I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced due to these delays. This could include a refund of any shipping fees or a discount on my order to demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, I urge Bose to consider using an alternative courier service for future deliveries. It is essential for Bose to maintain the high standards that customers expect from a brand of your reputation. Reliable and timely delivery is a crucial part of the overall customer experience.
