack and pretended to reveal it for a friend. It was so obvious. I thought you couldn’t sale revealed jewelry already. The live was on October 27th.
They are cheaply made and don't even try to contact customer service. The customer service department will basically tell you, "TOO BAD". They do not care about customers being satisfied AT ALL. The rings they slip into the mix are rejects and can be gruesome! Save your hard earned money!
I ordered two different orders from the same lady in one day on July 28th 2023 I spent about $200 I have both order numbers O7HX-8235529 AND OFOTLV-8235912.. I have not received anything and I have not received any shipping information.
I sent in my pictures of my rings with missing stones order number consultant all information and got one email from bomb party but was never sent replacements for my rings
