order #[protected]/reference#87428, I have been trying to return the hat in the 14 day return that is stated on the packing slip.In the process of returns on line, there is no selection for a refund, store credit/exchange for a different size, is whats listed. I have e mailed many times, but I am getting no where. I want a refund, and I am again, getting nowhere with these people.can you guys help me?
