BookVIP A Great Escape Awaits with BookVip

Imagine being cooped up at home for over a year and then embarking on a vacation that exceeds all expectations. That's the magic BookVip offers. A family took their first flight to Florida, stayed at an amazing resort with water park tickets, and explored Wild Florida and Legoland. The experience was so fantastic that they can't wait to book their next vacation with BookVip. It's not just a trip; it's a memory in the making.

BookVIP I have booked with BookVip several packages in Cancun

I have booked with BookVip several packages in Cancun and Cabo San Lucas MX.

I have not visited any of these packages due to Covid-19 and then I was diagnosed with Cancer which delayed any travel plans... but hopefully I will take advantage of this package.

BookVIP Couldn't pass up this amazing deal!

Couldn't pass up this amazing deal! We are able to bring our 2 teenage kids to the all inclusive hotel with us without it costing a fortune. Mom and dad need a vacation, but having kids with special needs makes it difficult. Having all the amenities on-site is a slice of heaven!

BookVIP Our previous vacation was booked several months away

Our previous vacation was booked several months away and was already confirmed. We got an email saying that it was no longer available and would have to change our dates. Since we already had our airline tickets, we couldn't change our dates. We were offered to be moved to another resort. We hope that we don't have to go through that again.

Oasis Palm Resort 01/09/22-01/14/22 booked thru BookVIP
Refund request for all monies paid for the vacation package.
Sent several emails to BookVIP, but no response.
Below are the reasons requesting a refund.
Phone. No dial tone the entire stay: even after reporting lack ok working phone to a manger.
Air. Runs continuously unless turned off. No adjusting it.
Ironing board. Approximately 24 inches
Furniture. Looks like from secondhand store
Shower. Looks horrible with the the drain cover not locked down
Floor.permanent spots on floor
Advertise as 4 stars, pictures I took reflect differently
Advertised as all inclusive but had to pay additional for ocean view. Agreement only stated that ocean view might not be available, failed to mention available at a different price.
Attendants clean room but two times left no face towels no not discovered till ready to shower. Couldn't call for towels because phone didn't have dial tone.
Advertised 11 restaurants but failed to mention that 4 of them were upgrades as well.
We are requesting a 100%refund for the monies spent for the time period of 01/09/22-01/14/22 at the OasisPalm in Cancun.
The property looks nothing like the pictures the they have published.
Very disappointed in the entire process.
We've stayed at many 4 star hotels but this one definitely was not 4 star, nor 2 star.
Had to stay as per the agreement would be charged more if didn't stay entire time booked.

I booked a vacation to Mexico. The total came to $615 for my husband and myself. I called them January 15th of 2022 to cancel. Gave them my number, confirmed all our information, gave my mailing address, ECT. Was told that it could take up to 30 business days to get our money back. It is now February 20th and I called back and had to go through the whole process AGAIN! That they didn't have all my information and they were sending an email to the finance department like they did the first time. I highly advise to NOT book with them!

Yesterday (XX-XX-XXXX) I attempted to confirm our travel dates along with air accommodations. After speaking with the customer service rep, I was advised the package which was selected was not available for anyone over the age of 60 that has retired. The customer service rep advised me there was a restriction regarding retirement. The package only supported anyone who has retired between the age of 30-60. Understanding the retirement system, social security would not let you retire between those ages unless there are special circumstances. I requested the customer service rep return our money for the package, she advised it would take anywhere from 30-60 days for the refund to show back in our account. I was so very disappointed with the whole situation. I don't think BOOKVIP is going to make things right, however, you should know things prior to spending your money.

BookVIP So far everything went smoothly

So far everything went smoothly. The first rep, I could barely understand her English. Second rep cleared everything up. It does not make it clear that you and your spouse must attend a two hour presentation to get the deal. That was told after we paid. All in all, it's a good deal. We've been to this resort so looking forward to going.

Amazing experience. BookVIP So far it's going ok after an hour on the phone setting up my reservation you find out you are going to have to listen

So far it's going ok after an hour on the phone setting up my reservation you find out you are going to have to listen to a timeshare presentation no where in the advertising does it talk about that, I was then told there was an additional fee due to going during a holiday time I'm doing at the end of September what holiday? I'll also have resort fees once I check in no offense I could have just booked at the hotel direct with the same cost after all the fees. But I'm looking forward to my trip.

BookVIP I have had great experience with this Company

I have had great experience with this Company. I had booked a vacation with them and paid for it. But the travel got canceled because of the pandemic. They gave me two years to use the full amount I had paid. Each time I called them, they acknowledged the credit balance and the extended travel booking date. Their records are good and honest. They answer the phone quickly (usually within 10 min). Their agents are polite, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. After the conversation one time, the agent summarized the actions she had executed. This is a good, honest Company.

BookVIP BookVip prices look and sounds Too Good To Be True

BookVip prices look and sounds Too Good To Be True. I can say that they don't give you all of the information up front. They don't tell you about the Resort Fees or the astronomical 75.00 per person transportation fee back to the Airport. And God forbid that anything happens that is out of your control when you're suppose to take your trip. We had two different hurricanes during the time of our trip. Hurricane Dorian which damaged Charleston SC where we live, and Lorena which destroyed Cabo San Lucas which was our destination. They are refusing to refund us. This was the place we wanted to go, we don't know when it will be rebuilt. But I do believe we deserve a refund. Extremely Unsatisfied Customer I would give them a zero (0) if I could.

BookVIP We've used BookVIP since 2008 for our trips to Cancun, Play Del Carmen and Rivera Maya

We've used BookVIP since 2008 for our trips to Cancun, Play Del Carmen and Rivera Maya. All of course are in the Cancun area which we love. People are not seeming to grasp that you will HAVE to go to do a Timeshare presentation. You don't get something for nothing in life. Some sale people are great and others not so much, that has nothing to do with BookVIP and everything to do with the company that subsidizes the trip. Most folks have been really good, but there are the BAD apples that just want to make your life miserable. We have exhausted all the Timeshare companies that use BookVIP in Cancun and have booked a trip in Cabo San Lucas. Yes there sometimes is a language barrier as the company is based in MEXICO and uses people who English is their second language

So far, I don't know to think or say because the trip is still a few months away. I will have a better review when I'm back from the trip. The phone calls from BookVIP services are excellent on follow up with the booking. I have to spend 120 minutes of timeshare meeting and I hope everything goes well without any issue. Will update after my trip...

So far so good. Even after almost a year and a have since initial purchase , I was able to schedule my stay over the phone be aware this took over an hour to complete the process. The other issue I had was not speaking anything but English &the Res agent spoke very softly and i had to restate my questions multiple times. To her credit, the Res Agents was kind to me Even with me asking so many questions. It appears the Resort has plenty to offer and am excited about going

So far it seems like a great deal. Beware that the booking process takes a lot of time with many questions. You have to call back after you reserve to verify the information they asked during the reservation process. That part was annoying. We are looking forward to our trip and hoping everything turns out as expected.

BookVIP We purchased a 3 night/4 day waterpark resort vacation for our family through BookVIP

We purchased a 3 night/4 day waterpark resort vacation for our family through BookVIP. We got our dates booked and drove 9 hours with young kids. About an hour before our check-in they call to tell us they don't have a room available for us but they are going to "upgrade" us to another hotel. Sounds great, right? NOT SO! The other hotel did not have a waterpark, which was the main focus of our vacation. All it had was an overcrowded small pool. Being that we drove 9 HOURS, we were forced to accept this other hotel because we needed somewhere to stay. When I call to get this straightened out, they say there is nothing they can do since I accepted the "upgrade" to the other hotel. Our family was so disappointed and our vacation was ruined! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I've only scheduled my trip, so I can only review up to this point. So far everything has been great. The reason for 4 stars is because, the associate I booked my trip with, had such a strong accent that I couldn't understand him very well and I had to ask him to repeat himself Everytime he talked to me. Other than that, Great

BookVIP Be aware and be careful, they are only a third party company and the resorts don't know anything about them, and you have to pay and agree to

Be aware and be careful, they are only a third party company and the resorts don't know anything about them, and you have to pay and agree to their terms... then they sell your information to the time-share resorts and if everything lines up correctly... Then you will have the cheap vacation. 90% of the time, is not accurately, when you look at the calendar on the VIP Bookings website, that calendar is fake and it doesn't reflect the resorts calendar, so be aware that the days you are looking for the dream cheap vacation is not accurate until they sell the information to the resort and the resorts has room for you on the dates they have, if you are lucky... then the days would match. Very poor business and not a lot of good reputation! DON'T DO BUSINESS AND DON'T ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE.

Advertised a package on Instagram... paid just to be told a bunch of caveats that weren't listed in the Instagram add. Don't get me wrong, it's probably a fine deal it's the bait and switch tactics that have earned them a 1 star if they end up letting me travel and the experience is decent the most I'd give them is 2.5 stars.

I've been waiting for my cancellation refund for almost 4 months now after they said it was approved. Called them 3 times already and they keep telling me to wait more days. It's very awful and frustrating. The email they sent says to wait 3-5 days business days to receive the refund and still nothing. It's a big amount of $600. Please help. BookVIP I will never book with them again!

I will never book with them again! They have tons of hidden fees and tell you what you want to hear in order to purchase a trip. Worst travel agency to book with. It took over an hour to do and they added another hefty fee after the initial purchase. They are rude and won't give you a refund after you realize what you lock yourself into. For someone trying to sell a time-share to us WE WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY! They also said we would get spa credit with the 500 dollar activity credit and that was a lie too. The credit isn't even real credit, it's little discounts for the expensive activities. The worst sales reps and abusive. If you read this before you buy, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BOOKVIP! You could get a similar resort for the same price and no sales presentation.

BookVIP You win a trip through there promotional packages

You win a trip through there promotional packages. We booked 2 months in advance for June 22nd through the 25th for the westgate resorts and spa in Orlando Florida. Today the 18th of June they sent email stating they no longer have them dates because they sold that package to someone else. They wanted down grade our package and put us in a horrible hotel with roaches and would not explain why they did this. When you call customer service they won't explain anything and just say sorry and will not transfer you to a manager or supervisor. Very horrible buisness practices. The westgate resort and spa orlando does have available rooms open for them dates but bookvip.com will not honor our agreement for the stay. Highly recommend everyone stay away from this buisness and go with a accredited one.

BookVIP My husband saw the ad on face book, 4 days 3 nights for $219, New Orleans

My husband saw the ad on face book, 4 days 3 nights for $219, New Orleans. What a deal, so he ordered the same thing, but to San Antonio. I later read the FINE PRINT, hmm, sit through a sales pitch for a resort. And can only do a sales pitch every 12 months. The company was GREAT and gave me a refund on the San Antonio one. I am going to do the New Orleans one. I have sat through so many of these. The resort that I do own, every year we go through a "UPDATE" that takes 60 minute of them trying to buy my deed for a vacation club deal. I usually get $100. To do that. Some people don't mind the sales pitch, that is a good deal for a vacation every year. Not for me, I don't like the pressure. So if you don't mind sales pitches and fees, taxes, this is for you. Oh, and I have to pay over a $100 to park in a garage.

BookVIP $49 extra!

$49 extra! lol i know its not a whole lot, BUT let people know to check available dates before activation! The fees came out to $59 to activate then an extra $49 for the dates i wanted(total of $108).

It took over an hour to book this stay! The dates i wanted to book were supposedly all sold out, but if you go onto expedia.com or the westgate's hotel site itself, there was different rooms available for those exact dates! (from the cheapest to the most expensive rooms)

Waaay too many surprises.

The first guy(Mac) i spoke to was rude! It was very hard to understand his english, (and i let him know)so he proceeded to speak louder and with an attitude, which only made it harder to understand.

There's also a lot of stupid stipulations that i had to meet... I have to bring a marriage certificate to prove that me and my wife are actually married. The reason we have to provide this is because our licenses have different addresses.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS EXPERIENCE HAS NOT STARTED OFF SO HOT! I feel like i've been lied to from the beginning. So we had to settle for the Tahiti village w/ a 120 minute presentation (attached stipulation)
I just hope the stay at this place is worth the headache... I am saving a bunch of money though, so i guess i should've lowered my expectations.

I hope you guys actually allow my review to be public, that way people get to see an actual upset customer, hopefully have his mind changed. If it is, i'd be more than happy to send over another review and a video retracting all of my previous gripes. As of right now, i don't even want to offer these stays to my clients

BookVIP Unsold is legit company but you must deal with lots of hassles for the cheap price

Last week I commented that Unsold vacation is an intelligent scam. They had contacted me and resolved my issue. However it was still lots of hassles and each step they tried to resolve created more skeptical events that I must double verify before I could actually say this is a real company and that my money didnt go lost. I want to still share my long and real story. Please read before you consider the deal. If you are willing to deal with hassles and misleading info, go ahead, you wont lose money.

April 2020, I purchased $581 for 5 nights in Honolulu Hawaii from UnsoldVacations.com.
Interestingly, I also have an account with BookVIP and when I logged into BookVIP, I saw that Hawaii purchase shown in my account.
I called BookVIP, the rep said they "used to work with Unsold vacations for 3 months but no longer work with them. However, their IT system didn't update so my unsold vacation purchase happened to show on BookVIP".
June 2020, I went ahead and reserved Waikiki Marriott Hotel via unsoldvacation. I got confirmation email. Everything seems right. The trip was supposed to be by end of Nov 2020.
End of Oct 2020, I couldn't log into unsold vacations anymore. That website is no longer available. I logged into BookVIP and saw my reservation is still there. I logged into Unsold.com using the exact same ID and password for unsoldvacations.com and it logged me in. I saw my purchase as "not yet reserve a hotel". I searched but there is NO hotel in Honolunu as what I purchased. I called Marriott to confirm my reservation and the hotel said MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN CANCELLED ON OCT 13TH BY WHOLESELLER AND EXPEDIA. WHAT THE HELL?
I submitted inquiries on unsold.com and also emailed ***@unsold.com. I also add a comment on Tripadvisor with the facts. Unsold rep ? Rhyza - contacted me and she sounded very helpful and very nice. She said she would rebook my hotel and that was an "IT issue to accidently cancel my reservation". Alright, she reserved the hotel and gave me confirmation number and insisted I MUST take my comment about Unsold on Tripadvisor. A day later, I called the hotel and they said my reservation exists however IT IS NOT YET PAID AND HOTEL EXPECTED ME TO PAY IN FULL WHEN I CHECK IN. WHAT THE HELL?
Luckily, I didn't take my original Tripadvisor comment off yet. I will NOT take it off and am adding this message so everyone knows the real FAKE UNSOLD and DO NOT BUY from them.
Now I know whey many comments got "deleted by commenters". It was because those commenters thought their issues got taken care and deleted the message because Unsold asked them to. I will follow this case until Unsold resolved this for me, by at least, refund my money.

Update: nov 4th, 2020: unsold confirmed they reserved and paid for my hotel. Also offered a 50% refund to me for an apology. I called the hotel and they confirmed my booking as well.

BookVIP Activated voucher for a 3 night stay

Activated voucher for a 3 night stay. Was not told could not use weekends. This is only time I can go . BookVIP refuses to refund activation amt $58 Received a voucher for 3 night stay . Activated voucher for $58 (taxes &fees). Terms states must book rm 30 days in advance . Called 9/14 to book rm for 10/22-1/24. Was told these dates not available . Then it was stated that no weekends were available at any time. This is not stated anywhere in term of use which I will include. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no one was available. Asked for refund of activation fee due to the fact I can not leave my job in middle of week. I was told that customer service was not open and they would call me back within 24 hrs which they did. Customer service said that if I agreed to set through a 2 hr presentation, that magically these dates that I requested would be available. Also After a lengthy conversation. He kept trying to get me to accept this ( I did not sign up for a sales pitch ). no other dates available and this was only way I could use my voucher. So again I requested a refund of the $58 , then he said that a refund was not available for any reason. I do consider this false advertising . I am sending copies of the Voucher and terms of use that came with the voucher . In no place does it say that you can not use weekends for your stay. ( I had chosen Westgate Wild Bear inn in Gatlinburg) Which I did get on there web site and they did have rooms available for the dates I requested. Not only that but the gentleman was very rude and kept telling me that I would never get my money back. I hate to think how many other people this has happened to . I feel very strong this company is running a scam. Thank You

I purchased a vacation package through Boovip.com for $499 which was valid for 24 months and fully refundable. After calling a dozen times to make a reservation and only connecting with a human being 3 of those times and getting different responses each time I called, I decided to request a refund. I received an email confirming the refund. This confirmation is dated 2/19/22 indicating a refund within 3-5 business. The refund was not issued and when I subsequently called back after another dozen attempts, I was told they had issues with their credit card processing refunds and would mail a check. To date, neither an electronic refund nor a check have been received. I have left messages in every department voicemail and do not receive a call back. This place is a scam!

Purchased vacation through website on 4/9 for $615. Had 24 months to book and use offer for Secrets Capri (Adults Only) in Cancun, Mexico. Company would not extend since COVID restricted travel to and from Mexico during certain months of the pandemic. Had conversation to this effect on 3-6-2022. Called on 4-6-2022 to book at hotelSecrets Caprifor 11-22-2022 through 11-26-2022 and was told there was no availability for ANY dates at that hotel. Was told I could choose another hotelKrystal Resortwhich is not an adults only property, but no availability there either. The Omni was another choice but not the same level of resort. Secrets Maroma Beach was suggested for an additional fee of $1598, but then was told that was not available since we had stayed at that resort in past. Additional dates were discussed, 12-26 through 12-30-2022 with the same response. Only option given if we want to stay at Secrets Capri was to pay an additional $99 to extend for a year. Not interested in doing that. Request full refund of $615.

Started making payments for a 5 day trip to cancun the total was $615, once it was paid all I had to do was set up dates for my trip. When calling for the dates I was told I didn't qualify for the package deal and they started offering other deals. I did not want those so I told them just to give me a refund, I wasn't interested in those other deals. They said ok and they are giving me a full refund and it would take about a week. It's been like two months and still no refund.

Bait and switch fraud. I "won" a vacation package for a 5-night stay at any Mayan Palace collection that required a $99 activation fee, which I paid and 'activated' on July 22 that was good for 24 months. Every time since then when I call to book they tell me there is nothing available and try to sell me an upgrade for an all inclusive. I have continued to try to book my original package, now pushing up against the deadline, and every time the same story: no dates available, but I can buy an upgrade and book. To be clear - I am not asking for specific dates. I am told there are NO DATES at all available. Since July 22 there have been no dates available. When I asked for a refund of my $99, I was finally told on March 3, 2022 that they would refund my $99 via a check and that it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks, and a check has not been received. Inquiries regarding the status of my check have gone unanswered.

BookVIP False advertising; misleading information and not disclosing all of the information before they convince you to book I booked with bookvip.com

False advertising; misleading information and not disclosing all of the information before they convince you to book I booked with bookvip.com May 12- Westgate Smoky Mountain Resorts Tennessee. A graduation trip and vacation for our family. We needed a cabin that sleeps 6 but we was only able to get a room that's sleeps 4 people and yes I did voice my concern to the agent which again he told me I could call back to upgrade to the room that sleeps 6 people if not available that I could cancel for free. The agent NEVER ONCE told me the reservation was non refundable. May 13 I go directly onto Westgate Resorts website and see that they have a room available that sleeps 6 people so when I call bookvip May 13 to cancel the reservation I finds out the reservation is non refundable. They offers to change the dates but it doesn't change the fact that I need a cabin that sleeps 6 people. Now looking at my reservation I notice I have the Trip Guard Insurance but the lady from bookvip.com May 15 tells me that only applies if you book without dates. Please explain this to me. I have sent Mr. ***; the owner of bookvip an email asking for a refund but haven't heard anything back. I feel I should be refunded my whole dollar amount $310.00 dollars because the agent in fact did lie about the refund policy and it clearly says here in regards to the insurance I should be refunded. "By Admin on Behalf of the Company Jun 29, 2017 Our Premium Trip Guard Insurance is offered for every purchase. This insurance will allow you to cancel and receive a full refund with no questions asked. However, most decline our insurance because of our flexible rescheduling policies." www.bookvipreviews.com Sincerely

I purchased a package in late 2019 for 3 days and 2 nights in Myrtle Beach, SC for $99. I tried to book in early 2020 but the pandemic hit and they told me they did not have availability. I called a few months later and they told me the same thing but promised to extend it for 2 additional years. I kept calling to book but they kept telling me they had nothing available but could upgrade me for an additional fee. I informed them I did not want to pay any additional fees and just wanted the package I paid for or a refund. They told me to call back, which I did with no availability ever. Now they are saying my package is expired and if I pay a restoration fee of $49 they will give me the $99 credit. I feel like this was a bait and switch because I kept calling and they told me they did not have the contract with Myrtle Beach, SC anymore so they couldn't honor it. It is not my fault they lost the contract and could not give me what was promised. I have been trying to book this for over 2 years and it is always the same thing; they only want additional money. This entire time I have just been asking to receive what I paid for, but they just keep asking for additional money but never giving me the package I purchased. They have a record of me trying to book many times unsuccessful because of their lack of availability for the package I purchased with no reasonable accommodations given, they just want more money. I work to hard to even let $99 go down the drain like this. Please help me.

Since 2019, I have given this business $105 to maintain a booking - through vague wording (extending the reservation 24 months actually meant extending it 12 months), they allowed it to expire without any notice or contact. When attempting to resolve, was given misinformation by different employees and no clear solutions on resolving the issue.

I purchased what was advertised as an all-inclusive vacation package with bookvip in July. When I called to book the dates of the stay, I was advised that it was not an 'all-inclusive' and total package because they wanted to collect a resort fee to cover some of the very amenities that were described as part of the 'all-inclusive' 'worry-free' package. I declined to pay additional fees and after considerable argument, they agreed to refund my money. I received an email confirming this and indicating that my refund would be processed within 5 or so business days, going back on my credit card. When 7 business days had passed, I reached back out to them and they indicated that there is an error on their side which made it impossible for them to refund to a credit card and that I would be sent a check. The lady I spoke to said that I'd probably get another auto-generated email about the refund being adjusted on my credit card but just ignore that because they'd have to send a check (in 14 to 21 days). I asked for email confirmation that actually mentioned the check and she said she could not. I do not believe they intend to refund me by check either. My 'refund' email from them is dated March 10th. I have no check.

I cancelled a planned trip that I had a insurance tied to it and in December they advised I would receive my refund via PayPal. After 3 weeks I called and they now told me I would receive my refund via check. It is now April 2022 and I have not received any refund or update or explanation to were my refund is. I know about 5 other customers that have not received there refunds either. Not sure why it takes 5 months to issue a refund. You call and they are no help.

BookVIP Bought a $99.00 vacation to Cabo

Bought a $99.00 vacation to Cabo. Called to schedule our vacation dates they talked us into an upgrade to a nicer resort for nearly $300 more also included all inclusive, they sent an email confirmation. Proceeded to our vacation got to our resort only to find out they did not have our reservation in Mexico. So here we were in a foreign country with no room. Called Book VIP only told " You need to talk to Reservations dept. about this issue." They put me on hold for 1 1/2 hrs while sitting in the lobby with all our luggage. I used my husbands phone while remaining on hold with mine and called them, only to be told we needed to talk to reservations and went to put me on hold even though I told them I was already on hold for 1 1/2 hrs still with my phone. Did no good I got put on hold again! Mind you when you call Book VIP and they answer they are reservations department so why am I on hold? I hung up my husbands phone and called back again and refused for them to put me on hold again! The rep on the phone proceeded to tell me that there was more "Complicated" things I needed to do to complete the reservation that the reservation was never completed. I asked what more needed to be done? He said "I'm new I'm not sure, just more complicated things." Seriously? I asked to speak to a manager only to be told I could not. He argued with me for hours, Talking in circles and sitting in silence getting nowhere. We were exhausted my husband said to just forget it and get our money back from Book VIP that we would just get a room out of pocket for the night then figure out what to do next. The resort seriously had 1 room left as they were completely booked! They could keep us there for 1 night! Book VIP stole our money has yet to refund us!

Greetings, I purchased a six-night Luxury resort promotion on Nov. 19, 2020 for $600 via my Navy Federal Credit Union VISA card via BookVIP. After two nights there, as you can see from the attachment, the accommodations were completely unacceptable so my partner and I had to seek alternate lodging. I have been in daily communication with BookVIP representatives who just informed me I would only get refunded for prepaid transportation. What steps can I take to get.

Transaction ID I'd XXXXXXXXXX. We booked 3 nights at Breckinridge for $399 at the beginning of the pandemic. On 8/29, we purchased an extension they offered for 24 months from the time of the extension. It took me 3 days to actually get a hold of a human being to try and book the vacation. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they told me it was expired and tough luck. They then said if I gave them another $50 they would "reactivate" it. They stole $400 from me.

BookVIP BookingVIP.com is selling items they don't have permission to sell We purchased a vacation package to loon Mountain resort using a promotion

BookingVIP.com is selling items they don't have permission to sell We purchased a vacation package to loon Mountain resort using a promotion advertised through bookingVIP.com several months ago. After making the reservation we purchased our lift tickets and equipment rentals for almost $500. Today, we received an email from bookingVIP.com say our reservation has been canceled. After receiving the email I contacted loon Mountain resort to inquire about my reservation. The loon Mountain resort never had a reservation with my name on file and told me their mountain is open and reservations are not being canceled due to Covid. After talking to loon Mountain, I called bookingVIP.com to get my reservation restored. The operator first trying to tell me that it's reservations at this location we're being canceled due to Covid. I explained to the operator that I had already spoken with Loon Mountain and that the resort was open. At this point the operator put me on hold to come up with a different excuse, and when he returned he told me that my reservation was canceled because bookingVIP.com lost their affiliation with Loon Mountain. After hearing this, I called loon Mountain back and was told by the receptionist that loon Mountain was never affiliated with bookingvip.com and I had never offered a promotion through them. Bookingvip.com is a scam, they are collecting money for these vacations that seem too good to be true and after holding the money for a few months, so they can collect the interest they will refund what you paid. I do not want a refund of the money that I had paid, I want bookingvip.com to honor my reservation, at the hotel that we selected and on the dates that I had already paid for so me and my family can go on our vacation.

I booked with bookvip. Com , a 3 Three night stay with 2 lift passes at The Mountain Club at Loon Mountain. I've tried multiple times in the last two years to try to make reservations for my stay , and have been told , " we don't have reservations calendar for this establishment anymore " . Every time I've tried . They tell me the have other stays in other parts of the country. I bought this because, I live within driving distance . I've asked for my money back and hem and hawed and asked about other destinations. I asked again for my money back . Was put on hold , when he came back . He just said he was sorry .

On July 4, I booked a vacation for two to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico through BookVIP. I purchased this vacation deal for $99. According to the website, I was able to purchase without selecting my travel dates and could call within 18 months once I had determined my dates for the trip. On July 30th of 2020, I received an email offering me a Covid Extension due to the global pandemic that was restricting travel. During this time, there was also a shutdown of the US-Mexico Border due to the global pandemic that restricted travel. I purchased the Covid Extension for $4.95 from BookVIP and received a confirmation email extending my vacation package to 24 months. On February 2, 2022, I called to schedule my travel dates (thinking I had to do so before the new July deadline) and to find out what my resort options are because the Puerto Vallarta Palace Beach Resort that my package included was "Permanently Closed" according to their website. It was at that time that I was told that my vacation expired and that the extension was from my original purchase date. This is different than what was communicated and it also happened during a time when the US-Mexico border had not yet reopened (which occurred in September ). Although this entire purchase is very modest and came as a result of a great sale, I feel like I was scammed and that there was never any intention of offering this vacation.

BookVIP Somehow this company received my personal information and credit card information and charged me for service

Somehow this company received my personal information and credit card information and charged me for service. I have never dealt with this company. I noticed a charge on my bank of america statement from bookvip so i called my bank to dispute it letting my bank know that i had nothing to do with the charge. I never called bookvip simply because i had never dealt with them. After Bank of America's search, they said the charge was valid because bookvip had all my personal information including my credit card. How was this possible and even worse, im stuck with a $100 charge for some thing i had no clue about. So i decided to call bookvip to finally found out that they had no information on me that i even purchased service from them so how could my bank have determined that i am responsible for such charge. Also after calling them, i found out they are a timeshare company so something like it and then i thought about the time that i was looking for a trip online and tried out a timeshare company called orb.co which i later recieved a refund from since they had no convienent dates from me and so the charge from bookvip was made a day after i purchased service from orb.co which is also timeshare and it makes me wonder maybe my information was sold by orb.co to bookvip. There is no other explanation. And in doing research, i noticed another customer stated money was taking from her account by bookvip in May and money was taking from my account also in May on the 17th. I can not believe i am out of $100 from something i cant use and did not authorize. And since my bank wont help, i have no choice but to make this review because this is a awful scam that i being held responsible for. Unbelievable. Attached is fake receipts they gave to my bank and a picture their website.

BookVIP Purchased vacation package at a local resort, but have been told on multiple occasions that BookVIP is unable to book or schedule my stay there

Purchased vacation package at a local resort, but have been told on multiple occasions that BookVIP is unable to book or schedule my stay there. I purchased a vacation package with BookVIP on September 29th at a Holiday Inn in Boyne Falls, MI for $215. This package was for 2 nights/3 days for a family of 4, and included a $200 voucher to use for either skiing/sledding or a wine tasting tour. I called to schedule the dates of my trip in October and was advised that they did not have any available dates for the remainder of the year, and to call back in "a few weeks" when they would have the 2021 calendar availability. I was also advised that I could use my voucher immediately toward another one of their destinations if I chose. Due to the chaos of covid, I wanted to avoid booking an airline flight, which is why I had selected a local resort in the first place. I called back again in early January to try and schedule and was told that they still had not received the list of availability from this resort, and again I told I was free to choose a different resort (all were several hundred or thousands of miles away), if I would like to. I stated that I would like a refund and was advised that I could have a BookVIP voucher towards another one of their destinations, and that I shouldn't worry because I would have until September 2022 to use said voucher. I feel that I was misled when booking this trip and they are fishing using a bait and switch technique to try and get me to upgrade (and pay more) to go to one of their other resorts (mostly in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Orlando), which I have no interest in. I believe that BookVIP will continue to tell me that there is nothing available at the Boyne Falls, MI resort that I booked at until I either switch to a different resort or until my voucher expires.

BookVIP Misleading sales information Company would allow refund once the product doesn't meet the advertisement

Misleading sales information Company would allow refund once the product doesn't meet the advertisement. i did ask staff last year how much I have to pay more if I want to make a reservation for a hotel. staff told me i only have to pay for tax (because this company products are hotel/travel voucher at discount price which I have already paid for) around $100. A few days ago, I called to reserve a room at a hotel in Oregon for 3 nights. staff said I have to pay over $300 for tax and fee. That is way too expensive and I don't think it's reasonable so I looked in hotel websites by myself for the price for the same room and same days as same day and the total full price for that hotel room is $362 which is already including tax and fee. How is it possible that bookvip claimed that the tax and fee for this hotel room is over $300 when the full price with tax and fee for this hotel room is $362. If that's the case, it means I have to pay the initial $199 for package or the voucher that bookvip sold me and have to pay another over $300 just for tax and fee for 3nights at this hotel which totaling over $599 for 3 nights and the same hotel where I can book through hotel website for only $362. So, what exactly is the product or service that bookvip offer? Or why would I pay $199 for the voucher package from bookvip? I chose this hotel out of a list of the town/cities that bookvip gave me. They don't give me the list of name of the hotels claiming that they don't have the list. Each place has different pricing. The only way for me to find out is to actually call and book and that is when I will find out how much it's gonna cost me. I still have cruise vacation that haven't book yet I I can't imagine how much i will be charged for cruise...To me, this doesn't sound transparent at all. In addition, when I calI for cancellation and refund, staff refused.

BookVIP BAIT AND SWITCH - BookVIP collected full payment for a vacation to Breathless Resort in Jamaica, and now will not honor the contracted price

BAIT AND SWITCH - BookVIP collected full payment for a vacation to Breathless Resort in Jamaica, and now will not honor the contracted price. I purchased a package on July 3 to 5 night, all inclusive stay to Breathless Resort in Jamaica for the purchase price of $699. The last installment was processed on September 5, so it was paid in full. I contacted the booking department on 10/22 to provide my travel dates. The booking agent proceeds to tell me that the booking department has been rejecting bookings to Breathless and that he did not want to secure my dates only for me to be disappointed when it would inevitably be rejected, and instead transferred me to customer service for detailed information. Upon transfer, the customer service agent confirms that they are not proceeding with bookings to this resort without an additional payment of $1000 from consumers in addition to the contracted total package amount of $699 because this is a "luxury" resort. I told the agent that I refuse to pay any additional money as they are already in receipt of full payment of the contracted price and asked to speak with a supervisor. She then tells me none are on staff until 8 a.m. the following morning. I advised her I needed the direct number as I was transferred to her department and did not dial directly. She provided the number and we ended the call. At no point in time did I mention a cancellation. However, immediately after our conversation, I receive an email confirming the cancellation of my package. I did not request a cancellation. I requested for the call to be escalated to a supervisor! BookVIP is using deceptive sales tactics during a pandemic to secure funds from consumers by luring them to an offer they had no intention of honoring. Then taking it upon themselves to cancel your package when you refuse to fall prey to these deceptive tactics.

BookVIP told me that I would be able to get a refund when I paid but when I tried to get my refund they refused to issue it I received a certificate that i won a vacation with BookVIP so I called to claim the trip. I was told in order to reserve my spot I would have to pay $98.50 - I asked multiple times to confirm that if I did not book my trip - it could be refunded and was told as long as I cancelled before Oct 2020 - I would be refunded fully. We had planned to take a trip in April/May but due to COVID we called and asked to cancel and get a refund. They said that since we had till October - we should wait and see if we can book later and I agreed. On July 21 I called for my refund because we decided we did not want to go even if the COVID situation was better and was told I could get my refund and received and email that I would get it. I did not get a refund and called and kept getting the message it was being processed. On 9/17 I received a callback from BookVIP that even though the person told me that I could get a refund that she was wrong and it couldn't be refunded and that they would extend the certificate to October - I said I probably still wouldn't feel safe traveling and would like to just have a refund and was told that they refused to refund. They claim that they record all calls and that even though they have the call saying that I would be issued a refund of my $98.50 - they would not honor that statement and refuse to refund and would only extend to October which is something I do not want. All I want is the refund of my $98.50 as I was told would be possible as long as I cancelled before October which I have been trying to do since July 21,2020. They cannot tell me that I would get a refund and change me $98.50 and then change their mind when I ask for the refund and try to just extend a trip that I don't want and tell me I have to put my family health at risk to catch COVID. This is fraud and disgraceful.

BookVIP I was gifted a vacation voucher to use on Bookvip.com

I was gifted a vacation voucher to use on Bookvip.com. I was required to pay the taxes on the vacation ($98.50), which I did. I then later paid for a COVID-19 extension to extend the expiration of the package as travel was restricted due to the pandemic. I had called prior to booking the extension to confirm it was extending it for 24 months from the time of the purchase of the extension and was told yes. This week, I called Bookvip.com several times over several days to choose dates for our vacation. The recording had me enter my phone number to return the call. I never received a return call. I finally selected a different option on the menu to speak with someone from customer service. First, she told me my package was expired. Then, had me forward my email from the expiration extension as they "didn't have record of it." Then they tried to say the extension was from the date of original purchase, but I have record from my phone call confirming otherwise. Then I was told the resort was no longer available, so I could pay $297 to upgrade to a different resort. When I said I did not want to pay to upgrade to a different resort as it wasn't my responsibility that they no longer have availability with that resort, I was told I could receive a credit to the website to select from another package. However, the only "credit" they would offer was the amount I had to pay in taxes, nothing related to the actual amount paid for the voucher that was purchased as a gift. They then asked me to provide a copy of a credit card statement from the company that paid for the voucher proving payment, which I obviously don't have access to and also am not comfortable requesting. They will not refund me even the taxes and extension fee I paid, saying the package is expired. The "credit" of the taxes alone obviously doesn't provide a comparable trip to what we had booked. Bookvip will do everything they can to swindle you out of money, and then more money. BEWARE, & keep your own records

BookVIP This is a time share service that is falsely advertising all inclusive packages

This is a time share service that is falsely advertising all inclusive packages. I purchased a package for 5 nights stay on their site. At checkout they promoted an upgrade to all inclusive, which I bought, and then they promoted another upgrade to a better 5 star hotel, which I bought. I got my receipt and called them because in the promotional window, one of the 5 star hotels was in Costa Rica, but then on my receipt it did not have that as an option. I called them and they said there must have been an error on the page. I now know it was false advertising since all of the others were in Mexico at cheaper places. I made a reservation with him for the Secrets Vallarta Bay. Upon booking, he told me they required me to go through an interview to make sure I was married and made enough money and told me I would need a time share tour to get this price. I was fine with that. However, today I called to confirm my booking that they had confirmed at the 5 star all inclusive. They said they did not have that hotel anymore. I have booked my flight already! Then they offered two other hotels, which on Orbitz are have the price of the 5 star I booked, and told me if I switched to one of those, I would have to pay a cost difference. They said the only one with no extra cost would be one that was a 4 star hotel. Finally when I asked for two double beds at the 5 star where I would have to pay more, they said I could not come at this price bc I am single. I clarified I am married, but bringing a friend. They said I can only come at this price if I come with my husband. This is total gender and marital discrimination, and on top of this fraudulent with their bait and switch hotels. I demanded a refund and they gave it to me because I threatened to dispute it with Citibank and call you. You need to stop these guys! Hopefully my refund comes through. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g1-iXXXXX-kXXXXXXX-Beware_of_BookVIP_com-Bargain_Travel.html Product_Or_Service: all inclusive upgrade 5 night package at Secrets

BookVIP BookVIP was deceptive and evasive and did not provide the promised service I bought then paid for a vacation package to Cancun

BookVIP was deceptive and evasive and did not provide the promised service I bought then paid for a vacation package to Cancun. Once finally able to schedule it I called. EVERYONE, barely spoke English and none of them CLEAR English...even though they CLAIM their call center is in Florida. After an hour on hold I was asked several questions...some twice. (The foreign woman on the phone did not seem to GRASP my situation and asked 4 times). After 20 or more minutes...she had to "check availability" (I bought and paid for it...and it might not be available? How does THAT work?). When she came back she said, because I am 62 and my GF is 61...we were too old and could not take the trip. I said wait...you have had my money for months and you are telling me this now? She tried to say it wasn't their fault, it was the resort (Krystal Resort Cancun). It was BookVIP that offered the trip, took my money, promised to deliver and NEVER MENTIONED ANY "disqualifiers". Now, they managed to take my money in an instant and, to return it, it takes 3 - 5 days or more due to "corona virus" (is their computer system even sick?). I feel discriminated against and ignored. YES they want to sell me a timeshare that I will not buy but, at 62...I actually can afford to buy one much better than ever before in my lifetime...they didn't ask THAT. EVERY TIME I CALLED.. the wait on hold was interminable. They would say they will "call back in the order of (my) call" yet never called back. When I messaged that my credit card was canceled and they would not receive the last payment...they called 7 times in an hour (problems with their phones got all static). any time I returned a call...on hold for hours. In all, I spent over 4 1/4 hours on hold and was expecting calls back twice for over 10 hours before giving up. False advertising by not including age restrictions in the sales ad and never mentioning it until the last minute. Ageism by refusing us because we are over 60. Deceptive practises and extremely poor customer service.

BookVIP Bait and switch at its finest

Bait and switch at its finest. Total scammers , lied and falsified product information Withheld many crucial pieces of information before taking money They called me saying I was a preferred Marriot customer and that they were offering me a special promotion as appreciation for my business. They offered me a vacation- 4 days 5 nights - then another vacation as well! Both could be used within 2 1/2 years. They bumped me from person to person - acknowledged that this is a time share promotion so that I would have to attend a presentation (but only during the first vacation- not for the second) . As I fell for the initial offer- things started to feel wrong - I was duped into giving my credit card info - but when I saw the charges - it was a completely different company which took the the money (SR Pago Tours on top) They also claimed to be partnering with 'RCI' (another Resort and vacation company?) When I tried to follow up with booking reservations- I was sent from one person to another , asked for more personal information and left waiting ..and waiting.. Very personable and friendly- but unable to deliver! It's just a big vortex of story telling to make you believe that one of these days- you will be getting your reservations at one of their time share resorts - but they had nothing to provide and no guarantee or assurance that the money they took would be used for this purpose. It's just a fancy sounding treadmill - Bait and Switch at its finest! They say whatever they can to make you think that somewhere in the future- you will be getting a reservation! That never exists! And if you don't 'qualify' for the offer (which they may tell you later!)- you lose out- because you've already paid the money! And come to find out- they dont offer any money back! They are very skilled at fast talking and have fancy answers for everything! I find it very hard to believe they are a legitimate company or that anyone has actually had positive experiences with them. They are very creepy. I believe their phone representatives must be using false names.

BookVIP BookVIP refused to provide a refund of taxes paid for hotel stay that was not completed

BookVIP refused to provide a refund of taxes paid for hotel stay that was not completed. Refused to book when I called due to COVID travel. On June 2 I activated a travel voucher for a three night vacation package with BookVIP. My Itenerary # XXXXXX. I paid $58.35 for taxes. The terms of the vacation were to use the package within 18 months, and to book 30 days in advance. I called to book a stay for the summer of 2020, but was told by a BookVIP representative that they were unable to schedule any bookings at that time due to the COVID travel restrictions and that many of their hotel partners were not accepting bookings at this time. He said that he was unable to give me a date of when bookings would become available again. I expressed my concern that the the voucher had an 18 month time limit, and he assured me that they would still honor the voucher later due to the current situation. After waiting for travel to seem to return somewhat back to normal, my husband called back to schedule our vacation on February 20. We were told by BookVIP that they would not honor the travel voucher because it had been more than 18 months. We explained that we had tried to book our trip during the 18 month time window, but were told that they could not book us at the time, and that the company would honor the vacation even after the 18 months. The representative still refused to honor what we were told. She said that we were not entitled to the vacation. We asked for a refund of the taxes that we paid since they would not allow us to use the travel voucher. She said that we needed to call back during M-F business hours and request a refund through customer service. We called customer service on February 22 and were told that BookVIP would not refund the taxes that we paid. We did not receive any services from this company and therefore, the company has no right to charge us for any taxes. We explained that we would be willing to accept a comparable vacation instead, but the representative said that we would have to pay an upgrade to do that.

BookVIP Not everything was provided as advertised

Not everything was provided as advertised. Bait and switch was used to upsell on something not delivered. On 25 Aug 19, I booked a trip with BookVIP.com. When I clicked on the advertisement to sign up for a trip there were two videos shown which were upselling an additional 5 "ultra premium", all-invlucsive resorts, with free transportation to and from the hotel. I paid the extra fees and then was informed that there were no refunds at that point then was asked a series of questions in which time, I started to understand, I was booked into a timeshare. The gentlemen on the phone asked if I was ok with the terms and I replied "not really but what choice do I have since the trip is non refundable." I received a confirmation about the Deluxe Garden View With Private Balcony, 474 Sq.ft but there was no mention of airport transfer. A few days latter, I was contacted by another company called Executive Services asking for all my details. I thought this might be a scam and called bookVIP. I spoke to a lady named *** who told me it was not a scam and that I should provide my info. I provided my info and received confirmation from Executive Services about my stay which stated my room was "Run of the House" and there was no mention of transportation. An employee from Executive Services asked if I would be interested in purchasing an airport transfer for 95 dollars. I replied no because it should have been included. He referred me back to bookvip to resolve the issue. I called bookvip and spoke to *** who told me that only a one way trip from the airport to the resort would be available at no charge and he also told me not to be concerned with the name "run of the house" room type and that it would be the room as mentioned in the confirmation. He also told me that Executive Services was not one of their contacts and that I may have given out my details to a fraudulent company. I asked him to confirm who I should contact and he said he was not allowed to give out that information. I haven't even begun my trip and there is so much misinformation about my trip.

BookVIP Billed for a vacation I did take

Billed for a vacation I did take. Company will not offer credit indicated on contract. Billed in advance for resort fees not stipulated in contract. Booked five night vacation for 2/19 Cancun. Travel companion could not reinstate passport *** to Covid in China. I was no longer income eligible for promotion due to furlough. Contacted company before to advise I would not be attending. Also advised resort. As per contract, no refund because I did not purchase trip guard. As per refund and cancellation policy quote if trip card was declined, "you will have a store credit to use your vacation dollars toward any hotel or resort of your choice within bookVIP.com". (Image attached). Company is refusing credit. Total credit amount due for vacation is $498 needs to be credited $498 ($99 + $399). In addition, company charged one $149.75 in advance (nov 1, 2019) for resort fees including Wi-Fi, fitness center use, etc. signed contract does not disclose this amount is payable prior to arrival. This was not agreed-upon and I have NEVER Been charged resort fees in advance. I did not take the vacation and did not use any of the amenities to be responsible for the resort fee. I disputed this with my credit card company and they refunded the amount. Book VIP again Rebilled the amount. Charges need to be refunded to my credit card as they were billed without authorization. My purchase included a free three night stay in Miami. When I inquired about this I was told by a CSR that I could not receive it since I did not take the trip. Again, that was not stipulated. So book VIP was not honoring their cancellation policy and refusing to provide travel that I purchased. It was never indicated that I would lose the Miami trip if I did not take the first trip. Obviously, If Pug VIP plans to credit the cost of the Cancun trip this will be a non-issue. Finally, I purchased an additional $99 5-night stay at any resort in Mexico (with no timeshare presentation required) through a Facebook Flashsale. I spoke with customer number service to get information on booking this trip and they have no record of it. Purchase was made in August . I need to be reimbursed for the $99 if you're not going to honor the promotion.

BookVIP Predictory Sales Practices I purchased a vacation package to Mexico that was advertised as "NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION REQUIRED!

Predictory Sales Practices I purchased a vacation package to Mexico that was advertised as "NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION REQUIRED!". I paid ~$450 that was charged to my credit card. At no time during the sales process did it say that a timeshare presentation was required. When I tried to reserve the package with my travel dates not only was the hotel advertised not correct but they informed me that there was a timeshare presentation required and I had to quality for the presentation in order to use the package I had already paid for. As a single adult I qualified for the presentation. They asked about my guest and assured me they did not have to qualify for the presentation. I made the reservation disappointed that I would need to spend time in a presentation after be sold a package that did not require it but willing to be flexible. Additionally they said there would be an extra $29.99 a night that was not advertised and would be charged directly by the resort. The resort would call me and when this new $150 fee was paid I would booked. When the resort called the informed me that everyone on the reservation would have to attend the sales presentation and it wasnt only the qualified guests. This was not what was sold to me when my credit card was charged. When I called BookVIP the said when I upgraded and paid more money for the package it required a timeshare presentation and I was informed, not when I was charged for the purchase, but later by the reservation agent who misinformed me and said only I needed to attend. If my guest, who did not agree to attend the presentation, infect did not attend the presentation I would be charged $150 a night, more than an additional $700 for something I was sold specifically not having to do. Remember, "NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION REQUIRED!" in the advertisement. When speaking with the BookVIP representative about this she repeatedly put me on hold to "verify with the resort" when I asked her to call the resort and explain the problem she said the resort was closed on the weekends and she couldn't contact them. How was she verifying with the resort when they were closed? Why were they suddenly closed when I asked her to contact them on my behalf? These are predatory, bait and switch sales practices. When I was willing to be flexible they refused to work with me.

BookVIP Blatant lies and Very disturbing borderline discriminatory practices I am a US Marine for 6 years, and Retired Federal Law Enforcement, long

Blatant lies and Very disturbing borderline discriminatory practices I am a US Marine for 6 years, and Retired Federal Law Enforcement, long story short, I purchased a 3 night Orlando, Fl package in March , then covid hit, so today 11/24 I call to try to schedule for February , see below I just got off the phone with a *** with Book Vip at approximately 11 am, 11/24, and fell off my chair when she said I did not qualify for their package as I am Retired from the Federal Government, I am only 57 years old, I served my country in many capacities and to be told that I did not qualify for a package that I paid for? Then I ask to speak with a supervisor and of course she would not connect me or tell me who I can talk too. I was hoping this was an oversight and true retirees are not being discriminated against! I get paid every month, without delay, plus do side jobs etc..and my wife works, so this was a slap in my face for protecting the rights of the American people. I then Reached out to the Westgate Properties CEO Mr. Waltrip in Orlando, Fl, who was floored at the way I was treated. After the Property CEO got involved, BOOKVIP called me about 20 times in one day, I was at work, so when I finally called them back, on Decmebr 3, 2020, I spoke with a supervisor named *** Probably not her real name, I will tell you that they lay all the blame on Westgate as the client, saying it was westgate's terms, so if you can listen to their recorded phone session you would not be happy, so I do not know who or what controls the terms or policies? So They offered me 50.00 off specifically for me, then when I told them it was not about the money, it was about telling someone who is more than qualified that they do not qualify because they are retired from their employment. That is what it is about, I then asked her, so this deal is for me only, not every retired person, she said correct, ? she then offered 100.00 off, I was kinda put off at that point, because she just did not get it. This was in your face selective discrimination, blatant form, I am sure I am not the only one that is being told no for something that simple. I am still waiting on My Refund, and it is now December 13, I was told 3-5 days I will be refunded, that was December 3. Now I want a refund and an apology from Bookvip CEO or President of the company! And their policies changed to include Retirees.
