I’m emailing in regards to a refund my partner Robert Hunter has requested. We emailed the day we got same day Disneyland Paris tickets (5th September 2023). After we purchased the tickets it said it would take 24/48 hours for the tickets to arrive. A member of your team emailed us back confirming we will get a refund within the next few business days. Absolutely awful, does not deliver what is advertised. No way could we hop on hop off, the bus was taking 2 hours per tour, no other buses on the route. Other tour operators were every 20mins tea.

Do not trust City Sight Seeing Tours in Dublin, they are advertising a false service of hop on hop off! When they only have one bus circling the attraction taking 2 hours and it finishes at 4, also customer service non existent
didn't receive tickets
Hi,
I have booked 3 tickets for hop in hop of bus and fc barcelona. But I received only fc barcelona tickets.
I never received hop in and off tickets. When we reached the bus and tried to board we were told that we don't have hop in hop off tickets and we only have fc barcelona tickets. We were denied from boarding bus.
So we took a cab and visited fc barcelona. After returning when I was raising complaint to claim refund on hop in and off bus tickets whic are worth 81 euro(as it's for 3) customer service is simply denying to refund.
Additionally, I stay near Catalunya, I haven't received any email informing about the public demonstration movement. As I was unaware, when I came to Catalunya square in search of bus, I was shocked and came to know all the buses were diverted. I took a cab to reach fc barcelona. Once I reached fc barcelona and tried to board bus, I was denied from boarding bus. Managers in bus thoroughly check my emails and informed me that O never received hop in and off tickets.
This has been the worst experience I have faced in recent times. I hope there is some way I can refund. As 81euro is really a huge amount for me.
To clarify my message, I tried boarding bus in 2 places. Somewhere near Catalunya square where buses were diverted. I reached there by taking help of police. I was denied from boarding bus by the operators. They checked my emails and said I never got tickets. I dinn know what to do so I took cab to fc barcelona. Second time, I tried boarding bus at fc barcelona and I was again denied saying I don't have hop in and off tickets. I only have fc barcelona museum+stadium tickets and I will need to check with isango team to claim refund. Bus operators have informed me that I need to claim refund as I have never received these tickets to hop in and off the bus.
Please check complaints raised with case numbers CS_241091 and CS240344 in order to understand issue in detail and help me asap.
whale watching tour
On a recent trip to Iceland I booked a tour through Isango! For a Whale watching and Golden Circle tour.
On the day of the tour, we waited for our bus pickup, in the freezing cold and snow for over almost an hour, before calling to be told the whale watching tour had to be cancelled. They advised they had sent an e-mail to advise but no such e-mail was received.
The tour was cancelled due to bad weather, which we accepted and they offered to book for another day. We took their offer up and booked for the following morning, the day we were returning to the UK.
That morning came and we received e-mail confirmation that due to the weather the tour had to be cancelled again.
Since then we've been in e-mail contact several times trying to obtain a refund for the tour that was never provided, only to be greeted with excuses as to why they are yet unable to return the funds. These excuses range from miscommunication with the tour provider, glitches and dicreosncues, along with waiting on confirmation of the refund amount due.
We have been waiting almost 4 months for this refund and still no resilution, the customer service we've received has been atrocious!

We were able to take part in the Eiffel Tower tour but unfortunately, due to the recent flooding, we were unable to take part in the cruise. not received refund
I returned from Iceland 3 weeks ago. My trip to the golden circle which I booked for 5 was because of the weather a disaster. High wing torrential rain and poor viasability meant we only stopped and able to get of coach for 20 mins at the first stop. I had my 4 relatives with me 3 of which were over 75 and they could leave the coach or they would have been blown over by the weather. I complained that the trip should have been cancelled due to the weather and the tour guide agreed. Isango were contacted and agreed to refund me in full for the trip this was confirmed by email. I have been trying to get the money back and they have now said because the trip was not cancelled they will not refund me. The manager was dealing with the case as he said he agreed I should be refunded but he will not return my calls and is never available to speak with
I have been caused stressed by the company and they have made promises that have not been carried out. I'm owed £179

I would recommend you avoiding booking through this rip-off company.
Can't say anything positive. When I had troubles they promised me a lot. Each time I called them to find out how it was going they never were helpful. They have been giving me a runaround for 3 weeks with no results.
What they need from customers is money only and it's sad. No one wants to provide a normal service. I am very disappointed I dealt with them.
I'm compiling a case against this company and will be reporting g to media and watch dog, absolutely disgusted with their service.
They have admitted via email I will be refunded for a trip booked to Iceland but will not refund the money. Management are never available to talk to me.
fc barcelona stadium tour
I booked the FC Barcelona Stadium tour and museum tickets through your website for the 1st October 2017, admission from 2pm-8pm.
What you DID NOT advise upon booking this, is that on match days (which this is) the stadium tour is not available, nor would we be able to access the museum and this is closed from 1pm.
You have not provided me with the goods I have purchased at £40.68 and I request that you refund me in full.
You have charged me for services that you WILLINGLY KNEW you could not provide me.
Further it was not until you sent me my confirmation email and tickets that you yh n provided this information.
I would like this matter to be resolved immediately. Failure to do so will result in me contacting the financial ombudsman and quoting the consumer right act.

Beware. ... Just london theatre breaks / isango _ charged twice for the same booking.
I went on a website called Just London Theatre Breaks to book two theatre tickets to see Lion King and one night accommodation in a hotel. After filling in my details I was instructed to proceed to payment but nothing happened. A message then popped up saying payment hadn't been successful and to try again. I did and got confirmation of my booking but when I checked my bank account two payments had been taken. I rang the company ISANGO to get a refund of the first payment. I'm still waiting 8 days now and get robbed off with we're trying to sort it out everything I ring them. I will never book through them again.
Booking cancellation
Do not deal with Isango, they will take your money and scam you! I wanted to take my kid to a Disneyland and booked two tickets via Isango. Later I found out that my booking was cancelled for no reason and when I contacted Isango they did not explain anything. These thieves refused to refund my money and tried to scam me again!
After many unsuccessful attempts to get a refund I contacted my bank and BBB and reported these guys. Avoid them at all costs!
Seller fooled me and hasn't provided the tickets
I paid rather large sum for the tickets, which I have bought from the company www.isango.com. I confirmed my card details and waited that the seller would send these tickets to my email address, but this person simply took money from me. But I have no idea for what exactly. The seller scammed me and started to ignore my emails. I want to get the whole sum back and forget that I have bought from them.
