regarding wire transfer
recently i have contacted to do wire transfer. initially they took Rs7000+ to lock the door exchange rate. and then next day i made a deposit to do transfer of 3500GBP. after deposit, there is no response from them, even after continuous calls and emails. i’m worried now. and once the call is connected and the way they’re talking was atrocious. they were like literally helpless. worst service. no proper communication

Forex card
I have booked forex card from book my forex application on 18th March 2023 and yesterday I have received the card but its not activated yet. I have to leave tomorrow for travel. They are not responding on emails and do not pick calls. I have tried multiple times their customer care number but no body pick calls. They used to say that it take only one day to deliver card on their site but actually they fail to do so. They mention for free international sim with new card but i have not received it.

Currency exchange
I have booked a currency exchange order on 15th March and they called me to assure that I will get my order delivered to me that evening itself. The vendor didn't communicate with me after I placed the order so I called them up to which they said they aren't able to as they don't have it. He told me to place a cancellation.
I placed the order cancellation and even called the bookmyforex customer centric multiple times. They assured me the order will be arranged and to give it some time. But the vendor again told me that it ain't possible and to cancel it.
I talked to the customer centre executives again and they assured that they are going to cancel it. It's been 3 days now, I haven't received any communication from their side and the order is not yet cancelled either. I am travelling tomorrow so I arranged my currency from somewhere else. But they are still not cancelling my order and initiating the refund.
I'm extremely frustrated and annoyed now.
Desired outcome: Nothing yet. No communication or refund initiation yet.

Forex card
I’m unable to use the card in Dubai.
I tried to swipe the card in machine but it didn't work. I’m trying to link it on Bookmyforex app but it shows the message that card is not activated. I haven’t got any mail for card activation yet.

There is no use of this card if I cannot use on my travel. I tried to contact with multiple people and support of Bookmyforex but no one replied.
I got mail that my order is completed and if I get any issue they will reply me immediately.

Dear Sir, I got issued one forex card from. BookMyForexcard on 9th Jan uploaded with AED 3000. I am now in Dubai, tried using many times the forex card, but all the time Transactions are getting declined citing the reason as preference failure. I've written many mails to help desk and even the person (Mr Navin, card delivery person), but noone is responding, I am in deep distress in Dubai as I need money and card is not working. I ordered 37000 Thai baht on saturday and paid money online through net banking as they promised to deliver the currency on monday afternoon but no delivery happens. So I call their customer care and they told me that the currency is dis-patched and I will receive before 9 pm but again no delivery happens. Now I call their customer care and it is closed.

I have initiated wire transfer on October 3,2022. Today is October 9,2022, till date money has not reached destination a/c. I have repeatedly called customer care for past 4 days, today they shared Swift reference and asking me to contact destination bank. Just a while ago, the order status has changed to complete, but i rechecked , still money is not credited. Also, i can notice that in the Swift reference shared instead of ireland, it is mentioned as Iran, transaction was made for Euros, how can it be Iran. Asking the customer to reach destination bank is stupid thing, As a wire tranfer service provider, it is your responsibility to speak to the receiving bank and ensure proper payment of money. It is more than 48 hours, request to credit the money at the mentioned a/c asap. Surprisingly, no call back from the bookmyservice to help the customer. Also, what we notice is most of the wire transfers through them are suffering the same kind of delay and problems. Request RBI to take serious action w.r.t deficiency of service by bookmyforex. Also, their website doesn't mention any info about complaint escalation or RBI guidelines for grievance.
Desired outcome: Request to ensure payment of money at destination a/c asap and let Bookmyforex take initiative to reach out the bank for any issues in delay and not ask customer to reachout

Refund of Cancelled order - FX278752817289
I had ordered a forex amount of Rp [protected] (Indonesian Rupiah) for which i paid 1,49, 684 inr on 20th August, 2022 at 11:26am.
First of all, according to your website its written that orders made within 1 pm are delivered on the same day which was not done. Secondly, after the booking was made the vendor assigned or bookmyforex agent did not call me to inform me about the delivery date or time which is supposed to be done within an hour of booking. Therefore, I called the vendor numerous times the next day that is 21st September, 2022 but there was no response from their end as well which forced me to cancel the order. After that i sent multiple emails to bookmyforex but i did not get any response from the team.
Then an agent from bookmyforex called me on 21st September, 2022 at 6:30pm assuring full refund and asked me to share account details. After that I did not get any information wether the refund was initiated or not, also the transaction number through which i can track. I have sent multiple emails but there was no reply. The customer care is absolutely worthless and is causing distress.
Its a huge amount and my travel date is on 24th September, 2022. Look into the issue asap and inform me about the refund status and by when can I expect the refund in my account.
Desired outcome: Inform me about the refund status and transaction details if it has been initiated, also by when can i expect to get the money in my account. I want the refund immediately. Treat it as a priority.

This happened with me as well. I am piling up all these issues and is going to prepare a detailed report on how these guys are boosting up their liquidity by acts like these. Even if they do with 1% of customers, its sufficient cash for the business owners to artificially inflate their liquidity and invest in other ventures. I am contacting all the complainants with similar issues so that i can get an interest on the money for the duration they kept your money for. Also Next step is to get their license cancelled so that they stop doing such scams to other people.

Regarding Non completion of Forex Card Load Order FX27925526009
I have placed the above order (FX27925526009) on 21-09-2022 for loading 1300 Euros and till now I have not got any response from the Bookmyforex team despite writing multiple mails to them for follow-up.
The status is showing it got accepted by the vendor but no action happening on the reload.
Kindly update the status of my order since I am travelling tomorrow and the reload is required.

HI, I booked a forex order for 4973 USD and paid INR 4,01,489 and then due to some issues with BookMyForex, cancelled it.
I was promised a full refund within 3 working days .
-Mail to share my bank details received on 24th Aug
- I shared my bank details for refund on 25th Aug at 8:30 AM
- have been following up ever since & I have been only getting mails from BookMyForex that it's under processing & that it has been escalated etc.
- Today (9th Sep) after a lot of hassle when I manage to speak their customer rep, I am being informed that the amount has been refunded on 6th Sep. I checked with the bank and they are refusing the same. Really disappointed with the service.
Desired outcome: Please refund the amount (INR 4,01,489) into my account immediately.

FX273451079435. SWIFT REF.TZR No: through SBM Bank remitted on 05/09/2022 by BookMyForex has not yet received by CIBC Canada. In spite mails and calls, no response for resolution. Immediately check and advise receipt funds and credit to beneficiary account without any further delay. The remiitance was towards my son's college fees and it need to reach him Immediately.

I booked outward remittance (order number FX266784879305) . Receiver bank never received money , every time I contact bookmyforex team they say ask receiver bank ( with swift copy) . Receiver bank confirmed multiple times that they didn’t see any transfer.
I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls.
They is no clear answer where my money is.
It looks like financial fraud is being committed here.

I was told while purchasing my forex card that my old card which I had purchased 2 years ago will not interfere with the new one and that you guys will be mapping it to my email and phone number manually.
However, this has not been done and I cannot reload my card or connect it on the app because its still showing my old card details. I have emailed your support helpline and am waiting for over a week but there has been no resolution. I am currently abroad and I am stuck without money. Why can’t this be done urgently? How long will you make me wait? Whom can I escalate this issue to in order to get some help?

Encashment of balance amount on my forex card Order FX261890039201
I had some balance on my forex card which I wanted to encash/ unload
I had filled up the necessary forms and uploaded the documents.
However while the card balance was USD 365.85 , which was mentioned in my unload request form,the order was raised for 265.85 USD and only this amount was credited to my bank converted to Rupees.

It was commited to me that forex card will be activated within 12 hours. Based on the commitment, I bought the card from bookmyforex.com

I have a multi currency card that was used on June 12th by Sheraton Los Angeles to block $864 and on June 11th to block $200. I can see from the screenshot sent by the sheraton team that the entire $1064 has been reversed and released by them on June 16th but the balance of $864 has not been reversed from my card and still shows as blocked. I have sent 2 mails previously to understand what is going on and have not received any reply from anyone. Not even an acknowledgement. Is Yes bank trying to rob me of my money?
The card FAQ says clearly that auto authorisations are blocked for this card but mine went through and is now not being reversed. Its been 2 weeks since the transaction was reversed by the US bank.
Can I please receive a response or atleast an acknowledgement that someone is on it and trying to get my money back to me. I have mentioned my card number below in hopes that this will help.
