Horrible experience. I booked two itineraries and paid for only to have them disappear or modified arbitrarily by the agent thus booking my wife and I for completely different flights, days and itineraries. Its been a week! I asked for a refund and they direct me to their cancelation policy as if it was my doing! They screwed up! Will never use them again!

It was successful on the second booking. My first booking experience was so much stressful. I went through the online booking completely but I never received any confirmation. I tried calling, texting my agent for over a week, but with no avail. But, finally, I got hold of him only to find out that my chosen dates are not available anymore. Im glad Im a retiree and flexible with the dates that are available.

I write this as a first-time user of a new service. So far, my experience has been beyond very good through the service's exemplary attention to detail and extremely quick response to any and all questions and concerns! We are booked well in advance with awesome pricing and a reasonable itinerary for a long-haul adventure. At this point, I couldn't possibly ask for more and looking forward to what I am going to assume will be a smooth trip with the service at the ready should something arise concerning our flights.

Myself and travel companions are extremely happy with our recent dealings with Top Business Class. Booking Business Class tickets with a company in *** when you live in *** can be a concern. Our travel agent *** was so good to deal with, he dealt with our nervousness, with multiple emails, a plethora of phone calls from me, he always made us feel calm. We received our flight confirmation yesterday, will clear instructions of how to book our seats etc. I followed up with Etihad when we booked our seats, everything went through perfectly. I hope our trip next year goes as smoothly as booking our Business Class tickets through *** and the team at Top Business Class. Paid $2682 for Business tickets to DEL, issues with ticket class and refunds.
3/8: Paid $2682 to Top Business for Business tickets of a certain Airlines from an unspecified location to DEL. Called the Airline to confirm the tickets, they said Agency has booked only the economy ticket and not business ticket. 4/2: Due to COVID situation in DEL, informed travel agency to refund my tickets. 4/21: Instead of refunding entire amount, they only refunded $1000. May 1st week: The government banned flights and the airline refunded the tickets but Top Business did not refund the rest of the money. 9/27: Reaching out to the agency again, but they are either not responsive or direct to another person. There are online many bad reviews about this company that people were embarrassed at the Airport because the tickets issued by them have issues. I have lost my mental peace dealing with these folks, and I do not trust them anymore, and would like to get a refund of my remaining money.

Trying to get representatives to respond to my emails and calls were difficult until I contacted Complaintsboard.com and my credit card company. I thought all was resolved when I rebooked my airfare only to subsequently learn that my tickets were suspended because they were booked with mileage points. The booking was a violation of the airline's policy. While I am certain my representative knew this, I was only told the tickets were in audit and I would have to wait 3-4 months. He said there was nothing else he could do.I confirmed with the airlines that I no longer have tickets, and I want no further interaction with the company because I do not trust them. My ordeal has been a headache and I just want my money back so that I can work with a reputable organization to book my travel. Please help!

I wanted to buy tickets to a sold-out event, so I contacted a company called, Top Business Class. I spoke to someone named Vinna, on 07/21, I purchased tickets for $6,573.96. She did not mention that the tickets were invalid; she knew I wouldn't be able to attend the event at this time. Had she warned me, I would never have bought them! The next day, my friends mentioned their trip to the same event was canceled. I immediately called Top Business Class on 07/22 and spoke to a manager to cancel my tickets. He promised to follow up. On 07/24, I made multiple calls about canceling my tickets and spoke to Vinna again. The following day, I called the manager, who then refused a refund, citing financial loss for the company.

We booked an international trip with Top Business Class, premium seats, and a perfect itinerary. Max (never provided last name) agreed to a split payment plan. We paid $13,400.00 for this trip. Once he had our credit card number, our booking was compromised. Flights were changed to include layovers and economy class, except for one leg with United. Three different airlines were involved. The original and actual itineraries did not match. After extensive communication with the airlines to obtain ticket numbers (which were never provided), we discovered that United issued a refund for a portion of our trip on September 22 to his account (we have a transcript from a United chat). Due to travel restrictions, our cruise and tour operators refunded all money to CitiBank. The travel agent has not disclosed this refund to Citibank. We are unable to upload documents; please advise on an alternative email for correspondence.

It started with, if we booked with them they could allocate seats at no charge, but after a long series of emails that never happened and they wanted money to do that, after we had gone with them.Response times in correspondence were atrocious. In some cases waiting over a month, which was also documented in email.My parent's flights got canceled due to COVID, so we rebooked. Those flights too got canceled and again we rebooked. It happened a third time. This time we didn't rebook. We decided to wait to see what happened with COVID. Our broker told us that as the airline canceled on us three times, our fares were locked in. There would be no charge now to book any other flight, even if they went up considerably. Knowing we had no urgency to rebook, we waited a couple of months. I received an email today asking for more money, saying the prices had changed. Although they are a consolidator and offer rates 40-70% less than the airlines, they are now quoting full airline prices for us to pay. I contested that, reminding them of our conversation, and once again I am being told he would never tell me that. Which is a lie. I have had issues with this salesman before and have contacted his supervisor about his fruitless promises. Now we are left with a situation where we have to get our money back and as it is closer to the airline departure date, prices have gone up. Also suspicious. During correspondence with this company, they never include an email signature - no contact info or anything. I want them to honor their promise. To deliver what they told us.

Therefore I contacted *** at TOPBUSINESSCLASS and here are the details of what I went through My complaints are as follows 1.We asked Mr *** what should we do about the return flights ticket. 2.Mr. told us that we had two options . One was to cancel the ticket and get refund OR keep the ticket open and use it at a later date.3.We asked him If we Keep the ticket open, how long can we keep it open4.His response was Ticket validity is one year.We booked your flights on March 30th. That means the ticket will stay open and must be used by 3/30/2022.5.I told him on May 12 We would like the tickets remain open . Hope they will resume the flights by then A 6.His response was As discussed over the phone, your *** Airlines return ticket from *** to ***, *** (for May 20) is left open.will be able to use that until March 30th, 2022.7.I checked with *** airline to re-book our open tickets and the status of our tickets, the airline informed that the tickets were cancelled and the money has been collected by the agent Mr.. !8.To our surprise he had cancelled the tickets without our verbal or written consent and collected the refund from the airline!9.Now he is not re-booking us .
